Precap: Sanskar and her started running closer to where the voice came from but didn't find anything. Then finally some shadows caught Sanskar's eyes and he saw the horrifying scene taking place in the alley.

Sanskar was beyond furious. He was out of his senses. He screamed, "CHIRAG!!!" and ran towards them. He grabbed Chirag in the nick of time and pushed him to the ground. Then he saw Swara and was distraught to see her condition. She was numb, quiet, and dull.

Sanskar: "RAGINI get over here!" He screamed as Ragini was still in shock looking their way.

Ragini quickly snapped out of it and ran over. She picked up Swara's dupatta and phone. She wrapped the dupatta around her and then noticed that the phone was on record mode still. She held Swara up by her shoulders.

Ragini: "Swara... Swara... its okay, we are here now. Please say something." She cried. However Swara was silent and staring into blank space.

Now Sanskar turned to Chirag who was trying to get away. He picked him up by the collar and started beating him up. However, Sanskar then started to drag Chirag back towards the mansion. Sanskar turned and told Ragini to follow him. However, when Ragini tried to walk forward holding her sister, Swara fell back to the ground. She still hadn't spoken a word or cry. Sanskar had left already with Chirag. Ragini hugged Swara and tried to help her up again. She literally had to drag Swara with her carefully. When they reached the door of the mansion, Swara dropped at the steps and Ragini decided to sit down with her. She was crying for her sister but didn't understand why she wasn't saying anything.

Meanwhile, Sanskar dragged Chirag into the main hall where all of the guests and both families were present. At the last step, he threw Chirag down in the middle of the hall so that everyone there could see him. Gayatri and her husband ran to Chirag.

Gayatri: "BETA what happened?! Sanskar what the hell is this nonsense?" She yelled furiously.

All of the Maheswari's were quiet. Sujata looked on confused, as well as Nikhil.

Sanskar: "Your asking me what this is?! Ask your son what he was up to!"

Chirag: "Maa, I will not do this engagement anymore. He insulted me so badly!"

Sujata: "No Chirag. Don't say that! Sanskar what is your prob-" She was cut off by Sanskar. Annapurna held Uttara's hand reassuring her at this point.

Sanskar: "MAA, please now this is enough! Chirag you aren't breaking this engagement, we are!" With that Sanskar went to Chirag pulled him up and started to punch him.

Chirag was trying to defend himself and get Sanskar, but Sanskar was in a mad rage. He wouldn't stop when the others tried to pull him off either. He kept smacking Chirag everywhere. Once Chirag fell on the ground too tired to fight back, Sanskar started kicking him furiously. No one could control him. All of the guests quickly started leaving as this was taking place.

Ragini: "Sanskar stop it now! I have called the police and they are on the way." She said as she walked in with Swara's phone. She had left Swara by the entrance because she had to get this piece of evidence in front of everyone. Sanskar stopped but was standing still glaring at Chirag. Nikhil was trying to hold him back, so at this point he stood next to him.

Durga Prasad: "What is going on here!?" He said in a confused and frustrated tone.

Ragini: "Papa ji, I will show you." She said looking at Chirag disgustingly.

Gayatri: "What do you mean by Bade papa? Are you guys playing a game with us. Sujata look at what your MAD son did to my poor child!" She said accusing Sujata.

Ragini: "Oh shut up Gayatri aunty. Your full of crap and we all know that." When Ragini said this, everyone was shocked at her behavior. Gayatri tried to snap back at her, but then again Ragini said, "don't even try."

Ragini then walked to the T.V. and played the video recording from Swara's phone. The video started with Swara following Chirag into the alley and the conversation that unfolded afterwards. Thankfully the phone had dropped after Chirag's confession, which is when Ragini stopped the video. She didn't want anyone to see her sister's helpless state. Ragini had already watched the video and knew what happened next and shuddered at remembering her sister's voice pleading to Chirag to stop.

Everyone was shocked, especially Sujata. Annapurna sighed out of relief for Uttara's life was saved before anything bad could really happen. Uttara was still in shock. Sujata walked up to Gayatri and slapped her across the face for playing with them. She was remorseful as she should have listened to Annapurna and Sanskar when they tried to warn her something was fishy about this family. The police then walked in and took away all three of them for fraud and Chirag for much more, which Ragini had informed the police about beforehand over the phone.

Sujata then walked over to Uttara and folded her hands in front of her asking for forgiveness. Uttara then started to cry and suddenly fainted. Nikhil was close and lifted her up and her family guided him to her room while following him. Ragini and Sanskar were the only ones left in the hall. Ragini started to walk up the stairs to go out to Swara when Sanskar tried to follow her.

Ragini: "Stop it Sanskar. This happened because of you." She said coldly. She was mad at him for she couldn't take seeing her sister in this state.

Sanskar: "Ragini... I... I am sorry I didn't listen to you guys first-"

Ragini: "You know this all could have been avoided only if you listened to Swara. Please stop it. I have to go to her now." With that she walked out. However Sanskar still followed her.

