Chanyeol's POV

Sitting on this damn plane in first class watching out the window as we take off, I can't help but think of Baekhyun. I feel terrible for not seeing him before I left but I know Kai looked after him with the messages he sent me. I look forward to being back with him soon. I wonder if he will be bigger when I return. Thinking of him like that makes me smile. I still can't wrap my head around how someone could leave anyone when they are carrying their child. In a way I am glad I met Baekhyun but also feel so sorry for him. I just wish he would agree to date me as I have never ever felt this way about somebody I just met. Am I going crazy or is this genuinely love at first sight?.

Next morning

Baekhyun POV

"Oh crap" just as I open my eyes my body wants to vomit so I cover my mouth and quickly make a run for the bathroom while not tripping up over my bed sheets that I have launched off the bed. Falling to my knees my stomach dry reaches stopping me from trying to catch a breath.

Finally after a few minutes it stops and I can breathe like a normal person. Dragging myself off the floor I head back to my bedroom. Sitting down on the edge of the bed I rub my stomach hoping the baby is ok after making me dry reach. My phone buzzes making me reach across to the empty side of my bed to grab it.

Baekkie the money we used for the wedding venue and our joint account has been divided in half so if you notice your account has more money in it that is the reason.

Reading that message I just start to break down and cry. The last thing I needed was to hear from my ex, especially at this time in the morning. I throw my phone across my bed and start to cry more. I then start to panic a little. I find it harder to breathe, I get the strength up to leave my apartment and knock-on Kai's hoping he is in to help me.

" Morning are you...?" Baekhyun what's wrong?" I hear kai speak but I can't stop crying

"Hang on" he says then next thing I know he has me up in his arms bridal style and carries me into his sitting room and sits me on the sofa.

"Ok look at me and take a deep breath" he says as he gets on his hunkers in front of me. I take a deep breath and keep doing what he says as I finally start to relax.

" There you go, what happened?" He rubs my hand showing comfort as I take a deep breath so I can tell him.

" My ex sent me a message telling me our joint account was divided and should be in my account"

" And you had a little panic attack?"

" Yes , I think so. I forgot about all of that and hearing from him again just upsets me" I lower my head and start to cry again.

" Hey, it's all over now and guess what Chanyeol said he was going to video call me any minute now would you like to see him?"

" Are you serious I look like death right now" I quickly wipe my tears as he just smiles " You look great you just have red eyes as if you just woke up. It might make you feel better to see him" he smirks as he moves to grab his phone as I quickly fix my hair and wipe my face.

" Hey Yeol," Kai says holding the phone up as he sits beside me on the sofa.

" How was last night Kai, is Baekhyun ok?"

" Last night was great and Baekhyun is here with me now" Kai moves the camera and I smile and feel alive just by seeing him smile on the screen.

" Good morning, how are you?" Chanyeol says as Kai makes me hold the phone while he heads to his kitchen.

" Sorry I look terrible this morning I had a panic attack and Kai helped me calm"

" Oh are you ok, is baby ok? Will I come home do you need anything?"

" Slow down Yeol and take a breath he is fine now" Kai shouts from the kitchen making me giggle at just how cute these two are.

" I am fine now chanyeol I promise please don't worry" I can feel myself blushing, so I look down away from the screen.

" I'm sorry I missed you last night before I left Baekhyun. I was just calling Kai to make sure he was a gentleman and looked after you"

" Chanyeol It was a good night we went out for food, so it was fun" I look up to see Kai walking down the hall to his bedroom, so I whisper into the phone  " I found someone to date Kai"

"Have you, who?" Chanyeol listens carefully while trying not to laugh as I keep checking the hallway in case Kai comes back.

" The head chef and owner of the restaurant he goes to all the time"

" Really oh my god when is this all happening?"

" Tonight but he doesn't know about it . Long story short but I asked the Chef out for Kai, and he said yes. I just need to get him out tonight to the meeting place"

" Wow so you're setting everyone up " Chanyeol smiles, and I get a tingle down below. He has got to be the most sexiest man in this world.

