1 week passed and everything was going smoothly. Taneja's and Sarna's were deciding to fix Twinj marriage date.

Taneja Mansion

Twinkle woke up and stretched her arms few hours ago only she slept. She didn't sleep whole night she was feeling miserable don't know why. She got ready and come down with sad face.

Leela: What happened Twinkle ? Why so sad ?

Twinkle: Why I'll be sad ? Just little tensed have lots of work in college. Come late today.

Leela: Acha have breakfast. Twinkle nodded and have breakfast then left for college.

After few hours Kunj was going to Nandini college to take her back home she wasn't feeling good so coming back early. He parked the car to opposite of college waiting for her. Nandini was coming to Kunj crossing the road Kunj see a truck coming towards Nandini in full speed.

Kunj: Nandini run. He shouts but she didn't heard him and she stood there looking at him only. Kunj was gesturing her but she didn't get. Kunj run to her and pushed her. Nandini landed on the other side while Kunj hit with the truck. Truck was on high speed and hit Kunj with so much force that he landed far away. This all happened in instant Nandini couldn't even recognize what happened she sit and looked at her elbow from blood oozing then Kunj thought come in her mind.

Nandini: Bhaiya. She cried and looked around. She stood up and looked for Kunj. The truck was gone. She walked ahead and spotted him. She ran to him and saw Kunj laying on his stomach his head injured badly. She take his head on her lap patted on his cheek and called him. He didn't respond she started crying. She took out handkerchief from her bag and pressed on his wound. She immediately called Yuvi and informed. Yuvi comes with ambulance and take Kunj to hospital.

At 6 p.m.
Twinkle reached Taneja Mansion full exhausted. She sat on couch and takes a glass of water. Aditi comes to her.

Aditi: Twinkle you came.

Twinkle: Haan sorry late ho gaya kaam tha. She said and look at Aditi face.

Aditi: It's okay.

Twinkle: What happened bhabhi why you looking off ? And where is Maa ?  She asked and give voice to Leela but no response. Aditi don't know how to tell her.

Aditi: Voh Maa is in hospital Kunj ka......a...accident ho gaya. She managed to say Twinkle shocked her heart just skipped beat and glass fall from her hand.

Twinkle: What ?? She stood up.

Aditi: Yes Twinkle everyone at hospital only.

Twinkle: When and how ?

Aditi: Today in morning he went to take Nandini  in order to save her he met with accident.

Twinkle: This much happened and nobody bothered to tell me. She said tears come in her eyes automatically.

Aditi: You were busy thats why naa.

Twinkle: He is in which hospital ?

Aditi: City hospital.

Twinkle: Okay I am going. She said and immediately went. She rushed her car to hospital. Quickly reached hospital asked about Kunj to receptionist and went there. She everyone outside his cabin.

Arijit: Twinkle. He called her.

Twinkle: Kunjjj..... Where is he ?? She asked taking breath fastly.

Arijit: You calm down first he is fine.

Twinkle: What happened ?

Arijit: His platelets are very less because of which blood didn't stop bleeding anyhow doctor managed. He lost lots of blood.

Twinkle: So give naa.

Arijit: Probably is his blood group match with only one person his bestie Manik who is not in Amritsar.

Twinkle: Oh no now ?

Arijit: He is coming. So we all waiting for him.

Twinkle: Acha but how this all happened ?? Arijit narrates everything to him. Twinkle looked at Nandini who was crying very badly.
She goes to Yuvi.

Yuvi: Please handle her naa she is not taking name to stop. She thinks she is responsible for his condition. Twinkle nodded and sit beside Nandini keeps her hand on her shoulder.

Twinkle: Nandini. She called him softly. Nandini look at her.

Nandini: Bhaiya. She said sobbing.

Twinkle: You bhaiya will be fine don't worry.

Nandini: This all ha......ha......happened because of me I am st......stubborn. I am the cause of this. She said stammering and crying.

Twinkle: No it's not like that it was written to happen.

Nandini: No bhabhi because of me he is suffering.

Twinkle: No Nandu. She hugged her tightly and calming her.

Nandini: I am such a bad sister.

Twinkle: Bas Nandini jo hona tha voh ho gaya. Tumhare rone se voh thik nhi ho jayega. Tumhe aise rote huye dekha toh usse aur bura lagega. Please stop crying atleast for him. Nandini hummed Twinkle stood up and went to his ward door see him through the window.

Twinkle: He is conscious ??

Yuvi: Haan long back Usha chachi was with him but she went to talk with doctor.

Twinkle: Acha can I go ? She asked hesitating.

Yuvi: Ofcourse why you asking ? Twinkle come inside room and looked at Kunj who was laying on bed with drip on his hand. His head bandaged. Kunj see her.

Kunj: Twinkle. He said in low voice enough audible for her.

Twinkle: Hii sadu.

Kunj: Hii...

Twinkle: How's you ?

Kunj: You can see me.

Twinkle: Main 1 week tumse mili nhi tumne toh yeh halat banali apni. Kunj giggles.

Kunj: Haan kya karein tu bhul jo gayi mujhe.

