"Maaaaaa" she screamed loudly as soon as the kids she was playing with left the house. Her mother, who just returned home and doing her households got worried. She immediately hurried to her room and looked at her, who is facing her back, worried.

Janaki: (worried) Ragini!

She turns towords her mother pouting. Her mother's worry face turned into an angry frown.

Janaki: Why the hell did you scream?

Ragini pouted more.

Ragini: My Barbie doll! Someone stole it.

Janaki marched to her daughter and hit her head angrily.

Ragini: (painfully) Ahh! Maa!! Why are you hitting me?

Janaki: Stupid! You don't know how worried I was hearing your scream.

Ragini: But ma it was your gift for my first birthday. You know na how important your gifts are for me.

Ragini looks at her mother who is unusual. She becomes serious and sits beside her mother.

Ragini: (putting her hands around her mother's shoulder) Ma something wrong?

Janaki: (with teary eyes) My colleagues, they think that it will be difficult to get a groom for you.

Ragini frowns hearing it.

Ragini: And why do they think so?

Janaki: You are childish according to them. Your friends are all of age less than ten. No man will think to marry a girl who is childish.

Ragini frowns more. Yes she is childish but only when she is with her mother and with her baby friends. Other times she is one of the most responsible persons you can see. She knows her mother is not worried for she being childish but she is worried of the words that no boy will accept a childish girl like her. But they don't know anything about her and just judged her from the incidents her mother might had told them as her sweet memories. She has to make her mother fine now. She sighs.

Ragini: (sighs) Ma you always say na that we cannot change our fate. So why are you worried for something which we cannot change? Let the life go the way it is going. Let us enjoy.

Janaki: It isn't a small thing Ragini. Your marriage.

Ragini: Ma tell me something are you planning to get me married immediately?

Janaki: Arey not now baby. You have still a semister to complete your MBA. Later you have to work and become independent then I will think of your marriage.

Ragini: Means there is so much time right?

Janaki nods.

Ragini: When time comes we will get worried. For now let us enjoy our life. Please stop worrying for unnecessary matters. And chalo na let us have food. I made yummy paranthas. They are calling me.

Janaki smiles at her daughter and nods ok. Janaki is a single parent. Her husband cheated her for another woman. She left everything and came along with six months Ragini. She is fortunate that she was educated and well employed. She could lead a happy life but the society always have a problem with others lives. They used to taunt her and point her character. It did hurt her at the beginning but as the time passed she started ignoring them as she felt she doesn't need to prove her character to someone who are not her concern. She is happy with her daughter. She pampered her alot. They both are eachother's world.

Ragini is always childish and makes her mother smile with her antics. She is a brilliant student. But she is reserved. She studied everything in the best college. She studied hard that she got seat in best colleges that too in scholarship. She always makes her mother proud. But the college she studies have all those who are rich, with lots of attitude. They talk to people only when they need. And Ragini doesn't like such things. So she made herself away from being very close to someone. She talks to everyone who talks to her but in limits. There are many who came for her friendship but she can easily say that they need help from her in their studies, projects etc. Once their work done they don't even look at her. This made her not to make someone a very good friend of her. She bothered it least as she has pure hearted friends. Those are the children near her house.

Janaki is also reserved like Ragini. Ragini got her mother's qualities. Janaki also stays in limits with her friends and colleagues. Like everyday they were having a discussion in lunch time and it came about their children. As Janaki shared few of their moments to her colleagues and they just judged her daughter to be childish and started speaking about groom and all. This made Janaki a bit worried but then when she spoke to her daughter she felt releived and then felt stupid of herself for getting worried for something which is not needed at all as she knows what her daughter is. Infact she never saw someone as responsible as, as mature as her daughter. She realised it when she remembered all their colleagues moments with their children. Some don't even have moments with their children as they are very much involved in making money.

Ragini and Janaki are having dinner when someone knocked their door. Ragini frowned and went to open the door of her flat. Janaki with her hard work got a two bedroom flat for them. The children Ragini play are all of the children from her apartments. They all love her and Janaki very much.

Ragini opened the door to see her one of the chotu friends Chutki standing holding her barbie doll in her hands with pout. Ragini chuckles.

Ragini: What happened my Chutki?

