chapter 7 - Restraint
Outfits in the external link
From 2.04 "Abomination", in Lydia's bedroom, Lydia and Ms. Martin were sitting on the bed.
Jackson: (voice over) "Previously on Worlds Colliding (Teen Wolf)"
Ms. Martin took Lydia's bloody hands, the blood covering her knuckles. They both looked toward Lydia's circular, shattered mirror, blood covering the impact point.
Morrell: (voice over from 2.05 Venomous) "Lydia, what's it gonna take to get you to open up?"
From 2.06 "Frenemy", in Stacie's bedroom, Stacie sat on her bed.
Ari sat in the computer chair, feeling guilty. She exhaled quietly, hesitating. "Lydia. I need to tell her."
"Ari, you can't tell her you're a Werewolf," Stacie told her.
From 2.06 "Frenemy", outside Lydia's House, the boy and Lydia were talking.
The boy took a purple flower off of the rosary behind Lydia. "Could I give you a flower?" Lydia chuckled, reaching forward to take it. The boy pulled it out of her reach. "Promise to keep it?" Lydia took the flower. "I wanted to kiss you."
From 2.06 "Frenemy", in The Jungle, the Kanima sliced into the back of people's necks.
People started to fall to the floor, one-by-one, Danny included.
From 2.06 "Frenemy", in the back of the prison transport van, Jackson was chained to his seat. His eyes were full-colored yellow, slit like a snake's, his teeth growing into razor sharp canines.
Ari: (voice over from 2.06 Frenemy) "When's the Kanima not the Kanima?"
From 2.06 "Frenemy", in Stiles' Jeep, Ari and Stacie sat on either side of Jackson in the backseat, a blanket covering his body, both keeping him sitting up.
Scott: (voice over from 2.06 Frenemy) "When it's Jackson."
From 2.05 "Venomous", on the road, the Kanima stood outside the car. It slowly put its clawed hand on the window.
An unknown person wearing black gloves placed their hand on the window, each finger matching with the Kanima's.
The Kanima slowly raised to look inside to see the person, waiting.
From 2.06 "Frenemy", in Allison's bedroom, Allison sat at the computer. "Someone's not protecting him. Someone's controlling him."

Same Night
Day One
Night - Woods
A car and a trailer were parked in the middle of the woods next to the river.
¤•¤°¤•¤
Trailer
A couple were inside, having an argument.
"You promised this was only gonna be for a few weeks," the woman told him.
The man was sitting at the table. "Look, just because we're in a trailer does not mean we're trailer park trash."
"Exactly," the woman told him. "We're worse. We don't even have enough money to be in a trailer park."
The electricity buzzed, flickering, going out completely.
The woman started to breathe heavily.
"Don't have a meltdown, okay?" the man asked, standing. "It's probably just the generator."
"You mean the thing that runs the electricity and water," the woman told him. The man pulled on his jacket, turning to face her, sighing, shaking his head, looking away. "I'm sorry. I'm just tired of feeling slightly terrified all the time. It's not like I wanna be."
The woman started to cry.
The man wrapped his arms around her comfortingly, pulling away to look at her. "Hey, look, it's going to get better."
The man kissed her on the head, walking away.
¤•¤°¤•¤
Outside
The man walked out, closing the door behind him, walking toward the back of the trailer.
¤•¤°¤•¤
Inside
The woman sat down at the table, crying. She slowly looked out of the window next to her. "Sean?"
She could see Sean was outside, talking to a man in a black leather jacket with a black hood over his head, black gloves, black jeans, and black boots, his face unseen.
The mystery person pointed at the tree above them.
Sean looked up.
The woman was still watching.
The Kanima's tail wrapped around Sean's neck, pulling him above ground, out of view.
The woman gasped, covering her mouth with her hand, backing away from the window in fear.
The mystery person pointed toward her.
The woman tried to remain hidden. She looked out of the window.
The mystery person was gone.
The woman gasped, standing, walking toward the door, locking it, looking through the translucent window. She stood, walking toward the ceiling hatch, locking it.
Sean shattered through the window onto the table, dead.
The woman screamed, turning away, covering her face so she didn't get hurt from the glass. She looked at Sean's dead body, screaming.
Sean's body was pulled out of the broken window, back outside.
The woman screamed, backing away as far as she could.
The Kanima's clawed arms slowly reached inside the trailer, hissing. It started to climb its way onto the table and toward the woman.
The woman was too shocked and scared and confused to do anything.
The Kanima stood in front of her, screeching.
The woman continued to cry, terrified.
The Kanima hissed as it slowly lowered its head to look at her full, round stomach, revealing she was pregnant. It pulled back fiercely, screeching, running out, leaving the pregnant woman alone.
The woman gasped in fear and shock, sitting down, despaired about her dead husband.
¤•¤°¤•¤
Outside
The woods was empty.
There was no sign of what had just happened.
The woman could be heard screaming in despaired, devastated, terrified denial. "No!"

Scott looked up. He blinked. When he opened his eyes, they were glowing gold.
Scott stood shirtless, facing the left, his eyes closed, water sprinkles everywhere. Tyler Posey.
Jackson, in his uniform, pushed into his back forcefully.
Allison kissed Scott sweetly, pulling back. Scott backed out of view. Allison pulled up her bow, her face echoing, releasing the bow. Crystal Reed.
Stiles stood next to his Jeep, walking forward. Dylan O'Brien
Stacie looked up, facing the right, a slow smile spreading across her face, in the track pose, her face echoing. She ran forward. Zoey Deutch
Ari stood still, looking to the left, her eyes glowing blue, water sprinkles everywhere, holding her motorcycle helmet in her hand, looking up. Katherine McNamara.
Tara stood with her back toward you, looking over her shoulder, black blood covering her skin, her body reflecting each other. Victoria Justice.
Derek looked up, shirtless, his eyes closed, shifted, roaring, dust falling off of his body. Tyler Hoechlin.
Lydia's hair covered her face, her hands held in front of her. She tossed her head back to get it to fall behind her head. Holland Roden
Tara's reflecting body was still covered in black blood.
Lydia sat with Jackson, holding his arm.
Jackson, in uniform, jumped into the air, throwing the ball forward. Colton Haynes
Tara was still covered in black blood. She wiped the black blood over her stomach away, clawing the design into it.
Scott's eyes glowed gold as he stared ahead, tilting his head down toward his chest.

