8 months later

These 8 months were no less than a roller coaster ride for both Neil and Avni. Being parents of two kids was a beautiful feeling but with that came more responsibilities and duties, which they both have fulfilled without any complaints.

Neil kept showering his extra love and pampering on little Nurvi, while he also made sure that Avyan didnt feel less loved in any way.

Avni also shower her equal love on both her little cupcakes. Avni also involve Avyan in the process of raising Nurvi ,so that he also enjoyes being a big brother and never felt neglected.

Since nurvi is 8 months now , she is more active as a child. She crawls , she giggles ,she copies small small words spoken by his papa and mumma and she also make faces when no one pays attention towards her. She loves seeking attention as if she already knows that she is everyone's favourite.

She keeps everyone busy around her. She is a star of their eyes who has completed their little perfect family.

One night

Neil was working on his laptop ,completing his presentation while Avni was peacefully sleeping beside him along with the two little munchkins.

After completing his work,he was about to shut down the laptop when Nurvi woke up crying. Avni was in deep sleep so she didnt woke up this time. Neil softly picked nurvi up wrapping her tiny blanket around her and took her to the balcony while craddling her in his arms.

"Hey...kya hua papa ki princess ko" he talked to her but she was still crying slowly. He knew she wasn't hungry because avni had just fed her before sleeping. He also checked her diaper but is was also clean. He kept craddling her to and fro.

Neil held her close to his chest and kisses her head. He took her in the corner of the balcony and sat on the swing.

In the meantime , Avyan also woke up and he came in the balcony, to find his sister crying.

Neil (looked at avyan) : Avyan...aap kyu uth gaye beta....neend nhi aa rhi aapko?

Avyan came closer and sat next to Neil on the swing and looked at nurvi. He start caressing her forehead softly , while neil smiled looking his love for her.

Nurvi slowly looked up at avyan with her big bright shiny eyes , Avyan was also smiling and making faces for her to which she stopped crying immediately and start smiling.

Neil ( smilingly) : Wow avyan...aapne to baby ko chup kra diya. Such a good brother you are...papa is so proud...

He kissed Avyan's cheeks and then he kissed nurvi's cheeks, who was smiling now.

Neil and Avyan start talking to her and rocking her to and fro. Slowly she started dowing off to sleep.

Avyan : papa hum ise lori sunaye...

Neil smiled and nodded . They both hummed a melody for her and then she was finally fast asleep.

Avyan was happy that she slept. He kissed her forehead cutely and Neil just went awwww... while looking at them.

He gently covered nurvi with a blanket in his arms and pressed her close to his chest. He sat there for few more minutes with avyan.

Avyan kept his head on neil's shoulder and looked at the stars and moon in the sky.

Avyan : Papa...see moon..avyan pointed at a bright shining moon in the sky surrounded by glittering stars.

Neil : Avyan...aapko pta hai stars or moon hmesha saath me kyu rehte hai, kyunki vo ek dusre se bohot pyaar krte hai..... Or vo dono milke hi sky ko complete krte hai.
Or agar moon or stars na ho...to sky incomplete rehta hai..haina...?

Avyan looked at him and nodded.

Neil (smiled) : Aapko pta hai....aap or nurvi bhi mere liye stars ho..My two little stars...or aapki mumma moon hai.... Or aap sab ke bina papa bhi hmesha incomplete hai.... Jaise sky incomplete hota hai..stars or moon ke bina....

Avyan smiled

Avyan : Papa hum bhi stars ki tarah shine krenge....?

Neil (smilingly) : haa meri jaan...jab aap bde ho jaoge na...tab aap bohot hardwork krna...or life me ek good human being bnna....jisse muma or papa aap par proud feel kre....

Avyan just silently listened to him looking at him.

Neil : or apni choti sister ka hmesha khyal rkhna...usko hmesha protect krna.....kroge na avyan.....?

Avyan : Yes papa...main nurvi ko hmesha protect krunga...or usko bohot pyaar krunga.....

Neil smiled and kissed his forehead

"love you mera bacha...."

They talked for few more minutes...looking at the sky and stars.

Neil : chlo ap bohot raat ho gyi hai beta....sote hai....lets go inside...

He got up with sleeping nurvi in his arms and avyan beside him.

The moment he turned around to leave he saw Avni standing at the door of balcony , looking at them with all the love in her eyes.

She woke up by not feeling their presence around her and then came to the balcony just to witness the most beautifull sight in front of her.

She kept looking at them silently from distant, as to not disturb their moment.

She was smiling looking at little nurvi sleeping peacefully, with the two most protective boys around her ,who loves her unconditionally.

Neil : Avni tum kab uthi...hum bs aa hi rhe the....vo nurvi ro rhi thi...toh isiliye main...

Avni : I am so proud of you neil...and I love you so much.... she said witnessing the amount of love and care he has for his kids.

Neil smiled

Avni : I am the luckiest in this world that i got a beautiful family....that i got you as my life partner Neil.....who supports me in all ways possible....
From loving me unconditionally to raising our kids with so much love and care, you have been a perfect husband neil....and I love you for that....she looked at him with eyes full of love and respect for him

Neil just looked at her smilingly and blinked his eyes to convey his love for her.

Avyan : or muma main....aap mujhe love nhi krte...? avyan asked in a way cute manner....

Avni looked down at him smilingly ,and bent down on her knees. She cupped his face and kissed his forehead.

Avni : I love you more mera bachaa....aap to meri jaan ho....and mumma is so so so proud of you....she kissed his cheeks tighly.

Avyan smiled

Avni got up and kissed nurvi's forehead softly, while she was peacefully sleeping in her papa's arms.

Avni (looking at nurvi) : or aap to hum sabki jaan ho....meri nanhi si gudiya....mumma ki pari ho aap....she caressed her little angel

Neil smiled and side hugged Avni and kissed her forehead.

Neil : And we all love you too....

This moment was full of love and warmth they have for each other.

Neil : ab andar chle...yaa saari raat yhi bitani hai balcony me......

They laughed and then went inside with their two munchkins, like a perfect happy family they are.

"And it was always going to be about them and their little cupcakes💕"
