Cabir calls Manik to know about his location but as expected he didn't answer. Smirking Cabir counted till ten and expected before 10 a message popped.

Manik:

At Malhotra Mansion, Nanhi's childhood room.

Smiling Cabir went to Malhotra Mansion, their old house.

On the other side, as Manik left Harshad and everyone sat around Nandini who was in Raj's arms.

"Babygirl! Come here! Bhai k pass aao betu!", Harshad said but she nodded in no and said, "You fight!"

Sadly Harshad said, "Bhai sorry hai beta! Please ek baari! Aagey sey kabhi aisa nhi hoga!"

"Promise?", She asked, peeking from Raj's embrace.

"Haan beta!"

"Nandu promise?"

"Nandu promise. But wo kya hai?", Harshad asked as he never knew about it.

Dramatically Nandini said, "Hawww! Bhai!! Apko Nandu promise nhi pata?"

Chuckling Harshad took her in side hug and said kissing her forehead,"No!! Ab kya karey? Ek kaam kartey hai! Aap mujhey Nandu promise k barey mey batao main apko ek chiz k barey mey bataungo! Deal?"

"Kis chiz k barey mey?", She asked curiously.

"Pehly aap batao fir main!", He said kissing her forehead again.

"Okay! Nandu promise na Mumma ka promise hai! You can never break it! Kuch bhi ho jaye! Nandu sey mumma ka naam Nandita aur mera bhi naam Nandini! Apko pata hai mumma bolti thi ki agar koi break karey yeh promise toh main unki Nandi bail hun toh usko maar sakti hu!", She said giggling while everyone laughed at her cuteness.

Looking at her Nyonika asked, "Bacha! Kaisi lag rhi h tabiyat tumhri? Kahi dard yaa kuch ho rha hai?"

She nodded in no and said, "Cabir bhai ko kitna mara Manik ney! I'm not talking to him! He fights!  Bhai mereko kitna pyar kartey hai still Manik ney maara! I'm mad at him!"

All looked at each other in shock as Nandini was calling Manik with his name instead of Monstu.

"Acha! Meri baat toh rah gyi!", Harshad changed the topic, "Bacha! Aap bua ban'ney wali ho! Aur pata hai bua ka sabsey pehla right kya hota hai?", She nodded in no and he continued, "You have to name our child! Toh gear up! Jo bhi naam acha lagey soch kar batana the baby will have that name only!"

"Sachi bhai? Main name rakhungi?", She asked excitedly.

"Yes! But ussey pehly aap thik ho jao! Dekho avi b red rhi ho! And swelling bhi halki si! So aap jaldi sey thik ho jao fir hum khub masti karegy!", He said to which she nodded.

"Guys! Let her sleep now! Itney lamba travel kar k aayi hai! She must be tired!", Dhruv said and all nodded. Navya and Mukti came and they decided to be with her while others dispersed as they know if anyone would be here then she'll keep on talking. Navya patted her head to make her sleep but she couldn't sleep without Manik but closed her.

On the other side, Cabir went to Malhotra Mansion and found Manik sitting on the floor beside Nandini's childhood bed. He went and without saying anything sat beside him.

"Ussey kaisey chupau! Kaisey bachau iss duniya sey?", Manik asked as his face depicts his helplessness to save his love.

"Kya hua Manik! It's just a reaction! She's fine! Doctors over there did her full body diagnosis! I made sure of it ki kuch galat naa ho!"

"It's not that Cabir! I feel like I'll lose her! There are thousands of her enemies! She's the purest soul but don't know why people fail to see it! Be it mom, us, Harshad, her parents or HER!"

"HER!", Cabir asked in shock, "How's she back? Manik kya ho rha hai! Will you tell me?"

Manik spread some pictures in front of him and he looked at it shockingly, "This.. how… who clicked these!"

"I got it yesterday after I got to know about baby's condition! That's why I wanted to be over there but you told that you're taking her back! "

All the photos were of Nandini every moment. From her going to Australia till she was admitted. Every moment. 

"Why didn't you tell me? God damn it!", Cabir shouted but stopped looking at his face who was crying with helplessness.

Without saying anything he hugged him when Manik cried, "Meri bachi ko bacha lo Cabir! Please! Save her! His father reopened the case!"

One more shock made Cabir's heart race fast with fear but he knows he has to be strong so that Manik cannot be vulnerable like this anymore.

Breaking the hug Cabir said, "She's your strength Manik! Don't make her weakness! Be her strength! Make her strong! She feels so good when she makes you feel proud! Ussey kuch nhi hoga! We all are here! Nothing will happen! Nandu ko pata v chalney degey hum sab! Get that? Buckle up! We have to fight this and save her! Samjha!"

"But Cabir!"

"Manik! Mery bhai tu Manik Malhotra hai! Aur tery hote koi Nandini Manik Malhotra ko touch b nhi kar sakta! Samjha! Now stop crying like a kid! Aur chal tery bina pareshan ho rhi hogi Nandu!", He said and stood giving his hand to Manik to stand up.

Taking his hand, he stood and hugged his again, "I'm sorry! Thank you for being there for her!"

Pushing him, Cabir laughingly said, "Chal nikal! Chipak kya rha hai! Aur thank you kya bey! Apni behan k liye gya tha! Saala itna mara tuney kuttey!"

"Tu deserve karta hai kaminey! Agli baar tezz banega toh aur pitega!", Saying Manik chuckled and pressing on his bruises he ran

"Oww!! Manik kuttey!", Cabir ran behind him, "Fast buddy! Let's see who reaches first!", Manik sat in his car and started the engine.

And they raced on the way.

It was night when they returned back. Everyone had their dinner and Harshad left.

Manik came back at his room and sat on the floor admiring his baby love.

"I will not let anything happen to you!", He whispered and after changing he slept cuddling her in his sleepy baby.

Next day Manik was the one to wake first and looked at her who was snoring softly. He chuckled and took her in his lap.

Smiling he pecked her cheek when she opens her eyes.

"Good morning Manik!", She said smiling.

He frowns but said smiling, "Morning sunshine!"

"I have to get ready!", She said coldly and stood  leaving him alone.

"Nanhi! Why are you mad at me, baby?!", He asked following her to the closet where she was taking her clothes out, "Because you fought last night! I don't like it!"

"Okay! Toh what should I do to make it up for you?"

"Think about it!", Saying she closed the washroom door on his face.

Manik ignored her totally changed behaviour and went to change in other room.

Thinking something he was coming back to his room when he met Abhi who stops him, "Manik! I need to discuss something!"

"Yeah! Tell me!"

Abhi looked around and said, "Not here! Come with me!"

Both went to the terrace where nobody was present.

"Kya hua, Abhi? What's so secretive that you brought me here?", Manik asked as Abhi was behaving differently.

"Manik! Look don't het angry and listen to me first! I mean I just think! I'm not accusing or anything but it's just I felt so! Don't take me otherwise! Please think about it!"

"Abhi! I am not getting anything! Tell me clearly! Please!"

"Nandini is not Nandini!"

"What? What that means?"

"That means she is not out Nandu! She's someone else!"

"Are you insane! What the fuck are you saying?", Manik sakd but it was clear that he was not angry on him looking at which Abhi continued, "Manik! Listen! You know Nandu never eats without you! But last night she did! In fact Harshad wasn't feeding her! I thought to ignore it because may be after the trip she has changed a bit but because of confusion of my mind I told Mukti to check on her heart transplant marks and it wasn't there! Manik she's not your baby!"

Manik was not shocked instead he calmly said, "Finally you found out!"
