One fine day
Everyone went to Avni's family function. Just Twinkle was alone at home and Kunj in office. Twinkle think about Kunj she decide to do something special for him. She prepared special for Kunj. She called Kunj.

Twinkle: Kunj when are you coming ??

Kunj: Why any work ?? Are you fine ??

Twinkle: No it just everyone went to Avni's house for some function and I am alone here. You know I can't stay alone na.

Kunj: Okay I know I will come quickly. He said wrap up his work fastly and left for home. He come inside and every where is dark. He get confused.

Kunj: Why lights are off ??? Twinkle..... Twinkle...... He called her name. Suddenly lights on and he surprised with the scenario living room lit with candles.

Twinkle: Welcome Mr Sarna. She said went to him take his bag.

Kunj: Yeh kya hai ???

Twinkle: Surprise for you. Didn't you like ??

Kunj: But....

Twinkle: What but haan ?? Maine kitne mehnat se plan kia yeh sab tumhe acha nhi laga kya ?? She said pouting.

Twinkle: Thats it you do so much for me so me too. Now get freshen up fast. Kunj nodded he went in room and get freshen up. He comes down looking at the ambience and smiled.

Kunj: How you did this all alone ??

Twinkle: I can do anything now sit her. Both sitting on chair. 3 plates were kept covered with lid. Twinkle open one and Kunj shocked.

Kunj: Karela ??? He said take raw karela in his hand and making faces.

Twinkle: Haan tum khadoos ho mujhe laga tumhe pasand aayega. Kunj was like seriously while Twinkle laughed to see him.

Kunj: Itna acha set up haan aur khaane mein karela. Nonsense.

Twinkle: Relax sadu you tease me lot na. So tit for tat.

Kunj: Dekh raha hun bohot badla le rhi tu. Twinkle nodded in yes. She take other plates and open it there was noodles and manchurian.

Twinkle: Noodles with manchurian have. She said about to take fork but Kunj stop.

Kunj: Umm....maine na ek test ke baare mein suna tha noodle test.

Twinkle: Noodle test ???? Yeh kya hai ??

Kunj: Yeh test se hum partners ke compartibility check karte hain. Dekh ek end se ek end se tu. If noodle doesn't break then we will live happily together. Twinkle was like 'o'. Kya bolti hai ??

Twinkle: Okay let's see. They take noodle one end Kunj other end Twinkle. Slowly slowly they having eat coming closer both lost in each other eyes. They were very close Kunj pulled Twinkle and she landed on his lap. Her eyes bulged out while Kunj gestures her to noodle he holding her waist tightly. Kunj looking at her lips and Twinkle too. Just an inch gap left their lips connect to each other. They closed their eyes and kissing each other. Kunj pulled her more and more while Twinkle hands encircle around his neck. Kunj bite her lips Twinkle give him back. He sucking her lips while she moaned. After getting lack of breathe they broke kiss both look at each other and panting. Twinkle blushed and she hide her face in her chest. Kunj hugged her back and she cuddling him.

Kunj: We passed the test. He chuckled and Twinkle hit on his chest.

Twinkle: I am hungry. She said and come out from his lap. Sit opposite of him.

Kunj: What if we have rest of noodles like this only ?? He said winking at her.

Twinkle: Then we won't finish this noodle this year. Shut up now have. She said and feed him manchurian ball.

Kunj: When they'll come ??

Twinkle: I called Avni she said there is some issue in her state so police is not allowing anyone to move out of town. So they are stuck will come tomorrow.

Kunj: Acha. They finished dinner and Twinkle bring dessert.

Twinkle: Guess what I have for dessert ??

Kunj: What ??

Twinkle: Cupcakes. She said and show they happily have it. Little icing on Twinkle's lip Kunj come near her clean and pecked her lips.

Kunj: Awesome cake thanks.

Twinkle: Let's watch something on tv. They both sitting on couch lights off just candles. They sitting beside each other watching web series. They watch till late night.