Twinkle: Tum aise bed parr pade rahoge toh mujhse shaadi kon karega haan ?

Kunj: Itni jaldi hai tujhe shaadi ke toh kisi aur se karle.

Twinkle: Naah tumse hi karni hai. Aisa ladka jo kisi anjaan ke help karein aur apni behen ke liye apni jaan jokhim mein daalde kahan milega.

Kunj: Right I am unique Kunj Sarna.

Twinkle: Hospital bed pe ho phir bhi apni tarif karna nhi bhuloge naa.

Kunj: Never. They both laughed slightly.

Twinkle: Jaldi thik ho jao Kunj Sarna tumhari Nandu ne ro ro roke pura hospital sarr parr utha liya hai.

Kunj: What but why ?

Twinkle: She thinks she is responsible for your condition.

Kunj: Call her naa. Twinkle nodded and calls Nandini.

Nandini: No I won't.

Twinkle: Come naa your bhaiya calling you. She holds her hand and take her inside.

Kunj: Come Nandu. He calls her and she comes to him slowly.

Nandini: I am sorry bhaiya. She starts crying.

Kunj: Why sorry ?

Nandini: Because of me this all happened.

Kunj: Who told you this haan. I promised my maamu and maami that I'll take care of you and protect so how can I let anything happened you. You are my responsibility and I won't let anything happen to you get it. Now stop crying. He wiped her tears with his thumb.

Nandini: But it was my fault you were telling me to move but I didn't understand I am stubborn. If I would have understand your gestures then this would have been the outcome.

Kunj: No the one who is at fault is that truck driver not yours. And about me let my bestie come I'll be fit and fine. Now please don't cry or else I'll not talk to you and I'll run from hospital.

Nandini: Okay. Kunj hugged her caress her hairs . Twinkle smiled to see them.

Twinkle (thinks) : Kunj is really best I am blessed to have him. She came out of the cabin while Ushar comes there.

Manohar: Twinkle beta tum yahan. He said surprised.

Twinkle: Haan saat sri akal uncleji and aunty ji. She said and take their blessings.

Manohar: Kush raho. He patted on her while Usha gave faint smile.

Twinkle: Sorry I am late actually I didn't know about Kunj I just came from college and bhabhi informed me.

Manohar: Koi baat nhi tum aa gayi yahi bohot hai. Nandini comes out and tell Twinkle Kunj calling him.

Twinkle: What happened ? She said coming in room.

Kunj: Nandini didn't eat anything since morning please feed her something. Twinkle nodded.

Twinkle: Ok anything else. Kunj nodded in no and Twinkle went. Ushar goes inside.

Twinkle: Come Nandu eat something your bhaiya order you to eat.

Nandini: No I don't want.

Nandini: It's your bhaiya order. Yuvi takes her I am coming. Twinkle went to Bebe who was sitting with Leela.

Twinkle: Saat sri akal bebe. She said touching her feets.

Bebe: Khush reh puttar. Kaise hai ?

Twinkle: Bilkul achi aap.

Bebe: Meri jaan toh Kunj mein basti hai usse aise dekh kar main kaise rahungi. Twinkle kneel down and hold her hand.

Twinkle: Bebe don't take tension he is fine.

Bebe: You met him now.

Twinkle: Haan bimar hai parr style maarna nhi bhula. She said and all giggled.

Bebe: Jaldi se meri nuh banke mere ghar aaja. She said cupping her face.

Leela: Hume bhi inki shaadi ka hi intezaar hai.  Bass Kunj jaldi thik ho jaye.

Twinkle: Acha I am going to see Nandini. She said and went.

Yuvi and Twinkle forcefully take Nandini at canteen and feed her something. Now it was almost late night still everyone was sitting outside Kunj ward.

Manohar: Rt ji now you should go it's too late.

Rt: But Kunj....

Manohar: No worries I talked to Manik he said he'll come here with morning flight. So now you should go since morning you all are here.

Rt: Acha thik hai. Arijit call Twinkle. He said and Arijit went to Twinkle.

Arijit: Twinkle let's go home.

Twinkle: But Nandini........ She said looking at Nandini who was still scared about Kunj and holding her hand tightly.

Nandini: You go I am fine. She left her hand.

Twinkle: Okay but you also go home naa here everyone is there.

Yuvi: Don't worry I'll take her.

Twinkle: I am going bye you also go. Don't cry again. She said patting on her cheeks and Nandini nodded in yes. Taneja's left.
They reached home.

Aditi: You all come. How's Kunj ?

Leela: Acha hai puttar kal Manik aa jaye phir bhala changa ho jayega.

Aditi: Achi baat hai. Now you all get freshen up I'll send dinner in room.

Twinkle get freshen up have little bit dinner and trying to sleep. Her mind was just stuck on Kunj his face flashing in her eyes and her heart aching. She takes her phone and see her pic with him (which Aditi clicked without letting them know ) . See recalls her moment with him. And how to today he pacify Nandini.

Twinkle: I wish he gets well soon.

Next day

Twinkle comeback from college early and went to hospital. She was with Nandini in Kunj ward only just then Alia comes there. She about hug him Yuvi stopped her.

