*In Viva's house*

*Viva, Poppy, Molly and Giulia were hanging out on the couch, talking and laughing*

Poppy: So I was thinking about getting more into, like- reading short stories and essays instead of full novels

Viva: Ooh, I love that for you! *looks to molly* hey chiquita, I have a question about you and Giulia

Molly: Ah, I'm all ears aunt viva! *wiggles her ears and chuckles* ask away!

Viva: Okay, how did you and Giulia meet?

Molly: Oh that's easy! I went to visit beatstar's boyfriend alberto decided to introduce me to giulia and bada-bing-bada-boom! now me and giulia are dating

Viva: Aww, that's so sweet!

Molly: Mhm, indeed it is

Giulia: Yeah

Molly: Oh, Veev, I have something to ask

Viva: Oh okay, what is it mi sobrina?

Molly: I have like- a million questions about your past

Viva: Well, since you're so cute and curious *boops molly's nose* boop! I used to live at the Troll Tree, I was there when your mom was born and she was SO cute! kinda like she is now, only teensier and weensier and- *gasps* oh your hair is so long! and it's a wee bit knotted, how about I brush your hair and make your hair look even cuter!

Molly: *gasps* Okay! *walks over to viva and sits in front of her while viva starts brushing her hair*

Viva: And maybe later, we can make candy necklaces that we never finish because we eat all the candy!

Molly: Sounds like a plan, aunt viva!

Poppy: Um, veev? I know you and molly are having some quality Aunt/niece bonding time, but I'm just gonna need you to focus here and and tell me everything

Poppy: Why am I only learning about you now? what happened?

Viva (talking with a PEZ dispenser in a robotic voice): We got accidentally separated

Viva: *tosses the PEZ dispenser away and goes back to brushing molly's hair* And I've lived here ever since! the end!

Molly: Ooh, ooh! aunt viva, after the candy necklaces, can we do candy toe rings?

Viva (brushing molly's hair): Of course! anything for you, my beautiful little sobrina

Giulia: Uh- I'm sorry viva- did I hear that right? you and poppy were accidentally separated?

*Meanwhile with the others*

Clay: Viva doesn't like to talk about it

Clay: It's too painful for her

Clay: But she's been here ever since the night of the great Bergen attack

*Back with Viva, Poppy, Molly and Giulia*

Viva: *humming softly while brushing molly's hair*

Poppy: Viva, are you talking about the night the trolls escaped Bergen Town?

Viva (brushing molly's hair): Oh, yeah-...yeah, I guess it was that night *goes back to humming*

*Back with the others*

Clay: Not everyone made it out of that tree

Clay: Some of them got trapped by Bergens

Clay: They were this close to getting eaten...

*Then a shadow play comes on revealing what really happened on the night of the last trollstice*

Clay (narrating): until Viva and some of the other trolls fought them off

*A shadow puppet of a young viva was shown attacking the bergens and leading some of the trolls to safety before the tunnels collapsed and the shadow play came to an end*

Clay (narrating): But by then...the tunnels had collapsed and they were cut off from the rest

*In bergen town with king peppy*

King Peppy: I kept screaming, "No troll left behind!" but when I went back in, the tunnels had collapsed! that's when I found Viva's hug time bracelet

*Back in Putt Putt Village*

Clay: Viva found this old, abandoned Bergen golf course and transformed it into this troll utopia

Clay: We formed this little sanctuary of survivors

Clay: I added fire exits, she added her heart and soul

*Back with Viva*

Viva (brushing molly's hair before slowing stopping): I've thought so many times about leaving, you know- to look for you and Dad, but it's not safe out there...

Molly: Well danger's everywhere and that it can strike you at any moment, *pushes her hair upward, revealing a scar at the base of her horn* learned that the hard way when I broke my horn during a war with dystopiar himself

*Viva felt sick to her stomach when she saw the scar but she remained steady*

*Back with Peppy*

King Peppy: I know I should've told Poppy and her child, but my heart was broken...

King Peppy: I felt like a failure!

King Peppy: Not just as a king, but as a father AND grandfather, I feel so guilty...what do you think I should do?

Mr Dinkles:...I'm afraid that's our time for today

King Peppy: But I just revealed a major trauma!

Mr Dinkles:...Mew!

*Back with Viva*

*Viva was finishing up the candy-necklaces*

Poppy: Umm...okay, obviously this is a lot and you should be able to open up about this on your own time

Poppy: But we'll have plenty of time to work through this on the way to Mount Rageous

Viva: *places the candy necklace around poppy's neck* Whoa! I am not going to Mount Rageous

Viva: And neither are you or molly, silly!

