He walked down the dark streets, rain plastering strands of his hair to his face. He shrank into his coat, hoping to find the hidden warmth somewhere in there. His bag bounced against his back as he jogged lightly towards the destination hastily scribbled down onto a piece of torn notebook paper. While his attention was burried in the paper, he ran into someone, falling down into a puddle as his hood flew off his head. He was offered a hand by the other man, which he gladly took. The man looked no older than himself, stubble and gelled back hair about the same length as his. The man looked hispanic as he smiled, showing his straight white teeth.

"Hello, my name is Lui. You look lost. Let me help you."

The soaked Brit smiled and replied.

"Craig. I was looking for Reseda High."

The hispanic widened his eyes as he began to jump up and down, and in a very squeaky kid's voice shouted words that got attention of a few people who were simply passing by.

"You're going to Reseda?! I go there too! You're new, right?! Ohhhh! You can meet my friends!"

Craig just chuckled, but before he was able to say anything, his arm was yanked in a direction he didn't recognise. The guy had an iron grip. He didn't try to fight it as he realised the attempts were useless.

After about 5 minutes, the squeaker stopped infront of a modern looking building that was partially made of glass.

"This is Reseda! Come on, I'm dying for you to meet my friends!"

Craig had no choise but to follow the child-like man. He was getting friends even before school sarted which was a record for him, since he didn't have many friends in his old school.

"Vanoss!"

Craig snapped out of his daydream as soon as a bright leather jacket entered his view.

"Lui? Why are you so late? You are usualy early...."

"I found the new kid!"

Vanoss' ears perked up at the 'new kid' part. He scanned Craig over, finally asking a question.

"Name?"

Before Lui could answer, he stepped in.

"Mini."

"Vanoss"

He was introduced to a large group of friends. He was smiling, laughing and joking. Everyone seemed to like him for an unknown reason, but it didn't bother him.

Him, Marcel and Lui had the same homeroom. The class groaned as the teacher handed out a test.

"This is to know how smart you are so we can arrange you in classes accordingly."

Craig gulped. He was not preapared. At all.