Chutki: Your doll Ragu di.

She gives it to Ragini. Ragini takes it.

Chutki: Sorry. I shouldn't have taken it. I wanted to show it to Mumma and ask her to buy one for me.

Ragini: Aww... I will gift you for your birthday. It's coming na.

Chutki grins widely and kisses Ragini's cheek who is sitting on her knees. She runs away screaming good night to her. Ragini chuckles and goes back to dining.

Janaki: And you found it.

Ragini: I know that she took it. I saw when she was taking it.

Janaki: But still you have to be dramatic.

Janaki rolls her eyes.

Ragini: Then how will I get your attention?

Both of them chuckle and go to bed.

A boy is sleeping lazily on the bed. When he heard his mother's angry voice he gets up with jerk and immediately runs into the washroom. His mother enters his room and fumes more looking the condition of the room.

Ap: (screams angrily) LAKSHHHHH!

Laksh who is sleeping holding a tooth brush slips and falls down on the floor. He winces in pain rubbing his back.

Dp: Anu why are you shouting?

Asks Dp coming into the Laksh's room. Ap looks at him angrily. Dp looks around the room and gulps. It's a mess. He had thrown all the things everywhere in the room.

Ap: (looking angrily at Dp shouts) Malaaa!

A maid named Mala comes there in seconds.

Ap: (showing her finger to Mala) You will not clean atleast an inch of this room. He will do it himself.

Mala nods yes being scared. Ap signs her to go and she goes from there. Ap looks at Dp angrily and moves from there. Laksh who is peeping throught the bathroom comes out sighing heavily. Dp chuckles at him while Laksh hugs him.

Laksh: Why did you marry that hitler dad?

Dp: Oye dare you call my Anu that! I pamper you that doesn't mean you will call my Anu whatever you want.

Laksh: (pouts sitting on the bed) Now I should clean this.

Dp: I will look after it. You said you are going to a movie? What's the time?

Laksh: (grinning) At 12.

Dp chuckles and nods ok. He kisses Laksh's forehead and goes out of the room. He goes to his room to see Ap fuming.

Dp: Anu he is a kid. Stop over acting.

Ap: (angrily) Kid? He is 24 years old Dp. Stop taking his side. I am not overacting. I am worried for him. He is very irresponsible. He knows only wasting time and money and you keep supporting him. You are the reason for him being like this. I warned you not to spoil him but no...

She huffs and takes her bag and moves out of the room. Dp shakes his head in disbelief and goes out of the room.

Ap: (to herself) Kid? Seriously kid? At this age every parent feels proud seeing their son or daughter getting settled in their life but here my son still roams around the city with his useless friends wasting all the money investing on them. If we would have given that money to those who are in need we would have got many blessings but this boy wasted everything for his useless friends and parties.

She keeps murmuring while Dp is looking at her.

Dp: Anu stop cursing my son.

Ap: (irritated) Don't I have any work other than that?

She completes her breakfast and goes from there. Dp calls Mala and asks her to clean Laksh's room. Mala nods and goes from there. Dp goes from there where Ap is waiting for him to go to office.

Ap: Tch tch tch poor Mala from tomorrow she is going to be unemployed. Your son is reason of another unemployment Mr. Maheshwari.

Dp: Stop it Anu. You are not going to fire her. She is doing her duty.

Ap: I am also doing my duty.

Dp: Oh what is that?

Ap: Bringing my only son to correct route.

Dp thought it's waste arguing with her and decided to be quite.

Laksh Maheshwari, best example for being lazy, irresponsible and useless. His father Durga Prasad Maheshwari is the only reason for his this behaviour. Dp spoiled him alot. He gives him whatever he wants. Ap wants to see her son responsible. He is really good at heart. But what worries Ap is that he wastes both time and money. He just roams around the city with his useless friends. But the good thing is he doesn't have any bad habbits. He doesn't smoke, drink. The best quality is he respects girls a lot. He has two friends who are also useless and wasting their parents money same like him. They are also of same type of Laksh. Except of being lazy and useless everything is good in them.

Ap wants to make him responsible. She tried many ways to make him understand. She even begged him to join office just for her sake. She told him he need not do anything but just sit there but No Laksh didn't listen to her.

