So here the update.

One month passed Twinkle health was worsening day by day her pain increased. She got addicted to the injection she can't survive without that. While Kunj was taking care of her Twinkle can't thank him enough but sometimes curse herself too.

Morning
Today was Diwali so everyone was at home only. Twinkle goes to Kunj who is in gym. She keeps the juice glass on table and give him annoying look.

Twinkle: Kunj sab ne breakfast karlia tumne nhi kia bas. Aur kitni der haan ?? She said with crossing her hands.

Kunj: One hour later.

Twinkle: Waise toh gym nhi jaate aur aaj extra work out kar rhe. Impossible man jo karna hai karo.

After one hour finally Kunj get freshen up. Twinkle comes in room with breakfast and see Kunj who was shirtless standing infront of mirror.

Twinkle: Ahaan can't you wear your clothes. She said and turned other side.

Kunj: Oyye siyappa queen tu toh abhi bhi purane zamaane mein jee rhi. Chill it's normal waise bhi you have seen me shirtless many times if you remember. You should be thank full seeing me like this it's blessing to your eyes. He said and turned while she rolled her eyes.

Twinkle: So obsessed you are. She said keep the tray on bed. Kunj get ready he wearing black lower with black sweatshirt. He sit and having his food.

Kunj: Did you have ??

Twinkle: Yes I had you have. Acha suno please bring my injection na. Its going to be over.

Kunj: Itne jaldi kaise ?? Last week laya tha mein.

Twinkle: Ho gaya khatam kya karun bohot pain hota hai mujhe. Jaise hi main injection use karti mera pain chala jata.

Kunj: Samajh raha hun parr Twinkle kisi cheez ka over dose it's not good. It will harm you.

Twinkle: I know tum doctor se baat karo. My pain increasing only.

Kunj: Hmm ek month ho gaya jayenge main appointment dekhta hun. Twinkle nodded and left downstairs.

Twinkle busy in kitchen while Kunj with Yuvi playing is PS. After few hours lunch time Twinkle comes in room with lunch Yuvi already left.

Twinkle: Kunj have your lunch. Both having lunch together.

Twinkle: Thanks acha I am going for diwali shopping with Nandini and bebe. You need anything tell me.

After lunch Twinkle went for shopping mall.

Otherside Kunj working on laptop.

Later at night everyone got ready for laxmi pooja. Kunj comes downstairs Nandini comes to him.

After sometimes everyone gathered in hall.

Youngsters sitting together and cracking jokes. Twinkle was busy packing gifts for guests.

Arijit: Twinkle yaar kabhi toh humare saath bhi baith jaya kar.

Twinkle: 2 minute bas. She complete her work and sit beside him.

Kunj: We'll go day after tomorrow. And your sister has made me mad she just want that injection all the time. Now she has learnt to stab herself so use it whenever feel like.

Kunj move towards her lips Twinkle understand and closed her eyes. Kunj smiled to see this he thinks to tease her. He kissed on her chin and laid down on bed. Twinkle on not feeling anything opened her eyes and see Kunj. She frowned and see their hand entwined she remove it from jerk.

Twinkle: Sadu..... She murmured enough audible for Kunj he controlling his laugh. Twinkle remember something and she stood up left down.

Kunj: Yeh kahan gayi leave. Maan na maan Twinkle chahti toh tu bhi mere qareeb aana. He sit up and ruffled his hairs. Twinkle also comes there she hold his hand

Twinkle: Kunj stand up. He stood up and she keep laptop on his hand.

Kunj: Laptop ??

Twinkle: Yes today is our first diwali together na so I bring this laptop for you as gift.

Kunj: What ?? Twinkle it seems expensive why you wasting your savings.

Twinkle: What waste ?? You do so much for me why can't I ?? Waise bhi gift main price nhi dekhte smjhe.

Kunj(thinks): Thank God Nandini suggest me to buy gift for her or else what she'll think about me. He went towards cupboard take out one box and give to Twinkle.

Kunj: Happy Diwali you too. Both hugged each other. She smell his cologne and cuddles him. While Kunj caressing her hairs.

Twinkle: Acha let's sleep. She said breaking the hug and pecked on his lips. Run to washroom.

Both changed their clothes and laid down on bed. Kunj keep his hand around her waist while Twinkle see and smiled she keep her hand on his.

Kunj: Good night.

Twinkle: You too good night.

Next day
Kunj was getting ready for office Twinkle comes with coffee for him.

Kunj: Twinkle don't you think Avni and Yuvi should get married ??

Twinkle: Haan they love each other.

Kunj: You go I am coming downstairs. He said having his coffee and Twinkle nodded went down.

