Ruby's P.O.V

Yang and I arrived at Mt. Glenn as it took a while, but we got here when the sun was about to set. We became confused as they're wasn't any Grimm around. Which was weird by itself. We looked around as we were thinking that they could planning for a secret attack. 

"A place that was once swarming with Grimm, is not just out of them. Think something like a bomb happened?" I asked as Yang continued to have a look around, shaking her head. "I don't even think that we would be here to stand if a bomb has gone off." She said, looking at me as I nodded. "Oh yeah... Right." We kept walking around until we saw absolutely nothing new. Broken building and rubble is all we see. Until Yang looked up and got me to do it with her as we saw a light source. "Do you think that something is up there?" She asked. "Maybe." I responded back to her. "How about we all go?" He asked beside us as then we became surprised and we all jumped back, seeing a guy in front of us. 

"No worry ladies!" A man said, standing straight as he gave us a smile that just put a little fear in my heart. He was a pale man with gold eyes and a brown ponytail braided to resemble a scorpion's tail. I think. He wore a white sleeveless jacket with leather belts strapped to it, along with white pants and some leather boots. "Come on! You guys are visiting, right?" He asked as Yang pushed me back, seeing that his eyes were mostly on me. "No, we're here to find an artifact! What does it matter to you, freak!?" She shouted at him as his face changed to a unhappy as he shook his head and groaned. "You know," He took off the glasses, throwing them down on the ground and crushing them with his boots. "I did expect to hurt someone, but I was not expecting two girls. Well, let's have some fun." 

He challenged as Yang shot herself over to him, throwing a punch to his face, but he moved to the side and threw his leg over to her side, having her hold it as he shot her side, having her fall down quickly. He looked over at me as he licked his lips and ran quickly, having a tail follow behind him now as he went in to stab me with it, but I just hit it with my Cresent Rose to parry it. Yang quickly got back up as she was in the back and started to shoot towards him. Having his tail only deflect it towards some buildings and he laughed, cutting my cheek and kicking me down to the ground. 

"This is just child's play! Hahahaha! Get it? Cause you're just a child!?" He joked around as I saw Yang throw another punch from behind, but he ducked, having to get on his hands and kicking her in the face before tripping her down to the ground and having the dust go all around her. I backed away as I started to shoot some bullets towards him, but his tail came from behind him and started to deflect them again, hitting the building as I growled and I looked over at Yang. She growled as she went to fight him one on one. They were throwing punches, shots, tails and much more as both of them were getting hurt. 

The guy just groaned as I looked at him and he looked back at me. "You're still up? Your sister is getting pretty hurt at this point, so I think that maybe you should get going." He said, smiling as I shook my head, shooting myself over to him as he twirled around me and cut through my aura and made a cut on my cheek, as I fell down and had blood going down my cheek and I was on the ground. I felt him starting to come over to me as then a shot came down and hit the ground beside me. 

I thought it was one of his people , but he looked surprised as then one shot eventually got him in the shoulder, growling in the direction of the shot, but he just fled off away from us, the sniper eventually stopped, but was still aiming at us, cause I saw the glare. It went away as I stood up with Yang and looked over at the tallest building. 

"Seems like we're going to have a little more fun..." She said with a smirk on her face.
