This is the bonus chapter which I was supposed to publish on my birthday but couldn't. 

1) This is the longest chapter ever written. From next chapter onward will be the amour engagement.

2) This chapter is the most dark and serious chapter I have ever written. There are somethings which you as readers might not find comfortable reading. Just warning you before is all. If you wish to skip it you can. But it is not advisable to do so.

(In the Scorched Battlefield)

Everyone sees a man with orange beard as he takes off his mask.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Dragon Emperor. My name is " The man says before being cut off by Diantha.

"Lysandre. The head of Lysandre Labs. What are you doing here?" Diantha asks.

"Yes thank you for the introduction soon to be former Champion." Lysandre says before turning his attention back to the Dragon Emperor who isn't saying anything.

"I am also the head of Team Flare which operates in the Kalos Region." Lysandre says.

"What!" Alain, Diantha, Gabriel and Sycamore say in unison.

"Yes. As I was saying I have a little proposition for you Dragon Emperor." Lysandre says in a calm tone. Diantha, Alain and the other members of the Elite Four instinctively reach for their Poke-balls. However they stop in their tracks when the Dragon Emperor raises his hand, indicating them to stop in their tracks.

"But." Diantha tries to protest.

"Now now. It would be rude to jump to conclusions without even letting the man speak. After all, he's made the effort to come all this way here to meet me. Let's not get ourselves caught in a twist." Dragon Emperor says causing everyone to keep their Poke-balls in their belts despite not wanting to.

After everyone calms down Dragon Emperor then walks over to Lysandre, till he is almost face to face with Lysandre. Dragon Emperor turns his attention back to Lysandre and says "Go on."

"Well my proposition is simple. Humanity and Pokemon are destroying this world. Our mother nature is being destroyed due to pollution, over population and over use of resources." Lysandre says.

"And?" Dragon Emperor asks.

"In order for the world to be saved. It needs a do over. A reset." Lysandre says in a cool calm tone.

"True. What of it?" Dragon Emperor says.

"So I will destroy the world. I will cleanse if of a millennia of rot and indecency and ignorance. Then from the ashes of the destroyed world the seeds of the new order will be sown. A new age will begin where only the chosen few and Pokemon shall take the reins of the newly formed world into their hands and lead humanity and Pokemon into a better brighter future." Lysandre says.

"Madness." Goodshow says.

"A most impressive vision." Dragon Emperor says causing everyone to be shocked and taken aback. Lysandre and his followers smirk on hearing that.

"Have you gone crazy?" Lance asks in a flabbergasted tone. Dragon Emperor however ignores what the champions and the others are saying. He simply says "But. You still have to tell me what is it that you want me?"

"Yes. It's quite simple actually. I want you to help me destroy the world. Think about it. An alliance with me would make our plans foolproof. Not to mention think of how advantageous will such a mutually beneficial association will be for the future which Team Flare will control." Lysandre says.

"A most bold request indeed. While I am flattered with your most impressive request. I am afraid I must decline your request. But thank you for your consideration." Dragon Emperor says while smiling. Then he starts turning to walk away.

"If you are not with us. Then you are against us and you'll have to bear the consequences of your decision. It would be wise to reconsider your decision." Lysandre says. Dragon Emperor stops in his tracks.

"Don't cross your boundaries Lysandre. It is unwise to threaten the Dragon Emperor. I hope you will remember that for your sake." Dragon Emperor says in a cold tone which causes everyone present to gulp. Then Dragon Emperor proceeds to walk away.

"I will not repeat this offer again." Lysandre says in a visibly irritated tone.

"Good. It would be a waste of effort to refuse twice." Dragon Emperor says as he continues walking back.

"Time to go Ash and Serena. I am sure the Champions can take care of matters here." Dragon Emperor says as he comes to a stop in front of Ash and Serena. Ash and Serena nod while unknown to everyone else Lysandre presses a button on the watch like device located on his hand.

"We'll take care of these clowns." Lance says as he gestures for Grace and Delia to go along with Ash and Serena.

"That's most gracious of you." Dragon Emperor says while giving Lance a smile. Immediately however his smile turns into a frown.

"Dragon Emperor. Is everything alright?" Grace asks.

"Run." Dragon Emperor says.

"What?" Serena replies in a confused tone.

