Chapter 9: Running
Barry had a secret:
He was still good running.
...
It had been a week, and Barry took about 3 naps a day, and he remembered something every time he was asleep, so he remembered quite a bit.
He remembered Nora's death, he remembered waking up from a coma, he remembered being The Flash, he remembered being adopted by Joe, he remembered falling for Iris, he remembered realizing he didn't actually love her.
He even remembered that first night with Len, and the morning.
On that however, he realized he didn't have all of the memories, so he couldn't judge Len quite yet.
...
After a terrible nightmare, and he realized he was alone, he decided to try running.
As he went faster and faster, he realized it was calming.
So, he decided to let his thoughts wander.

"Well, Barry. I want to make sure you know somethings," Len said, looking Barry right in the eye.
Barry nodded again. "Go on," he said.
"Well, I'm only doing this because I like to hookup, and you're the only one who will. I don't hookup with girls and no men on here are gay.
"Another thing. You're really bad. Have you never practiced? Are you that unattractive? 'Cause I certainly would understand. I'm cold, what is considered the opposite of hot, but even I'm hotter than you."
Barry gasped, tears filling his eyes.
"I don't like you, Barry. At all. If anything, I hate you. Your a jerk. Selfish. That's why you'll never be a hero. Because you couldn't be selfish if you wanted to."
Barry looked at him, shock clear. This was actually what he thought about on a daily basis. Was it true?
"That's also why The Reverse-Flash targeted you. Because you deserved your Mother to die. She didn't deserve to die, but you deserved to live without a mother. Your Dad shouldn't have gotten blamed, but I bet he was happy to be rid of you. You must have been such a disappointment. Same with your Mother. Bet she was happy to be rid of you."
Barry couldn't believe everything he was hearing. Len really did hate him.
He felt tears fall down his cheeks. He looked around for an escape, but the doors were locked, no one would be able to hear him, and Len obviously wasn't going to let him go.
"Now, I'm going to give you what you deserve."
Len stripped, and then he looked Barry up and down. "Undress," he commanded. Barry gulped. "N-n-no," he stuttered. Len looked at him. "You deserve it. Besides, you wanted to. So, undress," Len said.
Barry closed his eyes. He did deserve this. But he didn't want it. He didn't know what to do.
Then Len made the choice for him. He pulled down Barry's pants and his boxers. Barry started to hyperventilate. It was happening again. He was defenseless. He deserved this.
...
He fell back with a gasp. He remembered the hands, the pain, the fear, the hurt.
Suddenly, it felt like something broke.
He remembered everything.
He looked up at the celling in shock.
He whimpered as everything he had been suppressing suddenly broke free.
Len's smiling face, Len whimpering as he rode Barry, his smirk as he raped Barry, Joe telling him that his dad had killed Nora, Nora's face as the yellow lightning raced around her, the first time Barry had fought the yellow speedster, Jay, Harrison Wells, Harry, Eddie.
He remembered it all.
He felt tears fill his eyes and slid down his cheeks, but he didn't care.
He wanted to scream, or yell, or sob, or keep running.
He picked the last one.
...
He ended up running all night.
...
"Barry!" Caitlin greeted, "You remembered how to run!"
He growled at her, and she quickly stepped back.
He kept running.
"Did you remember something bad I did?" she asked. Barry continued to ignore her, so she decided to call in the big guns.
"Snart!" she called.
As soon as said person walked in, Barry tackled him.
"That's for screwing my heart," he muttered in his ear before heading back to the treadmill.
"What did you remember?" Caitlin asked, seeing as how he had tackled her and Len.
"Leave, Killer Frost," he said coldly.
Caitlin looked speechless.
"What about me?" Len asked.
"Well, I'm only doing this because I like to hookup, and you're the only one who will. I don't hookup with girls and no men on here are gay."
Len looked at Barry in shock.
Suddenly, Joe and Iris ran in. "Barry?" she asked.
"He remembered some stuff about me and Snart," Caitlin admitted.
"What?" Iris asked. "Something about Killer Frost, and I don't know for Snart," Caitlin said.
They both turned to Len. "Something stupid," he muttered. "Certainly doesn't seem stupid," Caitlin said and Iris nodded.
"Yeah, Len. Why don't you tell them? I could tell them how it felt if you'd rather," Barry said, finally turning off the treadmill to face Len.
Len felt like he couldn't breath.
He ran to the bathroom and puked.
Suddenly, Barry ran in behind him.
"What? Did you think that I would just forgive you for breaking my heart three times?" Barry asked.
Len puked again.
Suddenly, Caitlin, Iris, and Joe ran in.
"Oh! Where's Cisco? I have to talk to him," Barry said before walking out the bathroom.
"What did you do?" Joe demanded.
"It's gotta be pretty bad if you're puking," Cisco mused from behind them as he walked in.
"Keep-Keep him away from me when I tell you. I don't think I can handle being punched right now," Len said.
