Have you ever felt like God won't answer you? That no matter what you do He's silent. You can't hear Him. You can't feel Him. You can see Him moving in the lives of others, but in your own, not so much. Have you ever felt like that?

God has many answers for seeming to not answer, one of them being we don't give Him a chance. When we prayer and ask and ask, sometimes we never really wait for a response. It's always "God please answer me. Amen." We want God to talk to us but He can't because we never let Him. A conversation is not one-sided. If all we do is talk, talk, talk, how is God supposed to say anything?

Another reason why God doesn't seem to answer is because He's testing us. Everyone knows that a teacher is quite during a test. Sometimes God doesn't answer because He's waiting to see if we'll do what He asks, even if the urgent need to do what he requires is no longer there. "Ouch!" Maybe the reason God won't answer your question is because you already have the answer.

And the last reason for today is: because God knows more than you need someone else telling you what to do. You need someone to listen. Yeah it kind of contradicts the first reason but everybody is different. We are all at different places in our walk with God. So for a last truth, please don't shame anyone who is not as far along on their walk as you are.