Sheriff's Station - Office
Stacie, Scott, Stiles and Ari were talking, standing around the desk.
There was a phone on the desk between them, on speaker.
Allison's voice was on the other line. "If Jackson doesn't know what he's doing, then he probably doesn't know that someone's controlling him."
"Or he doesn't remember," Scott told them.
"What if it's the same kind of thing that happened with Lydia when she took off from the hospital?" Stiles asked.
Ari nodded barely absentmindedly. "A fugue state."
¤•¤°¤•¤
Whittemore House - Jackson's Room
Jackson sat on his bed, shirtless, looking down, covered in blood. His nails were grown into claws.
Stacie: (voice over) "He's have to forget everything. The murder."

Bathroom
Jackson was in his shower, rinsing the blood off of his body.
Allison: (voice over) "Getting rid of the blood."

Flashback - 2.02 "Shape Shifted"
Night - Whittemore House - Jackson's Room
Jackson lied on his bed, asleep on the night of the full moon.
Stiles: (voice over:) "Yeah, he had help with one thing, though. The video."
The mystery person's black gloved-handed gently grabbed the video camera.
Stiles: (voice over) "Maybe someone else helped him forget that."

Now
Night - Sheriff's Station - Office
Stacie, Scott, Stiles and Ari were talking, standing around the desk.
There was a phone on the desk between them, on speaker for them to talk to Allison.
Scott nodded. "Whoever's controlling him."
"Are you sure Jackson has no clue about any of this?" Allison asked.
"He thinks he's still becoming a Werewolf and that being with Lydia somehow delayed the whole thing," Ari explained.
"So do we try and convince him he's not?" Allison asked.
"If it helps us find out who's controlling him, then yeah," Scott answered.
"Do you think he'll talk to us after what we did?" Allison asked.
Stacie nodded. "Yeah, it's us. He'll talk to us. Right?"
¤•¤°¤•¤
Interrogation Room
Stiles and Scott sat on one side of the table.
Ari and Stacie sat on the other. Stacie was sitting across from Stiles. Ari was sitting across from Scott.
Sheriff stood at the head of the table with a thick book in his hands, standing next to Stiles and Stacie.
Melissa stood in the doorway.
David Whittemore stood behind Ari and Stacie.
Macey was standing by the two-sided mirror.
Sheriff looked at Stiles and Scott. "You will not go within 50 feet of Jackson Whittemore. You will not speak to him. You will not assault or harass him physically or psychologically."
Sheriff. let the book fall to the table.
Stiles looked from David to Sheriff. "What about school?"
"You can attend classes while attempting to maintain a 50-foot distance," Sheriff told him.
"But--" Stiles started. "Okay, what if we both have to use the bathroom at the same time?" Melissa, Macey, Sheriff and David crossed their arms over their chests at the same time. "And there's only two stalls available and they're only right next to each other?" Sheriff didn't answer, giving Stiles a serious, angry look. Stiles nodded awkwardly. "I'll just hold it."
¤•¤°¤•¤
Hallway
Sheriff pulled Stiles and Stacie out into the hall. "Do I need to remind you how lucky we are that they're not pressing charges?" He looked at Stacie. "They didn't feel necessary to have a restraining order against either you or Ari, Stacie, but you were just as much apart of this as they were."
"Oh, come on, it was just a joke," Stacie told him.
"It was a joke?" Sheriff repeated.
"Yeah," Stacie told him. "We didn't think it would be taken this seriously." Sheriff opened his mouth to speak. Stacie cut him off. "Dad, humor's very subjective, okay? I mean, we're talking, like, multiple levels of interpretation here."
Sheriff nodded skeptically. "Uh-huh."
Stacie nodded unconvincingly. "Uh-huh."
Sheriff pointed from Stacie to himself to Stacie again. "Okay, well, how exactly am I supposed to interpret the stolen prison transport van, huh?"
Ari and Macey walked out of the room behind Sheriff, starting to walk past them.
"We filled the tank," Stacie told him innocently.
Ari started to walk away from Macey, rounding a corner into another hallway.
Macey followed her.
"Ari," Macey told her. Ari ignored her. "Arielle Iris Martin." Ari still didn't stop. Macey grabbed her arm, turning her to face her. "What's going on with you?"
"You know, I wish I could tell you, but I can't," Ari told her honestly.
Stiles and Stacie stood behind Macey at the corner of the wall, listening.
"Yes, you can," Macey told her. "I'm serious. I want to know."
Ari looked at Stiles and Stacie, obviously wanting to tell Macey the truth. Stiles shook his head fiercely. Stacie gave Stiles a look. Macey looked at Ari in concern.
"You know, it was a lot easier when you didn't care," Ari told her. "When you couldn't even look at me or speak to me more than once in our home." Macey looked hurt by her words, looking down. "I mean, do you care right now? Or are you just pretending?" Stiles and Stacie looked sympathetic, knowing that Ari didn't want to say these things, but that it was the only way that she was going to get out of telling Macey the truth, knowing that Ari hated to hurt her like that. "I mean, if you are just pretending, you fooled me well. And you surprised me by coming at all. You know what doesn't surprise me, though? The fact that Dad isn't here. Where is he, Mom?"
"He's at the hospital," Macey answered. "One of his appointments."
Ari nodded sarcastically. "Hmm. Yeah, he seems to have those appointments a lot here lately, doesn't he? Even when he lived with us. So much that it seemed as if they aren't real, like he was just using them as an excuse not just to be away from me, but you, too."
Macey bit her lip, looking down, hurt.
Ari looked incredibly guilty by the things she had said, looking down, knowing that she had to say those things to push Macey away so she would stop asking questions about what was going on.
Macey blinked, looking up. "Is this how it's going to be now? I'm too busy with work and your father abandons us, and you lash out like this to get attention?"
Ari scoffed quietly, shaking her head. "If that was the reason, I would've started a long time ago."
Ari turned to walk away.
Macey grabbed her arm to stop her. "Then what is it?" Ari didn't answer, turning her head to look at her. Scott and Melissa were walking into the hall, standing next to Stiles and Stacie. Scott had been listening, looking regretfully at Ari. "Is it Adriana?"
Stiles nodded. Stacie elbowed him in his stomach. Stiles held his stomach, groaning quietly in pain. Scott gave Stiles a look. Ari looked down.
Scott and Melissa walked past them, behind Ari.
Melissa looked at Scott, pushing him forward. "Move."
Scott and Melissa walked down the hall.
Macey looked at Ari, lowering her voice. "Is it Adri?" Ari raised her gaze slightly, guiltily. "It is about Adri, isn't it? It's about Adriana." Ari hesitated, looking down. Macey let her arm go. "I'm going to get the car." Ari looked up. "I'll take you home. You don't have to say anything. I know that your father and I haven't said nearly enough. So, if it's a form of punishment... then I guess we deserve it."
Macey walked away.
Ari looked so upset that she had to fight back tears, sighing shakily, closing her eyes. Stiles and Stacie looked incredibly sympathetic, understanding. Ari walked toward them to stand next to them at the corner of the wall. They looked down at Scott and Melissa.
"It's not just this," Melissa told him. "Although, a restraining order is a new low that I didn't think that you would reach quite this soon. It's everything on top of it. The completely bizarre behavior, the late nights coming home, having to beg Mr. Harris for you to make up that Chemistry test that you missed."
"I missed a Chemistry test?" Scott asked.
"Really, Scott?" Melissa asked. "Really? I have to ground you. You are grounded."
"What about work?" Scott asked.
"Fine," Melissa told him. "Other than work. And no TV."
"My TV's broken," Scott told her.
"Then no computer," Melissa told him.
"I need the computer for school," Scott told her.
"Then no, uh.." Melissa trailed off, looking back at Ari, Stiles and Stacie. She looked at Scott. "No Ari, no Stiles, no Stacie."
Stiles stepped closer. "What, no Stariles?"
"No Stariles!" Melissa told them. Stiles cringed back. Stacie scratched her head awkwardly. Ari leaned against the wall. Melissa looked at Stiles in confusion. "No what?" Stiles opened his mouth to speak, but no sound came out. Stacie pressed her lips together. Ari sighed. Melissa shook her head, looking at Scott. "And no more car privileges. Give me your keys. Give them to me!" Scott handed Melissa his keys. Melissa tried to unlatch the loop. Her hands were shaking. "Oh, for the love of God."
"Mom, you want me to--" Scott started.
"No," Melissa told him.
"Mom, come on, just let me..." Scott trailed off. "Mom. Mom."
Scott had her hands in his.
Melissa exhaled, looking up. "What is going on with you? Is this about Allison?"
Stiles shook his head.
Scott sighed, looking at Melissa. "Do you really wanna know?"
"Yeah," Melissa answered. Stiles shook his head more fiercely. "Okay, you know what? Um... We'll talk about this at home. I'm gonna go get the car."
Melissa walked away, leaving.
Scott walked toward Stacie, Stiles and Ari. "I'm the worst son ever."
Stacie sighed. "Worst daughter."
"Well, I'm not exactly winning any prizes, either," Stiles told them.
Ari leaned against the wall next to Stacie and Scott. "I don't even think there's a prize for a stranger-in-her-own-home daughter."
"I don't know, Ari Iris," Stacie told her teasingly. "Your mom looked really guilty."
"Do you want me to kick your ass?" Ari asked.
Stacie nodded awkwardly. "Okay, I'll never say your middle name ever again."
"Thank you, Stacie," Ari told her.
Stacie, Ari, Scott, and Stiles looked into the room they had just been in.
David was yelling at Sheriff. "Damn it!" He picked up a file from the table. "You give him a restraining order and he's mocking you! He was mo--' And what do I do about going to the bathroom?' And the girls aren't even getting punished! What the hell..."
Stacie sighed. "God."
Stacie and Ari leaned their heads against the wall at the same time.
Scott and Stiles sighed.
Scott hung his head.
Stiles was still listening to David yelling.
The shot panned down the hall, around the corner and in the main office of the station.

