I know you guys don't want to see another A/N but I have some tidbits of news to share.

If you're following me, you probably didn't notice anything strange(!) but for my lovely silent readers (who I love just the same!), if you're reading this now, I've put chapters of Try Hunting Ever After on private - meaning only my followers can see it.

This is in response to an "issue" currently ongoing between Wattpad and another website. Thanks to fellow Wattpad authors and friends, I was informed about this. I was out of the internet world for about a week and I came back to this. It was a...shocking welcome really. Haha.

I'm not too sure about the details - a bug, Wattpad being hacked, etc. - but basically, all the works in Wattpad are mirrored in that other site - where text can be selected, copied and pasted etc. Authors' usernames remain the same but works can be copied, used, published, sold, without the knowledge of the author.

I thought about it for a while; debating whether to lock the first part or the second part of the story or just the pivotal chapters in the story. In the end, I left just a few chapters set to public visibility. If you want to reread them and/ read the next ones, you can of course follow me. ^^;; I wasn't sure if I should do this especially since I know I might lose readers (amongst other consequences) but after careful thought and advice from other people, this was the best route to take. I am aware that some people will find this an overreaction but...too much love and effort and work and thought and time were put into these works - for me, Try Hunting Ever After especially, since it's my first attempt at a full length novel - for me not to take some steps to protect it. (My short stories will also all be set to private in the coming days.) I hope you understand, as most of you are authors here too. (:

On a lighter note...I haven't been on the wattpad site for a while, and if I am, it's only to post / edit chapters. I needed to change the setting of the story via the site, so I did, and to my utmost surprise, found that the book is currently (well...today anyway haha. 2015.05.28) #943 in Teen Fiction! I know this is an insignificant number/rank and that the ranking changes so much (and/ that the ranking doesn't matter much) but it's the very first time I saw my book there and I'm just really really really really happy and shocked beyond belief. I literally froze in my seat when I saw it. I had to blink a few times to make sure I wasn't just seeing things. Haha. I never thought it would happen. It was a very very nice surprise. Thank you so much! It's all because of you reading and voting and commenting and adding this to your Reading Lists that it happened. Also, we've reached 6k reads! Can you believe it?? Thank you thank you. I'm so grateful. I'm just...YAY! Happyyyy ^^~ *throwing confettis*
