Twinj reached New York it was late night. Kunj opens the door with extra keys.
Kunj: Come.....before marriage we used to stay here. He said hold her hand take her in.

Twinkle: Beautiful. She said looking at the lavish mansion. Kunj show her whole mansion and then finally come in their room.

Kunj: So this is my room....now yours too. She smiled and look at all the pictures of Kunj hanging there.

Twinkle: Wooww sadu before you used to do modelling ??

Kunj: Lame joke. Get freshen up I am very tired we have to go hospital tomorrow. Twinkle nodded take her clothes and went in washroom. Kunj gets freshen up and lay down on bed. Twinkle comes back.

Twinkle: What about dinner ??

Kunj: I have given order. Food comes and they have after that slept.
Next day both wake up get freshen up. Twinj prepared breakfast together as servants were not there and after breakfast left for hospital.

Hospital
Kunj: Hello Mr Mehta. He said and shake hands with him.

Mehta: Hello I checked your wife reports. Trust on me your wife fine will recover soon. Twinkle I know you must be thing it's very big disease and all but it's not. People made this disease big in fear. If you have will to live you will survive if not then best doctors or medicines also won't work. You just say positive and stay happy. Forget that you have tumour and all. Live life like you used to before never let the bad thoughts come in your mind. I am prescribing the medicines take in time always. Come for checkup regularly. Also writing one shot which you can inject whenever feel pain. It is expensive little. Firstly we will try to destroy tumour with medicines if it doesn't work then we will go for operation. Have this medicines then we'll see progress and take decision.

Kunj: Okay thanks doctor.

Mehta: It's my work take care of her. They both left from their and sit in car.

Kunj: See he is very good doctor. You'll be fine soon.

Twinkle: Hmm... Acha when we going back ??

Kunj: Tomorrow morning. Let's show you my New York.

Twinkle: Great. Whole day they spent roaming here and there enjoy lot. After at night comes back and jumped on bed just.

Twinkle: Ufff maza aaya....but now I am having body ache. She said and comes near Kunj rest her head on his chest. She come near his cheek and giving kisses on his cheek. Kunj surprised. His eyes pop out.

Kunj: What ??

Twinkle: Thanking you. She said blushing. She was happy seeing his care for her and couldn't control herself from expressing it.

Kunj: Acha.... He said and comes above her giving her naughty smile. Before he could do anything she pushed him aside and immediately sat on bed. She was about to run but Kunj held her hand back so hard that she landed on him her lips clashed on his lips. As soon as they felt each others lips shiver ran down their spine. Twinkle shocked she moved back and both look at each other. Feels so awkward Twinkle stood up with jerk and ran to washroom. Kunj recalled what happened smile came on his face. He ruffled his hairs. Twinkle look at herself in mirror and blushing like anything. Her cheeks turned red. She any how come back looking here and there. She see Kunj sitting on bed busy in phone. Kunj look at her their eyes meet and changed their gaze.

Kunj: Take medicine and then sleep. He said and went in washroom to change. Both laid on bed Twinkle avoiding looking at him and sleep. Twinkle fast asleep while Kunj looking at ceiling thinking about his life mess. He turned his face and look at Twinkle who sleeping peacefully he recalled their moments and giggled. He slightly come near her and pecked on her forehead. Then he too sleep holding her hand.

Next day
They get ready and left for airport. They were in flight Twinkle looking outside. While Kunj sleep resting his head on her shoulder. She look at him and smiled. She take blanket and covered themselves. After long hours they reached Amritsar and come home. They reached home and Bebe welcome them.

Bebe: Kya kahan doctor ne ??

Kunj: Kuch nhi medicines dia hai.

Bebe: Acha jao araam karo main dinner bhej rhi.

Nandini: Bhabhi did you roam in New York ??

Twinkle: Yup we enjoy lot.

Yuvi: Haaye I miss it so much.

Nandini: Me too.

Twinkle: Then come with us next time. They both think and nodded in no.

Kunj: Arey kyu ?? Abhi toh bol rhe the miss kar rahe.

N & Y: We are happy here.

Yuvi: Jo India mein hai voh NY mein kahan. He said and Kunj raised his eye brows.

Nandini: Bas bhaiya go and get freshen up. Both left in room and have dinner. Twinkle having pain.

Kunj: Kya hua Twinkle ?? Is it paining.

Twinkle: Haan Kunj. She said with water in her eyes.

Kunj: Is it unbearable ??

Twinkle: I can't tell you how it feels. I feel like bang my hand on something. Kunj feel bad after see her. She was bearing this from so many months but never told anyone.