Kunj: Twinkle now we should sleep. Twinkle nodded both locked the door and went in their room. Kunj about to go near bed Twinkle stop him.

Twinkle: Not there but here. She take him balcony. See matress cushions kept in balcony with lights and candles.

Kunj: Awesome. He laid on matress she too beside.

Twinkle: You love star gazing na thats why. She said and rest her head on his forearm. You mens are so tough haan. Tumhe kya surprise dun samajh hi nhi aata.

Kunj: Surprise kyu ?? Mera birthday nhi hai Twinkle.

Twinkle: Huh so what sirf birthday parr thodi surprise dete. You do so many things for me even I wanted.

Twinkle: Aww so sweet. She said and pecked on his cheek. The way you handle me support and care for me thanks for that this is for that only.

Kunj: Twinkle tujhe yeh sab karne ke zarurat nhi mera care karna tujhe support karna yeh sab mera farz hai. Koi ehsaan nhi jo tujhe chukana pade. Main nhi karunga tere liye toh aur kon. He said and kissed on her forehead.

Twinkle: Okay I won't. She making circles on his chest while Kunj gazing at stars and playing with her hairs.

Kunj: Twinkle doctor called me.....he wants to meet us. I have booked flight we will leave day after tomorrow.

Twinkle: Acha Kunj maa called me. So many days passed I didn't stay there. Can I go there.

Kunj: Let's see we have go NYC after that you go.

Twinkle: Can I stay there tomorrow just for one day. Morning I'll go and comeback at night with you please.....please. Kunj look at her and she making puppy faces.

Twinkle was excited to meet her family. After getting ready she prepare breakfast. Just then Avni comes there.

Twinkle: You all come so early.

Avni: Haan Papaji ko office aana tha Yuvi bhi.

Twinkle: Acha hua aagaye tum log.

Avni: Di aap akele kyu bana rahe main hun na ??

Twinkle: Mummyji.... Main maa ke ghar jaa skti. Maine sab breakfast bana dia hai. She said looking down.

Usha: Jao jahan jana hai. Twinkle went to Bebe tell her. Before going she went to her room keep all things of Kunj. She went to bed pat on his back.

Twinkle: Kunj I am going to Maa house.

Kunj: Hmm.... He just hummed in sleep. She went Taneja Mansion. As she reached she call Leela.

Twinkle: Maa dekho main aagayi. Leela comes down see her and Twinkle ran to her hugged her.

Otherside Twinkle was having breakfast she gets Kunj call.

Kunj: Hello Twinkle.

Kunj: What did you said haan ?? How dare you Twinkle ?? Tu kabse yeh sab sochne lagi haan. Kuch nhi hoga tujhe smjhi.

Twinkle: Haan sorry.

Kunj: What sorry ?? Idiot I don't wanna talk to you. Before she could say anything he cut the call.

Twinkle: Mere bina rehna toh tumhe seekhna hoga Kunj kyuki mujhe khud bhi nhi pta hum kab saath rahenge. Tears come in her eyes.

Later Kunj get muffed he went office and working. Call come in his land line. He picks up.

Kunj: Hello.

Twinkle: Kunj I am sorry na.

Kunj: Twinkle.....

Twinkle: Acha suno Maa tumhe dinner bula rhi hain. Jab tak tum nhi aaoge voh mujhe nhi bhejengi smjhe toh tum raat ko aa jana. And i am sorry.

Kunj: Tujhe toh main bataunge shaam ko.

Twinkle: Okay I am waiting.

At night
Kunj comes Taneja Mansion and see Twinkle Arijit arguing to each other like kids.

Arijit: Lo your husband come jaa uske peeche chup jaa. He said and push her.

Twinkle: Whatever. She said and went.

Twinkle: Offo aap sab bhi yeh sab kahan leke baith gaya haan. Kunj ko bohot bhuk lagi hogi.

Leela: Haan main bhi na. Jaa Twinkle Kunj ko room mein le jaa freshen up hone ke liye. Twinkle nodded and takes him

Twinkle taking Kunj in her room. Kunj hold her hand pinned her towards the wall. He hold her elbow looking in her eyes.

