Ps: It's a long one !! And emotional too

Morning
Twinkle woke up she look at Kunj and herself remember last night. She blushed. She caressing his hairs and looking at him who was sleeping peacefully. She pecked on his forehead.

Twinkle(in mind): I wish I could tell you that I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. But I can't because it's not the right time. If I will tell you this then if something happens to me you won't be able to move on which I don't want. I want you happy always. I love you I fall for you but please you don't fall for me. Loving me will give you pain only.. She come out of his embrace and get ready.

She went down and prepare favourite food of Kunj today also but indian. Till then Kunj also come down. Both share eyelock remember last night and slightly blush.

Kunj: Again my fav food and this much.

Twinkle: Yes today last time your fav food from my hands.

Kunj: Why last ?? Where you going ??

Twinkle: Don't know what is coming next.

Kunj: Again you start. He said and frowned.

Twinkle: Hehe sorry. She said holding her ears.

Kunj: Promise me you'll get fine. For me you have to comeback.

Twinkle: Promise Kunj. Kunj hugged her and she cuddles him back smell his cologne.

Kunj: Last night was the best. He whispered in her ears.

This all was seen by Leela, Rt and Arijit who just came here. They smile with tears.

Arijit: They both love each other so much. Don't know what will happen to Kunj after Twinkle.

Rt: Kunj is very strong he will face this situation .

Twinkle: You all come in correct time let's have breakfast.

Leela: Hum fresh ho jaate pehle.

Kunj: Haan come I'll show you guest room. He takes them and they get freshen up. Sitting for breakfast.

Arijit: Twinkle tu bas na apne pati aur sasural walon ko apne haath ka khila. Humse toh ek baar pucha bhi nhi.

Twinkle: Ab khaalo bhaiya. Kisne roka hai.

Leela: Kunj doctor ne kab bulaya hai ??

Kunj: Bas abhi thodi der mein.

After breakfast they reached hospital. Doctor shift Twinkle in private ward and she connected with machine and drip. Whole day passed Doctor doing tests of her and doing preparations for surgery. Kunj also busy arranging few things.

Next day
Today was the day for Twinkle surgery. Leela sitting with her while tears coming from her eyes. Rt, Arijit and Kunj in side couch.

Twinkle: Maa don't cry. She said and wiped her tears.

Leela: Haan maa hun na dil nhi maan nhi raha mera. Twinkle just hugged her while Kunj seeing them. He trying to show strong inside his heart beating so fast being restless. Then everyone video call her it was group vc and talk with her.

Nandini: Bhabhi get well soon we will come to meet you soon.

Avni: Haan di we missing you lot. I didn't even spent time with you perfectly please get fine fast.

Twinkle: Haan I will.

Bebe: Twinkle puttar tujhse bohot sewa karwani hai mujhe smjhi yaad rakhna. She said giggling with tears.

Twinkle: Ofcourse bebe.

Yuvi: Yes please abhi tumhare haath ka khana aur khana hai hume. Aur dekho Hero miss kar rha apne mom dad ko. He said and show Hero.

Twinkle: I am also missing him.

Ishaan: Chachi you will come with Chachu na bring so many toys and chocolate for me.

Kunj: Haan pidhi hum dono aayenge.

Arohi: Bua I also want toys and chocolates.

Twinkle: We will give you too.

Aditi: Twinkle stay strong okay. For your Kunj you have to get fine na.

Manik: Haan warna Alia le jayegi tere Kunj.

Twinkle: Aisa kaise main le jaane nhi dungi.
Just then nurse come to call Twinkle.

Kunj: Now it's her time to go. You all do pray for her and she will come back soon.

Twinkle: Yeah bye everyone. They bid eachother bye and she gave them flying kisses.
Arijit,Rt and Leela look at Twinj both looking at each other dying to feel each other. They left and leave them alone. Kunj sit on bed opposite of her and take a deep breathe. They share a painful eye lock. Tears filled in their eyes.

Kunj: You are my strong Twinkle right you have to come back for me. You have to live for me please. Without you this Kunj will die. He about to say Twinkle interrupts.

Twinkle: Naah....don't say this.

Kunj: You will come back na for me. Please don't leave me alone. He said in sad voice and Twinkle hugged him tightly. Both crying in each other embrace cuddles eachother and don't want to leave.

