The next morning,
Josh woke up to a still sleeping Charlie. He smiled to himself and checked his phone as he sat up. He noticed a message from Anna, 'Its good to have you here in WWE. About time really.' He laughed to himself at her 'about time' dig at him.
He replied with,  'It's good of you to say so, sis.'
He then recieved another message from Anna, 'By the way, you going to the Mixer in Pocatello, Idaho in a week.' That confused him. Also he wasn't aware of anything called the Mixer going on. So he replied, 'What's the Mixer?'
It's an event where wrestlers put on matches for fans who can't afford a ticket.' He knew immediately as to who started that tradition. ''Daniel' He said it to himself and chuckled a bit.
'That's a cool event to have.' Josh replied.
'Yeah. Bianca tells me that it's a fun event to be part of. She's been to the last four Mixer's that have happened.' Anna messaged.
'I'd be interested in participating in the Mixer that's coming up.' Josh smiled.
'Okay, I'll let Bianca knew and she'll let Daniel know.'
'Okay. Talk to you later, sis.'
The moment he put his phone down. He heard Charlie start to stir.

"Hey, morning." Josh said as Charlie started to wake up. She groaned as she pushed herself up by her palms.
"Morning Josh." She replied.
"Sleep well?" He grinned.
"Yeah, better than I had in months." She told him.
"Well, we don't have a match tonight since it is Smackdown tonight. So we can either go to the arena anyway and hang out with friends or we can go out today then come back the hotel room and enjoy the evening together." Josh could tell that Charlie was really interested in the second otion. And was about to go for it when her phone went off. She picked it up and saw Hunters name on the Caller I.D. So she answered it. "Hello?"
'Charlie, I hope I didn't disturb you.' Hunter said.
"No. Just woke up." She replied. "What do you need Hunter?"
'I was wondering if you'd be interested doing a match against Becky Lynch next week. But also I need a last minute replacement opponent for Mandy Rose tonight as  apparently Carmella was double booked tonight.  She already had a match against Ember Moon tonight and Shane booked her against Mandy Rose tonight as well, so I'm trying to rectify his blind booking mistake. So will you do it?'
Charlie looked at Josh. "Let me get this straight. You want me to go against Mandy tonight and Becky next Monday?" Josh observed Charlie's body tense up a moment. Then relax. "Okay. On the wrestling Mandy part. I'll think about facing Becky. No guarantees."
'Fair enough.' Hunter said. 'See you at the arena.'
"Well there goes that plan." She looked at Josh. "Sorry Josh, it did sound fun, spending the day with you in town and spending the evening with you, and watching Smackdown instead of participating." Charlie said while sliding her legs off the bed.
"There'll be more chances to do that, so don't worry Charlie." Josh said reassuring her. "Besides I'll be there with you." Josh smiled as he walked over to Charlie's side of the bed, sat next to her and started rubbing her back through her plain black t-shirt. She slowly took a deep breath and started to relax and smiled as Josh kept moving his left hand up and down her back. "Feel better?" He asked.
"Much. Thanks Josh." She grinned and leaned over and kissed his cheek before heading to the shower. Josh watched her as she went to one of her suitcases, get a change of clothes and her travel shower and beauty kits. Then head to the shower. "I'll try to be quick." She smiled as she vanished into the bathroom.
Josh smiled as he had Charlie back in his life. But until Rollins left her alone. He'd never fully have Charlie back. He decided to try and join her in the shower like old times. So he went into the bathroom and stripped down to nothing and stepped into the shower. Charlie was magnificent in all her splendor. He smiled as he reached around her and it spooked her a bit. But she just melted against him as he started caressing every inch, every curve of her tiny, luscious body. "Just couldn't resist, could you?" She asked grinning from ear to ear.
"Would you be able to if the roles were reversed?" He retorted. She turned to face him. His hair and beard growing darker courtesy of the water from the shower head. She smiled wider as she shook her head.
"No. I guess not." She smiled as she ran her right hand through his hair and then ran her left hand through his beard. And resting both her hands on his chest. She smiled as he leaned down and kissed her. She returned the kiss and a heated makeout session started as they continued and Josh picked up Charlie and held her up against the wall of the shower by cradling her bubble butt. Every once in a while he'd give her ass a squeeze squeeze making her moan a little as they continued their steamy makeout session. Before it got too far Charlie was the first to break the kiss and gently push Josh away making him put her down.
"Charlie?" He asked confused.
"I'm sorry, Josh." She started, "I so want to continue this. But until I can get Seth off my case..." Charlie looked down at the floor.
"Hey," Josh said sliding his left hand under her chin and lifting her gaze from the floor to his face. "No matter what happens from here on out, you are well protected by friends who care about you. Especially me. I missed you as I said last night. And you confessed that you missed me just as much." She smiled as he ran his right hand through her now dark crimson hair. Her emerald eyes lit up as he told her, "Rollins is nothing but a bully. But I know of a couple bigger bullies. That aside, I hope that with a little time. We can pick up where we left off, years ago but as an official couple. Not just a fling. I always had eyes just for you Charlie. And with luck, we'll finally be together without someone looming over you like a bad dream." He smiled. She teared up and smiled and pulled his head down and kissed him. 
"We need to get ready for Smackdown." She turned around and resumed her shower. He smiled as he started to leave the shower but not before smacking her ass once as he left. "Josh!" She shouted feigning indignation and laughing a bit after he turned to her and sported a devilish grin on his face.
"What I'm just waiting to use the shower." He snickered. He looked to Charlie's ass and noticed a barely visible hand mark started to appear. Then left the bathroom. Charlie smiled as she rubbed the spot Josh smacked her.
"I hope your right Josh. Because I want us to be an couple and not just a fling. But have an actual relationship with you." She finished her shower, got out, dried off and got dressed, combed her hair and did her make up quickly but perfectly. Then came out to the bedroom of the hotel room she was sharing with Josh at Josh's invitation.  Josh then walked into the bathroom and kissed Charlie's cheek as he passed.
"Be out soon." He smiled.
"I'll be waiting." She grinned. She was dressed in black jeans, calf high stiletto boots, wore a black denim jacket over a dark gray Arch Enemy T.