"Run." Dragon Emperor says in a louder tone with an expression of fear on his face. Ash, Serena, Grace and Delia are however too confused to understand what the Dragon Emperor is saying.

"I SAID RUN." Dragon Emperor shouts before pushing his hands forward. Everyone gets telekinetically pushed away from him. As everyone tries to understand what happened they see the Dragon Emperor turn towards Lysandre and his grunts. The next second however a beam of reddish purple with a silver outline hits where the Dragon Emperor has just turned. An explosion takes place which creates a minor dust cloud. This hides the Dragon Emperor from everyone's sight. When the dust settles what everyone sees takes their breath away. They see the Dragon Emperor has been petrified to stone and is frozen in an intermediate turning posture.

"What the f**k?" Cynthia says. Suddenly again out of nowhere another purplish red beam comes. As and Serena due to their training and elevated reflexes manage to push Grace and Delia out of harm's way. The rest of the people are however not so fortunate. Several people including Cynthia, Lance, Alder, Korrina, Seibold, Rowan, Juniper, Gary, Dawn, Drew, May and other people are petrified to stone. The only ones who are not hit are Diantha, Goodshow, Prof. Oak, Ilene, Lusamine, Lillie, Paul and few of the others. Paralyzed by shock, everyone is trying to come to terms with what their eyes are showing them.

"Hahahaha." Lysandre's voice rings across the silent desolate stadium. Diantha and the others turn to face Lysandre to try to understand what happens.

"You stupid. Son of a b***h. You killed my grandson." Oak says in an angry tone as he gets up in rage and runs towards Lysandre with his fingers balled into a fist.

"Prof. NO." Serena shouts with her hands raised, to no avail a purple beam comes from above Lysandre's head and hits Prof. Oak only to turn him to stone.

"Where is that beam coming from?" Diantha shouts. Lysandre smirks. He presses another button on his watch like device. It reveals a mind controlled Yveltal flying above him, after the optical camouflage system has been disabled. Everyone sucks in their breath as they see the Destruction Pokemon flying above Lysandre's head with some machine parts on it. On seeing Yveltal, Ash and Serena instinctively grab Charizard and Sylveon's Poke-ball.

"I wouldn't use your Mega Charizard Z and Mega Sylveon if I were you. Not when I am holding all the cards. If you even touch your Poke-balls. Your mothers are next." Lysandre says with his finger hovering over a button on his watch like device.

Ash and Serena clench their fists in anger but remove their hands away from their belt and above their heads.

"Good choice. Pity you didn't listen to your master's commands. He did tell you to run. Only for you to doubt his word. Pity." Lysandre says as Ash and Serena shoot him a look of pure venom.

"Now that I have your attention. The destruction of the world will begin shortly as Yveltal destroys the world and rids it of humanity's baser instincts like greed, selfishness, arrogance and ignorance that have plagued the world of Pokemon, once and for all. And to think all this is possible thanks to you Queen Ilene." Lysandre says.

"T-T-Thanks to me?" Ilene stutters.

"Yes. To you. Had you not revealed that story about how Yveltal killed a 100 hundred Aura guardians we would never have been able to come up with our plan to get rid of the only obstacle in our path." Lysandre says before pausing.

"Behold. The mighty Dragon Emperor, now a statue." Lysandre says as he pats the stone statue's cheek.

"Pity. He would have been an incredible asset in rebuilding the new world once we have destroyed it. But no matter. We shall manage without him." Lysandre says before turning to the remaining people who have not been turned to stone and who are mourning over their petrified loved ones' bodies.

"Kneel before me." Lysandre says. But everyone ignores him as they are too busy mourning their loved one's petrified stone body.

"I SAID KNEEL BEFORE ME OR DIE." Lysandre says in a loud voice.

"Kill us. I don't care. But I will not kneel before the likes of you. You monster." Lusamine says with tears streaming from her blood shot eyes eyes. She and Lillie refuse to let go of Gladion's petrified body.

"Very well then. Also know that your sacrifice will go a long way in restoring balance to this world." Lysandre says as his finger is about to press a button on his watch like device.

"Not to mention, we shall also enjoy studying the Charizardite Z and Sylveonite." A fat man replies from behind Lysandre.

