i woke up seeing no one beside me so i decided to get up.

i washed my face and changed, getting ready to get out. i looked at the hallway to see literally no one so i went down.

i looked at everybody that were in the beach.

"hey, morning." bogum pecked my cheeks and i gasped.

i looked at him fully beach ready with his open polo.

i looked away and we ate break fast with everyone, of course before that, miss yi had some little ceremony which i didn't pay attention to.

when we were done, everyone went to the water.

i sat on one of the chairs, watching everyone.

i'm not even in the mood for this.

"hey, should we go to the water?" bogum excitedly invited me.

i quickly shook my head, "you go."

"why?" he pouted.

"the sun is highly up, might go there at night." i shrugged.

but to be honest, i won't ever go there. i can't even get close to that water.

he stood up, "well, i'm gonna go. will be back!" he said and ran.

he surely is a hyper kid.

i grabbed the glass of water and drank it but another glass was put on the table, a glass of juice.

i looked up to see miss yi smiling down at me.

"here you go." she smiled when she offered me the juice.

"thank you." i said and drank it.

"why aren't you going to the water?" she questioned and sat beside me.

"i just don't feel like it." i smiled.

she nodded, "wanna go to the boat later?"

"uhm i don't really like sun-"

"i mean later, at night. i heard night sky here is ethereal." she stood up and looked up the sky.

yeah, it was.

even your fiancé is ethereal.

i gulped and she looked at me.

"well, see you miss han." she smiled.

i watched her back slowly get away from my sight.

glad that she invited me to go to the boat later since i don't wanna get to the water and get wet. might just watch the night sky later.

the hours has passed and it was almost night.

i thought of going back to the room for a while since i need to go grab a scarf or something.

while i was on my way to the room, i heard someone talking in the corner.

i tried to ignore it but the voice is too familiar.

i decided to eavesdrop.

i carefully listened to the voice.

miss yi?

"yes dad, i wanna get rid of her soon." i heard her voice annoyed.

did she have a fight with someone.

"i can't stand seeing her face and getting close to oppa. it's all because of your stupid plan two years ago!" she suddenly shouted.

i was about to go away because she might see me but her last statement caught me off guard.

"whatever, i'll do it myself."

i quickly get away from the spot to the room.

what the heck did i just do?

i shouldn't be listening to private conversation.

i grabbed a scarf and opened the door to see mister kim about to knock on the door.

"u-uh, yes?" i asked and he was completely shocked.

"i-i wanna talk to you about something." he pursed his lips.

"sure." i was about to close the door when he pushed me inside and leaned me on the closed door.

my heart started beating so fast now that he was leaned so close to me.

i can smell his perfume and i couldn't deny how much i love the smell.

i looked up to see him staring at me.

i looked away and cleared my throat so he put a distance between us.

"sorry, i saw choyeon and if she sees me i'm sure she'll get the wrong idea." he gulped.

"i understand." i said and fixed my posture, "what were you about to say?"

he put his hands on his pocket, "did i do something last night? i remember seeing you last night but can't remember what i did." he scratched the back of his head.

i looked at him and landed over his lips.

yes.

you did something.

you kissed me.

but i ain't gonna say that so i just shook my head that made him sigh in relief.

he quickly left the room and i was alone again.

i held my chest.

what the hell?

i went out and down the hall to see miss yi standing in the lobby looking like she's waiting for someone.

i was about to walk pass her but she grabbed my arms.

"should we get to the boat now?" she excitedly asked me.

i looked at the ocean to see only few people since it's night already.

i nodded and we walked but what i saw bogum no where, confusedly seeing how people in the sea vanished out.

they probably went to the bar.

i saw the boat but hesitated as i saw the ocean.

it's been two years, y/n. move on.

i sighed and the guy guided us to the boat and pushed us to the sea.

"do you know how to use this?" i asked her as i watch her paddle.

she nodded, "yeah, dad taught me."

i nodded and just satisfyingly watch how she paddled.

i decided to look at the sky to see the incredibly big moon.

it was strangely big and giving me bad feelings.

i gulped at the total silence.

"u-uhm, so do you like watching sky at night? so you decided to go?" i asked, opening a topic.

"not really." she smiled.

i looked around and saw we were so far at the shore now that i barely see it.

i started to get worried.

complete silence has eaten our whole atmosphere that made me want to go back.

"i-i think we should go back now." i requested and she laughed.

"why? look at the night sky miss han."

suddenly, my chest started to tighten as i saw how large the ocean was, how deep it is now.

i started to feel pain everywhere so i clenched my fist on my chest.

i can't.

get me out of here.

"l-let's go back n-now." i said but i heard no response.

i looked at miss yi and saw she stopped paddling. i confusedly looked at her while feeling weak already.

"can you grab that thing behind you, miss han?" i heard her.

i looked back and saw that i have to stand up to grab it.

"i can't really grab it as i'm paddling, so can you?" she requested.

i calmed myself down and nodded.

i just need to grab this and tell her to go back.

i slowly stood up on the small boat as the boat moved.

you can do this.

i was almost grabbing the thing when suddenly,

i was pushed into the water

i moved my hands and feet to not get too deep

to save myself

but i couldn't when sudden image showed up

who is this?

what is this?

i continuously moved my feet and arms to get to the surface of the water, ignoring the head ache and sudden heart pain i'm feeling.

i want to get out of here.

i don't want here.

my eyes may be underwater but my eyes are producing salt water more.

my heart hurts.

i don't know why.

i desperately wanted to go to the surface but lost it when i kept remember things.

my eyes is wide open hoping to reach the surface soon.

but stopped immediately when this one image in my mind appeared..

when all these voices started whispering.

"just trust me y/n, hold my hand and we're gonna jump together. this is the only way to escape them. trust me."

"you don't have to worry about anything. everything will be alright, i can assure you that."

"forget about me y/n, forget about your feelings."

"i love you..."

"i'm kim taehyung, anyways."

he said and aggressively kissed my neck.

my eyes are wide open as my memories flashed quickly.

i want to get out of here.

i need to save myself.