Viva: You're never gonna leave again! *leaves the house and locks the door*

Molly:...Wait what was that last sentence she said?

*Back with Clay*

*Clay was opening a bag of escape tools*

Clay: Okay, guys, if we're gonna save floyd, we need to get going

Branch: Right, *turns to luna* luna, go get the girls

Luna: I'm on it *flies off to find poppy, molly and giulia*

Clay: No, no, no, wait- Hold on

Clay: There's no way viva's gonna let them go

Branch: What? w- what are you talking about?

Clay: Like I said, she's got some stuff going on, man

Clay: If we don't wanna get trapped, we should sneak out now

Rachel: And leave them here? no way! ain't no way we're leavin' this place without poppy, molly or giulia!

Clay:...*sighs* right- you right, c'mon let's go help luna find them

*Clay starts following the direction luna flew in*

*Meanwhile*

*Giulia was trying to pry down the door*

Giulia (trying to pry down the door): C'mon! *gives up and rubs her hands* no use, the doors locked shut!

Molly: Alright, I got this *rubs her hands together before thrusting them forward* open sesame!

Molly:...*shrugs* Well I've done all I can do

Poppy and Giulia:...

Giulia: Ragazza! you have MAGIC! you can just blast down the door!

Molly: Yeah- like I'd have the nerve to break down my long-lost-aunt's door down

Poppy: Molly, I love the respect you have for your aunt viva but...we really need to get out of here!

Molly: Well I don't wanna be disrespectful, as it would be shameful to moi's title as a princess!

*Poppy and Giulia groan in exasperation*

*Outside*

*Luna had landed on the ground and was sniffing the ground to pick up poppy's scent while the others were waiting*

Clay: So luna, got poppy or blue-eyes' scent?

Luna: *sighs* Nothing yet

Rachel: W- Well just hurry it up sis!

Luna: Rachel, I can't just speed up the process! scents are very difficult to pick up!

Spruce: *groans* She's right, we're never gonna be able to find them before we get spotted!

Clay: Well...not exactly

Lil' Icy: And uh...why's that?

*A few minutes later*

*Clay and the others arrived at viva's place which was a huge ice cream sculpture*

Luna: This is where they are?

Clay: Yeah, now I'm gonna open the door and- *tries to open the door and sees that its locked*...dang it! the door's locked! there's gotta be another way in somewhere...*looks around and sees an open window on the cone part* bingo! *turns to branch* yo, branch! think you can fit through that window?

Branch: Well, I think I can

Clay: Okay- good! Luna go pick branch up and throw him into the window

Branch: Wait- what?

*Luna picks branch up and prepares to throw him*

Branch: Wait- wait wait wait! *gets thrown towards the window* AHH!!!!!!

*However, branch ended up hitting the wall next to the window while the others cringe*

Luna: Ooh! sorry branch!

Branch: That's fine luna! I- I'm okay! I'm right next to the window anyway so, now all I have to do is jump through it

Rachel: Okay just be careful, or else you might fall and break your butt!

Branch (sarcastically): Thanks for the tip rachel...

*Branch scoots over to the window and opens it before spotting poppy, molly and giulia*

Branch: Hey, poppy! girls!

Poppy: *looks up and sees branch* Branch! oh are we glad to see you!

Branch: Are you girls alright? *jumps down inside*

Giulia: Yeah we're fine

Branch: Okay, now what happened?

Molly: Oh I'll tell you what happened! viva locked us in here with no way to get out!

Branch: Well, why haven't you tried blasting the door, you have magic for a reason

Giulia: Oh she doesn't wanna put shame on her "Royal title"

Molly: A princess doesn't bust down doors

Branch: Whatever- Hey clay! I made it in!

Clay (from outside): Okay good! now you're gonna pick the lock on the door okay?

Branch: Right- I'm on it! *pulls out scrapbooking scissors before he hears a click* okay! *kicks down the door* everybody out!

*Branch, Poppy, Molly and Giulia run out before being followed by the others*

*Suddenly a flood-light shone on them and the gates were shut*

Clay: *notices viva and the other putt-putt trolls approaching* Oh, hey! *chuckles nervously* viva! what's up, girl?

Molly: Okay- aunt viva, what is going on? what are you doing?

Viva: You're not leaving here no matter what, because- because it's just not safe out there, you're welcome

Giulia: Santa ricotta, is this because of the bergens? because they've stopped eating trolls now! that's all in the past!