Twinkle: You don't become weak Kunj please. If you talk like this I won't go for surgery. Kunj broke the hug.

Kunj: Huhhh you also say same. Please don't lose hope. Stay strong. He said cupping her face.

Twinkle: One last time. She said and capture his lips. Both softly kissing eachother. Kunj caressing her cheeks and Twinkle rubbing his back. Both feeling so good they savouring this moment. Kunj break the kiss soon and Twinkle making faces.

Kunj: Why last ?? I have to do more romance with you. First get fine. Both chuckled. He kissed on her forehead and joined their head.

Twinkle: Take care of yourself.

Kunj: Hmm I have to tell you something.

Twinkle: What ??

Kunj: Not now after you get fine then. Twinkle frowned.

Twinkle: Why sadu ??

Kunj: Siyappa queen let's go or else they will think we busy in make out. He said giggling while she smacked his arm. Both look at eachother not ready to leave but can't do anything. Twinkle hold his both hands and entagled. He smiled and kissed on her hands.

Twinkle: Huhh..... She said and pecked his lips. She buried her face on his chest and he pat on her head.

Kunj: Bas now come. He said hold her from shoulders. Take her outside the ward she hugged Arijit and then Rt.

Arijit: Get well soon or else your husband will become dev das.

Rt: Yes we want our Twinkle fit and fine.

Leela: Chal ab apni Twinkle wali smile de. She give them smile. Nurse laid down Twinkle on stretcher and taking while she giving them smile. Kunj give her flying kiss she laughed.

Doctor take her in OT while they waiting outside. After 6 hours surgery completed and doc comes out from OT. They rushed to him.

Kunj: Doc how is she ?? She is okay ?? He showered him with questions.

Doc: Surgery is successful the tumour is out but we can't say anything till she gain conscious.

Kunj: Okay. Can we see her.

Doc: Nope she will be under observation for one day. If she gain conscious then good if not...

Arijit: Then what ??

Doc: Then she may slip into coma. He said and left leaving them shocked.

Kunj: What the hell.....

Arijit: Kunj calm down.

Kunj: How can I ??

At night
They sitting in canteen. Arijit and Rt telling Kunj and Leela to have their food.

Arijit: Kunj have something don't be stubborn man.

Kunj: I will not till Twinkle gained conscious. He said and looking down.

Leela: Main bhi. Arijit look at them helplessly.
They spend night in hospital only didn't went back.

Like this another day went they staying in hospital only four of them didn't have anything.
Doctor checking Twinkle and they waiting for him. He comes out.

Rt: Doctor how is my daughter ?? Why she didn't gain conscious till now ??

Doc: Twinkle slip to coma. He said in low voice and they shocked.

Leela: Kyaa...... She cried and fall on her knees. Kunj felt weak floor slipped from his feet everything went blank infront os his eyes and he fainted and fall down. Arijit shocked he went to him patting on his cheeks.

Arijit: Kunj utho.....utho.... Kunj.

Leela: Kunj puttar yeh kya hogaya ?? She said and take his head on her lap.
She called him but no response from him. Arijit immediately called nurse they lay him on stretcher take him to doctor. Doc checking Kunj and he comes to them.

Rt: Doc kya hua Kunj ko ??

Doc: His blood pressurise is very high and he is weak too. Thats why he fainted we have given him injection and drip too.

Arijit: When he will gain conscious.

Doc: Morning because of medicine effects he will be sleeping. After he wakes up give him something too eat. He said and left.

Arijit: I think we should call Bebe here he won't listen to us. Even maa is not in condition to handle him. He said looking at Leela who was just crying and totally numb.

Rt: Haan bula do. Arijit nods and called Bebe tell her about Kunj condition. She get worried and decided to come.

Amritsar
Bebe was packing her clothes because luckily the flight for NY was in few hours. Usha comes in her room.

Usha: Bebe main bhi aapke saath chalungi. Mere beta uss haal mein hai aur main yahan kaise rahun.

Bebe: Koi zarurat nhi tu wahan jayegi toh Twinkle ko baar baar bolke Kunj ke tabiyat aur kharab ho jayegi. Manik ko bola hai maine mere saath aane ko voh rahega toh Kunj ke himmat badhegi.

Usha: Parr bebe mera bete.

