"NO!" the pets who were watching the TV screamed in agony. It was as if someone had taken a large knife and sliced off their limbs. The other animals just looked over at them in complete and utter silence. "Everything okay?" Leonard asked as he and Ozone strolled over to Snowball. The white rabbit shook his head. "Who would do such a thing?!" Duke howled beside a sobbing Mel and Buddy.

"I would," Pops declared as he emerged from behind the TV stand. He was holding the cable wire that was plugged in moments before. "Pops, what are you doing?" Chloe asked. Max, meanwhile, looked shocked.

Walking around, Pops didn't answer as he grabbed Leonard's MP3 player and Ozone's deck of cards. He then quietly took the entire checkers board from Norman and Tiberius, much to their surprise. Lastly, he pulled Chloe away from the refrigerator and herded everyone into the living room. Clearing his throat, he spoke, "It's story time youngsters..."
