Salve: He wanted to prove his innocence to you, the one he LOVES

Rajveer was shocked to listen to this revelation. He had himself till date not agreed to the fact that he loved Naina, his protégé, his best friend's little sister. And now this was used against him in the court.

Judge: Any questions for the witness Capt. Rajveer??

Rajveer was still in shock
Then he remembered what Naina had said.

He then comes back to reality

Rajveer stands from his place and moves towards Naina.

Rajveer: Kya academy mai aisa koi insaan hai jiske sath rehne mai aapko darr lage?

Rajveer: (shocked) Kaun ?

Naina: Capt. Abhimanyu Rai Chauhan

Abhimanyu: Y...y.....yeh aap kya keh rhi hai Naina

Rajveer(with fresh tears in his eyes): 😢 And name one person in the Academy jiske sath aap apni har baat share karti hai and you feel safest in his/her presence

And Rajveer returns back to his seat.

Judge: Capt. Slave do you have any kind of proves jo ki yeh saabit karde kii Capt Rajveer and Cadet Naina have any relation

Salve: (defeated) No sir

Judge: Hence proved by Capt Rajveer that there is no relation between him and Cadet Singh except that of a mentor and protégé.

Salve: Capt Abhimanyu Rai Chauhan

Judge: Proceed

Salve: Capt Abhimanyu kya aap court ko yeh bta sakte hai kii jab aap wahan crime site par pahuche to aapne kya dekha

Judge: Capt Shekhawat

Rajveer: Yes sir

Judge: (nods) hmm

Rajveer: Capt Abhimanyu kya aapne mujhe Col. Shakti ko goli maarte hue dekha tha. Kya uss wakt aap wahaan mojood the?

One person comes to the court and hands over a file to the judge.

Judge: Are you sure jo aap keh rhe hai wo sach hai.

Abhimanyu: Undoubtedly sach hai sir

Judge: Aapke pass koi proof hai jo ki yeh saabit kare kii lala Gehlot nai aapko paise diye

Abhimanyu: Yes sir

Judge: Present it

Abhimanyu takes out his phone from his pocket ane plays a phone call recording in which Lala is discussing the whole plan as how he trapped Naveen and how he will trap Rajveer. He also tells how much money he is giving to Abhimanyu.

Abhimanyu: Sir jo yeh 50,00,00,000/- kii baat ho rhi hai wo paise hmaare room mai music instrument drum ke ander hai. Aap check karwa sakte hai

Judge: I order Capt. Gunraj Singh Randhawa to go and check.

Gunny leaves from there and after 1 hour he returns with what Abhimanyu had described. He presents all the money and photographs in court.

Judge: The court's Judgment is as follows:

•Capt. Rajveer is innocent aur unhe fasaya gya tha.
•Capt. Naveen Singh Ahluwaliya was also innocent aur unhe bhi fasaya gya thha.
•Lala Gehlot and Maj. Nair are the real culprit and traitors jo kii arm ammunition churaate thhe aur unka next target tha nuclear triggers.
•Court Maj. Nair se unke sare ranks chheenti hai.
•Lala ke saare possessions to be divided between Capt Rajveer and Capt Naveen's family as apology from the indian army.
•Lala and Nair are sentenced to life imprisonment.
• Capt. Naveen Singh Ahluwaliya kaa name ab martyrs kii list mai add hoga.
•Capt. Rajveer is now promoted to major rank.
•And court ko gumrah karne ke liye Capt Abhimanyu ab 2 saal tak kissi bhi mission ka hissa nhi honge. Wo sirf ek normal music teacher honge KMA mai.
Unhe severe punishment nhi milegi kyonki unhone court ko sach btaya hai.
• Capt Salve will write an apology letter to Capt Rajveer and Cadet Singh for defaming their relationship.

Any objections❓❓

Rajveer: Yes sir

Everyone looks at Rajveer who was crying severely by now.

Judge: Yes......?

Rajveer: Sir I dont want any of Lala Gehlot's possessions. Aap please wo saare Capt. Naveen kii family ko de dijiye.

Judge: Okk

The court is dismissed.

All the cadets, BC, Rajveer, Shalini, Abhimanyu and Suriji don't move an inch and are crying miserably. The guards take away Nair and Lala Gehlot.

Then Naina comes back to her senses. She stands up and moves towards Rajveer. She held him by his shoulders and made him stand and hugs him tightly.

Rajveer: I am sorry Naina....I am really sorry 😞 😭😭

Naina: You proved bhaiya innocent

Rajveer: We did it. Agar Chauhan sach naa btata to shayad aaj mai naa rehta. Thank him

Naina: You kept your promise.

After some time

Huda: Mujhe maaf karde phoolan. Maine tujhe kya kya nhi bola. Mujhe maaf karde. Aap bhi sir mujhe maaf kar do

Rajveer: Aise matt bolo Huda. Aaj agar tum sab mera sath naa dete to mai....mai....shayad

Shalini: Leave it capt. Now no crying everybody. Please smile 😃

Suriji: Oo haan putron hun te chup ho jao

Bc: Yes suriji and docs. Lekin you are mistaken doctor. Its not Capt. Is Major now.

And then everyone realise the fact and start congratulating Rajveer. With this they return back to the Academy and spend a great time.
