Y/n: Sneaky
Y'all the amount of PLOTTWISTS in this book is astounding.
I think right now there are SEVEN MAJOR plot twists. Can't wait to write 'em and make you cry! MWUAHAHAH
~
It was so easy to fill her spot. You almost laughed at how absurd it was. Absolutely no one suspected you. No one even gave you a second glance. The Provisional Hero License Exam wasn't that much further. How long would you keep up this persona, though? Could be a while.
You didn't understand diddly shit about what they were learning—since you came in halfway through the year. However, you picked up enough from other students to not fail or gain suspicion.
The talk of the school were ten boys. You didn't know their names, but you know you were fighting against them. It wasn't hard to guess their quirks. They trained outside of school and sometimes showed off to the other loser students.
Object Gigantification, Earth Creation, Water Gun, and Muscle Gain. Two shared the last quirk.
It would be in your best interest to take them out first, before they do it to you, but it seems as if they don't notice you exist at all.
Perfect.
You slink into the shadows, hiding away from prying eyes. The alters in your head have gone quiet. Maybe you finally shut them up.
'I'll do this on my own.' You thought, staring at your reflection in the bathroom mirror. Ice blue eyes stared back at you instead of e/c, and you could've sworn to see a flash of h/c, but it was gone before you could fully tell.
'For Author... and to find the bitch who killed her.'

The day of the Provisional Hero License Exam came quicker than you thought. Now you were trapped in a small bus with the only group of people that were taking the exam from the school. You stayed quiet at the back, away from their eyes. They were louder than what people thought. Constantly talking and laughing. You were shocked the driver didn't swerve the bus into oncoming traffic.
The exam would be held in Takoba National Stadium.
'Speak of the devil.' The bus screeched to a stop in front of a large building. Other schools' buses were also stopped in front too. You stood up and waited for the ten of them to walk out. Ignoring your 'school mates' and other students, you walked into the building.
~
Soon, you and over a thousand more students were crammed into a small room with each other. A few people's elbows have managed to jab their way into your ribs, but you didn't pay mind to that.
"Um..." A voice spoke through the speakers. You looked front. "Well then, let's do that provisional license thing... I'm Mera from the Heroes Public Safety Commission..."
'He looks like he's going to pass out.' You thought.
"The kind of sleep I like is non-REM sleep..." His head lolled forward slowly. "Nice to meet you." There was a quick moment of feedback.
"I've been so busy that I haven't gotten much sleep... we're too short staffed... I'm so sleepy."
Your eyes turned to the crowd of students, scanning the back of their heads.
'Who am I looking for?' You pushed up your glasses and looked back front. Bright letters appeared on the screen in front.
NUMBER TO PASS 1st TEST
100 people.
'This is easy.' You thought, gauging everyone around you.
'There are 1,540 taking this test. Less than one percent will pass.' Your fists clenched by your side.
'I will be that one percent.'

"Well? Is she taking it?"
Sora stopped at the foot of the bed and nodded, a smirk tugging at her lips.
"Yes," she replied, "Alone. She's taken the identity of Homura Awaji." Kamiko smiled from her bed where she's been cooped up since her altercation with Author.
"I see... keep an eye on her. Make sure no one finds out about her." Her eyes gleamed with malice. "I want this to go as horribly as it can for her."
~
You were one of the first ones to receive their balls and targets. You place them on your stomach, cheek, and hand. They were still handing out targets and balls, so the test hadn't started yet.
"Yo~ Excuse me~" A voice drawled out behind you. You turned, glaring at the girl behind you.
"Huh? Who the hell are you?" You asked, narrowing your eyes at her. She laughed at your defensiveness.
"I'm Jakurou," she said with a smile, "But you can call me Jak."
"Why the hell would I call you that?" You asked, sneering at her. She smiled at you.
"I recognize you."
You stopped breathing.
"You're Homura Awaji From Seijin High School." She crossed her arms, revealing her targets on her sides. "You're nothing like I thought you were."
"How do you know about me?" You asked quietly, regaining your composure. "I'm a no one." Jakurou laughed loudly, snorting even.
"I do my research," she said, smiling widely, "Why aren't you with your school?"
"They're bigger losers than I am." You turned away from her. "Sorry, but I've gotta go."
"Why are you here?" Her voice echoed. "Why are you taking this test?" You stopped.
"... for a friend."
Jakurou's brows raised.
"A friend? Don't mean to pry, but why?"
You let out a sigh.
"I just... need this license to kick the shit out of someone." You left after that. She didn't follow you.
~
The test began. You took off over to the city-like area. You looked around for anyone. There was one—an innocent soul, just aimlessly wandering. With a smirk, you activated your quirk.
The poor student didn't even see it coming. You knocked her to the ground, grabbing your rubber balls and chucking them at her targets which were placed on her shoulder, hip, and stomach. All three of them lit up in red.
"Over there! Someone's by themselves!" You looked up at a large group of students—not even from the same school.
Your scream pierced their ears, sending them to the ground, writhing in pain. With precision and perfect accuracy, you took out a random person.
"Oh, someone's passed," Mera said, "Everyone, do your best as quickly as possible."
You let out a sigh and stretched out your back.
"Now... what should I do now?"
"Yo~! Homura-chan!"
You turned to see Jakurou walking up to you, waving. You sneered at her mere presence.
"What do you want?" You asked. She pointed behind yourself.
"Your dear classmates are in the industrial part. Wanna take them out?" A wicked smirk was slapped across her face. You regarded her with serious curiosity.
"Hm." You thought. "Fine, but you better not slow me down."
"Trust me," she smiled, "I won't."
Ja ne!