Viva (sarcastic): Yeah, right, that's hilarious, giulia, I'm laughing really hard

Molly: We're being serious aunt viva! you remember bridget? well, she's a bergen! *gives viva the history scrapbook and shows her the pages featuring poppy and bridget* look! bridget and poppy do a million fun things together! they talk and play games and sing songs and make up these really bad dances!

Molly: which is kind of what we've been doing, the world's a lot different than it used to be

Branch: Viva, look, I used to be just like you

Branch: I built a bunker and I lived in it for years because I knew it was safe.

Branch: And, sure, i- it kept me alive and I never had to wear pants

Molly: Uh- I'm sorry what? you used to be walking around the bunker with no pants on?

Branch: But I was living without pants-...does that make sense?

Molly: I don't even know- I'm just appalled at this sudden discovery

Tiny Diamond:...Well, I feel judged

Viva: You don't understand! I just got my sister back and I just found out that I'm an aunt! *looks to molly* I don't wanna lose you or poppy, no matter what

*Molly starts feeling sympathy for viva as she looks down a little bit*

*Suddenly, the gates rise up and the putt-putt trolls go into hiding. Then viva looked up and saw clay had snuck to the chains that lifted and lowered the door and had opened the door*

Viva: Clay?

Clay: I'm sorry, viva...but we have to leave...I don't wanna lose my brother either...

Clay: Let's move! *jumps down and runs out*

*Everyone except viva run out*

Molly: Lo siento tía viva!

Viva: No! No, poppy! molly, wait!

*Viva starts to run after them but she stops and steps back*

Viva: Poppy, please! I want you and molly to stay!

*Poppy stops in her tracks while molly keeps running*

Poppy: *turns to viva* Viva, I can't do that

Poppy: But you can come with us

Poppy: And I know you think it's risky and maybe it is, but it'll be worth it

Poppy: Family's always worth it

*Poppy holds out her hand and waits for viva to take it*

Viva: N- no, no no! I- I can't! *gives poppy the scrapbook and steps back as the door shuts*

*Poppy stood there, her eyes wide with shock before they softened into a look of sadness, then she placed the scrapbook against the door and held her arm trying not to tear up*

*Then branch who had witnessed the whole thing, walked over to poppy and gingerly placed his hand on her back and gave her a gentle look of sympathy*

*Poppy smiled softly at branch before looking up at putt-putt village one more time*

Branch: C'mon...we better get a move on...

Poppy: Y- yeah...you're right...

*Branch and poppy walk back to rhonda slowly before they walk inside of her and rhonda runs away*

*Meanwhile inside*

JD: Alright, it's really late right now *yawns* after that little montage, I feel like I'm ready to clock out for the night

Clay: Uh- question, who's gonna drive if you're sleeping?

JD: Oh that's easy! Tiny and Icy of course

Clay:...The babies?

Tiny Diamond: Excuse me, I'll have you know sir that I am a MAN and my sister is a WOMAN

Lil' Icy: Yeah! get the facts right!

Clay:...I'm gonna need to see your driver licenses

*Tiny and Icy's eyes widened, remembering they only had their learner's permits*

Lil' Icy:...*BLEEP*

Tiny Diamond: Uh- actually sir, we don't have driver licenses, we actually have our learner's permits *shows clay him and Icy's learner's permits*

Clay:...*sighs* Okay, now I should turn you to juvenile detention because you two are WAY under 18 to be driving...but since you have your learner's permits and there are adults in the vehicle, I guess it wouldn't hurt to let the two of you drive while we're sleeping

Lil' Icy: Thank you kind sir

*Tiny and Icy waltz over to the driver seat before tiny straps himself into his car seat and starts driving*

Tiny Diamond: Now Icy, here's how this is gonna go; Every two hours we'll swap seats, got it?

Lil' Icy: Sounds like a plan brother

JD:...Well *claps his hands together* let's get some shut-eye, I have a few spare blankets in the back

*JD goes to get the blankets*

*A few minutes later*

*Everyone was fast asleep, well except for Tiny and Icy who were still driving Rhonda*

*Branch however, he too was still awake, he couldn't help but worry about poppy*

*He looked over at her and he felt his heart ache at her saddened state before he let out a sigh*

Clay: Hey...

*Branch's eyes widened a bit before he looked over and saw clay was still up*

 Clay: You okay branch?

Branch: Y- yeah, I'm just worried about poppy...she's just a bit down because of...y'know

Clay: Oh...poor pops...she must really miss viva...but it'll be alright, she just needs some time to herself for a bit

Branch: *lets out an exhale* Yeah, you're right clay...maybe she'll feel better tomorrow...

*Soon, Branch and clay went back to sleep*
