Wrote this hella long chapter as a sorry for taking long to update. This story just got a whole lot more intense and harder to write but I'm excited anyways :)

   "Hey Peach."

Niall poked his head through the opening of Harry's bedroom door, blue eyes searching for Harry. His gaze fell upon the large lump under the blankets and covers of Harry's bed, pink lips turning downwards. Harry pulled his head out from under with a groan, flipping over so that his back faced Niall, and hugged his pillow with a pout. Niall entered the bedroom and closed the door behind him, climbing onto the bed and setting down Angel the bunny, whom he had picked up from the rabbit pen in Harry's backyard. He knew Harry loved to play with his bunnies to cheer him up, so he was hoping it'd at least bring a smile to his face.

"Look who I brought here today!" Niall exclaimed quietly. "It's Angel!"

Harry's brows lowered and his eyes screwed shut before they cracked open, a groan escaping his lips. He turned to lay on his back, a deep frown on his face as he looked at Niall. Niall set the bunny down on the bed, watching it hop about before it hopped onto Harry's chest and settled there. Harry's washed out green eyes landed on Angel, hands coming out from under the covers and reaching for Angel, cradling her as he pouted at her. He was reminded of the time Adriana had a nightmare while they slept together for the first time in his room, and he tried to cheer her up by introducing her to his bunnies. He remembered how Angel was her favorite one.

"Aw Peach, I didn't think Angel would make you cry," Niall said sadly when he saw Harry's lower lip tremble and eyes grow glossy.

"Everything reminds me of her," Harry whispered softly with a broken voice. "God it hurts, Niall."

"I know, Harry," Niall could only sigh and say. He then parted his lips to talk about what he came here to say. "Harry, do you think-"

"I don't want to hear it."

Niall cringed at the way Harry snapped at him, slightly hurt at the harsh tone he used because Harry was never like this. He had done some thinking the night Harry told him Adriana cheated on him, and felt something odd the more and more he thought about Adriana cheating. It didn't seem like her at all as he knew Harry was the only man she has ever loved in her life. Plus, Niall knew Harry and her have had much worse fights than the one he described last night. Something just felt off, and Niall couldn't put his finger on it. He needed to see Adriana's side of the story in order to make a proper judgment of the situation.

"You don't even know what I have to say," Niall frowned at him.

"You've been trying to convince me all morning," Harry rolled his eyes at him. He's been bed since last night, and Niall had come earlier that morning to talk to him about talking to Adriana. He had left briefly to run some errands and returned with Angel to cheer him up, only to find him still in bed.

"Look, do you love her?" Niall asked straight up in a loud tone, widening his eyes to emphasize his words when Harry snapped his gaze towards him.

"You know the answer to that question," Harry responded grimly, dead, pale jade eyes gazing at him before looking away.

"Then don't you want an explanation as to why she did...that?" Niall questioned with raised brows.

"She didn't seem to want to give one yesterday," Harry muttered bitterly, dropping his face into his hands, rubbing up and down. "I-I dunno, Niall. I sent a bunch of texts and missed calls at like 3 in the morning because I couldn't sleep."

"And she didn't respond later? At all?"

"No, she didn't," Harry sighed heavily, leaning back against his sofa.

"So you should go see her-"

"No I-I can't bear to even look at her," Harry immediately shook his head, face contorting with sadness. "I'll lose every ounce of strength I have left in me and probably break down crying."

"Oh Harry," Niall sighed sadly, walking over to Harry who was still lying in bed, with red-rimmed eyes and a broken heart. "C'mere, Peach."

Harry pouted and crawled into his arms, sniffling as Niall held him, rubbing his back comfortingly. Niall's heart ached for his best friend, and he felt a mixture of emotions stirring up as he sat there trying his best to comfort Harry. After he had done his thinking, he didn't want to jump to conclusions and think that Adriana cheated. But what other conclusion can you get from seeing a half-naked stranger and your half-naked girlfriend, who was covered in bruises, together?

