Barb and the chips had been following the dog for a while, and the chips, were starting to get suspicious. 

"are you SURE we're going to see your cousins?" the Chips asked. 

"For the millionth time, YES." the dog rolled her eyes.

"Hey we never did catch your name." Barb pointed out. 

"oh right! My name is Lizie!" Lizie Smiled

"mhm." the Chips glared. 

"And what might your names be!?" Lizie asked. 

"I'm Barb and this is, well, Chips." Barb hesitated 

"Ooo! Okie! Now based on my memory or whatever, we should be nearing the hut..." Lizie looked around. 

"Oh! Here it is!" Lizie ran behind a bush. 

The Chips and Barb paused. 

"Ok, but should we really follow a ramdom dog in the middle of the night? Even I think that's kinda sus. " Barb whisperd. 

"Eh, they could help us get home. Plus, what do we have to loose? " The Chips started to walk through the bush. 

"I guess your right. Also I'm hungry." Barb complained 

"No problem! We have plenty of food!" Lizie said when Barb and the Chips saw the hut. 

"Wooooah! 🤩🤩" The Chips and Barb stared in amazement at the hut. 

It was slightly overgrown with vines, and flowers making the hut have plenty of beautiful colors. There were string lights all over the trees to brighten up the surrounding area, so they could see at night better

"I know right! Me and my cousins have been living here for a while! Zoie is the one who decorated it!" Lizzie cheerfully said. 

"Ok but where is the food? " Barb asked. 

"oh right!" Lizie opened the front door which read 'Welcome'. "come inside!" 

"Are you sure about this..?" The Chips asked Barb

"no. But they said they have food so like-" Barb walked into the house. 

The bag of chips rolled their eyes. 

"plus your just a walking bag of chips." Barb pointed out

"Jeez can't a bag of chips get ANY respect?" the Chips mumbled as they walked inside

The hut was dark inside. Except for a room down the main hall. Faint talking could be heard. 

"Zoie?! Stripe?! Look at what I founddd!" Lizzie called. 

"I swear if it's another rock -" A voice could be heard. 

"No I PROMISE! It's WAYY better! Come see guys!" Lizze assured.

Barb and the Chips glanced at each other. That's when they noticed two shadowy figures walking down the hall. When they got close enough, they could easily be seen. 

The two dogs (Zoie and Stripe) Stared in shock. 

"... Hi " Barb said

Zoie and Stripe didn't move. 

"uh guys-" Lizie tried waving her paw in front of them. 

"OH uh" Stripe snapped out of it. 

"So! What do you thiiink?" Lizzie showed off Barb and Chips again. 

"Lizie. Where did you find these guys? Was it from the village?" Zoie calmly asked. 

"Well not that I can remember! They were at some sort of field! And get this! There were 4 more of them!" Lizie happily explained. 

"what may your name be?" Zoie turned to Barb. 

"Oh uh. Its Barb." Barb responded 

"Okay, Barb. This is a serious question. We need to know exactly where your from." Zoie said. 

"i- uhmm- Well-" Barb studderd. 

"Can you give us a sec?" The Chips asked. 

"Of course." Zoie nodded. 

Barb and the chips took a step outside. 

"What do I tell them?! I don't want to mess up AGAIN! I brought us here!" Barb panicked . 

"CALM DOWN. Why don't we go back to where the others are?" The Chips suggested. 

"What the heck is that gonna do- I'm starting do doubt you. You just a bag of Chips." Barb glared

"No! Trust me." the Chips smiled. 

"ugh- fine."  Barb rolled her eyes. 

Barb was about to walk inside, when the chips stopped her. 

"And maybe let ME do the talking." 

"fine omg. Just go inside." Barb pushed him inside. 

"So you guys ready to talk?" Stripe glared. 

"Stripe! Don't be rude!" Zoie snapped. 

"Actually, we were wondering if we can show you where we are from? And also show you guys our friends. " The Chips, asked. 

Barb looked, at the chips, "Wait WHAT." 

The Chips smiled. 😁

"Ooo I KNOW! COME ON GUYS I KNOW WHERE TO GO!" Lizzie ran out the door. 

"oh boy." Stripe said. 

Zoie, Stripe, Barb and the chips followed behind her.

Lizzie went through the bushes and started walking through the forest toward the small field. After they all made it through the bushes Barb pretended to faint

"Chips. You have failed us." Barb dramatically said

"h o w?" The Chips, asked. 

"I dunno. But you have." Barb stood up. 

The chips sighed, "Can we just go." 

"Sure. But I never got to eat 🙁" Barb said

-At the Campsite-

Poppy had woke up in the middle of the night and was having a tough time falling back asleep

Eventually, she just stopped trying to sleep.  When she sat up she saw a squirrel on Branch's collar. 

" AAAAA WHAT THE HECK IS THAT?!" Poppy jumped up. 

Branch immediately sat up, causing the squirrel to fall down next to him

"huh?" Branch looked at Poppy, "What are you talking about?!" 

The squirrel smiled at Branch, offering him an acorn. 

"... Can you explain to me why THIS scared you." Branch asked

The squirrel set the acorn down. 

"BECAUSE IT'S DARK OUTSIDEE!" Poppy said.

"Ohh! It's ok guys! I just wanted to share my extra acons, if your hungry!" The squirrel dropped 7 more acorns. 

"OK. It talks. At this point I'm not shocked." Branch rolled his eyes. 