So how are Ragini and Laksh going to become one? The irresponsible boy and the Mature girl both are childish and cute. To know who will fall for whom first let us jump into the story.

Ragini: Maa we are getting late.

She screams from the hall. It's her first day to office. Ragini got placed in the same place where Janaki works in her campus placements. Ragini is excited to work in the same office where her mother works.

Janaki: Sorry Sorry chalo.

Ragini locks the door.

Ragini: I will drive.

Janaki: No you drive rashly.

Ragini rolls her eyes and sits back seat of the bike.

Ragini: if we go like this we will reach after the office hours ends.

Ragini taunts her mother who is driving at a normal speed. Soon they reach the office.

A meeting is going on in the main office of Maheshwari companies for introducing all the new empolyees. Janaki and Ragini are also part of the meeting. At that time the door of the meeting hall got opened with bang and there enters Laksh Maheshwari. Not caring anything he went near Dp and whispered something to him. Ap is glaring him for behaving ill mannered. He hid behind Dp. Dp gave him a cheque. Laksh grinned happily and left giving flying kiss to Ap. Ap glared Dp and continued her work of explaining.

Ragini and Janaki are having their lunch in the canteen when suddenly Ragini asked Janaki about Laksh.

Ragini: Ma who was that ill mannered boy that entered the meeting hall?

Janaki hits Ragini's head.

Janaki: Think before you speak idiot.

Ragini pouts.

Janaki: He is Laksh. Ap ma'am and Dp sir's son.

Ragini: ill mannered and Irresponsible!

She whispers but that was loud enough to be heard by Janaki. Janaki hits Ragini a bit hard this time.

Ragini: (whinnes) Maa!

Janaki: You shouldn't judge someone like that.

Ragini: ok

Ragini says making faces.

Laksh barges into AP's cabin. Ap glares him. He sits beside her pulling a chair and puts his head on his shoulder. Ap felt something wrong.

Laksh: Ma am I ill mannered and irresponsible?

Ap: Ofcourse!

She says stating the fact.

Ap: But tell me what happened that you are looking dull?

Laksh gets up from her shoulder and nods nothing. He gets out of her cabin angrily and goes outside the office. Ap shrugs her shoulders and gets back to work.

Laksh who was passing by heard Janaki and Ragini's conversation. He felt angry when Ragini spoke those words and went to Ap but when Ap also said those words his anger increased. He went away from office.

Ap and Dp are looking at Laksh with open mouth. Ap comes out of shock and starts speaking.

Ap: You just said you are joining office from now?

She asks just to make sure what she heard is correct or not. He nodded his head playing with the paper weight on the Ap's cabin table.

Ap: Dp please let us take him to hospital. I think he hit his head somewhere.

Laksh glares her. Dp does the same. Dp caresses his hair. Ap gulps and stops doing her drama.

Dp: As you wish beta. I will make the cabin ready.

Laksh: I want to learn work first. So I will join in any of the groups that you made yesterday for new employees.

Dp nods ok. He is very happy listening his son who wants to work. What will a father want when his son is getting responsible?

Laksh: I will select the group for myself.

Ap: And why is it so?

Laksh: Because I want to. You have a problem?

He asks frowning. Ap immediately nods no. She was scared that if she says she has a problem he will again take back his decision of working. Dp placed the groups list in front of him. He read all the names of the group memebers and pointed one group.

Ap: Come then we will introduce you to your team.

Laksh nods. They move and stop near a group who are discussing their work seriously. Seeing Ap and Dp they all stand and greet them.

Ap: From now Laksh also will be part of your group.

They nod ok.

Dp: You guys introduce yourself. Till then his cabin will be ready. You can work there from now.

They all nod. Ap and Dp leave from there. All started introducing themselves that's when the turn of the person for whom he joined the office came.

Ragini: Ragini Janaki. The team head.

Laksh: Janaki aunty's daughter?

He asks as if he doesn't know. She nods yes. He nods ok. A peon comes and informs them about the cabin.

Laksh: I think we can work more comfortably in the cabin. So shall we?

All nod as they don't know what to say. They all go to the cabin. There was a couch placed there and also a table in excess of the chair and table for the person who the cabin belongs to. It was arranged so that they can work comfortably. It is a team of five including Laksh and Ragini. Two more boys and one more girl. All are working while Laksh is just lost in his thoughts.

