Sparrowpaw and Icepaw were showing Skypaw and Wanderpaw around the abandoned twoleg place nearby. The apprentices were messing around when they heard a dog barking. "Run!" Icepaw yelled. They split up and ran in different directions. Skypaw found herself in a garden and looked around. She saw a large pit filled with water at the bottom, something a twoleg would call a 'well'. She looked down it. A shadowy figure crept out of the shadows and knocked her in. Skypaw yowled as she fell down. She desperately tried to stay afloat in the water. The shadowy figure laughed and padded off.

Sparrowpaw heard Skypaw's yowl and as soon as the coast was clear he ran towards the noise. As he got there he saw Skypaw sink beneath the water.

Dancingstar sighed "we have lost another apprentice. Skypaw was pushed into a deep twoleg lake and drowned." Cloudshadow has just walked into the camp and heard, she wailed loudly.