" I had a message from my ex this morning" I blurt it out as chanyeol looks at me with concern.

" I hope he didn't give you any trouble?"

" No no he just told me our joint account has been divided and the money we paid for the wedding venue has been returned. I wasn't expecting to hear from him again and I went into panic mode and ended up here after having a panic attack, well I think that's what it was "

" Oh Baekhyun I'm so sorry I'm glad Kai was there for you though"

" So am I he is good friend to have"

" He is the best Baekhyun. You are in safe hands with him. Can I ask what it was you wanted to tell me last night ? I can't seem to stop thinking about it "

" It was nothing really plus it can wait till you get back for when you make me dinner" I wink at him making him laugh

" Oh yes, I'm cooking for you. I forgot for a minute that I planned that . My mind is all over the place at the moment so please forgive me Baekhyun"

" I look forward to it though " I smile back and realize I am blushing again

"You keep blushing beautiful are you ok"

" Yeah " I look back at him and my heart melts. I really do deep down want this man but hate I am so scared to say it.

" I need to get to the office I would like to call you tonight when your back from being out with Kai"

" I would really like that. I can call you when I'm home"

" How about you text me when you are back, and I will call you then save you money"

" Ok but you know I have unlimited Wi-Fi, so It won't cost me"

" Its ok beautiful just message me when you get home and settled and then I will call you"

" Ok sounds like a plan , speak to you later. Will I pass the phone back to Kai?

" Na its ok I can see you're ok, so I won't need to check with him"

" Ok be safe and speak later "

" You sure will, talk later Baekhyun"

Hanging up the phone I can't remove the smile from my face after seeing him. I really have made up my mind. I want chanyeol and I hope he will say yes.

" Hey did he go?" Kai joins me back in the sitting room after getting dressed.

" Yeah, he just wanted to check with you if I was ok"

" Oh ok cool fancy breakfast before work?"

" Kai, I want to be with chanyeol "

" You know he wants to be with you Baekhyun he has asked you"

" I know but knowing he is away I'm scared he will meet someone else because I said not now"

" Baekhyun, please calm down your starting to panic again. Chanyeol won't give up on you because you said no once. He sent you flowers and he rang me to check up on you while away. Does that sound to you like he wants someone else?"

" No, I just haven't felt this way about someone like this before . He is like a god "

" Oh don't tell him that he is big headed enough as it is" Kai starts to laugh making me relax again.

" What do I tell him?"

" Tell him in person you like him and want to date him"

"Ok I can wait then....Right breakfast come down to Luhan's with me. He usually has lots of breakfast cooking when his boyfriend Sehun is over. I'm sure he will have enough for both of us.

Later that night

" Ok Baekhyun let's get going" I watch as Kai holds open the car door for me as I climb in ready to set him up on his date .

" Ok so down along the docks you want to go right?" He asks while climbing in as I put my seatbelt on.

" Yep, there is a stall that has the best honeycomb in the world, and I am craving it so badly" I can't help but lick my lips knowing soon I will have a massive bag of honeycomb all to myself .

As we drive along, I just look out the window and my mind drifts off to my date with Chanyeol when we came here before.

"Ok we are here" Kai parks the car and climbs out helping me out of the car.

" It's going to be a great night " I smile as we link arms while walking to the stalls. I take a look at my watch and notice Kyungsoo should be here already, so I guide Kai to the area I told him to meet us.

" Oh look at the lights on the water" I push Kai over towards the water's edge as I spot Kyungsoo leaning over the railing looking in.

"Hi," I say aloud making Kyungsoo look around to face us.

" OH...Hi " Kai says with a blush across his cheeks

"Hey" kyungsoo smiles looking nervous but also sexy as hell dressed all in black.

" Ok so you both have fun, and I will catch you later" I move my arm from Kai's as he looks at me confused

" Your friend set us up on a date " Kyungsoo says as Kai looks at me with wide eyes

" Really oh but I can't leave you on your own. I promised Chanyeol I would watch over you " Kai says,  looking all confused and flustered.

