It was a long flight way too long I must have slept for like 2 hours though ma was asleep so I didn't make too much noise in order not to wake her up. I put my headphones in and listened to love lust and liars by I prevail.

There was a lot of angst in this song but I loved it. I'd never want to ever go through any of this though. I finished the song to find ma had woken up and the pilot announced that we should buckle up as we're close to landing. I was so excited to be finally landing in California. Ma took my hand and smiled at me. "Our new home...here in America." I giggled like a five year old. A few seconds after we'd landed ready to start our life.
