"I want to tell you guys something, it's been on my mind for a while now ".

Charlotte was ready to tell the truth before it was too late.

"I.... " interrupted by the sound of Myrtle's phone.

"Sorry, I need to get this "

Myrtle answered the call and it was a friend of hers who told her the bus to the airport was leaving.

"Guys, the bus is leaving, we need to go now"

Myrtle insisted that they leave immediately or else they would miss the bus.

"Babe, what you want to tell us, can it wait?" Rufus asked.

"Yes of course, it's not that important ".

There goes another chance of telling the truth.

Everyone was in a haste so there was no time to waste.

They quickly went out to join the rest of the students and they got there just as the bus was ready to leave.

"Wait, wait for us"

Luckily, the driver was able to hear Myrtle's voice and he stopped for them.

They got in and the bus drove off.

A woman in jeans and a red top came in to address them.

"Can I have everyone's attention"

A few students that were chattering became mute to listen to what she had to say.

"Thank you, now everyone, some of you were getting ready to party at Mexico but I'm sorry to ruin your plans. " she continued "I'm here to announce to you that there has been a change in our destination ".

Some of the pupils didn't like the change of plans.

"what no, that's not fair "

"yeah, we want to go to Mexico "

The students began chanting Mexico repeatedly.

"Hold on now, everyone calm down "

They didn't seem to listen to the woman.

"Quiet!!!!"

Yelling seemed to have calmed them down.

Silence filled the room and it made the woman satisfied.

She smiled and then continued.

"As I was saying, we will no longer be going to Mexico but instead, we will be heading to Italy which is just as fun, even twice as fun".

Nobody said a word until a voice from the back broke the silence.

"Booooo "

Everyone in the bus laughed at the sense of humor.

The woman ignored his comment and just walked away.

A guy from behind said "who is she anyway "

The other students started giving different suggestions on who she might be and the bus once again became noisy.

The bus dropped them off at the airport and they got into the plane.

All through the flight, Charlotte didn't feel comfortable, she wandered if it was fact that they were so high up in the sky or the fact that they might never return home again.

The rest of the gang were having a great time.

Finally, they landed and they were at Italy.

Some of the students were still displeased that they were not at Mexico.

"Well I guess it's not that bad " Lottie said.

She explained further.

"The place is beautiful and I can't wait to try out every food there is"

They all laughed at Lottie's humor.

"I'm not here for the food, I'm here to explore the wonders of Italy, there are so many things I want to see and do. When I get back home, I would so brag about this " Myrtle said.

"Now that's reasonable " Rufus said and they all laughed.

"What about you babe" he asked Charlotte.

"Me, oh I'm just here because of the school trip " she replied .

"Okay but anything special you want to do "

She waited a while before answering Rufus.

She shrugged her shoulders then said "I don't think so ".

They chatted with one another and made jokes about some things.

As they were walking, a stranger approached Charlotte and said.

"Excuse me, I have a message for you "

Charlotte looked behind her to see if it was truly her the young man was referring to.

"Me? "

"Yes, it's really important "

"okay, ahead "

"It wont take much of your time" he explained to her .

She stopped to give the young man her full attention.

"I know you don't know me but as I was walking, I heard something and I knew you were the one "

"The one that what" she asked as she crossed her hands.

"He said to tell you that "

"That what "

The man kept quiet for a moment and then smiled that creepy familiar smile.

"I have waited long enough, tonight is the night the game begins".

She frowned angrily and held the young man by his collar.

"You, what is wrong with you, why did you kill that nurse, it wasn't part of the plan, you monster"

"I just wanted to remind you of what I can do so you won't try to act smart"

"I will kill you, to hell with you "

She began to cry and she was attacking the young man.

People interfered and tried to separate them, Rufus began pulling her away from the stranger but she didn't let go.

The Young man was himself again and was surprised that Charlotte was attacking him.

"miss what is wrong with you "

They finally succeeded in separating them and Rufus held her tight that she couldn't break free.

"I just wanted to tell you that you dropped your glasses, what is wrong with you "

The young man angrily walked away and everyone stared at Charlotte wondering what the man could have said to annoy her.

Chase, a friend of Charlotte picked up her glasses and said

"of all the things that just happened right now, the only thing that was crazy to me is that young Italian man can speak fluent English ".

Charlotte was forced to laugh at what he said and so did everyone else.

They continued their journey to their residence and arranged their things.

Charlotte went out for a stroll to clear her head and chase followed.

Chase has been her friend for over three years but since they got into college, they hardly said a word to each other.

"Hey you " he said

"oh hey"

"Are you alright, I'm concerned " he asked staring into her eyes with his deep blue eyes.

She smiled and replied "I'm good,  you don't have to worry about me "

"listen I know you are a strong girl and you can handle anything but remember that even super woman sometimes needed super man's help" he said

She smiled and replied him "so from what you are telling me, you are super man? "

"Of course, look at the size of this thing " he replied her and was flaunting his muscles.

They both broke into laughter.

"Can I tell you something? " she asked him as she stopped walking.

He looked at her and realized that it seemed it was something serious.

He nodded and they sat down on a street bench.

She told him everything, the truth about the demon, the game and even the nurse.

"Wow, that's.... a lot, like, scary and I don't even know what to say " "and you didn't tell your friends about it '' he asked

"No, I wanted to but I don't know, I guess I'm scared of loosing them "

"So you are not scared of loosing me" he instantly asked.

"hey no, not that, I'm super scared of loosing you " she said as she places her hand on his.

"so why are you telling me? "

"well I needed someone to talk to, and I thought super man could help me " she jokingly said.

He chuckled and she smiled and then rested on the chair and a sigh escape from his mouth.

"I don't even know what we are going to do but believe me, we are in this together " he reassured her and squeezed her hands tight.

She smiled cause she finally told someone and she would always have someone to talk to about it.

She pulled him in for a hug, they hugged for a while.

He hugged her even tighter and she enjoyed it.

The moment soon came to an end when her phone rang. It happened to be Lottie calling so she picked it.

"Sorry I have to get this "

"No problem " he replied as he slowly pulled away from her.

"Hello"

"Charlotte get over here now I'm dying "

"What, what happened "

Lottie hung up instantly .

"Hello, hel.. hello "

"What happened " Chase asked as he sat up properly.

"I dunno but I think Lottie is hurt, we gotta go back now "

They stood up and Charlotte began running and Chase ran after her.
