2 days passed since they met doctor while Twinkle was ignoring Kunj she hardly talks with him. Before she used to sit with him and talk now whenever he comes from office she sleep. Kunj was confused with her but didn't say anything thought she isn't well.

Morning
Twinkle woke up and see Kunj who sleeping beside her. She smiled.
Twinkle (in mind): I am sorry for my behaviour Kunj. I feel so bad to behave like this with you but I can't help. You have got habitual of me so now you have to learn to live without me. I can't let you suffer in this. I want you happy always. Tears come in her eyes she wiped them. She got up went to freshen up.

After sometimes Kunj was getting ready and Twinkle downstairs busy in kitchen. Kunj see his all necesary things on bed before she itself used to give him now she didn't.

Kunj: God knows what happened to her. She behaving like this with before toh doing so much efforts for me. He murmured and thinks to call her. He tell Avni to send her she comes in room.

Twinkle: What ???

Kunj: My watch. He said and Twinkle was like really everything is here only. She didn't said anything take all things give in his hands. She about to go Kunj hold her hand.

Twinkle: I have work.

Kunj: So what ?? He said and stand infront of her.

Twinkle: Leave me or else mummyji will scold me. She said and free her hands while he gets annoyed.

Everyone finished their breakfast Kunj went to his room take his bag and left from there. Didn't bother to inform her.

Office
Kunj sitting and playing with his pen lost in his thoughts. Manik comes there take a chair sit beside him.

Manik: Kunj ??? He said and Kunj come in sense.

Kunj: Hmmm

Manik: What happened where are you lost ??

Kunj: Twinkle.....don't know what happened to her she behaving weird. Not talking with me ignoring me since we came back from New York.

Manik: Did you fight with her ??

Kunj: Nope I didn't everything was good between us she was making me happy giving surprise after we came from New York don't know what happened to her.

Manik: May be she is disturbed because of her surgery.

Kunj: I think so but when she get panic then come to me. But not now ?? Why ??

Manik: Chill bro you stay at office most of time. Give her time na she will be okay. Do one thing go early today.

Later Kunj leave early from office. He take flowers and chocolate for her. He parked his car Nikki see this and smirked. She went outside Ushar room Usha was crying as Manohar scold her she was speaking bad about Twinkle surgery. Nikki consoling Usha.

Nikki: Don't cry mummyji it's not your fault. Kunj was passing from there and heard her he stopped. Nikki come out from room with sad face close the door.

Kunj: What happened bhabhi to maa ??

Nikki: Kunj you are angry with mummyji na so Twinkle taking advantage of this. She taking advantage of her tumour also whenever mummyji give her work she makes excuses that she is not well. Today mummyji scolding her so she said to her that if Kunj only don't consider you then she will too not. She arguing to mummyji. Also whole day she spent in her room only and don't do any work. She fill Kunj ears against Twinkle. He see his mother crying badly. Though he was angry with her but a single tear of his mother pierced his heart. He marched towards his room. He comes in room and see Avni and Twinkle busy talking. Both see him and their eyes went on flowers in his hand. Both smiled not knowing what going inside Sadu Sarna.

Kunj: Avni please I need to talk to Twinkle alone.

Avni: Haan that I can see. I won't disturb you both. She said and left from there. Kunj throw chocolates and flowers Twinkle confused to see him angry.

Twinkle: Kunj ??? She stood up. Kunj pinned her towards the wall held her shoulder tightly. He looking at her angrily while she scared with his anger.

Kunj: Twinkle how dare you !!! If I support you and I am angry with my maa because she did wrong with you. It doesn't mean that you will misbehave and disrespect her. I won't appreciate this Twinkle.

Twinkle: What are you saying ?? She asked confusedly.