Laksh's POV

I came to papa yesterday to ask money so that I can book the new bike which is going to release in the market. Papa is writing cheque suddenly my eyes fell on one girl who is looking with both confusion and irritation. She looked cute. I took the cheque and went away but my mind is completely filled with that cute girl. I came back to office without even booking the bike. I was about to go to Papa's cabin to return the cheque as I wasn't interested anymore. Then I got a glimpse of her from the canteen glass door. I don't know how my legs moved that side. My ears sharpened to hear her voice.

She: Ma who was that ill mannered boy that entered the meeting hall?

I frowned. Janaki aunty hit her head.

Janaki aunty: Think before you speak idiot.

She pouted. Aww so cute!

Janaki aunty: He is Laksh. Ap ma'am and Dp sir's son.

She: ill mannered and Irresponsible!

She whispered but that was loud enough to be heard by me as I was just behind her. I frowned more. Janaki aunty hit her a bit hard this time. They both are involved in their conversation that they didn't notice me. Nobody is there in the canteen except those both and me.

She: (whinnes) Maa

She whinned so cutely as Janaki aunty's hit was a bit harder.

Janaki aunty: You shouldn't judge someone like that.

She: ok

She said making faces. Aww! How can she be so cute? But then my mind was disturbed. Her words 'ill mannered and irresponsible' kept ringing in my mind. I got angry. I immediately ran to ma's cabin and asked her. She without a second thought told 'Ofcourse'. I got more angry and went away from there. I ran all around the ground to let out my frustration and anger. Finally once I calmed down I sat and thought.

"I have to prove her."

I don't know why for the first time I felt to prove someone. That too a girl. Why? My mind didn't answer. But my heart did.

"To impress her". But again another question.

"Why should I impress her?" This time my brain asked my heart.

But no answer. Ahh! So frustrating. I again started running all over the ground. I stopped running when I heard my phone ringing. It was ma who was asking me where I was. So I just went back home. But that girl isn't leaving my thoughts. I couldn't even have my food. Don't know when I slept. I woke early in the morning. I myself did clean my room infact it is clean than everyday. I really don't know why I did it. I went out of the house.

I decided what to do. I am going to join office. Yes, I decided to prove her that I am not ill mannered and irresponsible. Don't ask me reason. I want to. But I want to be with her. For that I need a plan. So I went to office before anybody could come and checked the details of the new employees. I got to know her name.

RAGINI

It gave an unknown sensation in my heart. I really don't know why I liked that feeling. After sometime ma and papa also came. They were surprised to see me there. I told them my decision and finally I am here sitting in front of her discussing about the project. Oh No! I didn't listen anything they discussed. Now again she will say I am irresponsible.

Laksh's POV ends.

Ragini: (A bit loudly) Mr. Laksh where are you lost?

She asked for third time. Finally he came out of the thoughts.

Laksh: Laksh! You can address me just Laksh!

He said ignoring her question. Ragini got irritated.

Ragini: Mr. Laksh it is not important what I will address you so just tell me do you have any doubts?

Laksh: (looks down) I am sorry.

He mumbled. Ragini frowns while he continues appologizing her again.

Laksh: I am sorry I was thinking something that I didn't hear anything.

Ragini: (murmurs) Irresponsible!

All heard her. Laksh fist his hand angrily. Angry not on her but on him. He wanted to impress her but again he spoiled it.

Laksh: I will read the file and ask you any doubts. Sorry will not repeat the mistake again.

He took the file and started reading it. It is lunch time so all left. But Laksh started reading the file. His only goal is now to impress her. He was reading the file that he didn't realise when the lunch time got over. All the memebers returned back. That is when he realised he didn't had lunch. He pouted mentally but continued his work.

Laksh: Done. I don't have any doubts. You can tell me what should I do now?

Ragini looks at him and nods. She explains the parts of work which all the memebers should do.

Few days passed Laksh got completely changed. But his character of being cute didn't change. He still irritates Ap and loved Dp alot. But he stopped wasting money and time. He got serious in work. The most happiest is Ap. She could see her son getting responsible. Laksh is sitting dull.

