Violet Flynn's life was pretty steadfast.

With a father who became absent at ten and presumed dead, a lawyer mother who was working more than she was at home, a spot at one of the highest in her class and a horrible habit of shoplifting in the dead of the night, she assumed that her life was never-changing, that she would always be a thief vying for her parents' attention while also trying to do the best for herself.

Her life plan was simple. Graduate high school with a great GPA, get into a good college, move away from New York and live a happy life doing whatever she felt like she needed to do.

Simple until she meets Peter Parker, the only person she deems interesting enough to spend time with.

When interesting turns into attractive and friendship turns into love, Violet is afraid of all the things that are to come.

Which is pretty understandable, seeing as it brings on a giant doctor-turned-lizard and many other life-threatening science projects gone wrong.

But I mean... how hard could it be to love a vigilante?
