Wedding Bells

Song: Ave Maria by Celine Dion
The Wedding is inspired by my oneshots so if you see a similarity between the two I own it.

The news spread like wild fire, everyone around the world saw the couple finally at last being official wether the headlines being richest couple in the world or the wedding of the century, most expensive ring ever!

The couple were separated for a week from each other as tradition. Adora in her Red Angel costume, the night before her wedding jumped from building to building in Gotham. The night was rather quiet, tranquil, only the wind could be heard in the silent night. Like a cat she leaped on the large buildings with different shapes of light gleaming.

Reaching a view amongst a gargoyle she gazed down at her empire. How far she had come, from the girl who had nothing had the whole world before her. Her blowing in the wind she heard a cry from a nearby alleyway and rushed to there.

Some excitement she thought smiling.

"Hands up!" said the mugger raising his Glock at the woman he barked and the middle aged woman shaked terried as she put her hands in the air.

Though Gotham was once the most crime ridden city in the world the crime rate did go down a little due to Bruce's dedication in preserving the peace and now Damian's.

"Did anyone teach you manners?" Red said as she stood above them and the three men shuddered as they looked up slightly to see her hourglass fatigue leaning against the wall as she jumped down gracefully.

"It's the Red Angel!" One of then said as he took a step back. Of course they were scared, why wouldn't they? They've heard legends and myths of her and now she had revealed as herself as a new Justice League member now.

The leader, trying his best not to show any sense of coawardness quickly grabbed the woman and put his Glock against her head. "I'll shoot her, I said I'll shoot her!" he said as the woman filled with tears.

"Please! Let me go!" the woman begged as the man gripped her tighter.

Suddenly a batarang was thrown onto the man's hand as he yelped in pain letting go of the gun and the woman quickly rushed behind Red.

"What the F*ck?" the man said as he looked up to see a dark figure of a cape blowing in the wind and his eyes the only light source he could see.

"It's Batman!" the guy on the man's left pointed as the Batman jumped down landing vigiantly.

"Miss go," he ordered and the woman nodded running the other way.

"Hey," Red turned around to see Batman who only narrowed his eyes at her.

"Someone's grumpy," she mumbled as she returned her attention to the muggers.

Fighting with ease the dynamic duo easily took them down not breaking a sweat, Red then saw the fight was done then quickly by instinct griplined up as she leaped over the gap. Jumping over buildings she finally found herself a nice view and leaned against the railing as she looked up seeing the clear night sky.

Turning around feeling the presence of someone she saw Batman standing a few metres away from her.

"Hey Batsy," she smiled tilting her head but he only had the classic unemtional face.

"Why are you here?" he asked.

"Cause I wanted a nice stretch, rather peckish,"

"You shouldn't be here," he stated as he walked to her overshadowing her structure.

"Why?" she said annoying him.

"Don't you have plans?"

"How do you know I have plans Mr Batsy? Oh wait world's greatest detective," she mused.

"I'm serious, you shouldn't be here, you need rest for the wedding,"

"How do you know I'm getting married?" she teased, "Detective," only making him roll his eyes as Red then leaned against the railing.

"What's wrong?" Batman asked seeing her in thought.

"Just thinking that's all," she sighed.

"About what?"

"How the hell I'm here, how I got here? Why the F*ck got everything. Don't deserve it," she said gazing at the city looking down.

"Why do you think that?" he said softly going next to her.

"I just don't, I mean the guy I'm marrying he's absolutely perfect," she looked to him, "My friends, everything. They're so, so nice to me. They trust me, they care for me, and me, I-, I dunno I feel like I don't deserve it. I mean, I keep to many F*ckin secrets from my own bloody fiance when he tells me everything and he cares for me, huh I don't even know what he sees in me, my friends as well, I look around. I should be happy right? But I'm, just, ugh. That's why I guess I needed a breather," her hair blew behind her and she felt a finger then push her hair behind her ear.