Laksh: (to himself) How much I try to impress her she doesn't get impressed. Mr. Laksh Mr. Laksh (he immitates her) Huh! Idiot girl! Why are you not giving me any heed? I want you to give attention to me. I want you to smile at me. I want you to laugh because of me. I want you to get impressed by me. I want you to be comfortable around me. I want you to call me Laksh... Just Laksh. Why aren't you budging? Always Khadoos.

When he is thinking all this Ragini enters into the cabin for a file. He looks at her and gets mesmerised. She is searching something in the file sitting on the couch with the pen in her mouth. She looked so cute. He is looking at her without blinking his eyes. Her eyes widened seeing something and she hit her head with her hand. She took the pen from her mouth and wrote something. She smiles cutely once she is done and looks at Laksh. Laksh immediately looks away as he doesn't want her to know that he is staring her.

Ragini moved towards his table to keep the file back. She kept the file and was about to go but stopped due to a pull on her duppatta. She stopped and turned to see her duppatta that got struck in his watch. Laksh immediately stood from the chair while Ragini moved close to him. She looks at his hand. He forwards his hand asking her to remove still staring her. Ragini keeps trying to remove it. Her hair is falling on her face blocking his view. He unknowingly raises his hand and tucks her hair behind her ear. This makes Ragini to look at him. Both of their eyes meet and get lost in eachother's eyes. Laksh cups her face and slowly moves towards her. Ragini unknowingly closes her eyes. Laksh moves a little more to her face. His breathe fanning her face while her breathe fanning his face. Their lips are just an inch apart when Laksh's phone rings making both of them jerk and move away.

Laksh sees Ragini's duppatta still struck in his watch. He looks at her who is looking away. He finally gets succesfull in removing it. As soon as he removes it she runs away from there.

Laksh: (to himself in frustration) How could I do that? Chiii Laksh! Disgusting!

Laksh pulls his hair in frustration and about to hit his hand to wall but stops realising something.

Laksh: She didn't oppose. (He widens his eyes) She didn't oppose. Means she feels the same as me. (With wide smile) She feels for me.

He jumps in air high. He dances and keeps jumping happily. He moves out to see her but she isn't near her desk. He frowns and looks around. He realises that it is the time when everybody leave. He keeps looking around to get atleast a glimpse of her but couldn't find her. He gets sad and moves towards Ap's cabin. He sees her packing things to go home.

Ap looks at him who looked upset.

Ap: Laksh!

Laksh: (still feeling low) Haan ma.

Ap: What happened? You look low!

Laksh smiles at her and nods nothing. Ap frowns.

Ap: You are hiding something?

Laksh smiles a bit wide and back hugs her.

Laksh: For now Yes. Will tell you when time comes.

Ap: And why do you feel that now it is not the correct time?

Laksh: Hmm... I don't know. I feel so. So please let us go home. I am very tired.

Ap sighs and nods ok. Dp also comes there and all three go home. All the while Laksh is very lost. Dp found him unusually silent and asks him. He just smiles and nods nothing. Ap and Dp look worried.

Ragini closes her eyes to sleep but their moment in the office appears. She immediately opens her eyes and keeps her hand on her heart which is beating fast. She takes deep breath and again closes her but same happens. She sits on the bed and holds her head tight while tears flow from her eyes.

Ragini: (to herself) Why? Why are you effecting me so much Laksh? Please leave me please!

She cries digging her face into the pillow. While crying she fell asleep.

All are working seriously as it is the last day of the project. The next day they have a meeting where they have to present their project. Ragini is completely ignoring Laksh while Laksh is stealing glances of her every now and then.

Ap and Dp are checking the project. Ragini is standing fingers crossed.

Dp: Amazing!

He exclaims making Ragini smile whole heartedly.

Ap: Hope we get the contract guys. But to be honest your work is amazing. Keep it up!

They praise the whole team.

Laksh: All credits to our team leader Miss. Ragini. She was the one who made sure that everything is perfect.

All others too nod with smile agreeing to Laksh.

Ragini: Not at all ma'am everything is team work. If at least one of us weren't there it would be incomplete. It is everybody's hardwork.