Nonetheless, Niall just wanted Harry to get her side of the story, to see if she really did cheat on him, and if she did then Harry should leave her. But knowing Harry, Niall assumed that Harry would find it difficult to break up with her because he was in love with her, and he wants to be able to make sure that her addiction doesn't consume her and destroy her life, specifically Mateo.

"I'm scared to find out about the truth," Harry murmured quietly to Niall. "I feel like it'll be bad whichever way it goes."

"Let's hope not."

"Mamá! Mamá! Look! Papá got caramel popcorn for me!"

"Really? That's nice of him," Adriana smiled softly when a very happy and excited Mateo approached her.

The move snacks trip that had turned into a quick grocery trip, had gone successful for Dean. He spoiled Mateo rotten by buying everything the little child had asked for. Adriana wasn't sure if she was imagining it or reading too much into it, but she could tell that there was this weird, familial bond the two shared. It was aiding Dean's bonding with Mateo greatly, and Adriana really wished it didn't.

She didn't want Mateo to develop a relationship with Dean, because of the kind of person he was, and because it will be difficult for Mateo to leave him when Adriana figures out a way to escape Dean's clutches. But there was nothing she could do as of now because she'd be jeopardizing her own life if she were to try to ruin Dean's attempts at bonding with Mateo.

"He also said that for mi cumpleaños, we're gonna go to Disneyworld!" Mateo exclaimed with the biggest grin on his face, jumping up and down with his tiny hands waving about.

Adriana tried to stop her face from forming a frown, and parted her lips to say that it sounded like a fantastic idea. But Dean had walked in just then, calling for Mateo to come watch Coco because it was already starting. Mateo tugged at Adriana's hand, telling her to come along. She told him she'd be there in a few minutes after putting the groceries away. She reached for the top shelves to shove in the new cereal they bought before shutting the cupboard door and flinching when she spotted Dean standing there.

"You told him we're going to Disneyworld, huh?" she spoke after a few minutes, unable to take the silence and his intense staring. "You do know that's in Orlando, right?"

"So?" Dean uttered in questioning, folding his arms over his chest and leaning against the counter. "I'll book plane tickets and we'll stay there for a couple of nights. If my kid wants to go to Disneyworld, I'll fucking take him there."

"Stop spoiling him for fuck's sake," Adriana snapped quietly at him. Dean dropped his arms, jaw clenching at her tone. "You can't keep giving him everything he wants. You don't do that with him; it'll make him more demanding and ungrateful when he grows up."

"Geez I'm just trying to make him happy-"

"You're trying to buy his love," Adriana continued to say to him, turning to look at him with this hateful expression on her face. Dean could literally feel her anger and annoyance radiating from her.

"Well I don't know what else to do!" Dean exclaimed with a scowl. "Fucking hell you gotta tell me what to do. I'm new to this shit, you know that!"

Adriana scoffed and shook her head, turning back to clear away the reusable bags they had used. Suddenly, she found her back against the counter, the harsh marble digging into her spine as Dean had aggressively shoved her against it. One of his hands gripped the counter behind her; firm body pressing against her smaller frame while his other hand tightly gripped her face from under her chin. Adriana winced at the way his fingertips dug into the sides of her face. Her hands shoved at his chest, lips letting out small, irritated grunts, but he wouldn't budge.

"We're not done having this conversation," Dean growled lowly, menacing, dark eyes glaring at her warningly. "It will continue after we watch the movie with Mateo."

The conversation did continue after the movie as soon as Mateo was fast asleep and Adriana was within the confines of her bedroom with Dean. But it didn't last long as it got heated very quickly, and Dean ended up taking her against her will because their fighting had him aroused. Adriana had no choice but to muffle her cries of pain and protest because Mateo was sleeping next door. She had to bite her lower lip to conceal her loud whimpers, body shaking and eyes screwing up. Her mind was screaming at her body for enjoying the pleasure. For the way the pressure built up at the pit of her stomach with every thrust. For the small moans that threatened to escape, worsening the guilt and shame she felt in her heart.

"Fuck I've missed that," Dean collapsed to her side onto the bed, naked, sculpted chest gleaming with sweat.