Kunj: Take that injection.

Twinkle: Injection. She said getting tensed but thinks and said yes.

Kunj: Are you sure ??

Twinkle: Yes I am can't bear this. Kunj ready the shot and look at her once again asked. She nodded in yes. His hands shivering he gathered all his courage inject in her hand. She closed her eyes and tears escaped. Kunj done and he look at her.

Kunj: Are you fine ??

Twinkle: Yes. She said and just laid down on bed sobbing. Kunj heart sank seeing her but he can't do anything. He laid down beside her and hugged her. She hold his shirt dig her face on his chest and crying. Kunj caressing her hairs. Slowly slowly she stopped crying and sleep. Kunj moved away and see her. See dry tear marks on her face. He caressed her cheeks.

Kunj: If it's in my hand I would take your all pain but I can't. I feel  so helpless to see you like this. He said with wet eyes.

Next day
Everyone having dinner just then they heard voice. All turned and found Alia standing there.

Alia: Hii Kunj... She said and hugged him.

Usha: Alia humare bagal wale ghar mein shift ho rahi hai. She said and all shocked. Twinkle making faces.

Alia: Yes.... I am very happy. I can come here whenever I want. Kunj aunty told me everything about Twinkle. I feel so bad for you. You deserve better life partner. You deserve to be happy. Ghumne jane ke age mein tum hospital ke chakkar kaat rahe. So bad.

Kunj: What I deserve I have got and I am very happy with that. Aur main voh log ke tarah nhi hun jo apni responsibilty se bhaage aur apni kismat parr roye . I am not a looser.

Alia: I know but...

Kunj: I am going office Twinkle. He said and went from there. Twinkle comes behind him.

Kunj: Yeah....I am going take care. He said kissed on her forehead and went down.

Twinkle: How cute he is. She smiled and come down. Kunj see that Alia giving chocolates to Ishaan he immediately throw the chocolate.

Kunj: Ishaan didn't I told you that don't take anything from strangers hand. He scold him he crying.

Twinkle: Kunj why you shouting at him. She said and cuddles Ishaan.

Alia: I am not a stranger.

Kunj: You are buzz off. He said and left for office.

Twinkle: Go Ishaan in your room. She said and he goes from there.

Alia: Poor Twinkle I felt so sad after hearing. You can't give happiness to Kunj and his family. You can't give him child.

In evening Kunj comes back along with Yuvi and  Manohar. Everyone sitting in hall.

Usha: Mujhe baat karni hai tumse Kunj.

Usha: Main chahti hun ke tum Alia se shaadi karo.

Usha: Kab hoga ?? Yeh ladki se toh nahi hoga. Bas bojh ban gayi hai iss ghar parr. Tears started escaping from Twinkle eyes and Kunj getting irritated with Usha.

Kunj: Maa voh thik ho jayegi na phir mil jayega apka pota. Pehle voh thik toh ho voh zyda important hai. Dubara yeh baby topic mat lana please.

Usha: Thik hai nhi lekar aaungi tu bas Alia se shaadi karle. 

Kunj: Have you lost your sense haan. Meri shaadi ho chuki hai aur main koi raja nhi ke meri dus raniya ho. Yuvi laughing after hearing this 😂😂.

Usha: Main bas bol rhi Alia se engagement karlo agar achi lagi toh shaadi karna warna mat karna. Ek mauka do usse.

Kunj: Aur kyu karun main usse engagement.

Usha: Kyuki voh Twinkle se zyda better harr maaine mein.

Kunj: Main nhi maanta. She is just selfish bas acha hone ka natak karti hai.

Usha: Toh saabit karo. Dekho main tumhari maa hun tumhari bhalai chahti hun isiliye keh rahi . Yeh ladki ke saath tu khush nhi rahega.

Kunj: Bohot ache se bol rha hun mujhe yeh sab nhi karna. Hadd paar mat karo aap phir kuch boldia toh bura lagega apko. Main nhi kar raha koi engagement usse.

Usha: Tumhe karna hoga. Tum engagement karlo phir mujhe saabit karke dikhao ke Alia buri hai phir main khud usse tumhare pass nhi aane dungi Twinkle ko bhi kuch nhi bolungi. Aur agar nhi kia toh Twinkle ko chorr doge tum aur Alia se shaadi karoge. 

Kunj: Mujhe nhi manzoor hai yeh. Main naa shaadi naa engagement karunga usse.  He said in stern voice.

Usha: Tu karega Kunj. Agar meri baat nhi maani na toh... She said and take out a poison bottle and all shocked. Main mar jaungi kyuki main tumhari zindagi barbaad hote nhi dekhungi. Tu keh raha hai na Alia buri toh mujhe saabit karke dikha. Usse ek mauka se.

