A pair that I love and will love whether they canonically end up in a romance or continue to have an epic friendship. But my fic, my choice, and even though I have no plans (at this moment) to write any of 9-1-1 Season 5 (full episodes at least, maybe some scenes), I look forward to writing the Buckley-Diaz family!

Ah, my favorite poly trio. Didn't I put them through the ringer last book? Good news is there won't be nearly as much angst heading their way this time. Of course, some angst is coming their way, but before anyone worries, I'll reassure you now . . . Matt Casey is not going anywhere, and I have some fun little ideas planned for the new, incoming editions to their family!

I kid you not, I laughed out loud when Nancy revealed she has dated both genders in this season. She and Maddie just seemed to click, and I am so glad everyone seems to enjoy them. Thank goodness Brianna Baker got promoted to a series regular for Season 3 - more content to work with!

Frank Cosgrove/Nolan Price

That cliché pair when you watch them in one scene and they're at each other's throats and you instantly go "SHIP" -

*clears throat* I kid you not, that's exactly what happened. All of you know just how much I love Nolan, and anyone who has read my S22 coda series with them knows how Frank has grown to be one of my favorite characters as the show continues to air. I'm so excited to write them from the start of their L&O appearances and delve into how they go from reluctant coworkers to partners in and out of the field.

P.S. - I fully blame Laekin04 for getting me hooked onto this pair and making me obsessed with them. Check out her works for them either here or on Ao3 - she does not disappoint! And if you like what I've written so far with Nolan and Sylvie, we do have a co-authored L&O/One Chicago crossover in progress with our favorite prosecutor and paramedic as full siblings, not half!

I confess I began shipping them a little after their banter after the cell tower call way back in Tommy's first episode, but I went down the rabbit hole with them after "One Day" and especially after "Push." It won't be immediate (near the end just like Brettseyride last book), but the crumbs will start to be sprinkled from the beginning.

Welcome to the second file in this crazy series, where we pull away from 9-1-1 (sadly, since Buck, Eddie, and Maddie now reside in Austin) in favor of Law & Order and forming even more bonds between everyone from Manhattan to Austin to Chicago. More Chicago Silver Trio shenanigans, more Nolan and Sylvie goodness, more delving into the Lawful Chaotics that are Owen, Liv, and Elliot (though I think that accurately describes Frank, too . . . ) and who could forget poor Matt, Kelly, Eddie, and Carlos having to rein in Team Dumbass? Yeah . . . good luck with that, boys. You're gonna need it.