Derek led the way toward the door.
Natalie, Isaac and Erica followed him.
"So, why do need their help?" Natalie asked.
"'Cause it's harder to kill I thought," Derek answered. "And I still don't know who it is."

Main Room
Derek led the way out of the subway cart.
Natalie, Isaac and Erica followed him.
"And they do?" Natalie asked.
Tara turned to face them.
"They might," Derek answered, turning to face them. "Which is why I need one of you to get on their good side. Tara's being difficult and won't go to school."
Tara shook her head simply. "Nope. And I'm pretty sure if I did, I'd be killed anyway."
Isaac nodded. "Yeah, the school's crawling with Argents."
"Which is why it leaves us with you, Natalie, Boyd and Erica," Derek concluded.
"Hmm, Arielle, Scott, Stacie or Stiles?" Erica asked.
"Either," Derek answered, turning to face a trunk on the floor.
"You know, the full moon's coming, Derek," Tara told him in boredom, annoyance and a little sarcasm.
"I'm aware of that, Tara," Derek told her in boredom, annoyance and a little sarcasm, turning to face her.
Derek opened the trunk, revealing several sets of chains, pulling one out and setting them down.
Natalie walked closer, holding another pair in the air, tilting her head sarcastically. "Oh, my, these look comfortable."
Derek took them from Natalie, setting them down.
"You said you were gonna teach us to change whenever we wanted," Isaac told him.
"There hasn't been time," Derek told them.
"But if you have to lock us up during the full moon, that means you and Tara are alone against the Argents," Isaac told him.
"They haven't found us," Derek replied, starting to walk away, toward the stairs.
Tara walked around Natalie, Isaac and Erica, toward the subway cart.
"Yet," Isaac told them. "So why don't we just forget the Kanima?"
Tara turned to face them, lowering her arm to her side in anger. "We. Can't!"
Natalie and Isaac looked from Tara to Derek, waiting for an explanation.
"There was something about the way Gerard looked at it," Derek told them "He wasn't afraid. At all. Now, I don't know what he knows, or what.he's planning, but I'm sure about one thing. We have to find it first."
Derek and Tara exchanged a look.
Derek walked up the stairs.
Tara walked inside the subway cart, leaving Natalie, Isaac and Erica alone.