"You deserve everything," he said looking down at her. "This guy is the most luckiest guy in the world. I'm sure he trusts you and when your ready. I'm not perfect, no one is. But its the people around you who make you a better person, others I might not admit, except one-,"

"Who?" she cheekingly as Batman rolled his eyes as he smiled a little.

"She's the most amazing person in the world, very beautiful-"

"Go on,"

"And I think she's the most perfect in the world if you ask me," he said as he moved closer to her their noses touching. Damian then dipped down as his lips brushed on hers as she then soon let their lips go go in synch. Deepening the kiss it was now fiery and passionate, her hands on his neck and his slowly moving down waist. Breaking the kiss for air the two stared in each other's eyes.

"I'll see you at the altar," she whispered in his ear and the popped a kiss on his cheek then left.

Adora stood in the front of the large full body mirror as photographers took her pictures in perfect angles for her wedding with two hundred guests. A cameraman did a quick video taking in every detail instilled on the lucky bride.

She was dressed in a beautiful wedding gown hand made by Donna and a couple of her co-workers too. The top was a plunging neckline that seemed to be made out of liquid diamonds as fitted it perfectly settled on her body, the rest of the gown was layers of themysciran silk and others at the bottom with thousands of only the best diamonds and gemstones were sewed and adorned onto the masterpiece. Her hair was done in a loose french twist with trendals cascading down her side with Swavoski crystals woven in making it shine; and at the top a tiara that were one of the many treasures that al Ghul family possessed. The veil was long that it had to be carried as it was designed to be longer then the dress as it would drag along the floor; made out of the finest material it was carefully handcrafted to tell the stories of their past as with some Arabic designs.

"You look beautiful!" Donna dramatically wept her eyes feeling absolutely bursting with pride.

"Me or the dress?" Adora joked.

"Hmm, can I say the dress? Donna teased and Adora rolled her eyes as the people photographers and camera men went out.

"Donna," Raven then came in her white bridesmaid dress with a halter neckline. "This is why she picked me as her maid of honour," she rolled her eyes as Donna scoffed who then went to talk to the other bridesmaids Millie and Traci.

"Excuse me," Adora asked an assistant who then came to her.

"Yes mam?"

"Can you please get John Constantine to meet me downstairs please," she said and the woman nodded.

"There you are," she heard a voice and everyone turned around to the green eyed woman.

"Talia," Adora smiled as her mother-in-law walked in a emerald green dress looking elegant.

"I always wanted a daughter," Talia said touching her cheek. "Damian is a disappointment, I'm glad he has chosen a worthy person,"

"Thank you," Adora said as Talia gave her a respective nod and walked out.

"I still get chills from that woman," Traci commented.

Adora walked down the stairs as photographers flashed their cameras at her. There she saw John in a black tux looking utter starstruck at her. It's been so many years that the two first knew each other when they first met, it was hard for John to not to see the twelve year old Adora first bumping into him back then.

"Wow," John said as Adora chuckled.

"So how's Damian and all that?" Adora asked

"He's fine, I think, I honestly don't know, that one is confusing, though I saw Jon crying," he smiled and Adora laughed. "So what did you want me here for? Second thoughts? I can quickly congure a spell-,"

"No John," Adora laughed. "I'm not abandoning Damian, I've got more of a favour that I really want you to say yes to,"

"Yeah?" John said raising a brow

"Will you walk me down the aisle?" she asks and John is shocked.

"What?"

"I said will you walk me down the aisle?" Adora repeated.

"You-, you want me?" John said pointing to himself and she nodded.

"Don't you want like Bruce to do that sort of thing?"

"No, I want you," she stated.

"Why?"

"Cause you've basically raised me when I was younger, your like an uncle to me, the closest the thing to a father figure. I wouldn't want anyone else to walk me down,"

"John? Are you okay?" she said as she could see him hearing up.

"What? No? Pff I'm fine," he said as he looked away wiping his tears as Adora was handed her bouquet of white roses. "V I don't think I can do this,"

"It's okay, your only walking me over the bridge and that's it," she said and John nodded as they made their way.