Bebe: Tera beta apne biwi ki chinta main aisa ho gaya hai. Jab tak voh thik nhi hogi usse chain nhi aayega. Aur tu toh uske biwi ko pasand nhi karti tujhe chain nhi . Toh kya zarurat hai jaane ke. Main hun na bas. Maine keh dita teh keh dita tu nhi jaa rhi.

Morning
Arijit was in Kunj ward sleeping on couch. Rt and Leela at home doctor didn't allow them to meet Twinkle. Suddenly Kunj gain conscious he open his eyes and his eyes became heavy. He look around and remembers what has happened. He get up with jerk.

Kunj: Twinkle...... Twinkle...... He screamed and Arijit also wakes up. Kunj about to move see his hand he remove the drip blood started oozing  from his hand Arijit shocked.

Arijit: Kunj what are you doing ?? See blood coming out. He said and hold his hand.

Kunj: Twinkle.....where is she ?? I want to see her.

Arijit: Haan we will first relax. Sit down. He said make him seat and Kunj taking heavy breathe. Nurse come and bandage his hand.

Kunj: Now take me to Twinkle. I want to see her. He said in faint voice. He didn't have energy now.

Arijit: No first go home get freshen up. Then we will go in her cabin.

Kunj: No I want to see Twinkle. He said in low voice. Leela and Rt comes back to him.

Rt: Beta drink this juice from 2 days you didn't have anything.

Kunj: No papa how can I ?? Twinkle is in that condition how can I have anything. He said and tears come in his eyes.

Arijit: Arey you go to see her like this haan. Have it please Kunj doctor told you are weak now. Kunj nodded in no. They trying to make him drink but he wasn't listening them.

Kunj: Leave me alone please. Just then a voice come from back then turned and see it was Bebe and Manik.

Bebe: Kyu juice nhi peena tujhe. Tu toh mera sher puttar hai. She comes to them and Kunj hugged her immediately.

Arijit: 2 din se kuch nhi khaya hai bebe doctor ne bola hai kuch khaane ko parr yeh sunta nhi.

Kunj: Bebe dekho na Twinkle se milne nhi de rhe mujhe. Doc....doc ne kahan hai ke..... He can't speak properly and chocked. Bebe broke the hug. Arijit passed him water and Kunj drinks.

Bebe: Pehle tu yeh juice pee le phir tujhe milne denge.

Manik: Bro apni halaat dekh aise milega Twinkle se kya ??

Bebe: Chal puttar pee le juice Twinkle ke liye thoda sa. She make him drink finally something went in his stomach.

Manik: Now come with us get freshen up. Then quickly come here to see her.

Kunj: Okay fine. They take him back to home. Kunj get freshen up he comes in room wrapping towel. He opens the wardrobe take out his clothes. His eyes went on a letter he takes it. First he wear his clothes and then open the letter. It was letter of Twinkle which she wrote before going. Kunj reads......

Dear Kunj
First of all thank you for everything. Last night was the best night of my life . You claimed me as yours what else I want more. You complete me. You are the first and last man of my life. And me not your last but atleast your first one. You are bestest husband. I feel so blessed that I got a husband like you. If it's my hand I will never leave you and give you to anyone but I am helpless. When you will read this don't know I will be with you or not. Don't know what will be my condition. Thats why I was telling you to leave me that day but you toh fighting with me. So getting to the point if something happens to me please you don't become hopeless and sad. I know you don't like when i talk about my death but what can I do ?? I came to you without any guarantee period. If I die then you please start your new life find a beautiful girl for yourself and marry her. But before do full checkup of her that what if she also has disease like me. Can't take risk one more time na. Like I told you you are my world and what to see my world happy always. In my absence don't become lonely. Please get married again and yes don't forget me. Once in week remember your old wifey too okay. One more thing don't stay angry with mummyji please she is right at her place. If someone else would be in her place she would do the same. Manik: Kunj..... He called in sweet voice and Kunj come in sense.

Kunj: You.....

Manik: What is this ?? He said looking at paper in his hand.

Kunj: Twinkle ka letter she wrote before going.

Manik: Hoo love letter waaahh. Mujhe bhi padha. He said and snatch and read.

Kunj: Besharam kisi aur ka letter nhi padte hai.