"Indeed. We will Xerosic. Indeed we will." Lysandre replies as he is moment from pressing the button. Lysandre however stops in his tracks as his expression changes from that of a smug prick to those of a confused person's. He slowly turns to the Dragon Emperor's statue from where a rustling like sound is coming. The more Lysandre moves closer to the statue the more louder the noise becomes. Everyone observes as the statue of the Dragon Emperor starts developing cracks with blue light coming emanating from the cracks. The statue starts to vibrate and the noise changes from that of a cracking one's to a vibrating sound. Suddenly the statue glows blue before an explosion takes place which causes everyone to look away.

When the smoke settles they see the Dragon Emperor alright with a blue outline around his body and his eyes closed.

"But how?" Lysandre says as he presses a button on his watch like device which enables the optical camouflage and make Yveltal invisible. Suddenly the Dragon Emperor opens his eyes and Ash and Serena suck in their breath as they see nothing but rage in his eyes.

Dragon Emperor slowly turns to Lysandre and his grunts who are backing away slowly. He then suddenly raises his hand and closes his fist. Simultaneously a huge blue palm, made out of aura, appears in the sky and closes itself in the form of a fist at the same time the Dragon Emperor's hand does. Moments later Yveltal reappears inside the Aura fist, thrashing about like an Pokemon caught in a poacher's trap. The aura fist seems to crush Yveltal more and more as the machines on Yveltal body start exploding one by one. They Dragon Emperor does the action of throwing something in his palm away. Correspondingly the fist made out of aura mirror's the motion of the Dragon Emperor's fist. Yveltal who had been screaming in pain from the crushing force of the Dragon Emperor's fist is smashed onto the other side of the battlefield. The very next second it gets sent flying into the stands by bolts of lighting which emerge from the finger tips of the Dragon Emperor's palm. The stand explodes and collapses and Yveltal seems to get crushed under the debris of the blasted stand.

Everyone who has been witnessing this act is completely paralyzed by fear. They see the Dragon Emperor's eyes which were shining blue return to their normal color as he turns to face Lysandre and his dumbfounded grunts.

"But. But. But you should be dead." Lysandre splutters out.

"I am no inferior Aura Guardian a*****e." Dragon Emperor say in a cold enraged voice that all the spectators forget their mourning. They watch in silence as the sensation leaves their hands and legs.

"You have dared attack my pupils and their friend. You will die now. Any last words?" Dragon Emperor asks.

"Umm. How did you do that?" Xerosic asks.

"You are going to die in a few moments and that is your last word? Has anyone told you that you're shit at dying?" Dragon Emperor asks.

"I have never died before." Xerosic replies in a pale tone as he and all the other Team Flare members are shaking to the core.

"First time for everything." Dragon Emperor replies.

"Fire." Lysandre shouts to his grunt. Those who are not too paralyzed by the Dragon Emperor manage to raise their guns with their wobbly hands. Dragon Emperor on hearing that however brandishes his hand and blasts all the Team Flare grunts of their feet. They all are flung through the air and crash on the other side of the stadium.

Dragon Emperor then turns to the spectators who have been observing the whole spectacle in stunned silence. He runs towards Ash and Serena and then bends down to check their hands for any bruises and cuts. Then he examines Grace and Delia for any injury. His face changes to one of cold anger when he sees a rather deep gash in Delia right shoulder.

"No." Ash and Serena say in unison as they realize what Dragon Emperor is going to do. Dragon Emperor uses his telekinetic to bring all the spectators ,petrified and non petrified, together.

"Sulaman Akha" Dragon Emperor says as a beam of blue energy get launched out of his palm which forms a blue swirly shield around the spectators. As soon as the shield is formed Dragon Emperor releases the spectators from their telekinetic grip following which turns around to face Lysandre and his grunt. He pushes his hand outwards then yanks it back to his chest. Lysandre and the others are telekinetically pulled through the air, following which they are slammed in the ground in front of the Dragon Emperor.

"So you think this world needs correction. Do you?" Dragon Emperor asks Lysandre who's terrified to the core shakes his head following which he tries to back away from the Dragon Emperor.

"You don't know what it means for the world to be beyond repair. I'll rectify this misconception in your head that the world has gone beyond the point of saving." Dragon Emperor says following which he snaps his fingers. The Team Flare grunts and Lysandre get immobilized instantly by the Dragon Emperor's telekinetic power following which the Dragon Emperor turns around and walks to the shield around the spectators.

"Tell me Champion Diantha." Dragon Emperor says as everyone looks at Diantha with a puzzled expression.