"John stop crying," Adora whispered.

"No, it's the pollen from those flowers, it's their fault,"

"John these are fake,"

The lights dimmed slightly, Damian in his black crisp suit stood nervous. Damian nervous. His hands clenched, constantly opening and closing out of stiffness. He stood at the archway with Jon his best man at his side who couldn't stop smiling.

"Stop smiling Kent," Damian scolded at his friend who late at night in the past months knock on his window and put up a sign saying 'can I be your best man?'.

"How can I? My favourite people finally coming together," he squealed

"You had a crush on her," he remarked remembering chasing around the manor with a katana.

"I was young back then, besides I met her," he referred to Tilly who was smiling at him in the crowd as his date.

"You fool, repeating history again with superheroes and newsreporter love story, sound familiar?" he seethed.

"Dami-, oh the music is starting!" he squealed as Ave Maria by Celine Dion started to play.

(Play music, the song gives me the chills)

The artificial waterfall started to fall down, water gushing down as the lights dimmed. Mari and Titus then walked down the aisle earning some awes as the crowd watched the black canine held the rings on a cusioned pillow and Mari dressed beautifully through petals on the floor.

As the crowd were dispensed in the music and the beauty of the wedding it was like a silent gasp as the crowd turned seeing the music had paused as the waterfall splitted into two as the bridesmaids walked out and then moved to the side to see a figure with a person in hand.

Damian's breath stopped, his whole world stopped. John guided Adora up the bridge and over the river were on each side the waterfall were on each side. As Damian saw Adora in that dress the music resumed and a tear rolled down his eye.

Memories flashed before him, the good ones. Meeting her when he was ten, meeting her at the tower, their first kiss and everything else in between. Adora as always managed to capture the crowds attention as the train behind her dragged hehind her.

The king had seen his queen. More beautiful then ever.  It was as if she carried stars on that gown, that stars couldn't bare her beauty as she shined more brightly as they praised her. As Adora reached the altar she saw Damian, handsome like that very same dashing stubborn young prince she remembered.

Giving a small genuine smile she whispered:

"Your crying," and he wiped his tears as he took her hand and the shaking stopped. He didn't realise that Jon was devoured in his own tears being the emotional boy he was.

"We are gathered here today to celebrate the union of two people coming together as one. If anyone object now or forever hold your silence?" he said as the couple looked out to the crowd and as they turned Jason and Tim stood up.

"We object!" Jason said as the Damian scowled at them and the whole room gasped looking at the two.

"Drake! Todd!" Damian shouted angrily as Adora held him back.

"What is your reason?" said the priest.

"Adora you can do much better than demon spawn!" Jason shouted and Tim nodded then only to be pulled by Bruce who then gave them a chilling death stare and the crowd laughed.

"If that is all," the priest chuckled.

"Damian Thomas al Ghul Wayne," Adora said holding Damian's hand. "A circle is round never ending, it doesn't stop. That is my love to you. No matter what I will always come back to you, you are my everything. I've cherished every moment I've been with you-, I'm sorry," Adora says sniffing and wiping away the tears.

"I've cherished every moment I've been with you, and I'm ready and vow to take this bend binding rollercoaster life with you, no matter the ups and downs and love you to the day I die. To dream with you, to cry with you, to be there with you no matter what," Adora finally said.

"Adora Val Oak," he said smiling, smiling brightly.

"I've loved you, you are most first love and now my last. You've shown me how to love, and what it is. You've discovered another side of me that I've never thought I had. You make me feel human, that I'm just a person. You tear down these walls. I could stand here and say I love you, but even those words aren't enough. I remember when we were kids that one of the most amazing memories was realising that I loved you. No not those inspid crushes in those movies, not the love at first sight Disney ones, the love that has no words for it. I vow to protect you through thick or thin, cherish you, love you. You are my star, my sun, my rain, my world, my universe," he said seeing Adora tearing up again.

"The rings," the priest said as they handed them the rings.

"Do you Adora Val Oak take Damian to be you lawfully wedded husband?" he said.