Ten minutes later, Josh came out of the bathroom wearing a dark red Devildriver T, dark blue jeans and black and red converse shoes. Charlie smiled as Josh looked good with his ensemble. She even said so, "Looking good Josh." She grinned as Josh wrapped his arms around her waist and looked into her eyes.
"And you look extremely sexy in your outfit Charlie." He smiled as he kissed her. "I want you to listen to me. Rollins will not be a problem forever.  Because me and some friends will take care of him. Okay?" She nodded. "Alright."
"What about your problems?" Charlie asked which made him look to the ceiling of the hotel room. "Yeah. I heard all about how the  Boss'n Hug Connection tried to corner you and actually offered themselves to you. But amazingly enough. You refused them." Josh looked at her and she was wall to wall teeth of a grin.
"Like I said Charlie. There's only one girl for me. And your it." He smiled as he bent down to kiss her and when she wrapped her arms around his neck he swatted her left ass cheek which was protected by the black jeans she was wearing. She bucked and pulled away from Josh who was grinning incessantly.
"That's two times you got me with my guard down." She lowered her chin a bit and looked up at Josh.
"Does that mean if I get one more that we can play?" He asked, acting like a little kid which made Charlie smile and laugh.
"We'll see." She replied. They grabbed their arena bags and headed to the arena for Smackdown.

