Taehyung entered the school building the next morning, his mind already wandering to where Jimin might be.

He spotted the older near his locker and waved over to him.

"Jimin! Hi!"

"Oh, hey Taehyung!"

Jimin walked over to the taller boy, remembering their kiss from last evening and turning slightly pink.

Taehyung chuckled. "You look cute."

Jimin giggled, then asked, "What class do you have?"

"It's Wednesday, right? My first period is art then."

"Oh, mine's literature," said Jimin sadly, since the art room was in the opposite direction of the literature classroom, meaning the two would have to go to class separately.

"It's alright, it's music before lunch today. We'll be able to see each other then."

Jimin opened to his mouth to agree when he was interrupted by Namjoon.

"Hi lovebirds!" He laughed, hitting Taehyung on the back.

"Ow Joon, that hurt."

"Sorry, Tae. But first, tell me, how did you two end up kissing?"

"How do you know?" Jimin asked, surprised.

"Taehyung called me right after you left, to confirm that he wasn't dreaming," Namjoon laughed. "But he didn't tell me all of the details, so, spill."

Jimin laughed, imagining Taehyung, who was usually calm about everything, fretting over the kiss.

"We just ended up looking at each other, and then something happened to him, I don't know. He just...kissed me. It was good, I won't deny that. I couldn't help it."

Taehyung's heart seemed to leap with excitement. Jimin had enjoyed the kiss. Though he knew it, since Jimin had kissed him back and hadn't pushed him away or ignored him this morning, but hearing it from the older's mouth was much more satisfying.

"I see," Namjoon chuckled, then turned to Taehyung. "Has Jin hyung come today?"

"Yep, he and I separated right at the entrance. Wait, look. He's right over there," Taehyung said, pointing to the end of the hallway.

"Oh, yes, I see him. Alright then boyfies, I'll see you two later!" Namjoon said, waving to them as he sped off towards Seokjin.

"Boyfies? C'mon Namjoon, we aren't even dating yet. It was just a kiss." Jimin shouted after the older boy's retreating back, loud enough for him to hear.

Taehyung was slightly hurt, but then again, Jimin wasn't lying. It had just been a kiss, and they barely knew each other to take things any further.

In any case, Taehyung wanted to be sure that Jimin liked him before he did anything.

After music class, Jimin, Taehyung and Namjoon made their way to the cafeteria for lunch, meeting Hoseok along the way. Jimin had gone off to find Jungkook and Yoongi,after asking the other three if they'd mind the latter two at the table with them.

It turned out that they didn't mind. Namjoon and Taehyung were friends with Yoongi; they knew him through Seokjin, who was in the same year as him.

Hoseok knew Jungkook from the after-school Dance Club, and had mentioned him often; so nobody had a problem in having lunch together.

A few minutes later, the seven boys were seated around the same table, having exchanged their intros. Everyone seemed to have instantly become friends, and felt comfortable with each other.

Currently, Namjoon and Seokjin were talking to Jungkook, who was looking at them with admiration; Yoongi was busy laughing with Hoseok, which, as Jimin pointed out, was a rare occurence. Taehyung and Jimin were occasionally flirting with each other, while trying to be a part of every simultaneous conversation around the table.

There was an air of comfort and contentment all around, and after lunch, the seven boys separated into groups, happily waving to each other as Seokjin and Yoongi made their way to English; Jimin, Taehyung and Hoseok went to math; Jungkook hurried off to dance and Namjoon headed to a student council meeting.

As Jimin walked along the hallway with the other two, feeling happier than ever, he hoped for these feelings to last forever. But boy, how wrong was he?