Adriana ignored his words when he asked if she had missed that too, trying to stop herself from slapping him and clawing at his handsome face for being such a disgusting, asshole. She made a move to go to the bathroom, muttering an excuse consisting of cleaning up. Once she had the door locked, she leaned back against it and slid down to the floor, eyes screwing up and face contorting in pain.

She had fought so hard to win her body back after years of abuse and rape by him, only to lose it all again after two nights. She detested herself, her body especially for flooding with pleasure and making her release the way she did. The way she always did with him. It just made everything much for harder for her as she felt disconnected from her precious body as it was in the hands of Dean.

When she returned to bed, she found Dean lying on his back, staring up at the ceiling. She avoided looking at him, and went to grab her nightwear, throwing that on and crawling into bed. She curled up on the left side, straying as far away from him as possible. But it was no use as Dean moved to spoon her, wrapping a firm arm around her torso and pulling her back against his chest. She swallowed thickly, parting her lips to mutter aggressively to him.

"Do not touch me."

"You weren't complaining when I did just a few minutes ago," Dean frowned, almost in genuine confusion. She jammed her elbow into his stomach, making him cry out loud and shuffle away. "Ow! What the fuck, Adriana?"

"No means no, why don't you get that?" she whipped around to glare at him angrily, making his brows lower.

"You know it turns me on when you fight me," Dean said in a low voice. "The addiction is...insane, Adriana."

"So fucking go to rehab, stop taking it out on me," she snapped quietly at him, turning away and pulling the covers over her shoulder. She thought of how ironic her words were, and how she also needed to go to rehab.

"As if," Dean scoffed loudly, folding his arms behind his head. "It's different with you. I'm more satisfied."

"Is that why you came back? To satisfy your addiction?" Adriana retorted, making him scowl in irritation, reaching out to grab her bicep and pull her back to look at him.

"I came back because you have a fucking son whom I'm the father of, which you didn't fucking tell me," Dean spoke in a harsh tone, fingertips digging into her arm, making her wince a little.

"I still don't get it," Adriana yanked her arm back. "I still don't get why you want us all to be a family and shit. It's hard to believe considering the type of person you are."

"I didn't want to be a shit father to Mateo like mine was to me," Dean answered shortly, before he added, "and yours was to you. He deserves a good father and I intend to be one."

"You know, when you warned me not to hurt Mateo, I was hurt," he continued to speak. "You know how much it killed me to see you suffer from your father's abuse. How could you think I'd put our own son through that?"

Adriana didn't say anything.

"Do you not remember that day I came for you? That day you called me crying because he kicked you and you broke a rib, and no one was there to take you to the hospital," Dean urged, poking her to turn around and look at him, but she didn't. "Your pathetic excuse of a sister didn't even take you to the hospital."

"I don't wanna talk about this anymore-"

"I saved you that day, remember that?" Dean cut her off sharply, tone now firm. "We lived together, you escaped the abuse, because of me."

And you continued that abuse, Adriana silently said, but her heart didn't have the courage to say it out loud because he was partially right, and she was afraid of him. She remembered how he took her to the hospital, cradling her as if she was the most precious thing on this planet. She remembered how he stayed with her until she fell asleep, and left the hospital to go and give her father and broken rib and inform him that she was never going to return to him again. She had turned 18 just a week before that, thus she didn't need to live with her father anymore. Dean was willing to do anything to get her away from her father.

But who will get me away from the abuse now? She wondered to herself before exhaustion rolled over her body, and sleep called her name.

∙❧∙

"Donnie?"

"Hey...Adriana," Donnie coughed awkwardly, averting his gaze. Adriana had panicked and rushed to open the door when someone had rang the doorbell, praying that it wasn't Harry, and luckily it wasn't.

"What are you doing here?" Adriana questioned with a hard expression on her face. If Donnie hadn't given away details about Adriana to Dean, he would've never came.

"I-I'm here to see my boss," he replied, raising his eyes to look at her. "I didn't know you knew him."