Day Two
Morning - Beacon Hills High School - Library
(Song:) Haus - Oberhofer
Stacie and Allison walked through the doors together.
Stacie ignored the students around, waking between two bookcases.
Allison looked behind her at the security camera on the wall, slowly following Stacie into the stacks and shelves of books.
Between the shelves, Stacie stood next to Ari.
Ari had a thick book in her hands, reading.
Stacie tilted the book up to look at the cover.
Archaic Latin.
Stacie scoffed, letting it fall back into her arms. "Seriously?"
"I need to brush up on my Archaic Latin," Ari replied.
Allison stood on the other side of Stacie, pulling out her tablet, handing it to Scott on the other side of the book shelf.
Stiles was standing next to him.
Stacie picked a book at random, pretending to read.
"It's everything Lydia can translate," Allison told them. "And trust me, she was very confused."
Ari didn't look away from the book, sighing painfully at the thought of lying to her cousin. "I'm not sure how much longer she can stay in the dark."
"Yeah, what'd you tell her?" Scott asked.
"That we were part of an online gaming community that battles mythical creatures," Allison answered.
Stacie scoffed.
"I am part of an online gaming community that battles mythical creatures," Stiles told them.
"He's not lying," Stacie told them.
Allison nodded awkwardly. "Oh. Great."
"Why doesn't that surprise me?" Ari asked absentmindedly, flipping to the next page of her Archaic Latin book.
(Song Ends)
"Okay, does it say how to find out who's controlling him?" Scott asked.
"Not really," Allison answered. "But Stiles was right about the murderers."
"Yes!" Stiles cheered.
"It calls the Kanima a weapon of vengeance," Allison told them.
"That sounds..." Ari trailed off, looking up from the book, nodding slightly. "Bad."
Allison nodded in agreement. "There's a story in there about this South American priest who uses the Kanima to execute murderers in the village--"
"All right, see?" Ari asked. "So maybe not all that bad."
"Until the bond grew strong enough that it killed whoever he wanted it to," Allison finished, taking a book from the shelf.
Ari spoke in a slightly higher voice in surprise. "Never mind."
Ari looked down at the book.
"All bad," Stacie told them. "All very, very bad."
"Here's the thing, though," Allison told them, opening the book in her hand. "The Kanima's actually supposed to be a Werewolf. But it can't be--"
Stacie nodded to the teacher behind Allison.
Scott read the passage from the tablet. "'Until it resolves that in its past which manifested it'."
"Okay, if that means that Jackson could use a few thousand hours of therapy, I could've told you that myself," Stiles told them.
Allison was thinking. "What if... it has something to do with his parents? His real parents?"
"Yeah, does anybody actually know what happened to them?" Stacie asked.
"Lydia might," Stiles answered.
"What if she doesn't know anything?" Scott asked.
"Well, he doesn't have a restraining order against me," Ari told them, putting the Archaic Latin book on the shelf. "So..." She looked to the side, tilting her head. "I'll talk to him myself."
"Okay, what do I do?" Scott asked.
"You have a make-up exam, remember?" Allison asked, placing her hand on his. "Promise me."
Scott looked at Ari through the corner of the open hole in the books. "If he does something, you run the other way."
Ari scoffed. "Please, Scott. I can take care of myself."
"You remember what he did to Derek and Tara?" Scott asked. "They're better fighters and stronger, and he still got the best of them. Multiple times. And they were always fighting him together. If it wasn't for Stacie and Stiles, they'd both be dead with what happened at pool. How good do you think you could do on your own?" Ari tilted her head. Scott sighed. "Ari, if you get hurt or worse while I'm busy with some stupid test, someone's gonna need to take care of me. If he does anything--"
"Like what?" Ari asked in boredom, trying to get him to finish.
"Anything, weird or bizarre, anything," Scott answered.
Stiles stuck his head through the book shelf, turning his head to look at Ari. "Anything evil." Allison, Stacie and Ari exchanged a look, tilting their heads. Stacie turned to Stiles, pushing his head back to the other side of the book shelf. Stiles fumbled with his book. "Ah--ow! God, you are violent, Stacie."
Stacie smiled. "Only toward you."
Ari smiled, shaking her head sarcastically. "I deal with that stuff everyday." She returned serious. "I'm getting used to it."

Biology Room
Jackson walked in, closing the door behind him, sighing. He walked closer to the front of the classroom. He slowed to a stop, looking at the tarantula in a glass case. He walked closer to the next case over, a long, poisonous snake inside. He stood slowly, lifting the grating, putting it aside. He slowly picked the snake up.
The snake hissed, sliding up his arm, around his neck.
Jackson closed his eyes, seemingly relaxed, opening his mouth.
The snake curled to his mouth, sliding inside, disappearing inside.
Jackson closed his eyes, closing his mouth.
A teacher opened the door behind him. "Jackson? Did you still want to discuss your paper?"
Jackson turned his head toward him to look at him. He looked away, seemingly emotionless.

Chemistry Class
Harris stood at the front of the class, looking toward Scott. "You have one hour, Mr. McCall. Begin."

A bubble sheet was next to it for the answers.
Scott sighed, beginning to take the text.

McCall House - Scott's Room
(Song:) Get Me Golden - Terraplane Sun
Melissa walked into Scott's room, wearing hospital scrubs. She looked around at the mess, scoffing. "Really, Scott?" She picked up the dirty clothes, putting it into the clothes hamper, picking up the hamper, turning around, walking out of the room, turning down the hall. She backed into view, looking inside. "I can't." She walked out of view. She sighed, walking into view. "I gotta do this. I gotta do this. No, I am gonna go to work." She walked out of view. "I am gonna go to work." She walked into view, putting the hamper down, walking into the room. "I am just gonna straighten up. Just a little bit." She walked to his bed, straightening out his sheets. "Just a tad." She straightened his blanket. "He won't even know I was here."
Melissa picked up a red guitar, walking toward the window, leaning the guitar against the wall. She straightened to pillows on his chair. She shook out two books as if to look for something. She opened the closest doors, looking inside. She closed them, kicking over a bag. She went through his dresser, throwing the clothes onto the floor. She lifted his mattress, letting it fall loosely off the bed. She dumped the clothes from the hamper onto the floor, still looking around. She walked to his other dresser, pulling out the drawers, not finding anything. She stood, sighing, looking onto the shelf, seeing a box of twelve condoms. She slowly, awkwardly, grabbed the box, opening the lid, pouring the contents onto the desk. One packaged condom fell onto the desk. She picked it up, sighing, looking around.

Beacon Hills High School - Hallway
Ari was walking alone down the hall through the passing students.
(Song Ends)
Isaac stepped in her way.
Ari glared up at him, taking a step to her right, trying to step around him.
Isaac smirked, taking a step to his left, stepping in her way again.
Ari took a step to her left.
Isaac took a step to his right, blocking her way.
"Move out of my way before I kick your ass for trying to kill Lydia," Ari told him. "And hurting Stiles, Allison and Stacie."
"Go ahead," Isaac told her. He smirked, raising both of his arms to either of his sides to gesture to the students walking around them in the hall, his arms raised in a shrug. He looked at the camera on the wall above the steps to the right. "Make your move."
Ari looked at the camera, sighing an annoyed sigh, looking at Isaac.

Scott was still working on his exam, erasing an answer, filling another one in.