When they arrived, Josh was greeted by two giant masses of muscle...
"Hey boys." Josh smiled as he gave them each a high five. (Well, at least what still qualifies as a high five when you stand about seven feet tall and weigh well over 420 Lbs a piece, and are nothing but solid muscle.)
"Josh." Said the straight black haired of the two.
"Josh." Said the other who had the same color hair as the first, but his was shoulder length with a streak of white down the center. Charlie was amazed by the twins she saw before her.
"Oh, sorry. Charlie Evans. Meet Sean." The straight colored of the two bowed his head a bit. "And William Thompson." The longer haired of the two did the same. "The Twin Terrors. Guys. This is Charlie Evans."
"Pleasure." Sean and William said in unison.
"Nice to meet you two, too." Charlie giggled but the mere sound of what she said also had the twins snickering a bit as well.
"So why are you two here? Aren't you supposed to be at Full Sail for NXT tomorrow night?"
"We were called in for a tryout." Sean said.
"By who?" Josh asked.
"Me." Hunter said as he came into view from his office. "I thought I'd see how the WWE Universe would react to them being brought up to the main roster. I'm even thinking about bringing your sister up, Anna, I believe." Josh nodded. "And I'm not sure what would happen if these two and your sister were kept together as a faction and what sort of chaos it would create backstage, but I'd love to find out." He smiled. He looked to Charlie, "Thank you for pinch hitting tonight."
"No problem." Charlie said with well masked disgust about being at Smackdown instead of watching it from the hotel room.
"So whose supposed to manage these two since Anna's in Full Sail for NXT." Josh asked.
Hunter just smiled. "I was hoping you would." Considering that nobody here has as much history with these two than you."
Josh looked to Charlie, then to the Thompsons.
"I'll do it but Charlie needs to go right back in the locker room after her match, so if Seth does appear tonight, he won't try anything with her or to her." Josh told him.
"Okay. So right after Charlie's match we'll have the tag team match tryout of the Twin Terrors w/ Josh Edwards vs the Revival w/ Randy Orton." Hunter after announcing the main event line up left for his office to solidify the plans.
"Someone needs to check his oil or transmission or something." Sean said making his brother William, Josh and Charlie laugh a bit.
"Well, guys. I need to find me and Charlie's locker room so I'll see you later." Josh smiled as he clasped Charlie's right hand in his left and started walking away. Then the Thompson's started walking in the opposite direction.
While Charlie got prepped for her match with Mandy. Josh was a little worried about her well being and even though Rollins wasn't Universal Champion anymore, he still could show up and try to take or get with Charlie without Josh there to keep him at bay. "Are you sure you'll be okay out there Charlie?" He asked.
"I'll be just fine. If anything gets out of hand Sonya and Mandy will get me back here in no time." She told him. "So don't worry, J. I'll be just fine. If anyone should be worried it's you since I know that Charlotte is supposed to go against Sasha Banks in close to thirty minutes so I'd say you have something to worry about with Bayley and Sasha in the building." Charlie smiled.
"Good point." Josh saw Charlie looking into the large mirror in the bathroom of the locker room, checking out her attire and seeing if everything was perfect or at least bearably great. Then looked to Josh.
"How do I look?" She asked.
"Enchanting, intoxicating and so many other terms that mean far above beautiful." He approached her and she slid her arms up and down his, as he gripped her waist lightly. "Now, whether Rollins is allowed to come to the arena whether or not he's Universal Champion is a moot point. Because he's obsessed with you. So he'll go to any length's to get you back."
"I know, Josh. But as long as I have friends like Anna, now Sean and William Thompson, and even if their on a weekend R&R followed by a tour, Dana and Daniel, and of course you. I'm covered." Charlie smiled. "Besides I'd like to see Rollins try and get past Sean and William. No easy task comes to mind." Josh giggled a bit.
"You don't know the half of it." Josh said. "They'd destroy Rollins and just wipe their boots on what's left of him." 
"Brutal." Charlie seethed.
"Yeah." Josh nodded.
"Well, I'd like to get mentally ready for my match against Mandy. So."
"Kicking me out?" Josh smiled.
"For the moment, you can come in once my match is over if not yours." Charlie giggled and smiled as Josh shook his left hands index finger at her.
"Shame on you. Kicking out the love of your life."
"I know it's cruel. But I do need to get mentatlly ready. So." She gestured to the door.
"Okay. But I'm leaving under protest." Josh said fake huffing and puffing like he was actually mad. Charlie then approached him.
"Josh. You know I love you."
"And I love you." He replied.
"And nothing will ever change that. Because this time, we're going to finish what we started years ago, but not as a couple of people having a fling. But as..."
"An actual couple." They said together. Making each other smile.
"I love you, Josh Edwards." She grinned.
"And I love you Charlie Evans." They kissed each other for barely a moment before Charlie ushered him out of the locker room to mentally prepare for her match with Mandy Rose. So Josh went looking for Sean and William to see how their preparation was going. He found them doing weighted up downs, with long sand bag weights draped around their neck. Pretty soon, William noticed Josh.
"Hey, Sean. Josh is here."
"Oh, hey Josh. Everything alright with Charlie?" Sean asked.
"Yeah. She's mentally preparing for her match with Mandy. So it'll be a while before I'm allowed back in the locker room." He laughed a bit and observed the boys in their traditional match prep that they've done since Lucha Underground where they met him. He was always amazed at how they were able to do their prep and dominantly win 87% of their matches with out much of a problem.
Then a voice behind him said, "Where's the crimson haired skank that has now made you off limits to the rest of us?" Josh looked behind him and saw Sasha and Bayley standing at the entrance to the Arena's gym.
"Hold your tongue. Charlie is not a skank, she's more woman than either of you. At least she didn't disappear when things didn't go her way." Sasha looked at him with a deathly glare. "She like Bayley at least worked through it by showing up and putting in the work."
"Now, you listen here." Bayley said until Josh focused on her.
"No, you two listen. I'm done with women. The only woman I want is Charlie. So the rest of you. Especially you two." He pointed to Bayley and Sasha with his right hands index and pinky. "Can blow."
"We're not done Josh Edwards." Sasha said as she and Bayley left the arena's gym.
Sean and William approached him. "What did they want?" William asked.
"Ohh, they heard I was a ladies man and I'm very sure that's not all they heard." He shook his head as he continued. "The night of my debut which was last night, they tried to seduce me. But. They were out of luck, considering I planned on reconnecting with Charlie and hopefully be more than friends or just people who had a fling so long ago."
Sean noticed the sudden change in demeanor in Josh. "You want her as a girlfriend." He said.
"The final goal is for her to be my wife. And I hope that she'd love to be the mother of our kids." Josh said nearly shocking William and Sean. Cause they never thought that a girl, a woman, could make Josh feel this way.
"Well, Josh we've never seen this side of you before. She means that much to you?" William asked. Josh nodded. "Well, what's stopping you? If she means that much then ask her out on a date." He nearly yelled.
"There's a problem with that." Josh said looking up at the twins. "Rollins. She broke it off with him two weeks ago and he just can't let go. So until he's taken care of or dealt with. I can't ask her out for fear that he'd do something to her or say something to her that would cause her to have second thoughts. About me and her or even the possibility of me and her. So there is no way I can do anything in terms of asking her out."
Sean looked at Josh disappointedly. "Now you listen to me Josh Edwards. From what I've seen of Charlie, and what I know of her which is, granted not much. But I'm sure that she loves you and wants the same thing you want. To be married, have a family, and so on. So I'd say ask her out maybe before Hell In A Cell next month. And see how that goes." Josh thought about what Sean said. Then grimaced.
"Ohh, I hate it when you your right." Josh snickered at his own statement as did William and Sean.
"Look, Josh. If Charlie means that much to you, then show her. Take her out on a date, go on some R&R together. Just spend time with her, away from wrestling. I'm sure that if she didn't have to worry about running into Rollins on a daily basis. She'd be more than relaxed, she'd finally feel like her old self, again." Sean said.
"Are you wrestlers or relationship gurus?" Josh asked as he and the twins giggled at his comment. "Your right again, guys." He looked to the hall. "I'll see if I can arrange a few days off near HIAC. And take her to my home."
"Atta boy." Sean and William said in unison.

