Chapter 5: Revenge
A few weeks later, Tsunami is almost healed from her injuries. Her wing still hurts a little, but her legs are fully healed. She is walking along the river side when she sees something. There were a few small houses that were white but were outlined with dark brown wood. The roofs were made of the dark wood which also outlined the windows. She then saw the same two legged being that almost killed her. She is much stronger now and decided to test her strength on these humans. She then crept out of the underbrush and climbed on top of one of the structures.
She roared an ear piercing roar as she let a blazing hot fiery flame come out of her mouth. Her wings out stretched from her body. She watched as the humans were fleeing from their houses, terrified. A few humans then came out with a long black stick with some a brown handle. They then held the stick with one hand and held the handle with the other. They pointed the handle at Tsunami and then a few rock like things were shot at her. Although they hit her, her skin was too tough for the rock like things to pierce through her skin. She became angry with the humans and decided to test out one of her powers. Her eyes glowed as she began to store up energy within her mouth. A bright white glow came from her mouth causing the humans to get up and watch in curiosity. She outstretched her wings even more as her eyes became white. 20 minutes later after storing all the energy she could, she released it which caused a major explosion, destroying everything. Everything was white for a few seconds.
Once it all cleared she was able to see the destruction she caused. She looked at it in amazement for she had seen her father do the exact same thing but the explosion was twice as small. A slight grin overcame her as she felt proud of her self. Everything in the area was destroyed and she couldn't see forest for meters away. She was happy for her achievement as she took off. As she flew into the air she remembered that she wasn't supposed to fly on it for another week. However her wing was fine and she didn't know why she couldn't fly on it. After a while she began to feel intense pain and she fell out of the sky. She fell into the forest a few miles away from the site of the destruction.
"I guess that's why," Tsunami said to herself as she began walking towards the mountain. As she was walking she came across a river that was moving rapidly. She then got curious and decided to follow it. An hour later as she was walking, the forest stopped and a few yards ahead was a ledge. She went to the edge of it and she saw the water fall down into a huge ocean. The only thing she saw was Ocean for miles and miles ahead. The view was beautiful.
"Woah," she said as she looked out into the distance. She actually never had seen an ocean until now.
She stayed there on the ledge for a few hours to watch the sunset. She watched as the sun fell down the sky into the ocean, trailing behind a rainbow of orange, pink, purple, blue, a little bit of green, and yellow. She loved all of the colors reflecting off the vast blue ocean. She then felt a shadow flow over her. She looked up and saw Ash.
Did it have to be him? Did he really have to be here at this moment when I am disabled and can't fly away? She thought to herself, but I have to follow moms orders and be nice. It's almost like she can read my mind. Can she?
Ash then flew down right next to her with a smirk on his face. She rolled her eyes as she looked the other direction. He then nudged her with his tail to get her attention. She looked at him annoyed.
"How's your wing?" He asked.
"It's fine, but I can't fly on it for another week" she replied.
"Oh," he said
"Why'd you ask?" She questioned.
"Just wondering," he said, "Well it's clear that you want me to go, so good bye,"
Tsunami watched with relief as he flew away into the dark sky. She then turned around towards the forest, and started heading home. As she was walking she realized that she was hungry. She then crouched low to the ground just in case there was anything nearby. She then heard something break a stick with its foot. She looked in the direction and saw a rabbit. It hopped along the ground, stopped, looked around, then continued hopping. It continued with this pattern for a while. That's why Tsunami doesn't like rabbits. They're always so boring to watch. Tsunami then stalked her prey as she watched it continue its boring pattern. The rabbit then stopped and looked around. Tsunami then realized that it heard her as she watched it sprint away. She then let out a roar, so loud that only creatures like rabbits could hear the high pitched scream. This action would startle any creature causing them to freeze in place. The rabbit froze and fell to the ground as it tried to move but it couldn't. She then happily pranced to the rabbit reaches down and clamped on its neck. The rabbit felt her hot humid breath blow on its neck as she clamped down harder and harder. She then heard the snap of the rabbits neck as it broke. She then dropped it and looked at the dead rabbit as it's eyes lost color. She then ripped the flesh off the rabbit and swallowed.
When she was done she walked sleepily back home. Once she arrived everyone was already asleep. She then walked to her part of the cave and fell asleep.