Manik: Doesn't matter. Awww Kunj ek dum jhalli hai teri biwi. 

Kunj: I know. He said and take back letter.

Manik: Dekha itna pyaara letter likha hai tere liye ghar pe aur tu ghar hi nhi aa rha tha. Acha hua na tu yahan aagaya. Chal ab good boy ke tarah breakfast karle.

Kunj: Mann nhi.

Manik: Kunj you are a bp patient you haven't eaten anything since 2 days. It's not good.

Kunj: I don't care Twinkle is most important now.

Manik: Uff you are very strong na. Then why you become weak now see even Twinkle don't want to see you like this. If you stay like this how she get fine ?? Medications are going na she will be fine why loosing hope. Kunj god is taking your test do you want to fail ?? You are the great Kunj Sarna you never fail. Whether it is in studies or life. Kunj: You are right but I don't feel like eating.

Manik: Why bro ?? Now have no drama. You want to go hospital right so eat. If you will not eat then we will lock you here only. He forward the spoon and Kunj eat with heavy heart.

Kunj: Leave me alone for sometime. Manik nods and left from there. Kunj palm his face and sitting. Suddenly he hear Twinkle calling his name. He shocked and look around. He imagine her infront of him. He comes to her about to touch she vanish. Again voice come from back he turned and see her again. She kissed on his cheek he surprised she laughs at him. Just then Bebe comes and he realise he is hallucinating.

Bebe: Kya hua puttar ?? Chal.

Kunj: Haan bebe

After that they came back hospital. Doc shifted Twinkle in ward. Everyone decides that Kunj will see her first. Kunj went inside the room his body shivering he see her connected with many machines. His heart ached to see her and lone tears escaped from his eyes. He sit beside her and with shivering hands he hold her hand.

Kunj: Twinkle..... He called her softly but no response. Twinkle yaar please wake up. I can't bear this pain please wake up. I am dying to hear your voice. You promise me you will get fine and come back for me. Please wake up. He said crying like a baby who crying for a toy. He kissed on her forehead and laid his head beside her.

One month passed no improvement in Twinkle health. They shifted her to home as Kunj and Leela spent most of their time in hospital didn't go home make their health worse. Except for Ushar Sarna's shifted back to NYC so that Kunj is not left out. Manik too fight with his father tell him Kunj needs him this time and he also come to Sarna Mansion. Arijit went back for his work while Lert still there. A nurse kept for Twinkle she is with her in Kunj absence.
Kunj became dull and pale lost his charm. He was physically alive just for name sake. Inside he was dying to see his Twinkle back. Everyday he used to wake up with hope that his Twinkle will gain concious but his all hope went in vain. He was trying hard to make himself strong.

Early morning
Kunj was sleeping on floor his head resting on bed. He was holding Twinkle hand. Sunrays fall on him disturbing his sleep. He woke up and see Twinkle he smiled. He get up and sit on bed.

Kunj: Good morning Twinkle. Like always today also I am waiting for you to wake up. Sleeping beauty how much you wanna sleep. Meri neend udake khud araam se so rhi. He said talking to her. Bebe comes there.

Bebe: Kunj uth gaya tu chal jaa fresh ho ja. Office jana hai na..He nodded and left. He get ready fast and then come to Twinkle.

Kunj: Bye Twinkle. He kissed on her forehead and left. Though she didn't respond but he never goes without kissing her forehead. Everyone having breakfast Kunj about to go.

Bebe: Kunj beta breakfast. She give him voice.

Kunj: Not today bebe. He said about to go. Nandini takes plate and went to him.

Nandini: Will you not have breakfast from my hands.

Avni: Bhaiya you like my food na so have. Kunj making faces while they too make puppy faces he smiled. Nandini feed him food with her hands.

Kunj: When I have two sisters how can I go empty stomach. He said and give them side hug.

Nandini: Today we have kept get together.

Soon Kunj cameback from office. He didn't stay in office for long as he doesn't feel good when Twinkle isn't infront of him. He get freshen up and ask Avni for coffee. He sat on couch infront of Twinkle and working on laptop.

Avni: Bhaiya your coffee.

Avni: Again you become busy in this work.

Kunj: Kya karunga aur main. Twinkle or else work.

Avni: You love di so much. I wish God hear your prayers soon. She smiled and went.