All smile at her. They go back to their work. It's Lunch time. Janaki and Ragini are having food sitting at a table in canteen. Ragini is silent trying to make her heart cool down and forget that moment between them. Janaki found it wierd but decided to be calm as she knows her daughter will share it herself if necessary. Laksh comes there.

Laksh: May I sit here Janaki Aunty?

Janaki smiles a bit and nods ok. He sits there and intentionally starts something or the other conversation. Ragini is just looking down and having her food withiut speaking anything. It was Janaki who is talking to Laksh. Laksh is stealing glances of her every now and then which didn't go unnoticed by Janaki. But she pushed her thoughts away thinking that she is overthinking.

Laksh: (suddenly) Waise aunty I am no more ill mannered and irresponsible.

He says looking at Ragini and goes from there leaving both Janaki and Ragini shocked. Janaki looks at Ragini while Ragini nods no saying she didn't say anything. Janaki looks on.

Ragini is sitting in her room holding her head. Janaki comes there and keeps her hand on her shoulder. She looks up with teary eyes. She immediately hugs her and cries in her embrace.

Ragini: (between her sobs) Ma help me please!

Janaki: Stay away from him!

Janaki says straight. Ragini breaks the hug and nods yes. Janaki wipes her tears and assures her through eyes. She makes Ragini lay on bed and pats her head.

Janaki: (to herself) I am scared Ragu. I am scared for you.

Janaki looks at Ragini who is sleeping with worry.

Next day after the meeting and successfully gaining the contract Laksh beams in happiness. He moves towards Dp's cabin.

Laksh: Dad!

He hugs him tight. Dp smiles.

Laksh: I want something!

He says breaking the hug. Ap who entered the cabin heard him.

Ap: Not again!

Laksh: (whinnes) Dadddd!

Dp: Anu!

He says strictly while she rolls her eyes. Dp signs Laksh to ask. Laksh grins.

Laksh: Ragini! I Love Her.

They both look at him shocked. When did this happen.

Laksh: I want to marry her!

Ap at once squeals happily and hugs him tight. Dp smiles at them.

Ap: We will talk to Janaki tomorrow.

Laksh: (pouts) But why not today?

Ap: Laksh tomorrow is Sunday. We can go there and speak everything clearly. Ok?

Laksh pouts but nods. He hugs her again and kisses her cheek.

Laksh: I promise I will always keep her happy.

Ap caresses his cheek lovingly and kisses his forehead. He grins happily.

Ragini is sleeping lazily. Janaki wakes her shaking her vigorously.

Ragini: (whinnes in sleep) Maa... Let me sleep na. It's Sunday.

Janaki: Your chota gang are already here. They are eating my brain.

Ragini giggles and wakes up. She avoided him completely the previous day. Though she was hurt of doing so but she decided that she will be away from him. She doesn't want to grow feelings for him in her heart. She is scared that she might end up another Janaki. So is Janaki. She doesn't want her daughter to be another her. They aren't of their standards. They are rich, owners of Maheshwari empire but these are just a middle class family beyond that their employees.

Janaki got married to her love when they were in final year without her parents wish. Her husband's family doesn't even know that he got married and fixed his marriage with someone else who is according to their standards. He who wanted to use Janaki left her saying that he wanted her just for his pleasures and never loved her. He insulted her saying she is not his standards.

Janaki knows Maheshwaris are different not like the one who betrayed her. They doesn't care the standards. Infact Janaki and Ap are good friends from college days. Ap was the one who helped Janaki to know about her husband's truth. Janaki is always greatful to Ap regarding that. Ap never showed any difference in her friendship with Janaki even being rich before and after marrying Dp. But a mother's heart always wants her children's secutiry. She wants her child to be happy. Her past incidents do raise insecurities in her heart. The same goes to Ragini. After what happened to her mother it is hard for her to remove the insecuties and fears from her heart.

Her heart and brain both knows Laksh is not that kind. But the fears in her are not letting her to accept the fact that she loves him unconditionally. Janaki could see the same in her daughter's eyes. Both mother and daughter are in same place due to their past which they couldn't overcome due to their fears.

Laksh is laying in his mother's lap and Ap is telling him about Ap and Janaki's friendship. It's early morning and Laksh woke up early in excitement. So Ap and Laksh decided to speak something.