Deserted Hallway
Allison and Stacie were walking together.
"Where's Ari?" Allison asked.
"Looking for Jackson," Stacie answered. "Already."
Allison chuckled. "Huh."
Matt walked out into the hall out of the classroom in front of them, making them jump. "Oh, you just scared the hell out of me."
"Sorry, I wa--I was just, um, I was--nothing," Allison told him.
Matt looked at the high heels in Allison's hands. "That's a... Nice heels."
"Yeah, my feet were hurting, so I...." Allison trailed off.
"Same reason I never wear mine," Matt told her.
"What?" Allison asked.
"Uh, forget it," Matt told her.
"Well, this has been sufficiently awkward, I'm just gonna go now," Stacie told them, starting to back away.
Allison grabbed her arm to stop her. "Stacie, remember, you and I have a study group to get to after school, and you're my ride."
Stacie looked at Allison in confusion.
Allison nodded to Matt, giving Stacie a look as if to say, don't leave me alone with him.
Matt looked at Allison. "Hey, did you hear about the underground show? Apparently, they've got some big name spinning."
"Oh, you mean like a rave?" Stacie asked.
"Is it still a rave if you don't roll?" Matt asked. Stacie looked away awkwardly. "I just call it a party." Matt looked at Allison. "But hey, I got a friend who can hook us up with tickets if you're down. Want me to get you one?"
"Yeah," Allison answered. "Yeah, great."
"Yeah?" Matt asked. Stacie looked at Allison in confusion. "All right, cool." Matt started to walk around them, turning back to look at Allison. "It's Friday, so... looking forward to it."
Matt turned around, walking away.
Stacie looked at Allison. "Why did you just say yes?"
Allison looked as if she had just realized what she had done, covering her mouth. "What did I just do?"
"Yeah, that's what I'm wondering," Stacie told her.
Jackson appeared behind them. "Sounds like you two've got some questions you don't have answers for."
Stacie jumped, looking toward him. "Oh, my God, what the hell is wrong with you? Did Ari ever find you?" Jackson didn't answer, in a trance like state, stalking forward. Stacie seemed to notice something was wrong. "Jackson?"
Allison started to back away. "I don't think that's Jackson."
Stacie started to back away.
Jackson stalked toward them.

"I'm not gonna give you an answer," Ari told him, starting to step around him.
Isaac stepped in her way.
Ari sighed in annoyance, looking away.
"It's about Natalie," Isaac told her.
Ari looked at him, letting a moment of silence pass. After a moment of hesitation, she sighed. "What about Natalie?"

Stacie grabbed Allison's arm, starting to pull her toward the stairs.
Jackson suddenly appeared in front of them, blocking their way.
Stacie and Allison took a step back, slowly understanding they were in danger, slowly getting more worried and scared.

Lydia and Stiles walked out of a classroom.
"I'm not supposed to tell anyone," Lydia told him.
"Come on," Stiles told her. "Anyone who ever says, 'I'm not supposed to tell anyone', is always dying to tell someone, so tell me."
"Why do you wanna know?" Lydia asked.
"I can't tell you that," Stiles told her.
"Then I'm not telling you," Lydia told him.
"But you are telling me that you could tell me something if you wanted to tell me?" Stiles asked.
Lydia was confused. "Was that a question?"
"It felt like a question," Stiles answered.
"Well, tell me if this feels like an answer," Lydia told him. "No."
Lydia walked away, leaving.
Stiles made a face, following her.
Natalie and Erica were standing together at the side of the hall, turning to look in the direction they had walked in, watching them go.
Natalie smirked. "You take this one, Erica."
Erica smiled. "My pleasure, Natalie."
Erica walked away, following Stiles and Lydia.
Natalie smiled, turning around, walking the opposite way down the hall, closing an open locker on her way.

Stacie and Allison backed away into the lockers behind them.
"Are you sure neither of you would like to talk, Stacie?" Jackson asked.
"No," Stacie answered. She pointed at Allison. "She's gotta get to class. I gotta get to middle-of-the-day track practice."
Stacie started to turn down the hall to walk away.
Jackson put out a clawed hand to stop her, making her jump and gasp. "No. Allison's got perfect grades. You're an All-Star in track and cross country. She can miss one class. You can miss one practice, Stacie." Allison breathed heavily, trying to walk away. Jackson grabbed her arm to stop her. "You okay, Allison? You're heart's beating like a hammer."

"Why are you asking Lydia about Jackson's real parents?" Erica asked.
"Why are you bringing out the claws on camera?" Stiles replied, pointing behind her. Erica followed his gaze to the camera on the wall, taking away her hand, putting the claws away. "That's right. You wanna play Catwoman? I'll be your Batman."
Stiles walked around her, walking away.
Erica turned to face him. "If you're wondering about Jackson's real parents, they're about half a mile from here." Stiles turned to face her. "In Beacon Hills Cemetery."

Stacie and Allison were still backed against the wall with no escape.
Jackson was in front of Stacie and Allison, degrading them. "No matter what you do, no matter what you think you can do, the both of you will always be the victims. Weak, useless, needless out of everyone. Thinking you can do what the others can do... you're gonna get yourselves slaughtered with the other victims. You're dragging them down. Didn't you know that? Your safety, your... inabilities, inadequacies... It's keeping them from doing what they do best. Being the moral, heroically saviors. You're not capable of doing the things they do, and because of it, people are dying. You might as well be the ones doing the killing. Maybe this will be doing everyone a favor."
"If you mean killing us, we have this book that says you can't kill anyone except for murderers," Stacie told him. "And, uh, sorry to disappoint, but we haven't killed anyone." She pushed away from the wall. "And speaking of favors, I think maybe--just maybe--you could let us go--"
Jackson pushed Stacie against the wall. "I don't think so, Stacie."
Allison looked past Jackson down the hall. "Scott!" Jackson let Stacie go, turning around to face Scott. Scott ran closer angrily. Allison took Stacie's wrist, walking around Jackson, putting a hand on Scott's shoulder to stop him. "No, Scott, let's just go."
Scott took a step forward. He stopped in confusion. "Where'd he go?"
Stacie and Allison followed his gaze.
Jackson was nowhere to be found.

"And you only told him because you now that's it's a lure for him to come and bite," Natalie finished.
Erica smiled. "Of course."
Natalie pushed away from the wall.
Erica and Natalie walked down the hallway together.