" Luhan is at the honeycomb stand waiting for me. I had it planned to take you here and then Luhan would take me home when I got my goodies"

" Ok so it  looks like we are on a date then. Sorry this is all a shock to me " Kai gets really shy as Kyungsoo steps closer

"Well now that we are here how about we get a drink and some food"

" Yes, I'd like that, Baekhyun I love you, be safe ok are you sure Luhan is here?" Kai hugs me as I laugh " Yes look down there see the crazy person waving that is luhan"

We all turn to see Luhan waving like a mad person and burst out laughing

" Go enjoy your night " I head off towards Luhan who is stuffing his face with a cookie waiting for me.

" Must be nice?" I watch as Luhan wipes his mouth of crumbs.

" That worked out nicely" he looks behind me towards Kai and Kyungsoo who seem to be linking arms now

" Yeah hopefully it works out" I turn back to face him and he has that pity look on his face

" Now you need to take your own advice and say yes to Chanyeol," he says while linking me and pulling me closer to my favourite stall.

" I will lulu it's just I'm scared and you can't blame me for that "

" Baekhyun,  I just want to see you happy again. You deserve a man like Chanyeol"

" To be honest lulu I didn't think a guy like Chanyeol would date a person like me"

" Don't be judging a book by its cover . When you both saw each other it was like love at first sight . If we were in a cartoon there would be love birds flying around your heads " he nudges me making me giggle at his thoughts.

" I will tell him I promise"

That evening

"Well baby you have been great tonight" I rub my stomach with lotion after my shower waiting for Chanyeol to video call me.

" I wonder if you would like Chanyeol baby . He seems really nice and caring. He wants to be there for both of us" I keep talking to my stomach as I rub more lotion across my bump.

Buzz buzz

Hearing my phone and getting excited I wipe off my hands and answer the call.

" Hey you" Chanyeol says as he appears laying back on his bed against the headboard looking all fresh from a shower with slightly wet hair.

" Hi, how was your day?" I smile and seeing Chanyeol like this. I just want to jump through the phone and snuggle up to him . Who ever thought a guy like this would want me.

" It was busy but tell me about your set up date with Kai"

" Yeah poor Kai had no clue and Kyungsoo kinda took charge so that was helpful. Kai was afraid because he thought you would be upset for not looking out for me "

" Kai gets like that when he makes a promise he likes to see it through. I will tease him when I speak to him next "

" No no don't do that I told him it would be ok"

" Hey I have to tease him a little about his date and leaving you " he smirks making me giggle like a school kid

" I guess so" I feel sad all of a sudden and Chanyeol shifts on the screen as he sits up better

" Hey,  is something wrong?"

" Yeah" I finally look up as he lays on his side and is looking at me as if I am laying on the bed with him.

" Tell me please" he whispers with a deep voice and I can't help but bite my lip.

" I just rather you were here that's all" I whisper back still watching for his reaction as he smiles a beautiful smile.

" As a friend?" Hearing him says that a tear fills my eyes

" No "

" As what then Baekhyun?' he keeps whispering and my emotions are trying to take over and make a show of me in front of this amazing guy.

"I want to be more "

" Baekhyun look at me, tell me"

" I can't get the words out" I swallow past the lump in my throat looking at him

" I have a feeling I know what it is but I need to hear you say it" he whispers again

" I want to be yours Chanyeol"

" Ok that's it " he says louder and starts to climb off the bed making me confused at what he is doing

" What are you doing ?" I watch the screen as he has placed the phone leaning on the bedside locker as I watch him throwing clothes on his bed

" Chanyeol?" I call out as he gets closer to the phone

" I'm coming home to you " he winks at me and continues to put stuff now into a bag

" Wait, slow down what's happening , did I say something wrong ?" I starts to panic as all I can do is watch the screen of a crazy person packing clothes

" I am coming home to you . You honestly think I'm going to stay here after you just told me that  oh hell no I'm coming back tonight. I need to be with you "

I have no words as we both laugh at just how silly he looks getting everything packed.