All the commotion had woke up Prince D and Cooper. 

"Uh guys..?! WHERE IS BARB? " Prince D finally pointed out. 

"ohhh are you guys talking about that dog and the bag of chips?" The squirrel asked. 

"Yes! Did you see them?!" Poppy responded. 

"Sure did! They were going on a spy mission, I think! That's when, BOOM! Another dog found them. They went into the forest together!" the Squirrel told the story. 

"OK now I know that's a lie." Branch said. 

"No it's not! I promise." the squirrels assured 

"Yea!! I belive him! Where else could Barb be?" Poppy asked. 

"We should go look for her!" Cooper suggested. 

"YEA!" Prince D, and Poppy cheered. 

"What?! No, no, no! We are not leaving! Not until it's day! Barb knew what she was doing." Branch sat down. 

"but Branchhh" Poppy's eyes grew huge. 

"I'm not falling for that again!" Branch looked away. 

"Well.. I guess we'll never see Barb again." Poppy laid down and mumbled. 

Everything went quiet. They all were sad at the thought of loosing Barb. 

Branch looked at them. Poppy looked like she was about to cry. Prince D and Cooper looked devistated. He suddenly felt guilty, knowing that if they never see Barb again its his own fault.

"Okay fine." Branch turned to the squirrel, "Did you see where she went?" 

"Not exactly! But I do know where they were going!" The, squirrel exclaimed. 

They all sat back up and listened as the squrriel explained. 

"There is this hut in the middle of the forest! I know because I sometimes go there to get food. There food is the BEST! Anyway, there are three dogs that live there. I'm pretty sure the dog that took your friend was one of them!"

"I think we we may be on to something!" Prince D smiled

"WOOHOOO! WE MIGHT GET TO SEE BARB AGAIN!" Poppy yelled. 

"Or you don't have to even search for me because I'm right here." Barb said rather loudly

They all looked at the bushes next to them. That's when 4 dogs walked out of the forest. 

"I'M BAAACKKK!" Lizie sang

"OK well! Im out. Bye guys!" the squrriel ran into the forest. 

"HI NEW FRIENDS! I'M SOOOO EXCITED TO MEET YOU!" Lizie waved. 

"O. M. G! Where did you get your bow?!"  Poppy admired the bow. 

"Oh! My cousin made it."  Lizie gestured to Zoie. 

Zoie calmly waved as she observed them, trying to see if she recognized any of them. 

"Okay. So you guys came from a field?" Stripe asked. 

"Not exactly... We came from Trollstopia!" Poppy grinned

"Trolls what?" Stripe tilted his head. 

"it's a long story. We are not supposed to be dogs. We are trolls." Barb said. 

"A Troll?! THAT SOUNDS FUNN!" Lizie said

"I have so many questions." Stripe shook his head. 

"Me too. Why don't you guys explain what a Troll is."

Zoie, Stripe and Lizie looked at them, waiting for an answer. 

"... how do we explain what a Troll is?" Branch looked at Poppy. 

Poppy nervously laughed, "uh Barb?" 

"Ask Chips." Barb pointed. 

The chips had used rocks to form the basic shape of 6 trolls, hoping this would work. One for Pop, Rock, Funk, Techno, Country, and classical. They were not perfect, but they did give a good idea. 

"This is what a troll looks like!" The Chips explained

"Oooo!" Lizie admired, "why are there six of them?" 

"There are six different kinds of trolls!" Poppy answered,"Pop, Rock, Funk, Techno, Country, and Classical!" 

"Oh so it's not a dog. Phew!" Zoie sighed in relief. 

"Good job Chips! Maybe you haven't failed me after all." Barb said.

The chips smiled confidently,"Told ya to trust me." 

"And how exactly did you get here?" Stripe then asked. 

"So, We were on a hot air balloon, when some other troll threw Barbs chips off the hot air Balloon." Poppy said. Barb could be heard growling

"We don't speak of that though" Poppy gestured to Barb. 

"then, Barb jumped off the hot air Balloon. And soon enough we all did." Branch continued the story. 

"and a Worm hole, which is kinda like a portal I guess, appeared! And it led here!" Poppy finished. 

"... Wow" Lizie said kinda jealous. 

"Your lives sound very fun." Zoie said. 

"Yep! But when we try to take a break, stuff like this always happens."  Poppy sighed. 

"Yea, it can get pretty annoying." Branch added

"well at least you have more than 2 friends..." Stripe said quietly 

"So do you! You just made 6 more!" Poppy said. They all smiled at the three dogs who still looked sad. 

"are we missing something? You all seem kinda sad. " Branch asked. 

"should we show them..?" Stripe asked Zoie. Zoie glanced at Lizie who nodded her head. 

"Guy's follow us. We want to show you what you may be missing." Zoie said. 

"Ughhhh, This is the longest night everrr! And I STILL haven't eaten!" Barb complained. 

"Barb. None of us have and were not complaining."  Prince D said

"Let's just follow them. They could be very helpful! And maybe out key to getting out of this world." Branch walked into the forest following Zoie. 

"I agree! Where exactly are we going?" Poppy asked Stripe

"The caves!" Stripe smiled

"To the CAVESSS!!" Lizie smiled

"the what-" Prince D asked. 

"The Caves! Let's go guys!" Lizie ran into the forest. The rest of them followed her into the forest. 

That's when the squirrel came out of his hiding place and quietly followed them, Curious to where they were headed.