Ap: Janaki was one of the brightest students in our college Laksh. You dadaji was very much impressed of her when he was alive. This was her first job and she is still giving her services to our company. Once your Nani's and Dadu's businesses got merged even your nanu used to like her work. He used to praise her alot. Her life was so simple and pleasant. But that b****rd spoiled her happiness. He betrayed her saying she isn't their standard.

Laksh's eyes turn teary thinking how Ragini would have felt knowing how her father was.

Laksh: She would have been broken hain na ma?

He asks about Ragini. Ap looks at him and wipes his tears.

Ap: But she had a strong mother beside her.

Laksh smiles and nods yes.

Laksh: When will you go?

He asks pouting. Ap chuckles and looks at the time.

Ap: After breakfast. You go fresh yourself. Me and your dad will also get ready to go.

Laksh: (worried) But if they say no?

Ap: (cups his face) You will accept the reality and move on. You will never disturb her.

Laksh looks down being sad and nods.

Ap: It is her life and it's her choice with whom she wants to live. Isn't it?

Laksh nods.

Laksh: But I Felt she has feelings towards me. I feel she loves me the way I love her.

He says with grin and slight confidence. Ap smiles.

Ap: Now go get ready.

Laksh nods and goes from there.

Janaki is making Ragini's room proper. At that time she heard the bell ring. She moves to open it thinking it to be Ragini. But there stood the three Maheshwaris. She smiles at them and lets them in. She makes them comfortable.

Ap: Janaki where is Ragini?

Janaki: She is playing with kids outside. You didn't see her while coming?

Ap: No there is none.

Janaki: Wait I will just come.

Saying she moves outside. She shouts loudly Ragini in such a way that whole apratments can hear. In next second they hear another shout 'Yes ma' and after two minutes Ragini is in front of her.

Ragini: (annoyed) You don't let me enjoy even on Sundays ma.

Janaki: (hits her head) Anu, Dp sir and Laksh are at home.

Ragini widens her eyes. Janaki nods her head and assures her through eyes. Ragini takes deep breathe and moves slowly inside. Laksh who is restless and seeing towards the door gets mesmerised seeing her in a green colour kurthi hair tied into ponitail. He keeps staring her.

Ap: Janaki let me come straight to the point. We are here to ask Ragini's hand for our Laksh.

Ragini clutches her duppatta tight controlling herself.

Dp: It's completely your wish Ragini beta. Only if you are ok with it. Nobody will force you in any matter.

Laksh is just staring her. Ragini is feeling weak as she could feel his gaze on her which she is avoiding.

Janaki: Sorry! She is already engaged.

Saying this she showed Ragini's hand to them to which there is a ring. Ragini looked at her mother blankly. When did this happen? As far as she remembers it was the ring her mother gifted her last week as it was her birthday. Means is she engaged to her mother? She chuckles mentally for that thought even in that situation.

Laksh's eyes filled with tears. Ap and Dp are also dissappointed. Laksh is still staring her with teary eyes. He was very sure she too has feelings for him. He was very sure that today she will be officially his but everything went upside down. His heart is broken. It pained him it pained him alot. Ragini who is not looking at him is also in same condition. But her fears are above her pain.

Dp: (sadly) Who is the lucky guy Janaki ji?

Janaki looks on thinking what to say. Then Ragini speaks composing herself.

Ragini: Rahul!

Laksh gets up from his place and moves out without looking at anybody. Ap and Dp also follows him. All are sad. Ragini runs into her room and sobs digging her face into her pillow. Janaki looks on. She is scared and confused.

Few days passed. Ragini changed her team so that she can stay away from Laksh. Laksh didn't bother her as he promised to Ap. They both made sure they don't come infront of eachother. If at all they come infront of eachother they look down and go away from there.

Few more days passed. In these few days Janaki got Ragini's marriage fixed. While the same goes to Laksh. It was difficult for Ap to convince Laksh. But when he got to know that Ragini's marriage date is also fixed he agreed as he can move on atleast this way. Ragini denied to see the boy while same goes to Laksh. Both agreed to get married whomever their parents asked to. Both didn't know whom they are going to get married.