Kunj: Maa chorro isse. He said taking the bottle but she didn't leave him.

Bebe: Usha tu khud apne bete ke zindagi barbaad kar rhi koi aur nhi.

Usha: Tu engagement karega yaa main. She warned him.

Twinkle: Kunj karega engagement Alia se. She said and come to them.

Kunj: Twinkle.....

Twinkle: Nhi Kunj you'll do it. Agar Kunj aur maine saabit kardia ke Alia buri hai toh aapko mujhe apni nuh ka darja dena hoga. Boliye ??

Usha: Haan dungi bas mujhe saabit karke dikaho.

Usha: Bebe apne bete ke khushi ke liye yeh sab kar rhi. Kunj kal tumhari engagement hogi maine baat karli hai Jaya se. She take his hand and take out the ring given by Twinkle and throw inside. Kunj jerked his hand.

Kunj: Engagement toh kara rahi parr yeh socha aapke so called 'log kya kahenge' ke biwi hote hue bhi dusri shaadi kar rha.

Usha: Uske chinta mat kar. Kal sirf ghar wale honge bahar ka koi nhi.

Kunj: Thik hai main yeh kar toh raha hun parr Maa main apko kabhi maaf nhi karunga iske liye. He said and went from there. Everyone also left Twinkle take the ring in her hand and  comes in room see Kunj sitting on bed fuming with anger.

Twinkle: Kunj ....

Kunj: Kya zarurat thi yeh sab ke Twinkle.

Twinkle: Zaruri hai Mummyji mera test le rahi main iss test main pass ho jaungi mujhe pta hai. Hum Alia ko expose karenge aur usse tumhari life se humesha ke liye nikal denge.

Kunj: Mujhse nhi hoga Twinkle.

Twinkle: Hoga kuch paane ke liye kuch khona hoga hume. Kunj hold her hands tightly and joined their forehead. He caressed her cheeks and kissed on her nose.

Kunj: I am sorry for each and every word of Maa.

Twinkle: I didn't feel bad all her words are true. I can't give you happiness this is the truth. You are just suffering with me unnecessarily.

Kunj: Aisa kuch nahi hai. I don't care about that thing. Don't say that again. He said in anger.

Twinkle: Acha fine go get freshen up. Let's have  dinner. Kunj leave her and went to get freshen up.

Twinkle brings dinner and both having quietly.

Twinkle: Kunj this injection so nice that after using it my pain vanish in 30 minutes.

Kunj: Acha great you used it today.

Twinkle: Nahi today I didn't get head ache. She said and both finished food. She went down and comes back. She takes her medicine.

Kunj: Twinkle are you sure na ?? Tomorrow.

Twinkle: Yes I am. Kunj you will never leave me na ??

Kunj: Kya bol rhi ?

Twinkle: Bas aise hi. Batao na ???

Kunj: Nope I will never leave you. He said and hold her hand. Twinkle smiled.

Twinkle: Okay good night. She said and both slept.

Next day
Engagement preparation was going Twinkle get sad after seeing this but she has to do it. Alia comes there and hugged Kunj.

Alia: Omg Kunj I am so happy I can't tell you. Kunj pushed her.

Kunj reached office went in Manik cabin. He just went to him and hugged him.

Twinkle: Ouchhh !!! She winced loudly. Alia get happy and immediately went near.

Alia: Oh Twinkle what happened ?? Everyone heard her voice and come see Twinkle on floor.

Nandini: Bhabhi what happened ??? She said and make her stand.

Kunj: I can see. He said and again covered it.

Twinkle: Acha tum ready ho jao engagement ka time ho rha. She said in low voice Kunj can see she is so sad.

Kunj: Twinkle main kaise ?? I am not doing this.

Twinkle: You think it's easy for me ?? No it's not  only I know what I am feeling. But we don't have any option. She said crying.

Twinkle: No you have to for me. Go get ready please. She said and give him his clothes. I know you are mine no one can snatch you from me. She said cupping his face. Please do it.

Kunj: Okay fine but I am not happy.

Twinkle: I know this. You are mine husband and you will be mine forever. Bas yeh engagement iske baad kuch nhi.

Kunj: And you are mine just. She send him in washroom. He come back after getting ready.

Twinkle: Looking handsome. She said and pulled his cheeks.

Kunj: Kaise hai tu ?? Apne hi pati ke engagement kara rahi.

Twinkle: Haan lucky me apne pati ka engagement dekhungi. She said with fake smile.