When Sasha's match came around, she wowed the crowd but when Bayley came to Sasha's aid, Carmella, fresh from her victory over Ember Moon. Came down to even the odds. And boy did she. She delivered a jaw jacking super kick to Sasha as Bayley was leveled by a big boot from Charlotte. Making the Boss'n Hug Connection regroup as the show cut to commercial. Charlie was in the gorilla when Josh came up to her. "Hey, Josh."
"Hey, Charlie. Would you like to go to my place in Calfornia for a few days." Josh asked.
"Sure." Charlie replied.
"Okay. I'll try and arrange the time off." He smiled as he kissed Charlie and headed to catering as The Twins match was directly after hers.

As she got ready to head out of the curtain and to the ring, Sasha and Bayley came back from the ring, fuming about what had happened out there with Carmella's jaw jacking super kick and Charlotte's big boot. They then noticed Charlie and they both grinned. "Well if it isn't the Crimson haired skank that made Josh just turn us down last night." Sasha smirked. "But Bayley and I know he'll eventually grow tired of you and come crawling to us."
"Really?"Charlie asked. They both nodded. "Then answer me this, Boss'n Hug Connection. If you know Josh will eventually grow tired of me," Sonya and Mandy approached the gorilla but when they noticed Charlie with the Boss'n Hug Connection, they stayed quiet and out of sight, and listened. "Then how did you two ever leave yourselves open to a super kick," Charlie pointed to Sasha, "And a big boot?" She pointed  to Bayley. "Cause that says to me that you guys are about as good with relationships as you are with your careers. Not. Any. Good."

