15- Hallucinations
There was that horrible feeling. The terrible sensation you get when you're falling, and then she blinked. Hazel blinked a second time, noticing the "Victory" label displayed on her screen. The after game lobby of town of Salem was staring her in the face, and looking at the results her role had been...
Hazel's breath caught in her throat as she read Serial Killer from the results list. Every horrible memory came rushing back, and then she noticed two things.
She was back in her own body, sitting in an office chair that she used for gaming. And her Skype call was unusually quiet.
"Hello?" She called into the mic, but there was no answer. Then, she heard it.
"Man, that was some game!" She heard a familiar voice say. Parker was okay?
"Hey guys? I don't feel so great. I think I'm gonna go, you guys have fun." She said, closing everything down and turning off her computer. Maybe a book would help me get over that stupid hallucination. She thought, heading up to her room to read. Hazel pulled a book off the shelf, plopping down on her bed to read.
Hazel had been reading for about half an hour, but the Hallucination still felt so real that she was unable to stop thinking about it. Sighing, she did her best to continue reading when she felt something sharp on her thumb. Turning over her hand, she saw what had pricked her. For stuck in her thumb, was a tiny grey shard of glass...
