After their whole day of shooting, the four members of Procellarum and their manager, are travelling back to Tokyo. When their member Iku, saw a festival going on.

"Dai-san, let's check the festival for a bit" Iku suggested while pointing at the window

"We can't. We need to get home before rush hour"

"But Dai-san, I want something to eat. Same goes to Rui, right?" he then slung his arms around Rui's shoulders. Rui nodded, agreeing to Iku. Their manager sighed

"Dai-san, let them have some fun. This following weeks will be hectic for them because of their schedule. Also, they will go Spartan mode since they haven't began their summer homework" Shun said and looked at the junior team who felt a shiver down their spine.

"Fine. But once we got back, you'll start doing your homework"

"YES!" they cheered loudly, well Iku. One of their members was still in a daze. Looking at the festival that was happening throughout the window, remembering the past.

Once they arrived at the festival, Dai then told them until what time they can stay. He also gave them some allowance for them to buy something. Iku and Rui quickly went to different stalls. Shun was standing beside Kai who was in a daze.

"Want to take a look, Kai?" he was then back to his sense. He then looked at Shun and just smiled at him.

The both of them were walking around the festival, when Kai heard a familiar chime. He then started sprinting, following the chime. Shun didn't stopped or followed Kai, since he felt that something good might happen

"Love can change"

Kai stopped running when he saw a familiar girl, who was staring at the riverbank who seemed kind of loss. He tries to remember who she was, but he didn't realize that he was walking closer to her.

"Anou..." she then turned to him, and he saw hoe her eyes looked lifeless. She then tilted her head...

"You're Fuduki Kai-san, right?" she asked which made him confused on how she knows him. Thinking that she might be a fan of his

"If you are thinking that I'm a fan of yours, you are half right about that. But that is not exactly the point" she said which shocked him somehow

"You don't remember me, do you" tilting her head to the other side. Kai looked away and scratched the back of his head

"I'm sorry" he said, she just release a sigh

"This is just like last time" she muttered. Kai then looked at her who has a look of disappointment. He then remembered a girl when they were kids. She met him at the hospital, in the room of his first love.

"You're (L/N) (F/N), are you? Her cousin that she's much closer to like an older sister" he said

"What triggered you to remember?" she asked and faced her back to him, but he doesn't know how to answer her question

"What are you doing here?" she suddenly asked that made him flustered

"Oh, we were supposed to go back to Tokyo, when two of our members saw the festival. So, umm..." he didn't know what to do

"Well, I'm glad that your friends will enjoy the festival. I did work hard on making this event" she turned around to face him

"I'm now working as an event planner. I did know about you when I was working an even for Six Gravity. Then I noticed in one of the brochure. I'm happy for you, she might be happy as well" she turned around again but started to leave

"Ah, wait! Will I ever see you again?" he asked which made her stop

"If you want" she answer

"Fuduki-san" she called but it made his heart clenched when he heard her call him by his last name

"Did you ever hear that bell again?" Kai was kind of confuse on what she meant. He then took the flower clip from his pocket that when he looked up, she was leaving already. His phone then rang and he answered it

"Kai-san, it's time to leave. Where are you?" Iku asked on the other line

"Oh, okay. I'll be there quickly" Kai then ended the call. Thinking about her, if he will ever see her again.

Back to the dorms of Procellarum, he can't sleep once he lay down on his bed. He kept on turning to his side or laying on his back, but he can't seem to go to sleep. His thoughts are mostly about her, why is she sad? Did something happen to her? Was she... lonely? Those were the thoughts running through his head.

He remembers how happy she was, always visiting her cousin. Always showing her smile and having those laughs. He always notice her as the sunshine for her, but it is now clouded. What made her change?

He then grabbed the clip from his desk and stared at it through the moonlight seeping through his room. He was really confused about his feelings to the two girls. But he knows that she is her first love, but what about her? What is she to him? And what is he to her?

The next following weeks is when they were preparing for the collaboration concert of Six Gravity and Procellarum, The Full Moon Festival. There, he saw her again, but as Six Gravity's assistant manager.