'Damn. Charlie is a savage.' Mandy whispered.
'Speaking of savage. We better get to the gorilla before Sasha and Bayley savagely beat Charlie into the ground.' Sonya said.
'Right.' Fire & Desire approached where Charlie, Sasha and Bayley were at a very fast walk. Mandy was the first to speak up, "Hey, Charlie. Ready for our match." Charlie was confused as to why Mandy would ask that until Mandy winked.
Then she smiled as she said, "Yeah. I'm ready for it." Sonya looked to the former Women's Tag Team Champions.
"These two has beens bothering you." Sonya said.
Sasha was going to to take a shot at Sonya until Bayley stopped her and dragged her down the hall telling her irate friend, "We'll have a chance to shut them up, but nows not the time."
Not two minutes after Sasha and Bayley vanished from sight Charlotte and Carmella came through the curtain from the ring. "Hey, Charlie." Carmella smiled.
"Hey, Carmella." She greeted.
"So how is it having Josh in the same company, again?" Carmella asked.
"To be honest. It's a relief. Because if he wasn't here I'd would've just vanished from the public eye. With Seth not leaving me alone since our break up a couple weeks ago. It's enough to drive anyone to suicide or self imposed seclusion. But with Josh here in the WWE with me. I can finally breathe a little easier."
"Well, good for you Charlie. Josh seems like a nice guy. And I know about his reputation for being a ladies man." Charlie smiled as Carmella contined. "But I have Corey, Charlotte has Andrade. So you have nothing to worry about from us." Carmella hugged Charlie as did Charlotte.
"Well, thanks guys. But I think Josh is changing. I think he's done being a ladies man. I think he's ready to just be a one woman man. Mine." She smiled.
"Well, if that's true. Your one lucky girl." Charlotte said smiling. "I've seen Josh wrestle in Lucha Underground and he's impressive. So it's no surprise that it would take a special girl to make him change his ladies man tendencies."
"She's right." Mandy piped up. "You are a lucky girl. And I think he's a lucky guy to have a woman like you." Mandy smiled as Sonya walked up. "I mean my guy is filming a movie right now. But I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to have him in my life and I'm sure he feels the same. Just like I'm sure Josh feels just as lucky to have you."
"Yeah." Sonya said. "And when Mandy here's with her guy. Oh, PDA-palooza." Mandy slugged Sonya's right arm.
"Oh, and your any different. When your with your girlfriend your PDA Queens." Mandy giggled as she pointed that out.
"Fair enough." Sonya nodded.
"Well, we better head out. So, see you out there Charlie." Mandy and Sonya headed out to the ring as Carmella and Charlotte headed to their locker room, leaving Charlie on her own to get psyched up for the match. And she was smiling as she had friends in the women's locker room that understood the joy of having someone that you care about as much as they do about you.

Josh and the Twins reached catering and got something to drink and then sat down at a table closest to a monitor to watch Charlie's match.

Thirty minutes into the match, Charlie and Mandy threw everything they had at each other. Sonya was smiling not only at the fact that it looked like Mandy was going to win but also to see Charlie give her all against Mandy.
When Mandy picked her up and set up Charlie for 'Bed of Roses', Charlie stood up making Mandy the victim of a back body drop. And the crowd cheered loudly as Charlie leaned against the ropes catching her breath. Then approached Mandy who was on her hands and knees also catching her breath, pulled her to her feet and slid Mandy's head between her legs, then slid her legs past Mandy's shoulders and stood up and performed another picure perfect Sunset Flip Powerbomb and a three count later, Charlie was annoounced the winner. She stood up with the help of the ropes. Walked over to Mandy as Sonya got in the ring and held out her hand to Mandy. Mandy took it and Charlie lifted her to her feet and hugged her and raised Mandy's arm in a show of respect and left the ring and headed to the back, to the trainers office and after a short visit to the trainers office she headed to the locker room and waited for the Twins match against the Revival to begin and since Josh was in the Twins corner as Randy Orton was in the Revivals corner she was excited to see Josh in action as a manager at least for tonight.