"Wh-what?" Diantha says.

"I see you are all terrified. Let me help you. Calm down all of you. I command you." Dragon Emperor says as his eyes flash a swirly golden. Instantly all the stuttering spectators calm down and start taking deep even breaths.

"You can't violate us like that." Diantha replies in a frustrated tone.

"Tell me. Do you remember the conversation we had during my last visit when you informed me of a dream you had?" Dragon Emperor asks, ignoring Diantha's outburst.

"Uh. Well. U mm. Yes, I do. Why?" Diantha asks.

"Tell me what did I say?" Dragon Emperor asks as he tosses Noivern's poke-ball following which Noivern comes out and takes battle stance.

"What does that have to do with anything?" Diantha replies.

"What did I say?" Dragon Emperor asks, again ignoring Diantha's question.

"I, I said 'Loss of heartless' Why is that important?" Diantha asks.

"Next time. Try to listen for the correct words." Dragon Emperor replies as an Aura Sphere appears in his hand but instead of the Electric type symbol found in the Electrium Z the Dark type symbol of the Darkinium Z gets formed in the Aura Sphere. Everyone gulps as they realize what is going to happen.

"AURA ABILITY ACTIVATE." Dragon Emperor says as he turns around and throws the Aura Sphere into the sky. Everyone watches as the Aura Sphere keeps becoming smaller and smaller as it goes higher and higher, till it dissapears into the clouds. Dragon Emperor then glances at Diantha who is looking at him in an expecting manner.

"Chaos" Dragon Emperor says as everyone sucks in their breath.

"Of" Dragon Emperor says as everyone's skin pallor turns chalk white.

"Darkness." Dragon Emperor completes his words on a cold tone. Diantha' eyes widen as she realizes what the words were in the dream.

"Quake in fear Lysandre. THIS IS THE POWER OF DARKNESS." Dragon Emperor announces in a booming voice.

"NOOIIII." Noivern roars as the air becomes cold and harsh. The sky goes pitch black purple. Bolts of purple thunderbolts start falling down on on random parts of the stadium. The skin of everyone present goes ice cold as they feel all the happiness and positive energy from the world has been drained. The ground start to tremble and split in different places. Several bolts of black lightning land on Noivern whose body absorbs the bolt and then releases a huge blast of Dark type energy from it's mouth. Each bast of Dark Energy leaves a sizzling crater wherever it lands. All the spectators except Ash and Serena close their eyes not able to take what their eyes are showing them.

Dragon Emperor then nods following which Noivern gives a shrill cry. Then a black tornado engulf Noivern which then proceeds to suck all the Team Flare grunts into it. Once everyone except Lysandre has been sucked inside Dragon Emperor nods following which the tornado's base takes of from the ground and rises up vertically into the sky. Once the tornado vanishes beyond the clouds Dragon Emperor raises his hand in the form of a claw and shouts "DISPERSE."

Following this, streams of black lightning come from all parts of the sky and pours into the Dragon Emperor's palm in the form of an Aura Sphere. Within a matter of moments everything returns to normal. The air becomes warm and cozy. The clouds regain their white color except one cloud which still is black in color. The howling wind dies down and the ground stops shaking. The very next second the shield, the Dragon Emperor had created around the spectators, vanishes as the spectators who are still conscious reopen their eyes to see everything back to normal. They see the Dragon Emperor towering over Lysandre whose entire body is shaking with no end in sight.

"Now tell me. Do you think the world is beyond saving?" Dragon Emperor asks. Lysandre doesn't reply. Instead he shakes his chattering head sideways.

"What. What hap-happened to-to-to m-m-my t-team?" Lysandre stutters. Dragon Emperor snaps his fingers. Ash and Serena, who are still relatively unaffected, see Lysandre's grunts and their Pokemon fall from the sky completely unconscious. Moments before they are about to crash with the ground, they come to an abrupt stop a few meters over the ground due to the Dragon Emperor's telekinetic power. Following a few moments of hovering they fall on the ground with a thud.

"Xerosic? Bryony? Celosia?" Lysandre stutters as he attempts to get up but can't due to the state of his mind.

"They are unconscious. But why don't we wake them up?" Dragon Emperor replies as he snaps his fingers. Within moments all the grunts wake up and then start throwing up.

"Now. The time has come for the judgement." Dragon Emperor says.