" Won't you get into trouble I can't let you get into trouble because of me "

" Hey you listen to me I won't get into trouble trust me. I can come and go as I like "

" Chanyeol ?"

" Yes beautiful" he stops what he is doing and leans closer to the phone giving me his full attention

" Are you really doing this for me?" I whisper softly feeling so excited

" I'm doing it for all three of us" hearing those words my free hand goes straight to my stomach knowing full well what he meant by that

" I'll meet you at the airport " I tell him as he smiles a big smile at me

" You don't have to ...."

I don't let him continue

" No your leaving there to see me I want to be there to pick you up " I get up and shake my laptop awake as he does the same.

"I'd love that Baekhyun " he smiles as he too checks his laptop

" Ok so where are you flying out from?" I search through the pages of airports in China as I clearly have no idea where he is exactly.

" Ok got one, it's in a half hour let me just book it now one second sweetheart " he says making me swoon all over my bed at the name he just called me . I take this time to look at what he has on and it seems to just be tracksuit bottoms and a hoodie. I wonder if he is naked underneath like before . Thinking like that I bite my lip wanting to see him like that again.

" Ok" he moves and looks directly at me again paying me all attention

" Can I have your flight number ?' I grab a pen from my bedside table ready to write it down.

" Yeah so its flight number CB614 leaving at 10.30 which gives me just over 40 minutes to get there .Which means I have to run like hell " he smiles at the last part as I can't keep my eyes off him .

" Ok I will be there to get you" I whisper back as he keeps smiling at me

" I will give you my reply then" he tease me making me laugh

" I know your reply your getting on a plane right now so I know it's the same as mine" I giggle as he smiles an even bigger smile

" Nope I didn't say it so it doesn't count " he teases as I can't stop laughing at his cuteness.

" Ok then go and I will see you really soon" I wave him off as he says goodbye and hangs up the phone .

"Oh crap this is happening " I lay back on my bed trying to control my racing heartbeat .

" I got this I can do this" sitting up I make my way to the bathroom and fix my hair a little and spray some deodorant. I'm leaving on my comfy tracksuit bottoms since he had his on. Once I'm finished I check the flight number again and decide I will head to the airport now and wait because if I stay here I will be on edge .

Checking myself one more time in the mirror I grab my car keys and head out locking my apartment door. Taking the lift down I hope I don't bump into anybody and have to explain what's going on. I just want this to be just about Chanyeol and I for now.

Finally out to my car I climb in, putting my seat belt on I start the car . " Oh this is gonna be fun " I pull out of the car park and head to the airport.

2 hours later

After setting myself up at a small coffee shop near arrivals I pick at a muffin and drink some milk as I wait looking at the arrivals board seeing Chanyeol is in the air right now and will be landing soon.

I can't help but think about what does all this means for us . My life is going to change again in such a short space of time. I didn't want this and now I do . I need to make sure Chanyeol doesn't think this is a rebound .

I glance up at the board again and notice his flight has landed . My heart is pounding and pretty soon he is going to be coming through those doors and into my arms .

I wait 15minutes and then the doors open as people start to come through . I feel rather nervous and excited at the same time that I can't move .

The automatic doors close again and then open as Chanyeol, like the god he is, walks through them looking around for me . I can finally move and walk a little closer as far as I'm allowed to and wave.

He spots me and rushes over dropping his back and hugging me .

" Fucking hell how I have missed you so much" he whispers into my ear as he hugs me tight .

" I've missed you too" I whisper back before he pulls away from the hug.

" So you want to be mine ?" He smirks down at me being taller than my short ass.

" Only if you want to be ours" I touch my small bump making him step closer .

