A boy in mid twenties enters in a building in his all time attitude. As soon as he enters all the employees wish him morning. He just give them curt nod and goes to his cabin. His pa enters in his cabin taking permission and inform him about his schedule and about his meeting in conference room and left. Boy also left to conference room.

After 2 hours ( conference room),

Person (to boy): congratulations Mr. Malhotra u again win deal....

Boy: Manik Malhotra never loss....

So the boy is Manik Malhotra,

Person left the room, when manik's pa said.....

Pa: Congratulations sir....

Man: Wlcm Aman.....

Aman: sir I have a doubt....

Man(going to his cabin): ask...

Aman(following him): sir we can postpone this meeting then why did you didn't postponed it as u also have a concert.....

Man(sitting on is chair): Ya we can postpone it but what's the use of this, it's my decision to persue music as my career but that not means we will cancel one thing because of other if concert is important then this deal also important if it is small or big. Time skip like this with manik working in office. After completing his all work he left to venue.....

Cabir (mumbering): thank god I don't understand otherwise I will also becoming another dhruv....

Manik (to Cabir): I heard it but one thing I didn't understand that how could u become another dhruv....

Cabir: wait and watch....

Spirit up hospital,

A couple in twenties are crying sitting infront of OT. When they see light of OT change to green. They both stood up and see doctor came out.....

Doctor take off mask and now we can see doctor is girl. Couple goes towards her and asked about surgery.....

Girl: Don't worry your daughter is absolutely fine. I must say she is very strong at this age......

Lady: thank you so much doctor for saving her life.....

Man: We don't know doctor how should we thank u

Girl(smilling): it's my duty. U can meet her after we shift her in ward. We will keep her here for somedays in under observation. Have nice day....

Saying this she left to her cabin.....

After sometime nurse came in....

So the girl is Nandini Murty,

Nandini: thank u Veebha.....

Veebha: Mam didn't you have fear about this surgery.....

Nandini: Ya I got fear but not of surgery, I have for that small girl. No one think that this small girl have hole in her heart. But whenever I see her face na I got courage to do work hard and make her fit and fine.....

Veebha smile and informing about her appointment and shift left the room......

Whole day she was busy with her patients. At night she left to home.....

They leave to backstage.....

Nodding in yes they move leaving Manik there. As soon as all leave manik goes to corner and leave....

He was calling someone continuously....