"I do," as she slipped on the ring.

"Do you Damian Thomas al ghul Wayne take Adora to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do," he slipped on the ring on her finger.

"Then I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may now ki-, oh okay," he then stopped as Damian already gave Adora a kiss of passion, desire and happiness. A photo is taken, several but it is all a blur as Damian gives another kiss to her lips.

"Alright baby bats, save for the honeymoon yeah? Now where's the nice whiskey, aye?" John shouted as Ador turned to him laughing and Zatana scolded him rolling her eyes smiling.

The party was located at the top of the luxurious Wayne hotel for esteemed guests. The hotel was designed by Adora who had a large top on a large hotel that was shaped like a plateau. Adora had changed in a beautiful white lace Givenchy gown with a halter strap neckline so it would be easier to dance in.

As the couple sat in the front and centre speeches came from family members and friends, some heartbreaking and some full of humour.

"Adora," continued Bruce. "I'm glad you have came into Damian's life, you have shown him love is, and showed him another side of life, and for that I thank you. I am glad that my son, Damian shares his life with you and the both of you will continue to thrive in this life we all have,"

"Thanks Bruce!" Adora shouted smiling.

Grayson made a beautiful speech that made many cry, Jason however made a recount on the embarrassing moments in Damian's life and how she could always turn around and leave him but Damian scowled at him. Stephanie's about Adora, Donna talking about the two were the most perfect couple she could think of and Rachel as well.

The groom and the bride shared their first dance. Adora rested her hand on Damian's shoulder and his hand firmly holding onto her waist, it was perfect just like they hoped though after that it got... difficult.

"I want to dance with her!" Jon complained

"Hell nah!" Gar said

"I'm the oldest!" Jamie argued.

"Alright you lot, the favourite is here!" Jason said as he extended his arm and Adora laughed and got up.

"Todd you are no ones favourite," Damian said

"He's mine," Adora winked and Jason stuck out his tongue.

"I am?" Jason said as he put his hand on her waist.

"Don't you remember? When I first came to the manor, you said something like I'm the best or something like that?" she gave a genuine smile.

"Oh yeah!" he recalled the moments.

She danced with Jon next, it was...

"Jon stop stepping on my toes!" Adora said restless of him stepping on her foot for the faith time.

"I'm sorry!" he whined trying to get it right.

"Switch,"

Adora then danced with Gar next, as they danced to the rhythm of the melody.

"You're... surprisingly good?" Adora commented quite surprised.

"Thanks, Rach has been giving me dance classes. She almost hexed me," he said as she laughed.

After dancing with a bunch of people, she walked around checking if everyone was okay. Going to the bar she saw Jason and John drinking.

"One more!" they both said and the poor bartender sighed getting them another bottle.

"Jon? Jay? What are you doing?"

"Were're seeing who can pass out first!" John slurred.

"I'm not surprised if you fall off this building," Adora rolled her eyes as she made her way outside to see the view. Leaning on the glass railing she felt strong arms snake around her waist as a hot breath was felt pressing on her collarbone.

"Dami," she giggled.

"Hello, Mrs Wayne," Damian smirked.

"Oh yeah, I forgot," she turned around facing him as she wrapped around her arms around his neck and she pressed her lips on his.

"V!" Donna said as Damian scowled looking annoyed at her.

"It's time to throw the bouquet!" she squealed and Adora rolled her eyes.

"Come on, lets find out who the next bride is," she said to Damian.

"Ready?" she shouted as she turned around. She through her bouquet over her head as she turned around to see Stephanie and Donna pushing each other at the front as the bouquet went over them and was catches by no one then Rachel who was also shocked.

"I guess we know who's having the next wedding," Jamie nudged Gar.

After the six tiered cake was served the couple followed by the rest went outside as they watched over the harbour for the fireworks.

"Ready?" Adora shouted as the crowd shouted. Pressing the button fireworks bursted from behind as the couple then kissed as the fireworks lit up the sky.

So who's ready for the baby/ies