Kunj: Kya bol rhi thi haan ?? Dimaag over time parr chal rha tera haan. He said angrily.

Twinkle: I am really sorry Kunj. Main aise hi boldia. She said and hold her ears.

Kunj: Pati hun tera tu jahan main wahan tujhe kuch hua na toh main bhi tere pass aa jaunga. I will also die. Before he said more Twinkle covered his mouth.

Twinkle: Kunj don't say this I am sorry. I won't say again okay. She said pleasing him while Kunj looking with narrow eyes.

Kunj: Fine whatever. Waise subah mujhse mila bina chali gayi haan.

Twinkle: Voh main bohot excited thi aur mujhe Maa ke haath ka breakfast karna tha so....

Kunj: Kaise hai tu bilkul bhi khayal nhi hai apne pati ka na.

Twinkle: Sorry for that too.

Kunj: Yup good girl. He pat on her cheek and left to washroom. He comes back both went down. Everyone sitting for dinner.

Kunj: Where is Arohi ??

Aditi: She slept early.

Kunj: Oh acha I bring chocolates for her it is kept on couch.

Aditi: You never forget to bring.

Twinkle: Thats why she asking for her Fu.

Arijit: Went on her bua na. He said while Twinkle give him glares.

Rt: Twinkle your husband is here and you are fighting.

Arijit: Papa she fight with her husband also. You know Kunj gave her a name injection queen. He said all laughed Twinkle making faces at them.

Twinkle: Kya maa you too laughing with him.

Kunj: Acha Twinkle aaj kitne use kiye haan ??

Leela: Bas bhi karo Kunj khana khao. Miss kar rhe the na mere khaane ko.

Kunj: Haan. He said and having. They finished their dinner. Leela bring kheer for them Kunj busy in his phone checking something important.

Twinkle: Kunj do this later have kheer. He just hummed Twinkle shook her head. She take spoon near his lips he open his mouth. She feeding him while everyone adored them.

Twinkle: Acha maa we should leave now. Mujhe packing bhi karni hai.

Leela: Haan doctor ne kya bola mujhe batana. She hugged everyone and both left from there.
The drive was silent they reached home. Both get freshen up Twinkle take her medicine she went to Kunj he wad sitting she stood opposite of him giving him angry look.

Twinkle: Kiss haan sadu bohot zyda nhi ho rha tumhara. She said pulling his hairs.

Kunj: So what galti bhi tune badi kari thi. Tujhse nhi mangunga toh kisse haan ?? Let me think.

Twinkle: I won't leave you. She said and hitting him while Kunj hold her waist and pulled. She was above from Kunj both looking at each other. He pulled her she landed on him. Kunj flip their position he was upon her now.

Kunj: Now I will take revenge properly. He winked at her. He nuzzle his face in her neck kissing her neck he slide her kurti and kissed on her collar bone. While Twinkle shocked with his action.

Just then Kunj phone rings they come in sense she push him and Kunj laid down on bed . She about to go he hold her hand and entagled their fingers. Kunj take the call it was Manik.

Manik: Hello Mr Romeo !!!

Kunj: Bolo Mr Shameless !!! They talk for sometime both cracking jokes and laughing teasing each other. Kunj cut the call.

Twinkle: Kunj you and Manik friend since childhood na ??

Kunj: Yes same school class and same university. We are best friends always together in buisness too but then Manik father decided to come back here and I have to stay New York. Manik made me understand he came back here. We were in touch used to talk everyday. That distance increased our friendship more then I came here for our marriage. We got united again.

Twinkle: Love bond of you both.

Kunj: Haan we are same to same. Our likes dislikes everything same. His parents didn't give him time and and my papa didn't give me time. We used to share our problems with eachother understand eachother.

Twinkle: Ohh both never used to fight ?? Like I mean sometimes it happens na.

Twinkle: What about you ?? You had allergy with girls haan ?