"You mean all this wasn't enough?" Diantha asks.

"Not even close. They must be punished for breaking the laws of nature." Dragon Emperor replies.

"What do you mean breaking the laws of nature?" Diantha asks.

"They awoke Yveltal before it's time was due. The equilibrium between the balance of life and death has been disturbed. The balance must be maintained for the welfare of the Pokemon world. Yveltal must be sent back into sleep." Dragon Emperor replies.

"But how do we do that?" Grace asks as everyone starts regaining consciousness.

"They broke the laws of the Aura Trio. So it is up to the Destruction Pokemon to deliver judgement." Dragon Emperor says as he raises his palm. A blue light appears in the form of a beam which goes into the stands where Yveltal's unconscious body was trapped beneath the debris. A few moments later the the debris begins to shake following which Yveltal smashes its way out of its prison of a rock. It gives a terrible cry following which it comes towards Dragon Emperor. Everyone gets worried Yveltal will kill them all but they get shocked when they see it make a U-turn and land next to Dragon Emperor while facing the team Flare grunts who are terrified of Yveltal.

"You have been awoken 34,000 years before your time. Deliver the judgement for the fate of the ones who dared to wake you up. As the part of the Aura trio you must uphold the law of Arceus." Dragon Emperor says as Yveltal gazes at Lysandre.

"Life." Dragon Emperor while showing a vertically upward thumb.

"or Death?" Dragon Emperor asks as he give his thumb a 10 degree turn.

"Death." Yveltal replies in a cold telepathic voice.

"The judgement is sealed." Dragon Emperor replies.

"Mercy please." Xerosic begs.

"You reap what you sow. That is the law of nature and the fundamental pillar of Constitution of Destiny." Dragon Emperor says as Yveltal opens its mouth and all the team Flare members disintegrate and everything including their life forces get gulped down Yveltal's throat.

"Now that you have regained the life force of the ones who awoke you. The balance has been achieved once more. Return to hibernation without a moment's delay." Dragon Emperor says.

"But there are so many trainers here. They'll make a good snack." Yveltal says as it turns around to face the spectators. Dragon Emperor however raises his eyebrow at Yveltal.

"On second thoughts. Never mind." Yveltal says following which Dragon Emperor's facial expression relaxes. Yveltal gives a great cry then takes off and flies away. Dragon Emperor seeing this throws a Poke-ball to reveal his Dragonite.

"Do you wish to redeem yourself when you allowed Serena to train with here Sylveonite without informing me?" Dragon Emperor asks.

"Drag." Dragonite says as it gives a fierce nod.

"Very well. Follow Yveltal and report back to me where it goes into hibernation. Make sure it doesn't stop for any additional snacks." Dragon Emperor orders.

"Drag." Dragonite says while giving another nod following which it takes off after Yveltal at break neck speed.

"I must go too." Dragon Emperor says while turning to Grace and Delia.

"We've seen too much. Frankly we don't believe how someone is capable of such cruelty with not even a speck of remorse on his face." Delia replies as she continues to hug Ash.

"I don't have a choice. My hands are tied. I must abide by the sacred laws." Dragon Emperor replies before pausing.

"Get some sleep. Tend to your fallen. I must return for the moment. I'll be back soon." Dragon Emperor says as he brandishes his cloak and teleports away.

(2 Hours Later)

"We are here to commemorate the people who fell fighting Team Flare. It pains my heart but some brave souls fell trying to stop Team Flare and their plans to destroy the Kalos region with the help of the Destruction Pokemon Yveltal. In the end however the Destruction Pokemon killed the Team Flare members and flew of. We are all devastated by this tremendous loss and to the Pokemon world we say this. We will not let the sacrifice ,of the many champions and students and other people who fell before the Destruction Pokemon, go in vain. As of today we along with the International Police Agency are announcing a joint effort by all the region combined to hunt down and defeat any such evil criminal organizations that may exist anywhere in the Pokemon world to ensure the peace and security of all the regions of the Pokemon world. Thank you." Diantha says as she delivers the final statement in the press conference.

"That's it folks. All the press personnel are to immediately leave the premises." Chief of Security announces.

(After all the Reporters Leave)

"Do you think. We did the right thing by covering up?" Sycamore asks Diantha.

"We don't have a choice. If the people of the Pokemon world knew. It will be pandemonium. No covering it up is the way to go. I agree with Gabriel on this." Diantha replies.