Kunj: I am saying right. I am angry with her don't take advantage of that. My maa is very important for me more than anyone. Today she is crying because of you Twinkle I won't bear a single tear of her. And if the reason is you then you won't be spared. I already told you this still you did this with maa haan. I can't believe it man. I always told you treat my mother nicely but you won't understand nicely. Listen properly don't ever disrespect her and argue with her. Treat my mother like your own mother like I do with your mother. If ever again I hear any complaint like this na then you will see my worse side which I don't want to show you.

Twinkle: Kunj kya bol rhe ho ?? Mujhe kuch nhi pta ?? Maine kuch nhi bola mummyji ko.

Kunj: Don't lie to me Twinkle. I know everything no need to hide. I hate it. He shouted and tight his grip more on her hands while Twinkle flinched.

Twinkle: Kunj you are huting me. She tried to remove his hand but can't.

Kunj: One more thing apni bimar ka fayeda mat utha Twinkle. Tujhse yeh expect nhi kia tha maine tera yeh natak bardasht nhi hoga mujhse. Don't get on my nerves get it. He said and leave her Twinkle don't know what he saying.

Twinkle: What happened to him suddenly. What is he saying don't know. She said rubbing her hands. She went down and preparing dinner with Avni.

Avni: Bhaiya bring flowers for you so sweet.

Twinkle: Leave him you don't know him now.

Kunj just sitting with them. She comes in room and see flowers and chocolates still om floor. She picked it up.

Twinkle: When he wanted to fight then why brought this ?? She said and keep it in cupboard. She slept later Kunj come and he too sleep.

Morning
As usual Kunj was getting ready for office and both not talking to each other. Suddenly she comes in room Kunj surprised he thinks she came to say sorry.

Twinkle: Mere injection khatam ho gaye hain. Please la dena aaj hi. Main khud le aati parr injection yahan kisi shop parr available nhi sirf tumhe pta hai bas. She said in cold voice.

Kunj: La dunga ......pehle tu jaa aur maa ko sorry bol.

Twinkle: You also listen then I don't know anything. So I am not saying anything. She said and left leaving Kunj angry. He take his things and left for office without breakfast.

Everyone sitting for breakfast.
Nandini: Bhaiya went without having breakfast.

Bebe: Kaam hoga kuch. Twinkle tension mat le tu khaale.

Kunj was sitting keeping his hand on his palm. Manik comes there and sit beside him.

Manik: If she's saying she don't know may she don't know.

Kunj: Same mujhe bhi laga tha Twinkle ke tu meri baat maanegi parr nhi. Tune maa ke saath badtameezi kari maine tujhe pehle bhi bola hai phir bhi. Tujhe pta hai mere liye meri maa kya hai main unse naraaz hun toh tune uske fayeda uthaya. How could you Twinkle ??

Twinkle: Mujhe nhi pta Kunj tum kya bol rhe ho ?? Let me explain atleast.

Kunj: Leave that you eat quietly. Aur nhi laaya main injection.

Now Kunj anger over powered him he takes the plates and throw it. She always said this and he just hate this. Twinkle shocked.

Kunj: Fine don't eat. You always say this only don't care about anyone. He said take out his phone and called Leela. Leela gets worried after seeing his call at this time.

Leela: Hello beta kya hua ?? Sab thik hai ??

Kunj: Nhi maa aap bas yahan ayiye aur apni beti ko le jayiye. Main usse ab nhi sambhal sakta. He said and cut the call.

Twinkle: Kunj ?? She said shockingly.

Kunj: Pack your things fast go from here. I am done with you Twinkle. Whole day I am stressed about you how are you if you are fine or not. I am an idiot who worried about you. Look at you can't you take care of yourself. Like a mad day and night I pray my Twinkle get fine I will do anything for her. But your mind just stuck on one thing. You know what you are selfish you just know your pain you don't care about other people. You don't care about me. You don't think what will happen to other if something happens to you. Everytime I have to be behind you haan you are not a small kid. For god sake Twinkle stop your stuborness. Injection injection you just want this. I am done with you I can't handle you anymore dammittt.... He shouted while Twinkle floor slipped what he just said to her. She didn't expected this.

