Everywhere was hustle bustle Kunj laid Twinkle on stretcher she was unconscious.

Kunj: Twinkle open your eyes. What happen ?? He said patting on her cheeks but no response from her. Doctor comes and take her inside. Kunj was getting restless he moving to and fro. Suddenly doctor comes with disappointment written on his face. Kunj rushed to him and showered him with questions. Doctor sighed.

Doctor: Sorry Mr Sarna but she is no more. We can't save her. He said and Kunj froze. Nurse come with stretcher Twinkle laying on it lifeless. Kunj fall on his knees.

Kunj: Twinkleeeee..........he screamed and woke up with jerk. It was just a nightmare he realised looking at his surrounding. He was breathing heavily and his heart pumping so fast as it will come out. He closed his eyes calming himself.
He fetched for water and drink. He take photo frame of his and Twinkle and caressed her picture. He laid on bed thinking about his night mare he almost got an heart attack . He was lost in his thoughts. He take his phone and doing something.

Almost one week passed Twinkle was in Taneja mansion. Twinj didn't talked to eachother didn't even see eachother. Twinkle not having here meals and medicines not having will to live. Kunj too same always lost in his thought.

Morning Kunj get freshen up. He was getting ready Ishaan comes in his room. He sit on bed Kunj look at him.

Twinkle: Kunj I beg you please leave. She said and join her hands. Kunj closed his eyes now he don't know what to do. He don't have energy to explain her. He leave her take vase from side throw it on mirror it breaks. Twinkle shocked. Kunj take broken shard in his hand put on his wrist.

Twinkle: Kunjjjj....she shout.

Kunj: Twinkle you always talk about your death na now I will. Now you will understand what pain i felt when you use those words.

Twinkle: Kunj.... Leave it. She hold his arms he jerked his hand.

Kunj: Twinkle pack your things and go with me. If you won't listen me na I will end my life infront of you. He said put shard close to his wrist while Twinkle shocked.

Twinkle: No Kunj.... She cried.

Kunj: I said pack your bags. She started packing her things and close the bag.

Twinkle: See I did it now leave it.

Kunj: Nope call servant tell him to keep the bag in my car.

Kunj: Twinkle...... He said and gesturing to shard. Twinkle call servant and tells him he take the bag.

Twinkle: Please leave the shard please. She said pleading him. Kunj leave the shard and lift her in his arms.

Kunj: Don't try to do anything. He said giving her death glares. He was driving while Twinkle just looking at him. She notice it was not their route to home.

Twinkle: Where you taking me ??

Kunj: New York just few days left for your surgery. They reached airport and take their flight.

At night they reached and just slept. Almost afternoon Twinkle woke up didn't found Kunj beside her she went of room to check him. He was in garden taking walk. She didn't distrub him went to get freshen up. She prepare his favourite breakfast which he usually have in NY. Kunj comes there.

Twinkle: Kunj come have breakfast. She called him and he comes take a seat. See his all fav food and give small smile.

Kunj: Thanks. By the way I have called Leela maa she will be here tomorrow. And doctor has called us tomorrow only to admit you and then keep you under observation for one day.
He finished breakfast take his laptop and working.

Whole day passed they spend time together. Fear visible in Twinkle eyes which Kunj can see. Both cheering up eachother.

Twinkle was in balcony looking at stars lost in her thought. Kunj was busy in call with Manik discussing about work. He was done with call he comes in balcony. He went to her she kept her hand on railing he keep his hand on hers. Twinkle feel something and look at him. Both looking at each others with fear in their eyes and crying inside their heart. Kunj cupped her face and wiped her tears.

Kunj: Scared ?

Twinkle: Little bit don't know what will happen.

Kunj: I won't let anything happen to you. Nothing will happen. She just hugged him tightly. Both hugged each other tightly don't wanna leave each other. Just then it started raining they least bothered about it just want to be in eachother embrace. After sometimes they break the hug they were drenched in rain. Kunj lift her and take her in room. Their eyes locked to each other Kunj laid her down bed his hand on her both side. He about to go Twinkle hold his collar and bring him closer.

Twinkle: Kunj..... If I ask for something will you fulfill my demand ?? She said in low voice.

Kunj: Haan what do you want ??

Twinkle: You......please mark me yours. I don't know what will happen after that surgery. Before that I want you to make me yours. She said feeling butterflies on her stomach while Kunj shocked he didn't believe what he was hearing.

Twinkle: Goodnight. She kissed on his cheek and closed her eyes. Both doze off with satisfying smile on their face.