"She's my ex," Dean appeared behind Adriana before she could answer for herself. "Well was my ex, and the mother of my son."

"Oh Mateo is your kid, wow I see the resemblance now that I think of it-"

"Shut up, let's get to work now," Dean cut him off, and gestured for him to come into the living room.

Adriana stepped aside while Donnie frowned lightly in confusion, knowing that Adriana was with Harry, not Dean. As if knowing exactly what he was thinking, Adriana grabbed Donnie and pulled him aside, out of Dean's sight to mutter quickly and harshly to him.

"Do not mention Harry to him or in front of him," she said to him, dark eyes gazing at him warningly. "Got it?"

"Yeah I got it," Donnie nodded quickly in response, still slightly confused but very curious.

Dean called out loudly for Donnie, wondering where he had disappeared off. Donnie scrambled away, making Adriana's eyebrows shoot up and how afraid he was of Dean. She watched them in the living room from around the corner, watching Donnie take out a couple of plastic bags of cocaine out. Adriana's pupils dilated at the sight of the white powder, swallowing thickly and shifting anxiously. Her demons have been loud this morning, as all her anxiety, guilt and mental pain triggered the cravings. She wanted to resist so bad, but it was getting increasingly difficult as there is cocaine literally living in her apartment.

Suddenly, she was pulled out of her thoughts when her ears detected an iPhone ringing. Her phone. Her heart dropped in her chest, only one name coming to her mind at the sound of the blaring phone. Harry. Mateo spotted his mother speeding past his room and into her room. He frowned and decided to follow her.

Adriana on the other hand reached her phone just as it stopped ringing. She grabbed her phone, sitting on the bed and gazing with worried eyes at the numerous messages he had left. He was demanding that they meet, but Adriana was anxious and confused as she didn't know what to do. If she were to meet him, what could she say? How could she leave Mateo alone with Dean and leave to meet Harry? More questions bombarded her mind, and she desperately needed advice on what to do.

"Jazmín," she murmured, scrolling through her contacts, wondering who to ask for help. "No, no, she'd try to call the police."

It was the same for Iris and Hadiya. She realized she didn't really have anyone else other than those three. Her brows pulled low and her face contorted with stress and worry, unsure of what to do with Harry and how to keep him away until she could figure out how to escape Dean. Her heart sank in her chest at the realization, finding the similarity between herself now and previously when she was with Dean. She never had anybody when she was Dean: nobody but Dean.

She lifted her gaze when she spotted Mateo standing by the doorway, Simba toy in hand with a curious look on his face. Adriana forced a smile to curl on her lips as she parted them to speak.

"Hey baby, you alright?" Adriana questioned, watching him smile back and nod.

He ran over to her, arms holding up for her to carry him as he stood in front of her, tiny feet standing on her own. Adriana swallowed thickly and pressed her lips together, reluctantly going to lift him up and onto his lap. It just broke her heart how much she detested the way her skin crawled when she looked at Mateo now, and when he touched her, either through a hug or a kiss.

It just reminded her too much of Dean, and it was getting increasingly hard not to flinch and push him away. Her eyes screwed up tightly when Mateo suddenly hugged her, pressing his small body against hers and burying his face into her neck. When he pulled back, he grinned at her widely, making her chuckle softly, ruffling his hair playfully.

"What was that for?" she questioned with a light smile, full on grinning when he cupped her cheeks and kissed her nose.

"Mi sol told me to always hug you, and kiss you and tell you I love you," Mateo said with a bright smile. "Te amo, Mamá!"

"Te amo, Mateo," she responded with her eyes fluttering shut and a smile on her face. The little boy didn't know how much those words meant to her. She still felt a small crack in her heart at the sound of mi sol.

"Mamá, I miss mi sol. I think Papá will really like him. Papá and mi sol like crêpes, so they must like each other!" Mateo whispered to her with his brown eyes twinkling.

"Cariño, you can't talk about mi sol like that when Papá is here," Adriana hushed him up, wary eyes darting to the door that was half open. "And you forgot you must speak in Spanish if you want to talk about mi sol."