Kunj: Don't know when that day will come. When God will hear my prayers. Till when you will test my patience. Missing your coffee Twinkle. He said in tired voice. Only he knows how he suffering.

At night
Kunj get ready in white shirt with blue jeans. He look at Twinkle.
Kunj: Our first New Year together and I have to celebrate it alone. Siyappa queen taras nhi aata tujhe mujhe parr haan. Uth jaa yaar thakk gaya hun main. Nhi hota mujhse akele festival celebrate.

Manik: Bro come yaar. He called him and Kunj nods left with him.
There was small get together family members and just few neighbours. They cut cake together and everyone busy with their partners and Kunj see felt so bad. He just giving them fake smile crying inside his heart.

Nandini: Cake ?? She forward him and he haves feed her too.

Manik: Missing your wifey ??

Kunj: Always. He said with sad voice.

Manik: Come with me. He said and they chit chatting. Kunj listening quietly. He went in side and standing waiter comes with drink. He closed his eyes thinks about Twinkle words then open his eyes look at his surrounding see one couple busy romancing. He recalls his moment with Twinkle he take the drink and gulp it. One by one he gulped all shots.

Kunj: Bring more.....actually bring one whole bottle for me. Waiter nods and come back with bottle. Kunj take it and gulp in one go. He ask for more and he gives him. Manik see him and shocked. He rush to him.

Manik: Kunj !!! Dammit what are you doing ?? He said snatch the bottle.

Kunj: Leave me alone. He shouted at him. Take back the bottle and drink. Everyone looks at him.

Manik: Kunj you forgot what you promised Twinkle ??? He said and Kunj stop.

Kunj: Twinkle..... Twinkle.....where she is ??? He gave a faint laugh.

Manik: Leave this. He said and throw the bottle.

Kunj: Look at every one they are busy with their partners celebrating New year. Look at me it's my first after marriage. Here I am and there my Twinkle fighting with life and death since one month. Look at Avni and Yuvi how happy they are. What wrong I did ?? That I am getting this pain. Why ???? Why always my happiness get snatched ?? Every day like a crazy I am waiting for her. She will wake up.....she will come back......but no. Every day I am dying to see her to hear her voice. I spent my childhood alone then I got you I thought someone is there for me. Then you left me and then after few years Twinkle come. Again now she left me. Whole life I will spend in loneliness. My life is a shit.

Manik: I am there for you na... When did I left you ?? And Twinkle too she will come back.

Kunj: Nhi pagal ho gaya hun main wait karke. Thakk gaya hun main fake smile deke. Nhi hun main strong looser hun main. Kya bigada maine kisi ka jo mere saath yeh ho rha ??? Kabhi kisi ka bura nhi kia mere saath itna bura kyu ho rha ?? Babaji abhi bhi apko khushi nhi mili mujhe itna dukh dene ke baad bhi ?? Isse acha toh mujhe maar dete. Nhi jee skta main uske bina ghoot ghoot ke marr rha hun main. He said fall on floor and burst out crying. All see him shocked it was the first time he was crying like this every time he used to hide his pain.

Manik: Chalo Kunj you are not in sense. He said and make him stand. Kunj jerk his hand and started throwing things here and there.

Kunj: Mujhe meri Twinkle do......mujhe wapis dedo meri Twinkle. Main mar jaunga..... Good I end my life only. He said take knife all shocked. He completely lost his sense.

Nandini: Bhaiya leave na..... Why you doing this ?? She snatch knife from his hand and throw start crying after see him.

Kunj: Give me my Twinkle....... I want her.... Give me. He screamed as loud he can. He started breathing heavily Manik went to him.

Manik: Kunj calm down please. He give him water. Kunj stood up and went to Twinkle room. He stand near her bed.

Kunj: Dekh I loose you win. Now please wake up. I can't live without you. Don't I deserve happiness too why you making me suffer. You left me telling me to marry someone else. Huhh am I a joke to all. Please wake up Twinkle. He sit on floor hold her hand and sobbing badly. All seeing him from far. Manik about to go Bebe stop him.

Bebe: Let him cry his heart out. Leave him alone.

Avni: I thought after meet everyone he will feel good for sometimes. But his condition become worse more.

Manik: He feel left out what to do. The space he has for Twinkle we can't fill it.