Johanna and Paul are crying over Dawn's petrified body. Alolan Oak crying over his Kanto cousin's body. Clemont and Bonnie are crying over Korrina's body along with Korrina's grandfather. Lusamine is crying her eyes over Gladion's petrified body as Lillie refuses to let go of Gary's petrified body.

"I don't know what to say Diantha." Gabriel say as he sees Diantha and Sycamore approach.

"None of us do. I don't know what is sadder. The fact that these good people died or the fact that the criminals responsible were punished in the most inhuman manner possible." Diantha says.

"Look my hands are still shaking. I want to drink the water but the hands are still shaking." Gabriel says as he tries to drink water out of the glass.

'Whose aren't?" Sycamore replies.

(In Another Part of the Funeral)

"Serena. I don't want you anywhere near that man. Do you understand me?" Grace says in a firm tone.

"Mom. I don't think " Serena tries to say but only to be cut off by Grace.

"No buts. My decision is final. That man is a monster. No one deserves to be treated the way he treated them. No one. No matter their crimes." Grace says.

"Mom but." Serena says.

"I am not listening to anything you or Ash have to say. You are to stay away from that man. That's final." Grace shouts at the top of her voice at Serena.

"Fine." Serena replies knowing inside that her mother isn't without reason to demand this from her.

"Looks like the apprenticeship is over." Diantha says as she sees Grace and Delia give their final decision to Ash and Serena who concede to their mother's demand.

"About time we were rid of that mad man." Sycamore says. Suddenly he looks at the sky and his facial expression changes.

"What is it Sycamore?" Diantha asks.

"When the Dragon Emperor recalled all that stream of black lightning back from the sky you remember that right?" Sycamore asks.

"I do. What of it?" Diantha asks.

"All the clouds regained their white color instantly however that one still is black in color." Sycamore says while pointing to the cloud.

"You are right. I wonder what's up with that." Diantha asks.

"Well the Dragon Emperor did get rid of Team Flare for us. But it is up to us to pick off whatever remains of Team Flare's Operations and end it once and for all." Gabriel says.

"Don't worry. We managed to recover Xerosic's phone and hand it over to Looker and the other police members. They informed me an hour back that they broke through the encryption and raided Team Flare's base located in Geosenge town. By tomorrow they will arrest all the assets of Team Flare including the one who tipped of Team Flare about the story that Ilene told regarding the 500 Aura Guardians and Yveltal." Diantha replies.

"That's good news. If only there was some way we could bring them back to life." Sycamore says while sighing.

"There's no way. Only Xerneas can reverse the effects of Oblivion Wing. We don't know where Xerneas is. It is most likely somewhere in deep hibernation." Diantha says in a crestfallen tone. Everyone looks sad at this revelation.

Suddenly a sharp sizzling sound comes which catches the attention of a lot of people. Flames rise up from the ground for a moment and they immediately subside. Everyone gets taken aback when they see the Dragon Emperor standing there with his Dragon Staff in his left hand. On seeing the Dragon Emperor Grace and Delia instinctively go and stand in front of Ash and Serena. The Dragon Emperor notices this but doesn't react. Instead he proceeds to walk to where the petrified bodies have been laid.

Everyone watches in complete silence as the Dragon Emperor is walking towards the petrified bodies. Johanna on seeing him walks up to him and then slaps him across the cheek to everyone's shock.

"How dare you show your face here?" Johanna shouts with her words seething with anger.

"You are the reason why Team Flare came. You are the reason why my daughter is dead." Johanna shouts to Dragon Emperor face. He however doesn't reply.

"We don't need your sympathy. Get out." Johanna says with her finger pointing towards the exit.

"I understand your plight. Which is why I am here." Dragon Emperor says.

"To offer your heartfelt condolences? We don't need them." Diantha replies.

"No. But to restore balance and bring these poor souls back to life." Dragon Emperor says which shocks everyone.

"They are dead thanks to you. You have hurt us and now your are putting salt in our wounds by playing with our feelings. GET OUT FROM MY SIGHT." Johanna shouts. Dragon Emperor doesn't reply for a moment.

"Very well. If you don't wish to see your daughter again. I will take my leave." Dragon Emperor says as he turns around and starts walking away.