A Groom is doing puja in a mandap. His face is covered with flower sehra. We see Ap and Dp standing near the mandap smiling happily seeing their son's marriage. Laksh is doing everything blankly. The bride has been brought. Her face is covered with a long veil. Laksh didn't show any interest to even see the bride's face. Soon they took pheres. They sat again. Now pandit ji asked Laksh to fill the girl's hairline with vermilion. Laksh takes the vermillion and lifts the veil. His eyes widened looking the bride. The bride is just looking down and her face is blank.

Laksh: (whispers) Ragini!

Ragini who is looking down not bothering to see her groom's face looked up shocked with the voice. Laksh removes the flower sehra immediately making Ragini's eyes wide.

Ragini: Mr. Laksh.

Laksh: (whinnes) Yaar atleast now stop callling me Mr. Laksh. I am your husband for god sake.

Ragini's eyes turn teary she just pounds on him and hugs him tight. Laksh stumbles and falls back with Ragini on him. His eyes are also teary.

Ragini: I Love You.

She whispers in his ears with choking voice.

Laksh: (hugging her tight) I Love You too.

All clap at their confession. They both realises their possition and Ragini gets up from him. Laksh also gets up and looks at his parents. They both show their thumbs. He looks at Janaki who is standing there with teary eyes. He pulls Ragini towards him and assures Janaki with his eyes. She smiles with tears. Ragini looks at her mother who assures her with her eyes. Ragini smiles and keeps her head on Laksh's chest. Laksh fills her foreline and kisses her forehead.

They move towards their elders and take blessings.

Ragini: (looking at Janaki) How?

Janaki: Because he is your true love and you are his.

Ragini looks at her with teary eyes and hugs her tight. Seeing her daughter sad and not being herself all these days Janaki realised that love is something which happens without bothering the standards. It was her fate that she got betrayed but her daughter, what's her fault? She was lucky to get a true love. She couldn't stop herself and told everything to Ap. Ap made her understand everything and now here Ragini and Laksh became RagLak.

Ragini is in Laksh's embrace. He is holding her so tight and protectively that if he leaves her she will leave and go from him. He is caressing her hair while Ragini is listening his heart beats closing her eyes.

Laksh: (pulling her more towards him) What happened to that Rahul?

Ragini: (looks at him who is making faces) Got married to Anjali without his family's consent.

Laksh frowns.

Ragini: Kabhie Kushi Kabhie Gham...

She sings. Laksh opens his mouth wide realising that it was all drama.

Laksh: You both fooled us?

Ragini looks down and nods yes.

Ragini: I love Rahul and Anjali of KKKG so I used their characters in my drama too.

She says sheepishly. Laksh still frowns looking at the ring to her finger. He holds her hand and shows the ring.

Ragini: Ma gifted me on my birthday.

Laksh frowns more. He looks otherside showing fake anger. Ragini giggles and slowly kisses his cheek making Laksh smile cheekily. He hugs her tight kissing her head.

Laksh: But Why?

He asks keeping her in his embrace. Ragini looks at him from his embrace.

Ragini: I was scared... Scared that I would end up another Janaki.

Laksh looks at her with teary eyes.

Laksh: (choking voice) You...don't...tr..trust me?

Ragini: (cups his face) I trust you Laksh. I trust you more than anyone. But the past does impact on every life decision. I was not able to decide in the fear. Later when finally I accepted my love and was about to speak to ma she told me about marriage. I don't want to go against her and I agreed to marriage. I am sorry.

Laksh shakes his head as no and kisses her forehead. He wipes her tears while she does his.

Ragini: (frowning) Why didn't you fight for me?

Laksh: (joins his forehead with hers) I don't want myself to force on you. I know you love me. I can see that in your eyes. I got sure when you didn't oppose me on that day when we were about to kiss. But when you told about engagement then I understood you don't want to make Janaki aunty upset. I also promised ma to not to force you. That is why when ma said about my marriage I agreed just to make ma happy. Already I upset her alot.

Ragini just hugs him tight. Both of them were ready to give up for eachother and their family but the destiny and their family brought them together.

Ragini: (looks at him) Say!

Laksh raises his eyebrow.

Ragini: (whinnes) Say na!

Laksh chuckes and kisses her forehead. He cups her face and looks at her lovingly.

Laksh: (lovingly) I Love You Ragini!

Ragini: (grinning happily) I Love You too Laksh!