Mateo parted his lips to speak, but was quickly interrupted by Adriana's phone ringing all of a sudden. Both pairs of dark eyes snapped to the phone that was beside Adriana, watching Harry's name flash across the screen. Mateo grinned widely, patting his mother for attention and pointing at the phone.

"Mi sol!"

"What's a mi sol?"

Adriana's lips parted in surprise, eyes darting to Dean who had just entered the room. He had come to find his wallet. Dean frowned as Adriana scrambled to end the call before she could speak. Mateo pressed his lips together, knowing that his mother told him not to talk about Harry in front of his father. Adriana was secretly grateful that Mateo was an obedient child.

"Mateo's imaginary friend," Adriana responded casually, grabbing her phone and tucking it into her pocket before wrapping her arms around Mateo and lifting him up as she stood up.

"Leave him in his room, and come back here," Dean grabbed her arm and told her firmly, making her narrow his eyes at him. He wanted to question her about this imaginary friend. He was uneducated on how it was normal for kids to have imaginary friends at that age.

She shrugged him off and carried Mateo away to his bedroom, placing him on the bed and leaving a kiss on his head. She told she'll be back and that they could cook lunch together, before she left his bedroom and closed the door behind her. When she entered the bedroom again, her phone started ringing in her pocket, making her groan softly under her breath and turn it off.

When she looked up, Dean was gazing at her with a deep frown, to which she arched her brows challengingly at. She liked that she still had some confidence in her, most of which came from being protective over Mateo, the rest from gaining her self-esteem and worth back after leaving Dean. It helped her stand up to him, but she knew it was inevitable that she was going to lose that confidence because of the consequences that came along with talking back to him, as well as the trauma from the rape.

"Who the fuck keeps calling you?" Dean questioned sharply, dark eyes dangerously lit with a hellish fire.

"My boss. I have a job, which I haven't been doing ever since you came," Adriana responded, making him knit his brows together.

"And what job is that?"

"I'm a stripper," she said lowly, making his eyebrows shoot up and lips part.

"Way to degrade yourself, Adriana," Dean scoffed with a shake of his head. "I expected you'd be a ballerina or something, dancing for that New York Ballet Company. Wasn't that your dream?"

"Yeah I was one, but I got fired," she shrugged lightly. "They caught me doing cocaine." She didn't know why she was telling him this, but she guessed that he'd probably make her tell him and that it'd be hard to lie since he knew her so well.

"You still do cocaine?" Dean's eyes widened at this new information. "Adriana, what the fuck, we have a kid! You can't be doing fucking cocaine."

"Oh wow, I didn't think of that, I should just stop, shouldn't I?" Adriana retorted sarcastically and loudly. "Oh yeah I can't because it's fucking hard!"

"Don't give me that shit, I'll put you in fucking rehab if I need to," Dean snapped in response, angered by her attitude. "You need to come off that shit right now, and you need to quit that stupid stripper job. Jesus, you're a mother, not some drug-addict whore."

"I am not a fucking whore," Adriana flared up, shoving at his chest all of a sudden. "I love dancing and my job allows me to do that, so fuck you for thinking it's degrading."

"Why does it empower you?" Dean arched a brow at her, using a mocking tone. "Maybe you can work tonight and I'll come down and watch, get a private show too."

Adriana shook her head with a scoff, turning to leave the bedroom but she was suddenly yanked back by him. He kicked the door shut, and shoved her back against it. The thought of having her dressed like a stripper and giving him a lap dance had triggered his addiction and he was now desperate to see it happen.

As Dean was forcing her to work tonight for exactly that, Donnie was stood by the bathroom that was outside the bedroom. He was about to use it but he paused when he could hear Dean's harsh muttering and Adriana's quiet protests through the door. He could hear all the disgusting, degrading things Dean was muttering to her about how much he'd like it to see her pole-dance and strip for him. It made Donnie's turn. His brows lowered and face contorted with guilt, blaming himself for what was happening to Adriana because he was the one who gave Dean her address and mentioned her in the first place.

