I challenged myself to write a short story in a week. I told Poppy about this challenge, saying that I can handle it. Can I? So....what is this short story about? My short story is in the romance genre and it's about the following:

Two trolls must work together to get back home from getting lost in the forbidden woods.

There you go. That's my story, and I hope to write it around this week or next week? We'll see. Now, how far have I gone so far on it? Well, since I'm an extreme plotter, I tend to like plotting my story and using an outline. I like using the Snowflake Method on it, and that's step one: Write a one sentence summary (around 15 words, though I was off by an extra word). Okay, I talked a mouth full of writing stuff, so in case a writer comes across this entry, I think they would know what I mean.

Anyway, what I did today was the following:

1. Worked on my romance short story (like the one-sentence summary for it)

2. Went out bowling with Smidge and Poppy

3. Went to the grocery store

4. I took a trip to the library and borrow one reading romance novel and one how to write a romance book (FUN!)

5. I had breakfast for dinner (kind of) I had savory pancakes with green onions inside of it, then had sliced grape tomatoes and cooked spinach on top of the pancakes. It was delicious...I had two and a half of them, and now I'm stuffed.

I might feel some regret after eating those savory pancakes later on tonight, but let's hope not. Well, I'm going to get ready for bed, or to say relax in bed to read the first chapter of the romance book. It's called "Precious". Cool, huh? Time for me to go now. Goodnight!