Natalie smirked, looking at Erica. "Right on time."
Stiles looked at Natalie, following them. "Hey, Natalie." He looked at Erica. "Do you know how they died?"
"Maybe," Erica answered. "If you tell me why you're so interested." Stiles didn't answer, looking away. Natalie looked down in realization, slowing to a stop, making Stiles stop. Erica turned to face her in confusion. "What?"
"It's him, isn't it?" Natalie asked.
"What?" Stiles asked. "Who? Him who?"
Natalie started to walk forward again. "The test didn't work, but it's still him." Erica and Stiles followed her down the hallway. Natalie scoffed, walking away. "It's Jackson."
Erica looked at Stiles, turning to follow Natalie.
Stiles opened his mouth in shock, with an expression as if to say, busted.

Boys' Locker Room
Ari walked in, looking around the deserted locker room.
Water was running.
She heard Jackson's voice. "In here." Ari followed the sound of his voice toward the showers, her mind somewhere else completely, looking past the corner of the wall. Jackson was naked, taking a shower. Ari sighed, taking a step back, turning away, closing her eyes. "Is something wrong?"
"You could've told me," Ari told him in a duh voice, acting as if everything was fine.
Jackson turned off the water, smirking, walking closer to Ari. "You're the one that walked into the boys' locker room. Though it's far from being your first time, so..."
Ari was having trouble finding the words. "I thought I heard you--I th--" She sighed, letting her hand hit her thigh. "Forget it."
Jackson stood behind her. "Did you want to talk about something?"
"We can talk later," Ari told him, starting to walk forward.
Jackson put his arm in front of her to stop her. "No." Ari gave him an are you serious? look. "Let's talk now."
"You're kidding me, right?" Ari asked.
"I thought you wanted to talk," Jackson told her.
"Maybe I changed my mind," Ari told him, walking around him.
"You sure?" Jackson asked, slowly following after her. "Because you look a little stressed. Or is the right word distracted? Is it Lydia? Is it that whole thing with Derek, Tara and their pack trying to kill her? Or maybe one of your best friends turning against you to get revenge on the Kanima?" Ari stopped in front of the door, closing her eyes, sighing. "You know that keeping Lydia in the dark is eventually going to have her or someone else pay the price, in blood and death." Ari looked down in guilt. "If you don't realize that, then you gotta be the stupidest bitch in town. Well, besides Lydia, since she's a pretty stupid bitch herself."
Ari was getting angrier at the words.

Deserted Hallway
Scott, Allison and Stacie were still in the hallway where Jackson had cornered the girls.
Scott turned around, looking down at the floor.
Stacie looked at him in confusion.
"Scott?" Allison asked. "What's wrong?"
"I hear him," Scott answered. "With Ari."
"She just had to have chosen the worst possible time to confront a deadly, non-Jackson-like Kanima?" Stacie asked.
Scott walked down the hall.
Stacie and Allison followed him.

Ari was still standing at the door, her back to Jackson, raising her eyebrows, pretending to be unfazed. "Are you done now?"
Jackson walked closer until he was standing behind her. "What are you gonna do, Arielle, when your stupid bitch of a cousin turns on you?" Ari turned to face him angrily. Jackson pushed Ari against the wall, his claws growing against the side of her neck, threatening to paralyze her. "What about Scott? You know he's eventually gonna go run off to Derek and Tara's little wolf pack, even if you don't. They turn you. They almost kill Lydia. Who's next? You? No, it can't be you, because you don't really have anyone to go through this with. No one you really trust enough to tell them everything. Like how you blame yourself for your sister disappearing because you were a 12 year old girl that tripped and fell down a hill and needed help, so your friends all came to help you help, and that was why your sister was taken right in front of you, while you were all at the bottom of a hill, unable to save her because of you."
Ari glared at him, getting angrier, a little upset.

Scott, Allison and Stacie were running down the hallway on their way to the locker room.
Scott slowed to a stop in confusion, listening to them, surprised by the truth about what happened that day Adriana had disappeared, and surprised that Stacie and Ari hadn't told anyone about that.
He heard Jackson's voice. "Or is it about trust at all? No, it's about you locking yourself away so no one knows the truth that haunts you the most."
Stacie stopped behind him. "Scott?"
Scott didn't answer, still listening to them.
He heard Jackson's voice. "Not to mention Natalie..."

Boys' Locker Room
Jackson still had Ari pinned against the wall, his claws against the side of her neck, threatening to paralyze her
Ari tensed, near the point of anger and vulnerability.
Jackson smirked. "And how Isaac said, 'Natalie's sorry'..." One of his hands left her neck, brushing his clawed finger tips against her cheek without paralyzing her. "It's amazing how you're so affected by two little words. I don't have to say much to get under your skin. He already has. He made it so much easier on me. If you think that keeping your distance from everyone and making them believe in your facade of a pour, desperate, angry soul to keep them away is going to save you and them, then you're already dead. Werewolves die, right? I mean, Peter did. I just hope you were smart enough to learn a few extra moves after that night, because, in all honesty, you got your ass kicked."
Ari smirked, burying the feelings and reactions his words had brought. "Actually, I have."
(Song:) Kick Out the Epic Motherf**ker - Dada Life
Ari pushed both of his hands away, spinning to kick him back to the side, kicking him into the wall behind her. She grabbed him by shoulders, pulling him off of the wall, pushing him into the wall again, hard enough to break bricks. Jackson slit her cheek his his claws. Ari's movements were getting closer as the venom took effect, kneeing him in the stomach. She could not stand any longer, falling to the floor with Jackson falling with her. He landed on top of her.
Jackson was stunned out of the trance. He looked down on her in shocked confusion. "Ari?" He rolled off of her onto the floor. "What are you doing here?"
"I, uh, kinda can't move," Ari told him.
"What?" Jackson asked.
"The next time you wanna paralyze someone, don't paralyze me," Ari told him.
Stacie, Scott and Allison ran to the doorway, looking over the scene.
"Ari?" Stacie asked.
"Kinda can't move," Ari told them.
Scott looked toward Jackson angrily.
"Scott," Stacie told him in warning.
Jackson stood, pulling on his shorts.
Scott ignored Stacie, running toward Jackson.
"I'm fine," Ari told him. "Scott, I'm fine."
"Scott!" Allison told him.
Scott pushed Jackson into the row of lockers, making all of them to fall.
"I have a restraining order!" Jackson told him angrily.
"Trust me, I restrained myself," Scott told him.
Stacie shrugged, looking away from the fight, running to Ari's side, dragging her to the side.
Allison helped Stacie lean Ari up against the wall. "What... happened?"
"Well, there's this thing called being paralyzed from the neck down," Ari told them.
Stacie scoffed. "Not the best feeling in the world, is it?"
"Shut up, Stacie," Ari told her.
Stacie nodded. "Shutting up."
Jackson stood angrily, pushing Scott into a locker, throwing him toward the showers.
Ari looked to Stacie and Allison. "What else happened, because I know Scott's not that pissed just about me."
Allison shook her head. "You're not the only one who Jackson messed with today."
"You?" Ari guessed.
"And Stacie," Allison added.
"What?" Ari asked, looking at Stacie.
"We're fine, we're fine," Stacie told her. "Don't get all serious. Especially when you can't do anything about it right at the moment."
Scott stood from the floor. Jackson pushed Scott into the wall angrily, grabbing him, pushing him into a shower rod. Scott grabbed his head, headbutting him, making Jackson fall. He went to grab his throat. Jackson kicked him back into the wall, making the wall break at the point of impact.
Stacie flinched. "That's a little bit of excessive dramatics."
Jackson stood, walking toward Stacie, Allison and Ari.
Stacie, Allison and Ari tensed, watching him nervously.
Ari couldn't move, glaring.
Scott jumped over the wall, kicking Jackson to the floor, making him slide closer to the girls, a few feet in front of them.
Jackson grabbed the weight next to him, using it like a Frisbee, throwing it toward Scott. Scott bent backwards to where the weight missed his head, catching it before it hit the wall, standing straight. Jackson kicked him into the metal piece on the wall, making him drop the weight, grabbing each side of Scott's hoodie, throwing him into the sink, breaking the sink off of the wall.
Water was spraying everywhere, drenching the girls.
Stacie and Allison looked away from the water, moving to the other side of Ari so they didn't get any more wet.
Ari closed her eyes in annoyance as the water continued to spray over her.
Stacie and Allison pulled Ari away out of the water so she didn't get any more wet.
Ari sighed, looking up at Stacie. "How long do I have to stay like this?"
"Stiles and I had to hold Derek and Tara for a little over two hours," Stacie answered. "Almost three."
"Are you kidding me?" Ari asked.
"Nope," Stacie answered. "Sorry."
"Hey, don't worry about it," Allison told her.
The water seeped around them on the floor, leaking loser to the door.
Stacie watched the water. "Uh, that's gonna get us in some trouble."

