Eva eats her breakfast nervously. She's never bought swimwear before and for good reason. She doesn't swim, for good reason. She never had the chance to learn how to swim and never had a reason to want to before.

"Eva, it's okay. You will have full control over what, if any swimwear we get today. If you don't want to go swimming, we won't. This day is about you having fun. I won't make you do anything that will make you uncomfortable. The only reason I even mention getting a swim suit, we will be getting wet, almost definitely and I want you to be comfortable. We  don't have to go to the pool and get in. It is forecasted to be a hot day today, though, so I'm making sure that if you choose to go to the pool you will feel comfortable to do so."

"Bikini's don't cover much." Eva finally mutters in a voice almost too low for Tristan to hear.

"Eva," Tristan waits until she looks at him, "you don't have to get a bikini. I don't expect you to. I know for a fact you wouldn't feel comfortable going out in public in one. There are other options, many in fact, that are much more modest and cover your midriff. Those are the ones that I'll help you look for.

"As well as some other clothes and shoes. I want you to wear ones that will not be ruined by water. The ones you have are too nice to survive a drenching in water, let alone more than once."

"Tris-" Eva starts to object, but she stops when he holds up his hand.

"You agreed that I could buy you the things necessary for any dates we go on that you don't have. Please, Eva, let me do this." Tristan sighs in relief when Eva deflates and nods her acceptance.

"If you are done, we can go get the shopping out of the way now."

Eva looks at him still a little confused, "But aren't the shops still closed?"

Tristan gives her a bit of a smirk, "Yes, but I have some pull with this store owner. She's opening early just for us."

Tristan takes the bill and sends off the payment then helps Eva out of her chair as the waiter returns with his card. Tristan writes something then takes his card and places it in his pocket before escorting Eva out of the restaurant.

Surprisingly, at least to Eva, Tristan escorts her down the street rather than to the car. As soon as they stop the door is opened and they enter the store. Eva hides her reaction the best she can. It's one of the high end shops that she refused to even look at since there would be no chance in hell of her ever having enough money to even buy underwear there.

"Tris-," Eva starts.

"You said that you would let me buy you some clothes, Eva. Please, allow me to do so now?"

Eva sighs and nods. Tristan escorts her over to where the swimwear is and pulls out swim suits and shows them to her for approval. He focuses on ones that will cover her scars, but can't help sneaking in a bikini that catches his attention. He knows that she won't wear it today, but maybe in private for him at the estate or the penthouse? He knows better than to hold his breath for that one, but adds it in any way.

Once he has several choices he escorts her to the dressing room, "Get as many as you want, Eva. If you don't use it today, you might be willing to use it at the estate, I have a private hot tub, and can make sure we have privacy with the swimming pool as well. Not to mention my penthouse, I have both a private pool and hot tub there. If you want we can leave some clothes there including swimwear for when you visit..." Tristan shuts up right quick at Eva's look. He's taking things too far, too soon. If she does accept him as a boyfriend he wants her to move in with him, but she still needs to decide if she wants him.

Tris goes out to wait for Eva when he notices an outfit that he thinks she will like. He grabs the correct size and heads into the changing rooms. He didn't even think about knocking first until he looks at Eva. Then he stops still.

Eva was in the middle of changing, the bikini top is on, but not done up yet. Startled at the sound of her door opening she looks into the mirror and sees Tristan.

"I know you won't wear that in public, and quite frankly I don't want you to. Fuck, if others saw this much of you I'd have to kill them to get them away from you." Tristan manages to find his voice. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to enter like that. I just found an outfit I thought you might like and being the stupid ass that I am, I didn't think about knocking first." Any time he's taken a female shopping they liked him being in the changing room with them.

Eva is blushing, but she's not just sure why. Embarrassment at him entering and seeing nearly all of her, or is it his words that admittedly make her feel sexy for the first time in her life.

"I think you need glasses, Tris. If I went in public like this they would order me to wear something to cover my badges as you call them." Eva falls back into sarcasm to cover how flustered she is by him being in there.

"Eva, permit me to touch you in a nonsexual way?" Tris says, then instead of going out he comes in fully and shuts the door. He makes sure to lock it so there won't be any intrusions.

