Lillian sat down on a park bench, tired from chasing Scott around. Someone sat down beside her. "So, you're not as young as you once were?" Lillian turned and saw Drew Martian sitting beside her. "Yep, something like that. I don't know how he has so much energy." She replied. He laughed. "Everyone has energy at somepoint, Lillian." Lillian felt her heart flutter as he said her name. Uggg, I can't be falling in love. That can't happen twice.
"Come play!" Scott said, as he came running towards them. "Plz?" He asked, with a puppy face. "I'll play with you bud. I think your sister is tired." Drew said. Lillian's heart took a leap. "Sorry Drew, but Mom wanted us home for lunch." She said, than picked up Scott. She walked towards the car, then buckled Scott in. Tears were threatening her.
She opened the door and walked into their house. "Lillian? Are you guys home already?" April called, then she saw her face. "Lillian! What happened? Are you ok?" "The new man at church said I Mommy's brother." Scott said, before running towards his room. "Oh sweetheart!" April hugged her baby girl. "Mom, I thought, I don't know, I guess I just thought he liked me! But that's because he thinks I'm a virgin!!!" Lillian sobbed into her mothers chest.