When the Twin Terrors made their entrance after the Revival. To the astute fan. It was kind of strange to have Josh in the Twins corner instead of his sister Anna. But they made it work. The entire time Josh was at ringside, hardly anything under handed went unnoticed by him. When Randy distracted the ref for a few moments as Dawson slid a pair of brass knuckles on his hand and tried to punch William only for William to catch his hand and pull him up by it. When the ref turned back to the action inside the ring. William dropped Dawson on his ass but still had a hold of the brass knuckles but soon tossed them out of  the ring as the ref checked on Dawson. When Dawson got up and tried to act brave and run at William. He got a spear for his trouble. William tagged in Sean and as William picked up Dawson and put him on his shoulders. Sean got on the top rope and delivered a flying clothesline off the top. A move more recognizable under another name, 'The Doomsday Device' of Legion Of Doom (Hawk and Aninal) fame. Sean went for the pin as William knocked Wilder off the ring apron. Soon enough. The Twin Terrors claimed their first main roster victory.  As Sean and William celebrated in the ring. Rollins came to ringside and colcocked Josh in the back of the head with a pipe. The Twins noticed and got on either side of Rollins and slowly approached him and a fallen Josh. Rollins was so wrapped up in what he was doing that he didn't notice the two giants that were close enough to spit on him. He then noticed two very pissed off boys that were waiting for him to finish his gloating and showboating before they had their turn in pulling him apart for hurting Josh. And they put him through the proverbial ringer. Double whipping him into the ring apron, barricade, even a pop up reverse chokeslam into the steel steps.(Sean Irish whipped him and launched him into the air with a pop up and William slammed Rollins head into the steel with a catching reverse chokeslam. Planting his face into the steel steps.) But they weren't done. They walked to the announce table near the stage, cleared everything off it and when they were ready. Sean and William performed a double spinebuster on Rollins. Breaking the table and possibly Rollins himself. When Josh joined the boys on the stage he was holding his head. But was walking on his own. When they reached the back. Josh got checked out as the boys headed to the shower's and would get checked out later after relaxing a bit.

After a quick stitch job by the doctor. He otherwise had nothing that would require a medical doctor. So he went to his and Charlie's locker room and found her worried sick about him, even though he did walk out of the ringside area with the Twin Terrors. Charlie smiled as Josh was okay and walking under his own power.
Then Hunter came in and asked, "You alright Josh?" He just smiled at Hunter.
"Does it look like I am? Because I thought unless their part of the Wild Card rule for the week. Maybe with some exceptions here and there like with me and Charlie tonight. I thought people couldn't just jump from brand to brand."
"Their not supposed to. Sorry about that, Josh." Hunter said apologetically. "What would like me to do?"
"Nothing. Because if I try to challenge him to a match. He'll try to get me to put Charlie on the line. But I'm not going to. No matter what he does to try and get my goat. I'm never gonna be stupid enough to put Charlie in that situation by forcing her into a position such as a trophy for some dumbass like Rollins to win and keep and do whatever he wants to her." He shook his head. "No. I'd rather die before I treat Charlie like she's as an object, a piece of property instead of a woman who deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. And it will be a cold day in hell before I let some overgrown spoiled  brat, take Charlie from me." Josh told Hunter.
Hunter was surprised by Josh's speech. While Charlie smiled and slid next to Josh, even going as far as to lift his left arm and sliding under it and wrapping it around her own shoulders. Which made Josh smile.

Pretty soon it came time to go back to the hotel. Josh and Charlie both smiled as they arrived at their hotel room.
As they got prepped for bed. Josh couldn't help but ask? "Charlie?"
She looked to Josh who was nervous as all hell.
"Do you see us moving in together?" He asked. Charlie smiled wider as she got up from the bed and approached him, then wrapped her arms around his waist as she rested her head on his chest.
She sighed as she said, "Yes I do." She then lifted her head as Josh lowered his gaze and looked into her eyes. "And I want to move in with you. I just want to be with you, always. So, anywhere you go. I want to be right there, with you." She smiled as they both slid into bed. And Charlie resumed her spot holding onto Josh's waist. She raised her head up and got a good night kiss from him.
"Goodnight, Charlie." He smiled.