Eva is a bit nervous at his actions but nods anyway. When Tris goes behind her and pulls her back to him her eyes widen in disbelief. "No, Eva, I don't need glasses. I have a hard time seeing the war wounds, because they are just a part of you. A part of a very sexy, beautiful woman. Please, buy this swimsuit. Get others, ones you'll feel more comfortable with, but get this one, for me, for when we are private."

"Tristan, how can you be attracted to this," Eva gestures to the scaring and her top pretty much comes off. Normally she would be in the middle of a panic attack if a male was that close to her, let alone with her being practically naked. Especially since he locked them in together.

Tristan smirks and pulls off his shirt. "I have a few of those myself. Do you find me any less attractive?"

Eva turns around and has a hard time breathing since Tristan is just perfect in her opinion. She sees and gently touches first one, then another scar that looks like bullet wounds. But if they are they are almost unnoticeable.

Tristan forces himself to not react any further than he already has as she traces his scars. Then he turns his back and she sees a couple of other scars. "What happened?"

"Deal gone wrong. I foolishly didn't make sure of the bodies before leaving. One of them lived long enough to get those two shots off."

Tristan's voice is getting a bit constricted. He needs to leave soon or he'll be taking advantage of her. He doesn't want to do that.

Eva, whether sensing his need for space or not feeling comfortable lowers her hand and takes a step back.

"They aren't very noticeable." Eva finally states once Tristan replaces his shirt. She had already absently did up the top and adjusted it to cover her breasts.

Tristan snorts, "If I didn't have to deal with the elite brats I wouldn't have done what I did. But there are times when they have pool parties, not too mention the females I've been with. It's not like I can tell them who and what I am. So I had some plastic surgery done. Most people don't even notice the scars and if they do, they don't mention it."

"You say you want me to consider being your girlfriend, but don't want me to get surgery to do what you did."

Tristan takes her hand and makes her look at him. "You don't need it. You aren't going to be sleeping with the men and you have the option of wearing a sexy one piece rather than a slutty two piece. That's not to say that all two pieces are slutty. Take the one you're wearing, for example. It's sexy as hell, but not slutty. They on the other hand, get ones that are slutty, that leave nothing to the imagination and their bodies aren't really worth seeing. Plastic breasts and concentration camp bodies." Tristan shrugs.

"Like I said, if you want them gone, I'll make it happen. It will be up to you though." Tristan slowly leans over to her and gives her a gentle peck on the lips then stands back up.

"Now, I need to leave before I lose what little self control I have. I'll wait for you outside." Tristan hands her the same card he used to pay for breakfast. "Buy a bag as well. After you get what you want we'll get you some shoes, then meet up with Tom and Tania."

Tristan doesn't say anything else and leaving the stupefied girl he unlocks the door and leaves. Before he goes out he fights with his body to get himself under control. Hearing his phone ring he answers the call and makes his way outside.

If anything can cool him down, work will do it. As he listens, he calms down sexually, but his anger escalates.

By the time Eva joins him some time later with a bag for their date and a few others as well he's no longer on the phone, but he's still trying to calm down.

Eva, sensitive to emotions halts, "Do you need to cancel?"

Eva's soft voice pulls Tristan from his dark thoughts and he finds himself smiling at her. "No, I just needed to get after some of my men for not doing their jobs." He finds himself relaxing once more in her presence and from hearing her voice. He'd thought he might have to cancel before, but with her pulling him away from the anger he feels like he can once more enjoy their time together.

He takes her to a shoe store not far away, and by now it's open although they are the only customers there. Eva is pleased to note that Tristan completely ignores the flirting of the server, but is less pleased to be ignored even though she is the one getting the shoes.

Tristan makes a call while Eva once more takes the card he'd given her and buys the shoes. "How'd did someone like you get Tristan Wederer?"

The snide words and tone of the cashier blows Eva's temper through the roof, added on top to how she'd been treated while she was getting her shoes.

"He came to me and asked me to go out with him. I guess he got tired of two faced bitches like yourself throwing themselves at him."

With that Eva picks up the box holding her shoes and walks out to Tristan.

"I called her boss and told her how unprofessional she was. I was told that the girl will be fired. I'll make sure that she is." Tristan is fuming at how Eva was treated.

"Thank you, Tris. Just to let you know, I did call her a two faced bitch."

Tristan starts laughing, "Good for you, Eva, good for you."

Eva, smirks a bit. She thought for sure that Tristan would be upset with her calling the cashier that, but she's happy that he wasn't.