Stiles followed them. "You can't tell Derek and Tara, okay? There's a lot more to this that neither of you know about. And just because you got the Alpha bite makeover doesn't give you a license to go around destroying people."
Natalie turned to face him. "Why not? And I'm not talking about destroying anyone else other than Jackson. He tried to kill me. I almost died."
"Natalie, he had no control over what he was doing," Stiles told her. "I swear to God. I get it, Natalie, you could've died, but you didn't. He didn't destroy your life. In fact, he probably made it better, giving you a chance to become who you are now."
"He killed my father," Natalie told him. "How does that sound for destroying lives?"
"Your dad's the one who destroyed your and Isaac's lives, Natalie," Stiles told her.
"Our dad didn't always do that," Natalie told him. "He used to be nice. That changed after our mother and our brother Camden died and he became a mean drunk that abused his kids. But he didn't use to." Stiles and Erica were surprised by this information, looking a little sympathetic. "He was still our dad, and I was in the middle of an alley bleeding out when I heard him get killed by this thing. That's gonna destroy some lives. Don't you think?"
"That's all anybody ever used to do to any of us," Erica told him. "Isaac, Natalie, me, even Boyd. I used to have the worst crush in the world on you. Yeah, you, Stiles." Stiles looked down at the floor behind them. "And you never once even noticed me. Exactly how you're not noticing me right now."
Stiles pointed at the floor behind them.
Natalie and Erica turned to look at the water trailing over the floor from underneath the door in confusion.

Natalie and Erica held Jackson back.
Matt and Harris walked closer.
"What the hell is going on?" Harris asked incredulously. Matt looked at a tablet on the floor. "Hey! Enough! Enough."

Matt knelt down to the floor, picking up the tablet, standing, wiping the water away from the screen.
"What do you idiots think you're doing?" Harris asked. Matt turned on the screen, unlocking it, looking at the bestiary translations, enlarging the text. "Jackson! Calm down!" Matt sent the bestiary pages to his own tablet. "Mr. McCall, you wanna explain yourself? Stilinskis?"
Matt turned the screen off, holding it toward Stacie. "Hey, you dropped this."
Stacie didn't take the tablet from Matt. She merely looked at him, creeped out by him.
Harris took the tablet, seeing Ari in the boys' locker room leaning against the wall in the process. "Miss Martin? Are you serious?" Ari didn't answer, smiling a tiny, awkward, sheepish smile. Natalie leaned her head forward to look inside. Harris looked from the water spraying in the boys' locker room to Ari, Stacie and Allison, seeing that they were still wet. He pointed at Jackson and Scott. "You and you..." He reconsidered his options. "Actually, all of you." "Well, there is such a thing of lower shelves, Arielle," Harris told her. "I'm sure your arms work better than your legs." Ari looked up sarcastically. Erica chuckled. Natalie tilted her head down, pressing her lips together at his choice of words. Stacie scratched her head awkwardly. "Enjoy the rest of your evening."
Harris walked out of the library.
Stacie faced away from the door, singing the words she said. "I hate him."

Office
Victoria was sitting at her desk.
Scott opened the door, walking in, standing at the desk, looking at Victoria.
Victoria was sharpening pencils.
"The principal wanted to see me?" Scott asked.
Victoria took the pencil out of the pencil sharpener, the whirring coming to an end. "No. I did. I'm concerned about the detention today. How Allison ended up in there with you, Arielle Martin, Natalie Lahey and Stiles and Stacie Stilinski." Scott pressed his lips together. "A sink was ripped off the wall. You're lucky I'm here to explain that to people somehow. You realize that?"
"Yeah," Scott answered. "I do now."
"Good," Victoria told him. "Are you having sex with my daughter?"
Victoria put the pencil into the pencil sharpener, giving Scott a hard, intimidating look. She sharpened the pencil into there was only a few centimeters left.
"No," Scott told her. "I'm not having sex with your daughter."
Victoria pulled out the miniature pencil, looking at Scott. "I certainly hope not."
Scott looked at the pencil nervously.