He pretended to come out of the bathroom when he heard the door handle of the bedroom moving, averting his gaze when Dean stepped out of the room. Dean muttered a few words to Donnie about the clients he had to take care of, before going into Mateo's room to play with him since he promised Mateo they'd build Lego castles together. Adriana appeared a second later, locking gazes with Donnie and feeling heart tighten in her chest. She prayed Donnie didn't hear any of what Dean had just said, and muttered that she'll walk Donnie out. Once they reached the door, Donnie turned to speak to her lowly.

"Adriana, I-I'm sorry I told him about you, I swear I didn't know-"

"It's fine, Donnie," Adriana interrupted quietly, slightly ashamed that he had heard it all. "You really didn't know."

"Look, I know we haven't been the best of friends....or-or friends at all, but if there's anything I can do to help you; let me know," Donnie muttered a little awkwardly, while Adriana gazed at him a strangely, finding it odd that he was suggesting such a thing. "Dean...he has my sister as some kind of sex prisoner okay and I don't know where, and-and hearing that stuff he just said to you. It makes me sick, and I know it's probably happened to my sister. I don't want it happening to you, nobody deserves that."

"Donnie," Adriana mumbled quietly in surprise, sadness flickering in her dark eyes. "I'm so sorry, I didn't know."

"Well no one does really, and I'm trying to pay a debt so," Donnie muttered with a sigh. "Anyways, I've got to go, but you can talk to me if you need to. I'm a good listener."

"Actually, I think I could use your help," Adriana said quickly, remembering Harry and his consistent messaging and calling. "Can I text you when, where and what time to meet?"

Adriana knew that with Donnie, he wouldn't try to save her from Dean by calling the police or anything. Dean was using his sister against him, so she knew if Donnie went against Dean, Dean would hurt his sister. It was a terrible thing to even consider in this situation, but Adriana couldn't help it. Donnie could just help her with advice, specifically on what to do with Harry. If Dean finds her talking to Donnie she could just blame it on her craving for cocaine. Donnie was the only one there for her. She couldn't drag Iris, Hadiya, nor Jazmín into this because it was too dangerous, and Harry too.

"Sure, just be careful with Dean around," Donnie said lowly. "I'll see you soon, Adriana. Stay strong, and again, I really am sorry."

"Stop apologizing please," she sighed a little. "I'll message you."

∙❧∙

It was around 8 in night when Adriana dropped Mateo off at Jazmín's place and headed to the club. Dean was out doing some work concerning a shipment of cocaine arriving in New York, and said that he'll come to the club around midnight. Adriana thus had some time to talk to Donnie and figure out her situation with Harry before starting work for the night. She paced around on the roof of the club, wrapping her coat around her body firmly, pulling her phone out to look at the time. Morgan knew Donnie and often bought from him too, so Adriana knew he'd let him go up to the roof and meet her if he asked.

"Hey."

Adriana spun around, a relieved sigh escaping her lips as she heard him and saw him walking towards her. In her mind, she pondered for a moment on whether to trust Donnie or not since he works for Dean. She did talk to Dean earlier about Donnie, and found that Dean liked Donnie and spoke highly of him. But Dean also added how he's got his hands on Donnie's sister, and that's probably why Donnie was so loyal. Nonetheless, Adriana was suspicious. Donnie approached her, digging his hands into his coat and shivering lightly. He parted his lips to speak, but Adriana immediately started before he could say anything.

"How do I know I can trust you?" Adriana questioned sharply. "How do I know that you're not spying on me for Dean? You never wanted to help me before. You broke your promise to me when I asked you to leave Harry alone."

"I broke that promise because Dean called me and told me to do it. He threatened to send a video of my sister, a video of men sexually harassing her. He's done it before, so I couldn't disobey him," Donnie responded back harshly, with lowered brows and dark eyes narrowing at her. "I was always considerate with you Adriana. You were the only client I'd extend deadlines for, and get in trouble with my boss for. It's because I pity you, and your son. I am human too you know."

"I'm sorry, I'm just paranoid, alright?" Adriana muttered, averting her gaze. "Dean was always so possessive. I've no doubt that he'll try and control me again and have every move of mine watched."

