  Yelena, Sonya, and Sasha were currently on a mission. Sonya was currently 17 years old after turning 15 a month after she took down the red room.

She currently lived alone in New York. Rick had gotten her the apartment which she was really happy to have. Yelena would check up on her as much as she could since she was trying to free the widows all over the globe. Natasha caught up with her via email since she didn't want Ross to bother her.

Sonya was currently starting her business of photography. Plus with delivering people's food, it gave her time to explore the city. Yes, it had it's ups and downs, but that's  why Sonya liked it so much. It's because it felt like her.

They were currently driving to where a widow's cuurent location. Sonya was in New York, but decided to join them since her apartment was being fumigated, but it should be completed by now.

Once they made it to the place they parked a few yards away. "C'mon Sonya." Yelena had told the girl who was checking her apartment on her phone. She rolled her eyes and got out of the vehicle, putting her phone in her pocket.

They walked to the house, with Yelena telling them the plan. "Sasha and I will hold her down. Sonya, you will give her the vial." She pulled it out and gave it to the girl. She nodded and held it closely as they made it to the house.

They slowly began to climb the mansion the widow was staying in. It was gorgeous. Yelena quietly pulled up the widow sill and they snuck into the house.

Yelena and Sasha snuck down with their guns out while Sonya just held the vial tightly. Soon they found the widow they were looking for.

Ana.

Sonya had done a couple of missions with her before so she knew she was a tough apponent to hold down. She once knocked out a man twice the size of her just by her legs.

Yelena walked in front of her while Sasha and Sonya came from behind her.
Ana looked caught off guard while she had a tea cup in her hand.

"Hi there, Ana." Yelena greeted all business-like. Ana turned to see Sasha with her gun and Sonya, who gave her a slight smile.

Sasha started to walk towards her before Ana spilt her tea all over her. She threw the small plate at yelena, who didn't budge. Sasha and Ana started to brawl while the other two girls watched.

Yelena cocked her gun and pointed it at Ana. Sonya watched in horror as she told her to do it. She knew Yelena wouldn't but the fear that crept up from behind still had managed to mess with her.

Ana hit the gun out of yelena's hands as she went to Sonya, who was frozen. Yelena grabbed Ana, as those three started to brawl in the hallway of this place.

Sonya backed away as she saw them coming towards her. She felt herself feel more like a widow again as she saw ana headbutt yelena. She grabbed ana6 and pulled the duo into the other room, where Yelena was able to catch her balance and hold her down.

"Stop, I am trying to help you!" Yelena yelled at Ana as Sasha held down her arms. Sonya pulled out her vial and sprayed it onto her. The other 2 girls slowly released her as Yelena got off of her.

"The next part is going to be really scary but we are here to help you." Yelena explained to her as sonya crouched down next to Sasha. Ana sat up and backed away from them.

"Look what you did to my rug. Twenty thousand dollars down the drain. " She spoke to them revolted. Sonya looked at her confused before she even realized.

She wasn't under the control.

"Shit.." Sonya muttered before her hung her head low. Yelena and Sasha were still confused as to what happened.

"Excuse me?" Yelena muttered. Sasha looked at Sonya, who had a knowing look on her face.

"I don't think she was brainwashed." Sasha told Yelena. Sonya felt the need to fix her statement. "Correction. She wasn't brainwashed. At all." Sonya saw Yelena's mouth become an 'o' shape as Ana started talking.

"What, you thought I was some rich pervert's prisoner?" Sonya and Sasha attempted to reply but then looked at yelena for an answer.

"Well, yeah, kind of." She replied to her. Ana rolled her eyes as she stared at yelena in disbelief. Sonya watched awkwardly as she saw ana look at her. She gave a small wave.

Sasha became confused. "Wait, this is your house? How can you afford all of this?" Sasha asked her. Ana looked at her before looking forward.

"By doing the thing we're best at. Killing for money." Sonya stood up as she got a phone call from anonymous. She went outside to take it.

"Hello?" She asked. She heard a breath of relief from the other side. And she knew who it was too.

Natasha.

"You're okay, thank god." Sonya scrunched her face up in confusion. She thought that Natasha knew she was safe. She had even let her know in the last email.

"What do you mean, I'm okay? What's going on?" She asked, starting to get anxious. Sonya heard someone from the other side call to Natasha.

"I gotta go, check on Yelena." She told her before she hung up. Sonya slowly lowered down her phone before she ran back into the house.

"Yelena. Where's Yelena?" She asked Ana. She pointed to the bathroom confused by all of the urgency from her all of the sudden. Sonya nodded and went to the bathroom door. She knocked on the door gently.

"Yelena. Yelena, can you hear me?" She asked. She knocked harder but heard nothing on the other side. She looked to Ana and Sasha, who was starting to get nervous as well. Sonya started to get upset as she kicked the door open to reveal dust.

The faucet was still on but all there was in the bathroom was dust. Sonya's breathing slowly started to become more heavy as she turned off the faucet.

She walked out slowly, attempting to holding herself together but failing. She saw the two other girl's looks.

"She's gone." Sonya mumbled to the group. Sasha went to her aid as Ana went to see what she saw. What the hell Ana voiced her thoughts.

Sasha felt her phone buzz as she checked it as she moved Sonya to the couch. She gasped at what she saw. Sonya, who looked at her.

"What?" She asked as she looked at her. Sasha showed her the phone. She saw a video of people being dusted away as she heard the screams of pleas. Her eyes widened in horror now knowing Yelena was one of them.

"No.." Sonya's voice cracked. She put her hand to her mouth as she grabbed Ana's remote with her other hand as she put on the news.

"People are being dusted all over the earth. A few moments ago my co-star was just dusted, we didn't know what to do so we sent out an emergency broadcast.. Could it be because of the alien ship that came to New York a few days ago? Quite possibly, yes. We're going to ask the Avengers what has happened soon. But for now, I'm Charlotte dunning, and I've never seen anything like this." The woman sounded like she was going to be in tears.

Ana came in to listen as they all listened in horror to what happened to Yelena, and one half of the population. Sonya took a deep breathe before she stood up.

"Where are you going?" She heard Ana ask. She turned back. "Home." She said before she left the house. She felt bad for leaving, but she needed a second to be by herself. So she could cope with the loss of her big sister. She didn't want to do that in-front of people, it's a sign of weakness. She was heading for the place she knew she could go to.