Inside - Library
Scott, Allison, Stiles, Ari and Stacie's aisle
Ari, Stiles, Allison, Scott and Stacie were standing next to a cart of books in between two shelves.
Ari was laying on the floor in front of them, her hair spread around in a mess. "It means he was born after his mom died, by C-section. They had to pull him out of her dead body."
¤•¤°¤•¤
Natalie and Erica's Aisle
Erica walked past them, walking into the aisle next over, handing books to Natalie.
Natalie was looking through the book shelf toward Stacie and Ari in guilt.
Erica sighed, tilting her head. "Natalie, why don't you just apologize?"
"Would you believe me if I apologized for everything I did to them?" Natalie replied.
Erica tilted her head. "Okay, I see your point."
Natalie nodded, taking the books, putting them on the shelf. "Yeah."
The shot panned from Natalie and Erica's aisle to the aisle next over.

Jackson and Matt's Aisle
Jackson was standing on the other side of the bookshelf as Natalie, looking down at a book in his hands.

Scott, Allison, Stiles, Ari and Stacie's Aisle
Stiles, Allison and Scott were still standing next to the cart of books.
Ari was still lying down.
Stacie knelt next to her. She took Ari's hands, putting them together, clapping, letting them go.
Ari's hands stayed immobilized in the air.
"So was it an accident or not?" Allison asked.
"The word all over the report is 'inconclusive'," Stacie answered.
"Then his parents could have been murdered?" Scott asked.
"If they were, then it falls in line with the Kanima myth," Stiles told them. "You know? It seeks out and kills murderers."
"But for Jackson?" Ari asked. "Or for the person controlling him?"
Stacie shrugged, standing, putting another book on a shelf.
¤•¤°¤•¤
Jackson and Matt's Aisle
Jackson picked up a book from the cart.
Jackson looked at the spine of the book, seeing his own name written in the same font the title was. He blinked, reading the words on the spine again.
Modern Interpretations on Greek Myth.
Jackson looked up, sighing, placing the book onto the shelf. He turned to pick up the neck book, reading the title.
Close your eyes, Jackson.
Jackson closed his eyes, shaking his head, re-reading the title.
A Tale of Two Cities.
Jackson blinked, re-reading the title.
Close them now.

Natalie roared, slashing toward him. Jackson ducked, pushing Natalie back several feet into the cart in front of Scott, Stiles, Allison, Stacie and Ari's aisle, making Natalie fall to the floor on top of the cart. Natalie looked up, the glow fading, crawling off of the cart, trying to stand and run toward Jackson.
Stiles and Scott pulled Natalie back, making her kneel with them and Allison in front of Stacie and Ari.
Jackson leaned his head back, writing a message on the board.

Tara knelt next to him.
Derek knelt in front of them, lowering Erica in front of them.
Tara looked at Stiles. "Hold her."
Stiles held Erica, holding her still from behind.
"Is she dying?" Natalie asked.
"She might," Derek admitted, sounding off-balance.
Tara rolled up Erica's leather jacket sleeve. "Which is why this is gonna hurt."
Tara grabbed Erica's arm in both hands, turning them in opposite directions, applying enough pressure to break Erica's arm.
Erica screamed in agony.
Stacie flinched at the sound.
Stiles looked at Tara incredulously. "You broke her arm!"
"It'll trigger the healing process," Tara told them. "That's how you get the venom out. This is where it's really gonna hurt."
Tara squeezed tightly on Erica's arm, splitting skin, making her to bleed. She looked as if she felt guilty for the pain she had caused, starting to care for the members in her pack.
Erica screamed in agony.
Stacie rubbed her hand over her lips anxiously.
Natalie looked at Tara with worry, anxiousness and confusion.
Ari nearly fell to the floor, being able to move again.
Scott caught her before she fell.
Erica's screaming and crying came to an end. She leaned her head back against Stiles, still weak, but fine. "Stiles, you make a good Batman."
Stiles smiled a small, relieved smile.
Tara closed her eyes in relief, sighing, opening her eyes.
Scott looked at Tara in surprise, a little breathless. "If I didn't know any better, I'd say you actually cared for a second, Tara."
"Good thing you know better," Tara replied, sighing, finally releasing Erica's arm, standing, walking out, leaving.
Derek, Scott and Ari exchanged a confused look, standing, starting to follow her.

"We're gonna help you stop him as part of your pack." Derek and Tara looked at them in a mixture of shock and confusion. "If you want us in, fine. But we do it on one condition. We're gonna catch him, not kill him."
"And?" Derek asked, sighing, crossing his arms over his chest, raising his eyebrows expectantly.
"We do it our way," Ari answered.
Tara slowly nodded in agreement to the fair terms.

Beacon Hills Memorial Hospital - Woman's Room
The woman from the beginning was in her hospital bed after having given birth, under pain medication that made her weak and too tired to move.
Doctors stood around her.
Macey was one of the doctors, holding the newborn baby, putting him into a baby crib. "Thank you, Jenna. Thanks, you guys. I appreciate it."
The doctors took the baby away, walking out, leaving.
Macey turned to follow.
The woman grabbed her wrist to stop her. "Please, you have to tell him."
"It's okay, the baby's fine," Macey told her.
"Not the baby," the woman told her.
Macey nodded. "Okay."
"He killed Sean," the woman told her.
"Honey, the police know," Macey told her sympathetically.
The woman shook her head. "They don't... They didn't see it." She closed her eyes. "It wasn't human."
"Okay," Macey told her. "All right."
Macey walked away, toward the door, opening it. She looked at the woman, turning off the light, leaving the room, closing the door behind her.
The woman closed her eyes tiredly for a moment, nearly falling asleep.
The mystery person opened the door, walking toward the woman.
The woman opened her eyes. She breathed heavily in fear. "Please... No..."
The mystery person covered her mouth, closing her nose, blocking the airways, muffling her screaming for help.
The woman died of suffocation.

Hale House - Living Room
Lydia was still sitting on the floor in fear and shock.
Peter sat next to her, sighing deeply. "I'm so sorry, Lydia. All of this must be terribly confusing. But at least you know that you're not actually crazy. Well, not completely. There's bound to be some residual effects, but you're a strong girl. Personally, I think that you're gonna pull through with a minimal amount of post-traumatic stress. Or maybe a few years of profoundly disturbing nightmares. I had a plan, you know. It was a good plan. But if there's one thing that I've learned in life, it's to always have a backup." He whispered the next words in her ear. "That would be you." Lydia closed her eyes in fear. "Your immunity makes you a perfect Plan B. You wouldn't turn from the bite. You wouldn't die. But you would be able to do one very important thing." Lydia still had her eyes closed, letting a single tear fall. "Do you know what that is, Lydia?" Lydia didn't answer. "Lydia!"
Lydia opened her eyes in fear.