Sanskar's thoughts: I am such an idiot. When we got out to her, she was still. She was staring at the ground not saying anything. Ragini tried hard to make her talk and help her up but Swara was just sitting there without any movement. I finally couldn't take it and moved Ragini slightly over from her and went to her.

Sanskar: "Swara..." She still didn't respond.

Sanskar then sat down next to her and pulled her into his arms. She tried to jerk away from him, still in shock about what had just taken place, but he didn't let her. He tightened his hold around  her and said "Shona". Finally Swara started sobbing. Tears continuously streamed down her face and Sanskar let her stay like that. She clutched his kurta tighter and her cries started getting louder. He kept caressing her hair and back assuring her he was here and now she would be okay. After awhile she fainted in his arms.

Ragini: "Sanskar look at her. She won't move!" She cried looking at her sister's state.

Sanskar then scooped Swara up bridal style in his arms and walked inside followed by Ragini. He took Swara to their room and laid her down on the bed. He sat down next to her and held her hand. Ragini sat down on her other side after closing the door behind her.

Sanskar: "Ragini, don't tell anyone about this. I don't think Swara would want them to know." He said while staring at Swara with concern and guilt in his eyes.

Ragini: "Yeah. I know. I just wish she would speak with me about it at least."

Sanskar: "Don't worry Ragini, you know her, she just needs some time. Please don't let anyone know she is here. They don't mind you staying so it'll be okay for you, but just inform ma (Sharmista) that you both will stay here tonight."

Ragini: "Okay. I'll head to my room then. Please inform me when she wakes up." Ragini knew they needed to be left alone and that Sanskar was the only person who could help Swara out of this.

Sanskar then walked Ragini out of the room and shut the door and pulled the curtains, so that no one would notice her there. He then went and sat next to Swara again.

Sanskar: "I am sorry Swara. This all happened because of me. I'm really sorry. Please just wake up. Please Shona." He said as tears rolled down his cheeks.

He fell asleep at the side of the bed holding Swara's hand.

"STOP. PLEASE STOP." Screamed Swara, startling Sanskar from his sleep. It was in the middle of the night already as the moon was out. Sanskar quickly calmed her down and hugged her. He then felt his shirt was wet and knew she was crying again. He tightened his grip around her and rested his head back on the headboard of the bed. After awhile, he had enough of her tears. He cupped her face and started to wipe her tears.

Sanskar: "Shona, please stop crying. He's locked up now. Please. I know its hard but please try. We are all here for you." His eyes were now soft and full of love and concern for her, which she could sense.

Swara: "I... I... just stay away from me." She tried to pull away from him, but he didn't let her.

Sanskar: "Stop it Swara. Enough. I'm your husband for god's sake."

After a long pause, Swara hugged him back. She needed him.

Swara: "Sanskar, please help me forget this. Please." She pleaded with him.

Sanskar: "Sshh. It's okay. Did he..." Sanskar needed to know the answer.

Swara: "Thank you for finding me on time, Sanskar I didn't know what I would have done or else. If you hadn't reached there on time..." and she started to cry again.

Sanskar now helped Swara up and walked her to the bathroom. He saw her clothes. Her sleeves were ripped. He helped her take off her earrings and clothes. He saw the marks on her neck and rubbed his fingers over them. A tear escaped her eyes when he looked at her so lovingly. He turned on the shower and helped her clean up. He then went out of the bathroom and let her finish. He was sitting on the couch when she walked out in her night clothes, which he had given her from her closet. He was mesmerized looking at her with her wet hair. He walked over to her and led her to the bed. He helped her lay down and pulled the comforter over her asking her to sleep. He was turning around to walk away to sleep on the couch when Swara held his hand and stopped him.

Swara: "Sanskar... Can you please sleep with me. Don't leave me alone." She pleaded. He complied and laid down next to her. She moved closer to him and wrapped her arms around him. She was at ease in his arms and so was he in hers. He was caressing her hair lovingly while trying to help her fall asleep. He knew she liked it when he did that. She then looked up at him, her face was just inches away from his. "Can you please kiss me?" she asked him.

Without wasting time, Sanskar put his lips on her forehead, then her eyes, her cheeks, and then her lips. He was slowly kissing her and she was responding to him. Both had missed each other and it was evident to them at the moment. Sanskar started to kiss her harder and Swara responded by wrapping her arms around his neck. He pulled her closer to him and held her waist. Everything felt perfect with them together. He pulled back slowly and looked into her eyes asking her for permission and she nodded. He moved down to her neck and kissed her over  the marks that were already present, marking her as his. She moaned in pleasure. He then came back up to her and started kissing her lips again. He finally slowed down, looked at her, cupped her face, and pecked her lips again. He then hugged her tight and asked her to sleep as it was late and she needed to rest. She complied and soon they both fell asleep peacefully for the first time in the past few months.