"Kai, is something wrong?" he went back to his senses when he heard Mutsuki Hajime, the leader of Six Gravity, asked him

"Y-yeah"

"Meet our assistant manager, (L/N) (F/N)" Hajime then motioned to the girl who bowed to the group of Procellarum

"It's nice to meet you. And Hajime-san, I'm just Six Gravity's 'Temporary' Assistant Manager. Once Kanade-san found, a new assistant, I'm going back to my regular job" she said

"Then, won't you be our new assistant manager for Procellarum, (F/N)-san?" Shun the put his arm around her shoulders and winked at her

"I decline the offer, and since when did I let you call me by my first name, Shimotsuki-san?" she then remove Shun's arm that was around her

"Well, since Hajime-kun called you by your first name, I thought everyone can call you by your first name as well"

"I only let people call me by my first name if I know them for a very long time. I only let them call me by my first name since they already know me" she explained

"Really? You know each other?" Shun blinked twice

"She was the who planned one of our fan events" Hajime explained to the members of Procellarum. Kai didn't think twice... he grabbed her wrist and puller her towards him.

"K-kai-san!"

"What are you doing, Kai-san?"

"Oho?"

"Huh? What?!" Kai blinked and he saw that he was holding her wrist. He then quickly let go of her

"I-it's not what it looks like" Kai stumbled in his words, trying to explain

"Neh, (L/N)-san. Are you close with Kai-san?" Rui asked directly to her. She then looked at Kai who suddenly felt his heated cheeks

"I'm not sure. It is in the past" she answered

"Eh? You know Kai-san before?" it was Iku who asked this time

"You could say that" she wasn't sure how to answer the question. Since he is mostly close to her cousin and she doesn't know what he see on her. They then heard an alarm, she took her phone and saw the alarm was a notified schedule

"We need to go. You have a photo shoot that will be featured for the goods" she said and wrote a note on her clipboard

"Okay. I'll contact Haru to notify everyone" Hajime said and left the room to take the call. She then looked to the members of Procellarum and bowed

"Will you please excuse me" she then left the room but his question was echoing in her ears and lingering in her mind

"Will we ever be the same?"

The next following months, Kai still kept on trying to talk to her. Trying to patch things up and so forth. He even asked for help to Hajime since it seems that she is much more close to him or Haru since they are about the same age.

She also kept on avoiding, her reason for not having enough time. Since she is managing the event and also acting as Six Gravity's assistant manager

The only way for him to talk to talk to her is through song. And that's what he planned

"So, I heard that you requested for a special performance for tonight" Shun said and looked at Kai who was feeling nervous and a bit tired

"I do, and I...." he then looked down and the audience were feeling anxious on what he is going to say. He then looked at the audience

"I'm dedicating this to someone who was already gone. She was very important to me since childhood. She gone for many years and her cousin that I get to meet once again" she then felt people from the backstage staring at her, who are the members of Six Gravity and the remaining members of Procellarum

"It's just... I think I neglected her feelings towards me. So when I met her again at a festival... I don't know how to talk to her again. I don't even know what we are since the very beginning. So, through this song, I hope I can send my feelings to her. But, I hope everyone don't misunderstand the meaning of my song. I just hope that we understand each other feelings and that we can patch everything up"

"Well, I hope that your letter will be sent through to her" Shun commented and patted Kai's back for support. Kai nodded to their leader.

"Now, I hope you enjoy Kai's performance everyone" the crowd cheered and Shun left for Kai's performance for everyone to be heard, mostly to her. Kai sighed deeply, thinking of all of his feelings to her

"I hope you listen well, (F/N)-chan" Shun said to her who was looking a bit lost

After hearing the song, she went to the room to where the managers are staying during the performance. Once Kai rushed to the backstage, he didn't saw her. He then kept on looking for her and saw her inside the room. Kanade saw Kai looking inside the room. He then looked at Dai and the both of them left the room.

"You can do it, Kai" Dai said to him and let him in to let them talk things through

"So those are your feelings that you want to send to me?" she immediately asked

"It is. I really am sorry that I didn't even thought of it. I just thought that maybe, this might be a sign for the both of us. And also..." she then looked at him

"The question at the festival... I did heard that bell. Mostly during one of our scheduled shoot. And because of that bell is when I met you again. When I met you, it's like your world is in the dark. You always shine like a bright light when we were kids. But, now... you seem lost. And I want to reach out to you. If only, you let me reach out to you"

"I will let you reach out to me. But you might have a long time since I'm going back tomorrow" she then stood up and walked towards him. He then grabbed her right hand and placed it on his chest
