{ A/N: THIS IS A FILLER CHAPTER ! It is Taehyun bonding with his little brother.}

It has been a few days since Taehyun was brought to New Zara. He got to know his sister a bit more. Now he wanted to get to know his little brother. "뭐하고 있어요?" (What are you doing ?), Taehyun asked as he calmly entered his brother' room. Kwan turned around to face him. He usually had a goofy expression, but at this moment he was perfectly serious. "I found your friend... I had sent some people to discreetly find him."

His friend ? A friend of Taehyun' ? "Which friend ? Had I talked to you about one of them ?" Kwan sat him down, smiling. He knew rushing Taehyun wouldn't help anything. He also didn't want Taehyun to feel like he couldn't honestly talk with him or anyone in their family, "경미누나가 혈액 계약 때문에 걱정했다고 했잖아요 그녀는 당신이 특히 당신의 친구 범규에 대해 갈등을 겪었다고 말했습니다." (Kyung-Mi noona told you you were worried about the blood pact. She told me you especially conflicted about your friend Beomgyu.) 

Ah, Beomgyu. Tight. He had been thinking about Beomgyu a lot recently. However, but he didn't know how Beomgyu would feel about him or the blood pact. "I am happy you did this for me, but I also don't want to push Beomgyu. I am probably the last person Beomgyu would want to speak to." Kwan smiled completely ignoring his older brother. Regardless of what Taehyun thought, Kwan had great news.

"당신 친구가 당신을 보고 싶다고 했어요. 지금 강태현을 알기 위해서 에어랑을 클리어하기 위해서요." (Your friend said he'd like to see you. To clear the air ang to get to know the Kang Taehyun as of now.) He was willing to see him ? Taehyun didn't know how to process this information. He turned to Kwan & hugged him, "Thank you, Kwan ah. You have no idea how much this means to me..." 

Kwan grinned. It was adorable. He clearly was the more lively & energetic of the three Kang children. "No problem, Taehyun hyung. 저는 보기보다 더 유능합니다. (I am more competent that I look.)" Had Kwan always felt slighted by Kyung-Mi ? Did he feel people looked down on him because of his childish looks ? "You said you sent people to find Beomgyu, right ? Who did you send ?" 

Kwan ran a hand through his hair as he looked at some papers on his desk. "Cedric hyung. I had sent Cedric hyung." Cedric ? Thinking back to when he first came, Taehyun distinctly remembered Kwan being exceptionally happy Cedric had arrived. Kyung-Mi just got a bow in return whereas Kwan opted to hug Cedric. "Do you always relay on Cedric to do things like that ? To find people & to gather information ?"

Kwan nodded as he pointed at a photo wall in his room. The photos were from all stages in age, but the most were currently for Kwan at his current age. Cedric could even be seen smiling in the photos. This was no ordinary smile. This was probably the most genuine Taehyun had ever seen him look. "You don't know ? Cedric & I are bonded by our blood pact. He is my most trusted friend."

Taehyun was confused now. Cedric looked nearly as old as their father Jae-Hwa was. So how was he in a blood pact with Kwan ? "어떻게요? 세드릭은 어떻게 당신이 가장 신뢰하는 친구, 카나인가요? 아빠 친구 아닌가요?" (How ? How is Cedric your most trusted friend, Kwan ah ? Isn't he Dad's friend ?) Taehyun was a bit disappointed. Had Cedric only come to Monzara to find him on request from Kwan ? Had Kyung-Mi & Kwan already been aware their parents had another child before them already on some level ?

"Dad's friend ? No, Cedric is Dad' junior. Cedric attended the institute a year under Mom & Dad... As for being my friend, he helped out a lot ,& was the only person I enjoyed being around as a child. He was the only one not entirely scared of our gift & treated us kindly." 

Before long, Cedric had come into Kwan' room. His demeanor was serious, but it softened upon seeing Kwan. Cedric probably filled a void in Taehyun' absence for Kwan. There was no doubt they were close. "태현아 갑시다." (Let's go, Taehyun ah.) Go ? Is Cedric going to take Taehyun to Beomgyu ?