Everyone having breakfast.
Kunj: Tauji maine na Yuvi ke liye ek ladki dekhi hai baat karli hai maine unse aaj chalte hain wahan. He said while Yuvi chocked and Twinkle looking at him with question eyes.

Surjit: Acha tumne dekha hai toh achi hogi voh.

Whole day passed Yuvi was in tension while Avni not taking his call. Kunj come back and get ready for going. He was wearing sweatshirt and jeans and making his hairs. Twinkle come in room see him and making faces.

Twinkle: Mr Sarna you aren't going to see girl for your marriage. You are already married.

Kunj: Giving a try kya pata koi mil jaaye. He said and turned to her.

Twinkle: Me too. Waise kiska jaadu chala hai tumpe meri aur Yuvi ke zindagi tabah karne nikle ho ?? Kunj chuckled.

Kunj: Chal bhai sab bula rhe hain.

Kunj: Chal beyy. He said and take him. Bebe, Anita, Surjit, Manohar, Yuvi and Kunj left to the place. They went inside and they called the girl. To Yuvi surprise the girl was no one else but Avni only. He jumped in happiness while Kunj winked at him. Kunj send their picture to Twinkle and she shocked but happy for them. They came back and Yuvi having big smile.

Twinkle: Oh my my look at Yuvi.

Surjit: Kunj beta tumne toh bohot acha rishta de dia hume.

Kunj: Yup.

Nandini: Toh shaadi fix ?? One more bhabhi coming ??

Kunj: Haan ji one more. Kyu Yuvraj Sarna kahan tha best ladki dekhunga tere liye. He said lifting his collar while Yuvi bow his head.

Twinkle: Great Kunj you gave us surprise.

Kunj: I know tum log ne kaise socha main Yuvi or Avni ko alag karunga.

Early morning Twinj get ready and left to catch their flight. They reached NYC and slept after having dinner.

Then they both woke in morning got ready and went to meet doctor. He did her checkup and said report will come after 2 days. They came back in their car.

Kunj: Today we going in party my one of friend kept. So let's shop something.

Twinkle: Great. They went for shopping Twinkle taking lot time for choosing dress.

Twinkle: You too handsome. Acha make me wear this. She said hand him necklace which he gave her.  She turn around side her hairs and Kunj make her wear it.

Kunj: Hey Vishal she is my wife Twinkle and Twinkle he is Vishal. Happy birthday Vishal.

Vishal: Thanks meet my wife Vedika.

Vishal went to waiter and tell him something. He nodded and went to Twinj offers them drink and they have not knowing Vishal mixed alcohol in it.

Twinkle: Amazing drink. Kunj let's do competition who drink more glasses.

Kunj: Done. They both drinking thinking it is juice. They had dinner and came back home. Twinkle stumbles Kunj hold her. Both weren't in their sense.

Twinkle: Thanks. She said not being in sense.
Kunj lift her and take her in room.

Both laid down on bed lights were dim their hands touching each other. They look at each other Kunj remove his coat and come above Twinkle.

Kunj: You looking beautiful today. You making me go weak. He said on her lips.

Twinkle: Acha do whatever you like. She whispered almost.

He moved closer to her rubbed his thumb on lips. He didn't think anything place his lips on her. Both softly kissing each other Twinkle hands went on his nape she caressing his nape hairs. Kunj tickles her Twinkle gasped and Kunj took the advantage enter her mouth. Twinkle shocked and open her eyes see his eyes closed. She again closed her eyes and kissing him both playing with each other tongue. Twinkle getting out of breathe Kunj not leaving her. Finally they break kiss taking deep breath. Kunj nuzzled his face in her neck and kissing on her neck.

Twinkle (thinks): Why this Kunj coming so close to me ?? Even I can't stop him. Leave it I am feeling good. Kunj bite her she moaned he soothing her pain. He nuzzle his face in other side of neck and did same. He raise his face and look in her eyes. Twinkle can see desire in his. She cupped his jaw and kissed on his both cheeks. Kunj bite her cheek she pulled him more.

Twinkle: You know what I love it when you come close to me. That day you said right I can't resist your touch. I want to you close to me.

Kunj: Even me too I am scared that you will feel uncomfortable thats why don't do anything. Or else.... They were saying what they had in their heart which they hiding.

Twinkle: Or else.. What ?? Kunj didn't say anything started kissing on her shoulder biting her. He make her neck and shoulder red. He moved to her cleavage and rubbing his nose.

Twinkle: Bas haan Kunj. Kuch toh baad ke liye baaki rakho. She said and moved away from him while Kunj making annoying faces. Twinkle cuddles him and both sleep.