"Well the only way he'll do that is by using any of his men in New York to watch you whenever you go out. I'm in charge of all of them, and I haven't heard anything about that," Donnie assured her, making her nod. "Look, I can try my best to help, but if it involves something like taking Dean down, I can't do that."

"What?"

"Adriana, he has my sister, who I don't know where the hell is. He's incredibly smart, and sly and dangerous. Whatever you plan, he probably already knows it. He's that good," Donnie told her, making her heart fall in her chest. Nonetheless, she told herself she'd figure it out one way or another, and perhaps convince Donnie in the process.

"Alright fine, that's what I need your help with right now anyways," Adriana said with a huff, finally raising her gaze to meet his. "I need advice on how to get Harry to stay away from me."

"Okay, I'll need a little explaining as to how he isn't dead already, since Dean has been here for like two days," Donnie arched his brows at her, making her nod in response, realizing that he didn't have any background information on what was going on at the moment.

"Dean is my ex-boyfriend and Mateo's father. As soon as he heard from you about Mateo, he came when Harry wasn't there and practically forced himself into mine and my son's lives," Adriana began saying, wondering quietly to herself how she was supposed to explain what happened. "Harry and I had a fight a night ago, and he stormed out, which was impeccable timing for Dean because that's when he arrived."

"Harry came over the next morning, and he saw Dean...and me," Adriana began to slow down, finding it increasingly difficult to explain what happened because she was ashamed and pained by it. "He basically got the impression that I was cheating on him and left."

"Oh," Donnie muttered with a frown. "Did-Did you actually-"

"I didn't cheat," Adriana suddenly spoke with snap. Donnie was taken back by her serious and firm tone. "I don't consider it cheating."

"Then how could Harry just make an assumption like that?" Donnie frowned deeply.

"I was half-naked with bruises," she answered quietly. "I can't explain what happened anymore, i-it's just hard to, okay?"

"Did he..." Donnie began to say but trailed off when he slowly pieced together whatever information she had given him. Just hearing Adriana's protests to all the dirty things Dean wanted to do her that day from behind the door was enough to aid him in figuring out what had happened. "Fuck, that fucking piece of shit. I can't-he needs to fucking rot in hell."

"Yeah," Adriana muttered quietly, relieved he figured it out because she didn't want to say it out loud. She didn't want to say that he raped her.

"Are you okay, though?" Donnie questioned softly, not understanding how stupid his questions sounded. Adriana chuckled bitterly and shook his head.

"I'm not, and I don't think I ever will be," she responded, making his expression fall. "Now, we're not here to talk about me. Harry hasn't come to the apartment ever since that morning."

"What did Dean think of him?" Donnie asked him curiously. "He didn't think he was a boyfriend or something?"

"Well fortunately Harry didn't say anything when he saw Dean, he was in shock," Adriana told him, heart breaking a little as she spoke and was suddenly reminded of his face that morning when he saw her and Dean. "I slammed the door shut in his face and told Dean that it was just an annoying neighbor."

"Okay," Donnie said slowly, wondering if Dean would really believe that. "And Harry hasn't visited since?"

"No, but he's been blowing up my phone with calls and messages lately, and I know for sure he'll try and visit at some point," she said worriedly. "I need him to stop it before Dean gets all suspicious and starts checking my phone."

"So you just want Harry to stay away so that he doesn't get hurt by Dean," Donnie guessed, making her nod in response. "What happens to you then?"

"What do you mean?" Adriana frowned at him.

"Are you just going to be Dean's girlfriend again?" Donnie questioned with furrowed brows.

"Well I have no choice," Adriana muttered in irritation. "I just need Harry to stay away until I figure out how to leave Dean, with Mateo."

"Alright, but you know my view on that right?" Donnie arched a brow at her, making her roll her eyes lightly.

"Yes you won't help, but I need you to help me figure out a way to keep Harry away until I can find someone to help me," Adriana responded firmly. "Now, what do you think I should do?"

"I think you should break up with Harry."
