Sophie's Point of view

"Please Soff, this is just a moment. Besides you can get to see Joe too!" Elisa pleaded, i rolled my eyes and fold back my notes.

I am currently studying about chemistry and it's the most hard part of my life. I seriously can't get the equation of mechanical energy and kinetic energy. And part of my wonder is how does Elisa stay calm at this point where all of us is desperate to know the equation just to be save to that chemistry class!

"No Elisa, tomorrow is the big day

I no. We need to prepare for it! Besides we could see Fall Out Boy tomorrow in the square." I said plainly, not pointing any emotions but just my exasperation. I really need to concentrate to find out the easiest way for me to solve that damn chemistry equation.

"If you won't like to go, just.. just get me there. I nee---" Elisa started to stutter and then she's now fainted! I immediately grab her arms and walk out the door, man what's happening to this girl? Ugh.

Elisa is a supermodel here in our campus. Even in the magazines, her magazine cover would sold out. And on the other hand, she has a boyfriend named Patrick. Patrick Stump is the vocalist of Fall Out Boy, he's friend of my crush, well, Joe Trohman. He is so intelligent so that almost all of the girls here in the campus was head over heels for him. They say he has a great voice. I don't know yet.  He seems to be snob around me.

I knocked the clinic's wooden door. I bet this time the nurse have gone home. I really need help from anyone just to bring my best friend to the hospital. I'm worrying sick about her.

"Gelo? Thanks God. Please help me Gelo, Elisa needs to go to hospital!" I saw my chemistry buddy, Angelo (but he prefer to be called Gelo)

"What happened? Come on, to my car." He came to us, he was now carrying Elisa. I opened his vintage car and then the passenger seat. He peacefully laid Elisa down to the seat and he opened the driver's seat.

I took Elisa's hand which is now frozen.  God, what's happening to her?

After waiting several hours of waiting, Gelo said goodbye to me because he need to catch up to the Dean. The dorm's keeper was a bit of strict so I cannot just let him be home late. I cupped my phone in my pocket and unfortunately, it's not there.

There's a guy who was standing in front of me, he was wearing a hospital mask and a cap like a doctor. Maybe he's the one who looked after Elisa.

"How are you related to Ms. Yao?" The doctor asked and I stood up from my seat, facing the doctor who was just looking at his notes. He flipped another page, his eyes was really serious. I took a lump at my throat, sighed as I looked at the doctor.

"I am Elisa's bestfriend. What happ-" I am about to ask what happened to her but the doctor cut me from talking and said to me that I should go to his office.

All i can hear here is the faint footsteps that came from anyone who was walking here. I freaking need to be calm because my heartbeat rages so fast.

When the doctor opened the door, the door shut as I get inside too. The room was just simple, the walls was just painted with beige and the curtains was color blue like his uniform.

"Take a seat Ms," the doctor points the chair in front of his desk. I nodded then walked near it, I can still feel the wild rage inside me. He take a long time to tell me what happened to Elisa!

"Ms. Elisa Yao have cancer." He said emotionless, he places the notes down his desk and then looked at my eyes.

"She is on the 3rd stage and she have only 2 weeks to live." I cried as I heard the doctor said it casually, like he never feel any pity out of Elisa. Gosh. How come her life was now cut short?

"And worst, she's pregnant."
