Chapter 18: Writer's Note, Please Read
So, hey to everyone that read my story, I hoped you liked it and that it encouraged you! Now I had been thinking about writing this story for a long time, because as Megan dealt with a bully, and fear came over her for singing in public or kissing Conner, I have realized how much I relate to her. I did deal with a bully in middle school, and it was no fun, to feel that way. Recently, I also have known rejection and hatred from people, and lost my trust in people I thought would be there for me, no matter what. But as I wrote this, I realized that just as Megan had her friends beside her to be her support through the hard times and the chaos of life, I have been given friends as well that have stuck with me for three years, and hopefully counting up to be more. I met the seven of them in a class in my second year of high school, and amazingly, we are still able to see each other, and we know everything about each other. I am just so grateful that I have them now. As for the chemistry chapter, and the error in the book, that was a little inspiration off what my chemistry book had in it this last year. So, one thing I hope this book did for you, was to encourage those of who who are battling demons of self worth, image, and bullies, to tell others about them. It's always easier to get through things together, as a team, if I should say... And no, I would never, ever encourage or recommend punching people that annoy you. I just slipped it in there to show girl power and that us girls know how to fight back, hard, even if we don't always look like we could.
Now, onto the next part, I am looking for a new topic to do a book on. It can be anything from the CW Flash series, Season 1 Young Justice, or even Arrow, if it comes down to it. If you give me an idea, and I like it, I will give you full credit for the idea in the description, just let me know.
Finally, I am so grateful that you guys like my writing! It makes me so happy every morning to wake up, or to turn on my Wattpad app midday, and see that new people have either added my book to their reading list, or have already read it. I hope the rest of my works will encourage you as well...just as some of your works, have influenced and encouraged me!
~Until my next work or next time~ -Megan
