"You're taking me fishing?"
Alana Salomon furrowed her eyebrows together in confusion as she watched the blonde man that she knew was Kimi pick up multiple bits of equipment that was needed for fishing.
"We eat a lot of fish, so we go fishing."
Kimi Raikonnen spoke in a rough voice, since the pair had met up for yet another day that she was in Finland. It had been a week since they had first met and they had spent time every day with one another.
Kimi had kinda gotten used to having her around, but he would never say that out loud.
"I don't know how to fish."
"Then I teach you."
He knew that she would struggle at first with fishing, because everybody did, but she would get the hang of it pretty quickly, he could tell that she was a quick learner.
She had learnt ice skating very quickly only yesterday, so she would pick up fishing just as quick.
Alana liked Kimi.
He didn't speak a lot, she had gathered that really quickly. The most that he had spoken to her was when they first met, and yet she felt safe around him. She felt like she didn't need to hear him talk every second because when he did talk to her, it was always something that made her smile.
Except when he cursed at her, but she had only learnt the meanings for three of the many words that he had used.
They weren't nice that he had called her, but it could've been a lot more harsh, so she didn't mind.
Kimi had taken time out of his week to spend time with her and teach her the way of life in Finland. He paid for her food, he paid for her hotel, he took her out to learn new activities, so she was grateful for him and his generosity.
If only she could do the same for him in Havana, but she couldn't as soon as she arrived back there, she'd be married to a man she didn't love and would have no happiness in her life, no time for anything or anybody except trying for children which she didn't want yet.
She was eighteen.
She wanted to enjoy the world, to spend her youth doing things that she had always dreamt of, and eventually, she would have children, in her late twenties or early thirties, ideally.
She couldn't show him her home because when she would arrive it would no longer be her home.
It would be her prison.
"I caught a fish!"
Alana squealed in excitement after two hours of fishing, having just caught her very first fish. She had failed and messed up previously, but now she had the hang of it.
"Get another!"
Kimi shouted from his place a few metres away from her, an entire bag full of fish that he had caught in the same amount of time, a lot bigger than her first fish too.
But, she was learning, so she would catch bigger fish soon enough.
Or straight away.
"Es enorme, Dios mío!"
The Raikonnen man chuckled to himself with a slight smile upon his face as he heard her speak in her native tongue, the language of Spanish.
His eyes fell upon the fish that she had caught causing them to widen to the size of saucers, because it was a very big sized fish. It was bigger than the multiple catches that he had made.
Quick learner, he huffed.
And yet even though he was disheartened that she had gotten a bigger catch than him, he didn't mind because the smile that he could see on her lips made it all better.

"Finnish people can drink!"
Alana giggled hysterically as she leant her entire body weight on that of her friend, Kimi Raikonnen, who rolled the blue of his eyes at the Cuban girl and how easily she had gotten drunk.
He thought that people in Cuba could drink a lot, but Alana clearly wasn't in that category.
Finnish alcohol was strong, that was common knowledge, but they had only had three beers and two vodkas and she was practically clinging on to him for dear life.
The lights of the club made it harder to see if she just had her eyes closed or if she had passed out, so the Raikonnen man began to carefully weave her through the crowd in order to get her outside and get her seated so that he could check on her and make sure that she was okay.
Once she was seated outside of the club, the blonde man crouched down in front of her, lifting her face with his hand, seeing that she was only just awake, giggles beginning to once again leave her soft pink lips.
"I am taking you home, you need to sleep it off." Kimi rolled his eyes as he pulled her back to her feet, though he quickly resorted to throwing her limp body over his shoulder because she was unable to take two steps without nearly toppling over.
He couldn't take her to her hotel, that was for sure, they would not allow her in because of how drunk she was, so he had no other option to take her back to his home.
He wouldn't leave her on the streets for somebody to take advantage of her. He would never do that.
"Taxi!"
Kimi noticed a hair tie wrapped around her wrist and used it to tie her hair back in to a ponytail of sorts, it wasn't great but he had never done it before so it would have to do.
Once he arrived back at his home, he struggled at getting her in to the building because she had gotten to a drunken stage where she began to fight back to every thing that he did to help her.
He had to duck in order to avoid being punched in the face.
"Note to self, never take her out drinking." Kimi muttered to himself as he gently rested her in his bed, removing her shoes and placing them at the foot of the bed so that she would not panic as to where they were.
He pulled the sheets over her body before grabbing a piece of paper from his bedside table and began to write on it, making sure that he wrote down that she was drunk so he brought her to his home to keep her safe and that he slept on the sofa.
He felt that she would appreciate the information because there were so many men who would not be as honest and genuine as he was.
He scribbled down his name at the bottom of the page with a small smiling face and a heart before placing it down on the side table ready for when she woke up.
"Goodnight, Rakas."
Kimi Matias Raikonnen smiled softly as he carefully and gently closed his bedroom door and headed towards his sofa where he would be spending his night and sleeping.
He curled himself up as he laid on the sofa with his eyes staring upwards towards the ceiling, before he soon fell asleep, for once sleeping with a large smile upon his face.