Yuvi: Don't do.

Alia: Hows you Kunj ?? I got to know today about you and I came running here. You are fine naa. She said with fake tears Twinkle rolled her eyes which is seen by Kunj.

Kunj: Yes Alia I am fine.

Alia: What is this Nandini ? How can you be so stubborn today because of you he is in this condition. She shouted looking at Nandini and she immediately start crying.

Twinkle (thinks): Here I am trying so hard to handle Nandini and look at this girl. Such a idiot.

Alia: Nandini please be careful. Everytime Kunj will not save you.

Kunj: Aliaaaa...... He shout.

Yuvi: Please stop it Alia Nandini is isn't responsible for anything.

Twinkle: Exactly if Kunj not saying anything then why are you saying ?

Alia: Who are you ?

Twinkle; Twinkle Taneja Kunj's fiance. She said with sarcasm. Kunj giggles slightly to see her.

Alia: Sorry I forgot.

Twinkle: No problem.

Kunj: Dare to speak anything about Nandini Alia.  She is my sister. Just then nurse comes and take them out. Alia about to say something.

Yuvi: Alia you going bye. He waved her. She went huffing from there.

Twinkle: Idiot girl. Nandu you don't come in her talk okay. She wiped her tears and give her side hug.
After sometimes Manik comes there in hustle and Nandini.

Nandini: Manik please save my bhaiya. Please he needs your blood I beg you. She said folding her hands.

Manik: Nandini relax you don't need to beg. He is not just your brother my bestie too. I can do anything for him.

Nandini: Yes please.

Twinkle: He is ?? She asked Yuvi.

Yuvi: Yes he is Manik your Kunj's best friend.

Manohar: Beta please you rest for sometime just now you came travelling

Manik: Haan till then I'll meet him. He goes in his ward.

Kunj: Finally aagaya. He said smiling.

Manik: Yes my bro. He sit beside his bed.

Kunj: Huhh whenever I need you the most you run away. After so many months we met still you went again.

Manik:  I am really sorry. Now I won't go anywhere promis.

Kunj: Now till my marriage you aren't going anywhere. And if you went won't spare you.

Manik: Oh yes you got engaged naa I totally forgot about that. By the way where is your to be wife.

Kunj: Here only didn't you see.

Manik: Naah I just come in hustle.

Kunj: Wait I'll show her pic then you'll remember. She showed him his engagement pics.

Manik: Ok she is. Haan she was with Nandini.

Kunj: Yeah... After an hour Manik gave him blood and everything was fine.

Few days passed Kunj was recovering and Twinkle used to see him daily.  Today he was getting discharge from hospital. Twinkle came hospital to him and found nobody outside his ward. She directly went in his cabin.

Twinkle: Hii.... She said and sat on chair.

Kunj: Hii. He sat and bed.

Twinkle: Hows you ??

Kunj: Very good.

Twinkle: Acha where is everyone ? Nandini and  Yuvi.

Kunj: They are at home I am getting discharge today so they didn't come. Papa was there and he went to talk with doctor.

Twinkle: You getting discharge good then.
Nurse come in room.

Nurse: We have to do patients dressing.

Twinkle: Haan. She said and stood up. Nurse did his changed his forehead and elbow bandage.

Nurse: Now where ?

Kunj: Back. He said and try to take off his  t-shirt but he can't. Twinkle see this and comes to him. She help him to take off his tshirt and Kunj look at her. Nurse doing his dressing on back Twinkle looking at him his biceps and his body. Nurse went. Twinkle about to put on his shirt but Kunj stopped.

Twinkle: What ?

Kunj: Not this. There is one tshirt in that packet. He said pointing. Twinkle nodded and take packet take out his tshirt. She went close to him helped to put on his tshirt. He wear it and looked at Twinkle who was looking at him only. There eyes meet there face so close to eachother their breath hitting on face. Twinkle hairs flying and coming on her face. Kunj slightly tuck back her hair strands and cupped her face with his one hand. Manohar comes in and they come in sense. Twinkle back off and looking here and there.

Manohar: Twinkle you here.

Twinkle: Haan voh nurse was doing dressing of Kunj.

Manohar: Okay. Kunj lets go.

Kunj: Haan.

Manohar: I am taking all things. Twinkle beta you take down Kunj. He said and take things. Kunj comes out of bed wear his sleepers.

Kunj: No need Twinkle I can walk.

Twinkle: Keep quite Kunj I am here naa. Itna toh I can do. Kunj smiled and nodded in yes. Twinkle take his one hand and warped around her shoulder and hold him from waist.

Twinkle: Chale ? She asked and Kunj hummed. They both go together outside the hospital. They reached near car and she made him sit.

Manohar: Come beta I'll drop you.

Twinkle: No I'll manage uncle. I brought my car.

Manohar: Ok.

Kunj: Bye and Thanks. He said smiling.

Twinkle: No need sadu bye. See you soon. She waved him.

So here is the update this time quick one. In last one I didn't got good response which is really disappointing I know I gave late update.
