*This is an alternate scene*

(Takes place during and after their escape from lonesome flatts)

Poppy: aren't you two coming?

Branch: Don't worry poppy we'll catch up with you and hickory as soon as we can, we'll lead delta's posse away from you as far as we can

*then delta and her posse burst through the door*

Hickory: Alright we'll see you two later!

*hickory ran away with poppy on her back*

*Branch hopped onto molly's back*

Branch: Okay pup GO!

*Molly Ran away at top speed with branch on her back*

Delta Dawn: Charge!

*Delta and Her posse ran after Branch and Molly*

*Branch looked forward and saw a spiked forest*

Branch: alright pup run through the forest we might be able to lose them

Molly: You got it!

*Molly ran through the forest and they dodged the spikes on the trees*

*Then they jumped over a mine and ran quicker and quicker*

Branch: alright pup this is gonna be a bit of a tricky one, we need to jump that canyon!

*Branch told molly as he pointed to the canyon*

Molly: WHAT?! Do you have a death wish or something?!

Branch: pup we're gonna make it i promise

*Molly nodded at branch and ran towards the cliff and then they jumped over the gap in between the canyon and made it to the other side*

*Molly panted heavily and glanced at the other side of the canyon*

Molly (panting): Whoa...we- we made it

Branch: See i told you, now we just have to find a way back to poppy and to do that we need to first find out where we are...pup do you have a copy of poppy's map?

Molly: Yep!

*Molly pulled out a map and laid out on the ground*

Molly: Now we were just in lonesome flatts but since we jumped that canyon we might have ended up somewhere around here

*molly points to where they were on the map*

Molly: And since we split up from poppy i can only determine that she and hickory ended up somewhere in the canyon

Branch: Okay now we need to track poppy down and for that we need to pick up her scent

Branch: which is a good thing 'cause i already have something that'll help you pick up her scent

*Branch pulled out one of poppy's scrunchies*

Molly: One of mom's scrunchies! Perfect! she wears those things all the time- wait why do you keep one of my mom's scrunchies?

Branch: *Blushes deep red* well I- I uh...I don't know just sniff it and pick up poppy's scent

Molly: *sighs and rolls her eyes, smirking* Whatever you say man

*Molly sniffed poppy's scrunchie and picked up a scent*

Molly: Aha! I got a scent and It's strong too!

Branch: Perfect now let's go!

*Branch followed molly she continued to sniff out poppy's scent*

*After a few hours*

*Molly and Branch trudged through a forest*

Molly (whining): Branch my feet are killing me, can we stop now?

Branch: Okay i guess we can take shelter until morning

*molly groaned and face-planted onto the ground*

Branch: Okay pup stay right there i'll go get some supplies

Molly (Sarcastically): Sure whatever it's not like i'm exhausted from walking for miles and miles

*branch rolled his eyes and went to find supplies*

*A Few hours later*

*Branch and molly were sitting down*

Molly: So branch...

Branch: Yeah pup?

Molly: Did you ever think what your future would be like with poppy?

Branch: Well i assume it would be amazing but with barb and all i just don't know what the future would be like

Molly: *smiles* Well i do 'cause i have many thoughts on what the future for my mom and you would be like

*molly gets up and holds her hand out for branch*

Molly: I close my eyes and I can see the world that's waiting up for me

Molly: That I call my own

*Branch grabs her hand and she leads him through a few bushes*

Molly: Through the dark, through the door, through where no one's been before

Molly: But it feels like home

*molly and branch climbed over a log*

Molly: They can say, they can say it all sounds crazy

Molly: They can say, they can say I've lost my mind

*molly went through some vines and held out her hand again*

Molly: I don't care, I don't care, so call me crazy

*branch grabbed her hand and pulled him through the vines and he saw a field of grass*

Molly: We can live in a world that we design

*Molly ran though the field and began to dance as a million fireflies started flying and glowing*

Molly: 'Cause every night I lie in bed

Molly: The brightest colours fill my head

Molly: A million dreams are keeping me awake

Molly: I think of what the world could be

Molly: A vision of the one I see

Molly: A million dreams is all it's gonna take

Molly: Oh a million dreams for the world we're gonna make

Molly: There's a house we can build

Molly: Every room inside is filled

Molly: With things from far away

Molly: The special things I compile

Molly: Each one there to make you smile on a rainy day

Molly: I don't care, I don't care if they call us crazy

Molly: Runaway to a world that we design

*Branch ran into the field as fireflies flew around him*

Branch: Every night I lie in bed

*meanwhile at the raft*

*poppy heard the singing*

Poppy: However big, however small

Poppy: Let me be part of it all

Poppy: Share your dreams with me

*Poppy began to notice bio-luminescent creatures swimming under the raft*

Poppy: You may be right, you may be wrong

Poppy: But say that you'll bring me along

Poppy: To the world you see

Branch, Poppy and Molly: To the world I close my eyes to see
