Bram pov

I walk into the holding cell at the protector central comand building. "She did a number on him.  This bloke fucked around and  found out." One of our doctors said. "Hello human my name is Bram. You mind telling me what you were doing here on my land." The human spat at me telling me to sod off. "Look I don't want any harm to come to ya. My mate however wants to rip out your entrails and hang you with them. Tell me what you were doing and who ya work for and the DDA will take you out of here." I said making a decent offer. "I am a hunter I work for the carliel dragon hunters. Your kind needs to be stopped before you kill us all. Now going and breeding with others shifters. Your basically trying to whipe out the human race. I bet that oversize dog loves it though. Hell they might be a good fu-AH" This condescending pric couldn't finish that sentence nor did I want him to. My grip on the bastards throat eased a fraction as I look over my shoulder."Cedric how long till the DDA arrives?" I asked my eyes flashing to slits and back. "Bram we can't hurt him it won't end well for us. They will be here in fifteen minutes to pick him up. I get it he is a pric but we can't hurt him." Cedric said trying to reason with me. The smug ass laughed. "The DDA wouldn't be happy with you. Be a good dragon and let me go." I was about to say something when a sand colored and smoke colored wolf stepped twords us growing. 'Bram Danny and Sophie are heading your way! Whatever you do don't let them kill that human.' Iris screams in my mind. "Cedric take the human to his cell." The wolves snap their jaws growling. "Listen you two this isn't the answer I promis you. He will be delt with so please return to Iris." I said gently as possible and their fur stands up. Before they shift back to human form. "He took my mate's mother away from her. She deserves retribution Bram. Susan was going to be a grandmother. She will never be able to meet her grand cubs." Danny said holding Sophie at his side. "Believe me I know lad and lass I am sorry for your loss, but we have to be smart about this. I want to let you at him, the DDA would not be happy and it won't help yours or any Wolfblood's case right now. Let's get out of here Iris is worried and my dragon doesn't like it." A look of understanding filled the male Wolfblood's eyes. "When to you plan on mating her? The cubs will be beautiful not to mention interesting. Will they be dragons or wolves maybe both who knows. The moon goddess wants you to be together for a reason." Danny said before looking down lovingly at Sophie. "Come on he is right we can't do this now." Sophie glares down the hall before nodding, walking away with Danny. -Danny is right why are we waiting to mate Iris?- my dragon asked. /so much has been going on dragon. I don't think she is really thinking about that now./ I said to my dragon and he growled. -ask her don't just assume you bloody fool.-  I sigh  /your just cranky she hasn't asked yet. Give it time ya randy beast./ he huffed in before turning away.

Iris pov

Sitting with Kai I start going over patrol plans. "Arrow came from the south entrance without a doubt he is near by." Kai said circling the southern portion of the lands of Stonefire. "No that was just strategy. He isn't far I agree especially since he is hurt they won't move anytime soon." I said marking possible places with an 'x'. "Hmmm that is possible but he knows you and could try and plan around this." I nod at the suggestion. "Possible but doesn't hurt to look. I taught him everything he knows. I however didn't teach Arrow everything I know." I said looking at the map knowing a war could brake out at any time and, other wolfblood packs could get involved. 'Maybe it's time to call in that favor with Jax and Victoria.' My wolf said sounding sad. /Rain are you sure your ok with that? Jax wolf Solar was going to be your mate. Well that was before Jax met Victoria and her wolf Delphina./ we both were hurt by the news. We loved Jax and Solar but a mate bond can't be undone. Nor can the will of the moon goddess be questioned. "What is your wolf saying?" Kai said pulling me out of my thoughts. "She is talking about reaching out to other wolfblood packs." This floored Kai. "There are other packs?" I laughed "just like there are many dragon clans. The same in regard to wolfbloods we just call the group a pack. " I said making him nod. "How is it no one knew of your existence before now? " he asked what I suppose is the one burning question on his mind. "Well wolves are  cautious creatures by nature. We learn from an early age that humans are bad news. By using a gift passed down from parent to child, we are able to walk between the margins of nature and human wold. The gift is called Eolas it allows us to see in every direction no where we are." I said and he nods satisfied with the answer. "Well I will get these plans sorted I will call you back in a bit to make final adjustments." He said dismissing me to go speak with my pack. 'He is right nothing more we can do now. We should contact Jax for help.' Rain said she is oddly persistent about this. What is my bloody wolf up to this time? We found our mate why is she still hung up on Jax?