"No please. Don't go. I want to see my brother and Gary again." Lillie says as she collapses at the Dragon Emperor's feet and clamps on to it. Dragon Emperor looks at Lillie seeing at him with unimaginable pain in her eyes. Moments later Lusamine also comes and bends in front of the Dragon Emperor's feet.

"Please. Give me my son." Lusamine say with tears streaming from her eyes.

"Very well then. Stand back." Dragon Emperor replies.

"You will! Thank you." Lillie says with gratitude flowing with every tear of her eyes.

"He's lying. No one can bring back the dead. " Diantha says in an accusatory tone.

"I am not your average human being." Dragon Emperor.

"But if you could do that why would you wait for so long?" Serena asks. Grace immediately gives her daughter a reprimanding look.

"Don't look at her in this manner. She's done nothing wrong." Dragon Emperor says to Grace earning him her and Delia glare.

"You are right I could have done so earlier. But you must remember that Yveltal is the Destruction Pokemon. To take life is it's right. If I reverse the effect of Oblivion Wing every time it was used. I would be interrupting in the balance of the cycle of life and death." Dragon Emperor replies.

"What's different this time?" Sycamore asks.

"Yveltal was woken up before its time was due. Also it was under the influence of an external agent thereby making its actions a disturbance in the cycle of life and death rather than a part of it. Which is why I will now I shall set what was wrong, right." Dragon Emperor says as the Dragon Staff in his hand vanishes and he closes his eyes. When he opens his eyes his eyes are shiny blue and the clouds above him become dense with blue lightning going from one cloud to the other.

"Varah." Dragon Emperor says as his left hand stretches towards the sky. A bluish white plasma bolt forms in it.

"Vihah." Dragon Emperor says as his right hand goes towards the ground. Another ball of bluish white plasma bolt forms in it. The air around the Dragon Emperor begins to swirl and become icy cold. Bolts of blue lightning keep falling on the 2 balls in the Dragon Emperor's hands making them bigger and brighter with each bolt assimilated.

"Raauush." Dragon Emperor whispers as he combines the 2 balls into a bigger ball while bringing his palms facing each other, in front of his chest.

"Raauush." Dragon Emperor repeats 5 times with each time the word is uttered in a louder tone.

"Mokaram." Dragon Emperor says as the plasma bolt turns to an orb of pure blue flame which the Dragon Emperor scoops up in his right hand. Immediately the clouds disperse and the wind dies down.

"With the eternal flame born from my Aura. You are all reborn." Dragon Emperor says as his right hand tilts sideways. Everyone watches as the orb of blue flame gets closer and closer to the ground. The moment it touches the ground flames spring up from the point of contact with the ground.

"What the." Everyone shouts as a tidal wave of blue flames appears to engulf everyone.

A few moment later Diantha open her eyes to see that she is not dead instead she is knee deep in swirling blue flames. out of curiosity she puts her hand in the flames only to feel a cool temperature and not a hot one. She looks around to see everyone mirroring her reaction to the situation. A few moments later the flames die down. Diantha glances over to see nothing happening to the bodies.

"What happened. Nothing is happening. They are still petrified." Diantha says.

"Patience. All good things come to those in good time." Dragon Emperor says. A few moments later the petrified stone bodies of all the victims develop a blue outline. Following which starting from the head and going to the toe the level of stone recedes leaving flesh behind. The moment the bodies are free of the stone all the victims wake up with a start while gasping for air.

"Dawn." Johanna and Paul shout as they jump on Dawn and almost take her life away with hugs so tight that all the air she was breathing was leaving her body.

While everyone was rejoicing the Dragon Emperor started walking away before he is stopped by a voice.

"Wait." Goodshow says which catches the attention of everyone present.

'What is it?" Dragon Emperor asks.

"How did you. How did you do it?" Goodshow asks with tears in his eyes.

"You do not know what it means to be a god. I do and you'll be wise to remember that fact." Dragon Emperor says which casts complete silence over the atmosphere. Then Dragon Emperor moves to where Grace and Delia are standing with Ash and Serena.

"I am grateful for what you've done. But I don't feel confident trusting my son and daughter to you." Grace replies.

"I understand. You need to sort some stuff out. Take your time. I'll come back in a month's time." Dragon Emperor says before giving the four of them a curt nod. He then starts to walk away when suddenly he spins and shouts "Sulaman Akha.' A shield gets created around Grace, Delia and their children. In the moments to follow a Flamethrower collides against the shield following which it dissipates.

