Zelda's P.O.V.

I know what you're thinking.  I'm thinking it, too.  I had just hit Flynn Rider over the head with my frying pan.  And that thing actually hurts!  Just ask Flynn.  He just fought some Palace Guards with it.  Ahem.  Let me rewind back the day up until what happened right this moment.

After managing--finally--to get Flynn inside my closet--in much different ways than Rapunzel did in the movie, although I still managed to smash his fingers in the end--I got into an argument with Mother Gothel, and then once I had managed to get her to leave, I opened Rapunzel's closet as Flynn fell flat on his face.  I'm surprised he hadn't broken his nose from it, either.  Hmph.  Anyways.

I managed to get Flynn to be my Guide to see the Lanterns like Rapunzel had wanted, although there was a few complications.

"Listen, Blondie-"

I had held the frying pan up to his face in a threatening way.  "Rapunzel."

He paused.  "Gazuntite."

And then, of course, he tried to be cute with me, which hadn't worked in the slightest.

"I think you broke my smolder."

I winced.  "Oops?"

So now, since I was traveling with a criminal, Flynn had decided to me take to 'The Snuggly Duckling', only for it to be filled with ruffians, after all.  Something I wanted to avoid.  Then the musical 'I've Got A Dream' came on where I surprisingly was very good at singing.  I guess I had Rapunzel's voice to thank for that.

After that, one of the hook-handed ruffians helped us escape the Guards that were trailing us, and was now trapped inside a cave with Flynn that was filling higher and higher with water every second.  This is where Flynn told me his real name.  "Eugene Fitzherbert."

"I have magic hair that glows when I sing," I said in reply, and realized those words hadn't been mine.  Was I really speaking like Rapunzel now?

"What?"

Then I started singing just as the water engulfed our heads.  The light of my now long golden hair helped us find a way out of the cave and into a small river.  We had survived, but just barely.

And now, we sat beside a fire, Mother Gothel having visited me while Eugene went to search for more firewood after I healed his hand with my hair.  She had given me the satchel with the crown in it.  The crown that I knew was Rapunzel's.

I sighed and went to sleep, the next morning waking up to a very loud scream.  I jolted awake along with Pascal to find Eugene being dragged away by a white horse whose name I knew was Maximus.  I helped Eugene escape Max's grip, but lost one of his boots in the process.  Oh, well.  At least Max had calmed down now.  Plus, it was Rapunzel's birthday--which, I guess, was now my birthday--and both Max and Eugene helped me find my way through town, four little red-headed girls that had willingly braided my long golden hair for me, and then we waited for the Lanterns to show themselves once nightfall came.

I gulped.  This was also where Rapunzel and Eugene had almost kissed.  I breathed out lowly.  I was nervous.  Because I knew what was going to happen next, and I wasn't going to like it one bit.

So it's short, I know :\ But I really want to get this Book done so I could start on the next one xP Sry if I'm anxious, guys, I don't mean to be :P BUT, the next chapter has to do with Belle, and since I recently watched that, I've got a clear image for a Chapter ready. . .Tomorrow! xD Sry, but I'm supposed to be asleep right now ._. I'm a rule breaker just like Rapunzel XD LOL.  Anyways. . .

Nikki wanted me to let you all know that this story is completely my idea (Kris), and refuses to take any of the credit for it :\ So she told me to remove her name from the cover, but I refuse! ^-^ A Friend is a Friend, and I don't take for myself when a Friend deserves the credit for even coming up with starting to write Disney Fan-Fics in the first place :) So sry, Nikki, no can do xP So!