Twinkle: Kunj I am sorry.....she cried. Tears started brimming from her eyes.

Kunj: Jaao apne ghar apne bhaiya ke saath jana operation kara lena. Paise bhej dunga main. I wasted my time lot behind you. Tujhe hi agar jeene ke iccha nhi main kya karun. Bohot shauk hai na tumhe meri life se jaane ka jaa aaj main khud tujhe aazad karta hun. He said opened the cupboard and throw her clothes on floor.

Twinkle: Kunj listen to me na. She said about to hold his hand but he jerks.

Kunj: No get out from my house. Tumse shaadi karne se acha main shaadi nhi karta. Meri life ke mistake ho tum. My life become mess after you. I don't want you in my life now. He said what ever comes in his mind his each word stabbed Twinkle's heart. She didn't say anything started packing her clothes. Kunj take out injection box and throw.

Kunj: Take most important thing of your life. Iske bina kaise zinda rahoge. He said and left in balcony leaving Twinkle crying badly.

Other side Leela shocked with Kunj she immediately tell Arijit and drive for Sarna mansion. They reached fastly Bebe confused to see them.

Bebe: Kya hua aap dono yahan ?? Leela tells her.

Arijit: Aise kaise Kunj Twinkle ko nikal skta Bebe ??

Bebe: Main abhi batati hun. Trio went to their room see Twinkle packing her bag and sobbing.

Arijit: Twinkle kya hua ?? He said and hugged her.

Twinkle: Maa bhaiya please aap jao neeche main aa rahi hun. She said and give her bag to Arijit. They went down Twinkle went to Kunj who was gazing at stars. She back hugged him rest her head on his back he just closed his eyes didn't utter a word.

Twinkle: I am sorry Kunj I am very very bad. You are best I troubled you lot. I am really sorry If I hurt you I didn't do intentionally. I am sorry for my words. If you don't want me I will go never come back here. You always stay happy please. Kunj just listening her tears come in his eyes too. She cuddles him after few minutes she leave him. I am going bye take care of yourself. She said and kissed on his head from back. She left down.

Kunj was seeing her she was about to sit in car but stopped she raise her face and see him. Both share eye lock and last she give him smile sit in car. Car left and leave Kunj in pain.

Twinkle reached Taneja mansion Aditi and Rt shocked to see her condition.

Arijit: Twinkle kya hua hai bataoge ?? He hugged her and asked. While she crying uncontrollably. Leela give her water and make her drink. She take a deep breathe and tell them.

Leela: Galti toh tumhari hai voh toh tumhara bhala keh raha tha.

Twinkle: Haan maine gusse main boldia mujhse dard bardasht nhi hua.

Rt: Koi baat nhi Kunj samajhdar hai hum baat karenge.

Manik: You send her. Now what ??

Manik: Kunj she is going for her surgery this is the time you should be with her she needs you most. But look at you both fighting with eachother. Before everything was good don't know what happened now ?? You need time right fine but don't get too much late.

Twinkle woke up get ready and come down. Whole night she was crying her head became heavy it was aching but she was least cared. Her eyes and face swollen. Leela make her sit at dinning.

Leela: What did you make yourself ?? Arijit please bring her injection from anywhere.

Arijit: Haan maa I am asking in every chemist shop. Arohi comes there and surprised to see her when she came last night she slept.

Arohi: Twinki bua you are here. She said and hugged her Twinkle smiled a bit.

Twinkle: Yes I was missing you badly. She said and cuddles her.

Arohi: Please stay with me this time for many days. She said puppily.

Twinkle: Don't worry now I will not go anywhere. Live here only. She said and all looking at her.

Arohi: Promise.

Twinkle: Promise.

Arohi: What about fu you leave him alone ??

Twinkle: Your fu don't want me. He is happy alone.

Arijit: Twinkle what are you saying ?? Stop it.

Leela: Bas kar khana kha ab. She said and take morsel near her.