Kunj: Haan ek ladki ke ditch karne ke baat pate bhar gaya tha mera. I thought career and family is more important than being in relationship. Pehle jiske wajah se iss duniya main hun unhe toh pyaar karlun phir kisi aur se karunga.

Kunj: You know I already told I don't wanna get married. Phir laga kisi se toh karni thi tujhse hi karli cause I found you genuine and different from others girls. And after knowing you I don't regret marrying you.

Kunj: You also not like typical girls who show off on their husband money don't have any sense just lost in outer beauty. You are different you want to became an independent girl stand on your own feet. Thats what I like about you.

Twinkle: And I like everything about you just your drinking habit I hate it. She said making faces.

Kunj: Bas don't start that. Goodnight. Both slept after talking.

Next day they did their packing and left for NYC. At night they reached there and slept after dinner.

Morning
Kunj woke up he looked at Twinkle. He kissed on her forehead she too woke up and looked at him.

Twinkle: Good morning Kunj.

Kunj: Good morning get ready fast we have to go. Twinkle nodded and both went to get freshen up.

Twinkle preparing breakfast in kitchen for them. Kunj come and see her he back hugged her. Twinkle see his hand and understand. He hold her waist tightly and blowing on her ear irritating her.

Twinkle: Ahhaaaa Kunj...... She shouted at him.

Kunj: Kya hua Twinkle.

Twinkle: Don't irritate me. She frowned but Kunj tickling her. She turned to him and smacked his arms.

Kunj: Oucchhh.....lag rhi hai.

Twinkle: You deserve it jao yahan se.

Kunj: Haww main darr gaya. He said and again tickles her.

Twinkle: Kunj leave me warna main brekfast na banaungi aur na khaungi.

Kunj: Acha sorry. I won't do it. He said and leave her help her in brekfast. Both have breakfast and then went to doctor.

Doctor cabin
Mehta: Mr Sarna medicines are not working on Twinkle and her health too deteriorating. So I suggest to go for surgery. He said making Twinj shocked both look at each other.

Kunj: But doctor we see for sometime more na.

Mehta: We can but her health getting worse. The tumour can increase too we can't risk. We have to go for surgery. Kunj giving helpless look to Twinkle.

Kunj: No we don't want that to happen.

Mehta: See we will do surgery the tumour will be removed she don't have to bear pain. Just for short period she will get pain then fine.

Kunj: Yes doctor.

Mehta: But one more thing anything can happen to her during surgery we can't say anything. We will try as much as we can still the risk will be their. Are you ready for this ??
Kunj look at Twinkle.

Twinkle: Yes I am.

Mehta: Good then we don't have other option than this. After 2 weeks will be your surgery we have to do some preparation before. And the medicines will be same only. Both nodded and talk for sometime then left. They sit in car the drive was silent they reached back home. Kunj make Twinkle sit both were numb. He give her water and she drink.

Kunj: See Twinkle.... He said and cupped her face. Both looking at each other with fear in their eyes.

Twinkle: Surgery Kunj.....

Kunj: Shhh you are my strong Twinkle na. Thoda sa pain hoga phir tu bilkul thik ho jayegi na. Just after that your all pain gone no more injection and medicines haan. You will be free from that pain. I am with you won't let anything happen to you.

Twinkle: You listen na what doctor said what if something happens to me.

Kunj: No nothing will happen to you. Be positive . He consoling her but itself he was shaken down. She just hugged him tightly while Kunj too. They share bone crushing hug both having fear of losing each other.

Twinkle (in mind): I can't let you suffer with me. You have got so much attached with me if something happens to me how you will survive. No I will make you away from myself. We can't stay together it's not in our destiny. I will make you away from me....

Kunj (in mind): I can't lose you Twinkle..... I can't you are precious for me. If something happens to you what I'll do. I have to be strong we don't have other away.

Twinkle broke the hug.

Kunj: Let's go out.

Twinkle: No..... I don't want. I want to go back home just.

Kunj: Haan we will at night.