"Who dares attack my apprentices and their family?" Dragon Emperor shouts. Everyone's eyes follow the path of trajectory of the Flamethrower to see lady with purple hair and a mega Houndoom out of its Poke-ball.

"Malva?" Diantha says in a taken aback tone.

"You. Stupid selfish B*****d. You have destroyed mine and Lysandre's plans." Malva says in a distraught tone which takes everyone by surprise.

"So you are the one who leaked the story of the 500 Aura Guardians to the Lysandre." Sycamore remarks.

"Yes, I did. I loved him and he loved me. We were going to save this world. But you took him from me. And what's worse you undid what little good Lysandre did by bringing back these idiots from the dead." Malva shouts.

"There weren't dead technically. More like on the precipice of death." Dragon Emperor replies.

"You have destroyed my entire time spent ever since I left the Elite Four to save the Pokemon world and rebuilt it." Malva shouts with tears streaming from her eyes.

"Your lover was a mad man who interfered with the law of nature. I didn't kill him. Yveltal did for his own crimes." Dragon Emperor replies.

"Stuff and Nonsense. You killed him. And I will avenge Lysandre's death by taking away what you value most." Malva shouts.

"Feel free to try your luck. As it is soon you'll be rotting away in jail." Dragon Emperor replies.

"That's exactly where I want to go." Malva says in a malicious tone which causes the Dragon Emperor to raise his eyebrows.

"Meaning?" Dragon Emperor asks.

"These idiots think you were being inhuman when you were punishing Lysandre with that nightmarish move of yours. But you weren't. Were you?" Malva says. Dragon Emperor doesn't reply.

"But I saw your face. I was observing everything from the sidelines. I saw when your face when you looked at that cut in Delia hand. I saw the cold anger build up in your eyes when you saw that someone had harmed her. Your apprentice's mother. I saw the way something snapped inside you and the way you flew of the handle." Malva says.

On hearing this Grace and Delia along with everyone else look at the Dragon Emperor in a curious.

"So when I go to prison I will use everything in my power to put a hit out on your apprentices and their mothers. You can save them sure. But you won't be so lucky all the time and neither will you be there to save them all the time." Malva says. On hearing this the Dragon Emperor's fingers clench into a fist which doesn't go unnoticed by Delia and Grace.

"You are right. I won't be there to always protect them." Dragon Emperor replies. Malva smirks on hearing that.

"So I shall not leave it to chance. After all why repeatedly cut the top of a weed and keep doing it, when you can simply pull the weed out with its root." Dragon Emperor says as he tosses Noivern's Poke-ball.

"What do you mean?" Malva says.

"Give my regards to Lysandre when you see him." Dragon Emperor says. Before anyone can say or do anything Dragon Emperor says "Chaos of Darkness."

Upon saying that the one cloud which was black in color releases all of its Dark type energy in the form of a bolt which falls on Noivern, who assimilates it. The black cloud regains its white color as Noivern launches a huge blast of Dark type energy towards Malva who get taken aback. An explosion occurs revealing a crater with no sign of Malva or her Houndoom. Everyone puts clamps their mouths shut in horror as they realize that Malva and her Houndoom have been pulverized on the spot.

Dragon Emperor simply returns his Pokemon and resumes walking away as if nothing happened.

"You killed her." Diantha say with a tone of disbelief.

Dragon Emperor turns around and says

"Arcanine Arcanine, burning bright, In the forests of the night;

What immortal hand or eye, Could frame thy fearful symmetry?"

"What?" Diantha say in a shocked tone due to the strange nature of the answer to her question.

Before anyone can answer or ask anything further, the Dragon Emperor's eyes glow a bright orange. The very next moment a circular band of fire envelops him following which a bright burning tornado of fire appears to the shock of everyone present. From the top of the tornado the fierce Dragon Snake like creature appears. It gives a roar which strikes terror in everyone's hearts. Then it flies high into the sky and disappears once it crosses the clouds.

You are probably wondering. What? How is the engagement going to take place in these circumstances. But don't worry there is a time skip of 2 months. I apologize if the contents of this chapter was a little disturbing and overpowering for your taste. But now slowly the mystery of the Dragon Emperor. Who he is? What is his back story? Everything will start to be revealed as the chapters progress.