" I want you Baekhyun and I'd like to be apart of babies life too if you will let me "

" Just as long as you know baby will come first"

" Well I should hope so" he smiles at me as we both look down at my tummy

" Baekhyun baby might not be mine by blood but I will treat it like mine if you will allow me"

I look up at him with tears in my eyes as he kisses my nose

" Take me home please Chanyeol I didn't want to talk like that here" I snuggle my head into his chest holding back the tears .

" Yes my chauffeur" he reaches for his bag and links my arm as we head out to the car.

At my apartment

As we lay snuggled on my sofa I was right he was naked under his hoodie . My fingers play with the small bit of hair exposed under his hoodie as we talk.

" Baekhyun, are we officially an item now?"

I sit up better so I can look into his eyes

" Yes I would really like that. I want to tell you something though"

" Yeah of course is something wrong, have you changed your mind ?"

" No I haven't changed my mind it's just when you went away I got jealous I even told Kai "

" Why would you be jealous of me ?"

" Eh have you seen you. You are like a god . Anyone be proud to have you as their partner."

" Why are you jealous Baekhyun?"

" I was scared you would have met someone while you were away and the thought of it killed me " I find myself pouting as he looks at me

" Well there was this one person..." He starts and I feel my heart sink till he smirks and start laughing

" Don't do that" I huff as he lays me on my back and kisses my cheek

" There is nobody Baekhyun and I would wait for you for however long I needed to"

" Why me Chanyeol?"

" Love at first sight " he moves and stands up  from the sofa and holds his hand out for me to take

"Let's lay down in the bed you will be in pain if you sit on the sofa like that" I follow him to the bed as he takes his hoodie off and lays back on the bed. I can't help but drool as I climb up onto the bed and lay beside him .

"So love at first sight hmm?" I snuggle into my pillow as he turns on his side to face me

" Yes the minute I saw you I knew I had to be with you"

" I did find you very attractive when I saw you that first day" I whisper as he looks deep into my eyes

" What Is bothering you Baekhyun? "

" Just if we last and the baby gets older I don't want to lie to him or her about ...." I close my eyes and feel so many emotions flood me all at once

" You don't want to lie to them about who their father is " he finishes the sentence for me and I feel so terrible now.

" I'm sorry"

" Don't be, I wouldn't dare make you lie about anything to the child. I will love the baby as if it was mine but I know the boundaries Baekhyun . I have already thought all this through before I even asked you to be mine. I know what's ahead and I want to be a part of your life and your baby's life . Baby comes first and I wouldn't have it any other way"

" You really are perfect " I cry out as he snuggles me into his chest

" Nobody is perfect Baekhyun " he kisses the top of my head showing me comfort

" Chanyeol there is one more thing I need to clear the air with "

" Yes tell me " he moves a little so I can see him better as I just blurt it out

" I don't want you thinking you are a rebound "

I watch as he laughs a little " I'd be the best rebound you ever had baby" he moves me so I am laying on my back more and leans over and kisses me softly

" Chanyeol " I giggle and push him away playfully

" Sorry but I'll be a rebound you can't get rid of" he smiles making me laugh

" Please take it serious Chanyeol "

" I know I'm not a rebound baekhyun you don't seem the type to do that "

" What type am I then?"

" The type that wants to be loved and give so much love to another. Your heart is pure and I don't think you could hurt a fly. You worry about everyone else but yourself . And the last thing is . You are my type "

" Cheesy " I whisper as he leans in and kisses me again softly before pulling away and cupping my cheek

" Now will you date and be with me Baekhyun ?"
He searches my eyes as I follow my heart and gut and whisper " yes "

" So you're mine then ?" He asks

" As you are mine " I whisper back as he smiles a huge smile

"You just made me the happiest man in the world" he kisses me softly again before snuggling me into his chest .

" Let's sleep beautiful it's been a busy day" he climbs out of the bed and removes his bottoms before climbing under the sheets . I do the same and climb in beside him as we both snuggle down in each other's arms as I lay my head on his chest with his arm around me . I feel so relaxed and happy that I finally fall asleep .
