Day 4 since the shootout...

"Mr. Trehan she has been showing  some improvement today." the doctor said.

 Viraj clenched his hand in frustration. Sid and  Vinod Grewal were still out there looking for her whereabouts. She needed to wake up and he needed to reconfirm her bondage with him. He had wanted it temporarily before but now he wanted  forever.

" Dr. Bhatia, tell me will it be days or weeks or.. I just need her to recover jald se jald!"

" There was considerable trauma we noted to her  mind and body as you have told me. I am hopeful it will be sooner rather than later," he said firmly.

Viraj rubbed his face and asked him to leave for sometime.

 He had eaten a little of lunch so he could continue his workouts and then returned after his shower to check on her.

She was gasping a bit and muttering in her sleep.

"Viraj!," she screamed and she woke up  to find him looking right in her eyes.

"Kavya I am right here! You gave me quite the scare," he declared as he touched her thigh.

She winced, confused, why was he touching her so frankly as they were in a relationship.

" Tum kaun ho?"

He looked at her stunned for a moment then regained his composure. He moved his hand to stroke her hair.

"Tumhe abhi to kaha main tumara Viraj hoon," he said firmly.

 She sighed.

"Lekin mujhe kuch raad kyun nahin hai. I just said your name but I have no idea.."

" It's ok  Kavya. I was going to propose to you but this incident happened and you fell unconscious. It will take time but you will recall everything in time," he assured her.

 Then she winced as she must have recalled something.

"Oh my gosh! They were going to shoot you!"

"Relax, I am fine," he said.

She touched his chest and checked his arms in a panic . He grasped her hand placed it near her wound.

"You saved me Kavya. Now it's my turn to get you all better,"  he said kissing her forehead.

She slowly wrapped her arms around him. He caressed her back possessively. He would keep her until the day of his death.

One week later..

Kavya had been improving over time. She  was going out with Viraj today. He had told her the engagement ring had been lost during the incident therefore  he needed to get her a new one.

After looking for sometime she had picked a diamond ring that appealed to her. After having it resized he promptly placed it on her finger.

She smiled  but something was pulling at her mind and heart. This seemed like a surreal experience. As if it wasn't her life after all.

They had been  about to go have lunch when she felt cramping in her stomach. She had been finally fine for past few days and today was the first time she felt well enough by Viraj Trehan's standards to leave the mansion.

She realized it must be her period returning.  She wasn't sure if she should approach the topic with  Viraj or just tell him  she didn't fell well. She wasn't sure if they ever talked about these things openly before.

 He must have noticed  her grimacing and body language.

"Viraj I am sorry but I think..."

"  Come with me. I will arrange for what you need," he said.

He took her to a private suite. He sat her down in a chair.

" Yes I need some sanitary napkins and some size 2 women's lounge wear to room  312," he said.

Kavya was shocked. How did he know?

"Tuhme kaise pata?"

He wanted to smile to himself. Her former boyfriend must have been clueless. She was not used to someone paying close attention to her needs and her body language.

"The doctor said it could come back  a bit intense since you were due to have your time of the month  a few weeks ago. You were very stressed recently. But don't worry I will take care of you meri jaan," he declared.

She was taken aback when he suddenly caressed her stomach. She relaxed more against him as he moved her hair off her to the side and kissed her shoulder and neck.

They were interrupted by a knock at the door. He stepped away from her to answer the door.

He returned and handed her the bag. She smiled back at him appreciatively before turning  to go into the bathroom.

Lunch soon arrived soon after.

She was surprised it was her favorites.

"Tum toh mere sab cheezo ka khyal rakte ho," she said.

He smiled back at her.

"Yeh toh pyaar hai," he said very nonchalantly.

"I wish I could remember things you like or how we met," she said.

" Relax Kavya, we have the rest of our lives to figure things out now. I am glad you are here with me, he said squeezing her hand.
